Abstract

AbstractNewspapers as general media information play a role in process of re-actualizethe advanced of Islamic civilization. History of Muslim?s glory several centuries ago which almost destroyed, now being exhumed and become the actual information in the newspaper. The efforts were made by newspaper was examined by using some theory as follows: agenda setting, discourse analysis and semiotics that also hasfunction as research method. The results of this study indicate that the Islamic civilization is very advanced in science, architecture, food processing technology, medical, state managementand others. Even, some results of Muslim scientistresearch and thought became references for Western scientists in developing studies in various fields. Therefore, efforts to re-actualize the advanced of Islamic civilization are indispensable as a motivation to raise awareness of Muslims that we are intelligent and proggressifpeople .Kata kunci: Surat kabar, reaktualisasi, kemajuan peradaban Islam.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana proses pembentukan akhlakul karimah pada siswa SMP agar tercipta anak didik yang berakhlak mulia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembentukan akhlakul karimah pada siswa SMP, untuk mengetahui keadaaan akhlak siswa, peranan guru dalam pembentukan akhlak serta kelebihan dan kekurangan proses pembentukan akhlak siswa SMP Islam Terpadu Alhusnayain. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Fenomenology. Dalam proses pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan tekhnis analisis data yaitu mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan membuat kesimpulan. Sementara sumber data terdiri dari data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh dari guru, siswa dan unsur pimpinan, serta sumber data sekunder yaitu data yang berasal dari arsip-arsip sekolah. Temuan penelitian ini menginformasikan bahwa: (1) keadaaan akhlak siswa SMP Islam terpadu Alhusnayain dapat dikatakan sudah bagus, hanya saja perlu peningkatan kedepannya, (2) peranan guru dalam proses pembentukan akhlak siswa di SMP Islam terpadi Alhusnayain adalah: a) Guru sebagai pembimbing, b) Guru sebagai contoh, c) Guru sebagai penasehat. Proses pembentukan akhlak di SMP Islam Terpadu Alhusnayain, yaitu: 1) Proses pembelajaran menerapkan “one Gate System” (satu pintu keluar masuk), 2) Dala proses pendidikan, peserta didik diwajibkan untuk berasrama di sekolah dengan tujuan agar siswa tidak terpengaruh dengan lingkungan luar yang adapat menjerumuskn anak didik kejalan yang menyimpang. Dengan diasramakannya peserta didik para guru dapt membimbing 24 jam penuh, sehngga proses pembentukan akhlak tercapai sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. a) Dalam proses pembelajaran maateri yang diajarkan bukan saja materi agama akan tetapi materi umum juga. Jadi pengetahuan peserta didik tentang keagamaan dikuasai dan juga tentang umum, sehingga kedua ilmu tersebut dapat dikuasai secara bersamaan, b) Menerapkan bahasa Arab dan bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa wajib komunikasi bagi para siswa pada hari dan area tertentu, c) Dengan menerapkan progran unggulan enam Juz Tahfidul Quran.

Abstract

This papers discussed about the implementation of the khiyar syarat, and review of Islamic law in implementing the khiyar syarat.  Then problems often occur in buying and selling activities, the clothes merchants do not want to return the buyer's money because there is no agreement between the seller and the buyer. This study aims to determine how the khiyar syarat are implemented in the sale at the Sagumpal Bonang Market in Padangsidimpuan. And to find out about the review of the Kompilasi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah (KHES), on the implementation of the Khiyar syarat in buying and selling at Sangkumpal Bonang Market in Padangsidimpuan. This research is field research using a sociological juridical approach. Sources of data are primary data and secondary data. The data were collected by instruments such interviews, observation and documentation. Moreover, the process of data analysis was classified into descriptive research, namely to find specific and realistic about the problem that is happening and express themselves in the form of symptoms in order to solve existing problems in implementing khiyar syarat. The practice of the khiyar syarat carried out by some clothing traders in the Sangkumpal Bonang Market in Padangsidimpuan namely if the goods do not match after the sale and purchase transaction, the buyer can return the item but is exchanged for other goods, but if there are no similar items the buyer redeem the goods but the item is in good condition. In Reviewing Islamic Law on the terms of conditions in the Sangkumpal Bonang Market in the vicinity of the meeting, it was not in accordance with the requirements, because non-resident clothing traders canceled buying and selling transactions and asked for refunds when found items that did not match the goods were known after buying and selling transactions.

Abstract

Hospitality is an inseparable part of the tourism sector that can improve the economy of the country in general and in particular regions. Demand for hotels that are comfortable in North Sumatra based on statistical data released by North Sumatra BPS continues to increase. Thus, it raises the level of hotel competition to increase consumer loyalty. Madani Hotel Medan's management is no exception to always improve in order to be able to compete with other hotels. That is why researchers are interested in knowing consumer loyalty at Madani Hotel Medan. The sample is 100 consumers. The results showed that service quality, price and customer satisfaction have a partial and simultaneous influence on consumer loyalty

Abstract

Dalam perkembangan zaman saat ini, banyak dijumpai jual beli yang dilakukan masyarakat mulai dari jual beli yang sah, jual beli beli yang rusak, yang dibatalkan dalam kaidah-kaidah Islam. Faktanya masyarakat sudah mengenal jual beli ijon khususnya di Desa Manisak. Mekanisme praktek jual beli ijon tersebut terlaksana yakni berupa pedagang langsung datang ke ladang untuk melihat buah-buahan, dan berjumpa pemiliknya untuk melakukan kesepakatan antara pemiliki dengan pedagang, transaksi jual beli dilakukan dilokasi pohon buah itu berada. Namun jual beli seperti ini menurut Hukum ekonomi syari’ah merupakan jual beli yang rusak karena melakukan transaksi yang terhadap buah yang belum matang dan masih berada di batangnya, walaupun kedua belah pihak sudah menyetujui dan menyepakai dengan suka sama suka terhadap transaksi jual beli Ijon ini. Sehingga ada kemungkinan terjadi perubahan kepada buah-buahan yang masih di batangnya. Maka akan merugikan pegadangan atau pembeli karena terjadi perubahan kepada kualitas buah, karena masih menunggu buah matang dari batangnya

Abstract

Good or bad of a learning process is influenced by several factors, one of which is the quality of the teacher in teaching. This study aims to analyze the effect of teacher quality on the ability of teachers to vary learning. This research is a quantitative study with an experimental research approach. The sample of this study were Islamic Religious Education teachers. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling. This study uses a questionnaire and observation sheet as data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the quality of teachers on the ability to vary learning with a significance level 0.005. The better the quality of the teacher, the better his ability to provide variations in teaching

Abstract

This research is motivated by fostered residents who have difficulty adjusting their lives in the penitentiary. Other than that, they have to part with their families, loss of goods and services owned, lost the freedom to live outside. Therefore, the existence of family support so that fostered residents avoid stressful conditions because women fostered citizens need motivation, comfort and calmness. The type of this research is field research, which aims to obtain information and describe events in accordance with the facts in the field, This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The results of the research are the intensity of family support in visiting women-assisted citizens in Penitentiary Class II B Padangsidimpuan able to reduce the stress level of women-assisted citizens because it can be seen that the conditions of women-assisted women who are very frequent and frequently visit their families within a month experience moderate stress levels, As for women-assisted residents who are in the category sometimes and have not been visited by their families in a month experiencing severe stress levels. Stressful conditions include psychological and physiological conditions for women assisted by Class II B Penitentiary, experiencing unfavorable or unhealthy conditions because women who are fostered by women are still very often anxious, difficult to sleep, like to be alone, moody, easily offended, irritable, even irritable diseases such as headaches and lack of enthusiasm in carrying out daily activities in prison.

Abstract

The behavior of an organization is largely determined by the behavior of each individual in the organization with the same aim to provide benefits to the surrounding environment. Cooperation and cohesiveness between individuals or groups in an organization cannot be separated from a leader figure because in organizations there must be various situational interactions that often lead to various pros and cons responses between parties for their respective goals. One of them happened in Partai Keadilan Sejahtera for Gorontalo Region which embraced members by implementing Islamic values in its activities, politics as a body, but da'wah was the main breath in organizational governance. This study discusses organizational behavior in political parties, namely Partai Keadilan Sejahtera for Gorontalo Region. This research is in a qualitative form that focuses on social and reality within the party which seeks to produce descriptive data from the speakers as well as observing their behavior by collecting data and analyzing it in order to present data and draw conclusions according to the problems found. The results of this study indicate that the Prosperous Justice Party applies da'wah in spreading its political influence. Da'wah carried out builds strong organizational behavior within the party, this has an impact on public trust or trust in the party. Beliefs based on Islam are implemented in various fields in 4 ways, namely Mihwar Tanzhimi, Mihwar Sya'bi, Mihwar Mu'assasi and Mihwar Dawlah as party political reforms

Abstract

In this day and age, women take part in almost all fields of activity or work, including in regional head elections. The advantage of a man over a woman is that he has the ability to think, which is why he gives birth to courage, strength and the ability to overcome various difficulties. Meanwhile, women are more sensitive and emotional. In reality and current reality shows that the view of the greatness of men and the weakness of women from the intellectual and professional side. The purpose of this study is to analyze the perceptions of the Ulama Kota Langsa on the leadership of women in the local elections for the mayor of the City of Langsa and to identify the factors that influence the different perceptions of the Ulama Kota Langsa about the leadership of women in the City of Langsa. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method that produces data in the form of written and spoken words from the subject under study. The main target of this research is the ulama of Langsa city. Data collection techniques are observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data validity used is data triangulation technique. Data analysis includes 4 things, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The result of this research is that the Ulama of Langsa city show that women can be leaders in the public sector, but the concept of understanding ideal leadership in Islamic teachings which they understand places men as the top priority to become leaders. Women are deemed to be allowed to become leaders if there are no men who are able to hold the position or the woman has more talent or expertise than the existing men.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out if a fairy tale method affects the character planting in early childhood. The method used in this research is a type of qualitative study, the subject is a group of PAUD – A SIT Insan Robbani Sibuhuan District of Barumun, Padang Lawas Regency with a range of ages between 4-5 years and a total of 25 people Consists of 15 men and 10 women. The data collection techniques undertaken are by observation and interview methods. The results of the research obtained is through fairy tale methods applied by the teacher obtained very good results and very effective in the cultivation of early childhood characters. This is evident from the changing attitudes and behaviors of children that show a better and positive direction. This is, of course, supported by good examples and refrretion given by teachers to help and foster early childhood characters.
