TAZKIR: Jurnal Penelitian ilmu-ilmu sosial dan keislaman published in 2015 with P-ISSN: 2442-7004, and E-ISSN: 2460-609X is A peer-reviewed journal that is published by the LPPM IAIN Padangsidimpuan, North Sumatera, Indonesia. The journal an effort to provide forums for academicians and researchers who are interested in the discussion of current and future issues on Islamic studies. The journal is dedicated to the scholarly study of all aspects of Islam and of the Islamic world. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the development of Islamic education in Iran through library research or library research as a research method. Data collection in this study uses the analysis of scientific journals that have been published to see how the development process of Islamic education in Iran and see the differences in Islamic education in Indonesia. This finding produced several differences in the development of Islamic education in Iran and Indonesia. The results of this study can provide an overview of the progress of education in Iran that can be collaborated with the education system and Islamic education curriculum in Indonesia. The results of this study are expected to be useful for the public in the preparation of education curricula in Indonesia in the future

Abstract

The halaqah method is still used by Muslims Society today, especially when studying in mosques and the learning system during the ta`aruf period in Islamic Universities. Meanwhile munazarah, which has begun to be abandoned, has returned to appear in the debate system of presidential election, although not entirely the same. This paper uses historical and philosophical methods. Both of these methods are relevant to the problem. Halaqah and munazarah are well-established and attractive education systems. Halaqah as a learning system is seen from the seated position of the teacher and students who mingle, while munazarah is a stage for a sportive intelectual selection. Halaqah in the classical education system is no longer used today, but the learning system in S2 and S3 is precisely what is used. Munazarah needs to be activated now to test one.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1. ICT-based PAI Learning Planning in Private Islamic Education Foundation Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah International Islamic Full Day School Medan, 2. The use of ICT in PAI learning in Private Islamic Education Foundation Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah International Islamic Education Full Day School Medan, and 3. Problems in the implementation of ICT-based PAI learning and the solution at the Private Islamic Education Foundation Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah International Islamic Full Day School Medan. This research is includes as field research. The technique used in collecting this research data uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Then in the analysis of data using descriptive qualitative methods, the data collected is then analyzed so that it becomes a conclusive unity using the inductive approach. From the results of research in general shows that the implementation of ICT-based learning in the Private Foundation Education Foundation Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah International Islamic Full Day School Medan can be said to be good. This can be seen from the learning objectives of PAI at the school that do not deviate from the goals of national education and the results of the evaluation exceed the KKM standard (Minimum Completeness Criteria) of Islamic Religious Education learning

Abstract

Errors in criminal law studies are known in two forms, namely errors based on the element of intent (dolus) and errors based on the element of starvation (culpa). Negligence (Culpa offense) which the perpetrator did not want. Cases related to Delik Culpa where a person, due to his negligence, committed a criminal act, was often committed by the community. This case is not uncommon and there are still pros and cons in the field of law. There are many examples of cases where due to their negligence other people died. As the explanation of article 359 of the Criminal Code in the positive criminal law for the criminal offender (offense Culpa), even though his negligence has taken the life of another person, he is still convicted. It is known that the Islamic Criminal Law (Fiqh Jinayah), there is a classification of criminal acts and sanctions, negligence in murder (fi qatli al khata ') is someone who commits an act accidentally, but by reason of this action it can result in the loss of another person's life. The penalty for errant murder is almost the same as for deliberate murder, namely the basic punishment of diyat and kafarat, and the substitute punishment is ta'zir and fasting and there are additional penalties, namely deprivation of inheritance rights and revocation of the right to receive a will

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the curriculum management of Dayah MUDI Mesra Bireuen Regency. The method used is qualitative research using interviews, observations and document studies. The results of this research are (1) Dayah curriculum planning is carried out by way of deliberation in preparing the curriculum. By involving dayah leaders, teachers and expert teams as well as the Ministry of Religious Affairs and the Dayah Education Development Office. The drafting mechanism is carried out by mapping basic competencies, analyzing time allocation, creating annual programs and semester programs, and then creating RPP; (2) Curriculum organizing shall be carried out with several activities through the division of teaching tasks in accordance with the areas of expertise and interests, preparation of lesson schedules, improvement and enrichment, extracurricular and refreshment schedules for teachers; (3) The implementation of a curriculum oriented towards the implementation of a productive, active, innovative, effective and enjoyable learning process (PAIKEM) is supported by dayah instructional leadership that exemplifies and motivates dayah teachers; (4) The supervision of the curriculum shall be carried out by the leadership on the implementation of learning conducted by the teacher based on the learning document and then supervision to the classroom during the learning; and (5) Curriculum evaluation includes examination of teacher learning documents/Learning Implementation Plan and capturing inputs related to the support system to improve the quality of dayah learning.

Abstract

Islamic education is conceptually an education that refers to clear and well-established foundations and resources. Experts say that the first source is the Koran in addition to other sources of the US-Sunnah, words of friends, the benefit of the people, traditions or customs of the society and the thought of the experts in the sphere of Islamic thought. Tafseer In this matter is domiciled as the explanatory of the first source. This article – using the method of interpretation Tarbawi, will attempt to elaborate the interpretation of the QS. Hud 11:88 to give the idea that teachers are not simple professions that can be done simply as well. There is a requirement of deep competence regarding acquired-perennial knowledge on him. These terms are being ruled out in a teacher's sincere nature. Its task and function are improvement (Ishla h) By observing the Khair, Shawab and Mashlahah. In its overall context, the teacher's position is philosophically, as the prophet, and worthy to be examined in its relevance to contemporary conditions.

Abstract

Careers are the "new world" that individuals will face after studying, professionalism and education. Indeed, a career becomes a vehicle for individuals to develop themselves both aspects of knowledge, attitudes and skills. For students, career counseling becomes important as a provision to face the world of work. This paper reviews the career counseling program at MAN 1 Medan. The formulation of this study is focused on how the orientation, implementation, and indicators of the success of career counseling programs at MAN 1 Medan. To obtain data, in-depth interview techniques, participant observation and documentation study were carried out. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. Finally, the validity of the data is obtained through triangulation techniques (both sources and methods) and perseverance of observation. The results of this study indicate that (1) orientation of career counseling is aimed at attention to the needs and problems of students in developing the careers of students, (2) the implementation of career counseling MAN 1 Medan is given according to student needs, by involving various parties in communicating and coordinating to help students in increasing their students 'potential, and (3) the success of MAN 1 Medan's career counseling program, one of which is shown by the students' interest to go to college quite enthusiastically, even so many students are accepted in various public and private universities, both in Sumatra , Java, also abroad.

Abstract

This study wants to reveal or provide answers about the effect of labor, population and unemployment on economic growth in Sumatra Island. This type of research is a quantitative study using purposive sampling. Where in this study is panel data used for 6 years so that the number of samples obtained 30 samples. Data processing is done using the Eviews 9 application with the data analysis technique used is the panel data estimation model selection (common effect, fixed effect, random effect), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test), hypothesis test (t test, F test, determination coefficient test), and panel data multiple regression test. The results obtained indicate that there is no effect of labor and population by partial test on economic growth in Sumatra Island. Meanwhile, unemployment has an effect on economic growth partially. So that simultaneously it can be concluded that labor, total population, and unemployment together (simultaneously) have no effect on economic growth. R2 results of 0.760455, these results explain that the variables of labor, population and unemployment are 76.04 percent. While the remaining 23.96 percent is influenced by other variables outside of this study

Abstract

Recently, the discourse in the study of Al-Qur'an exegesis has experienced the development of the epistemology of knowledge and the shift in the paradigm of thinking in science along with the guidance of the times and the various challenges that must be developed. This means that the interpretation of the Al-Qur'an in a broad sense is not implemented as an explanation of the Al-Qur'an text. However, interpretation is an attempt to find solutions and discover the nature and purpose of the Qur'an. This basic assumption gave birth to a handful of theories and a variety of approaches in understanding the text of the Qur'an. The focus of this research, explored several aspects of the study. Among them are, first, tracing the basic concepts of hermeneutic and historical approaches in the development of the al-Qur'an interpretation. Second, tracking applications and contextualization, especially in the field of interpretation. The results of the study show that the hermeneutic and historical approach theory has continuity in interpreting texts. Hermeneutics serves as a contextual understanding of the text with the internationalization chronology and the history of the text both in the old and current situation through a historical approach. Both of these approaches are very important in the application of the contemporary era of the study of al-Qur'an interpretation.

Abstract

Education is the most important part in human life who has morals and progress. Education can be carried out by everyone in an educational institution, but the primary education should be implemented through family education which is instilled by parents towards their family members from an early age. For this paper, the author will describe the nature and understanding of education in the family; What are the hadiths about education in the family; how the methods and aspects of family education based on the hadiths. The author uses the literature review (library research), with the primary data sources from the hadiths relating to children's education in the family. Study in this paper, Islamic education requires a simultaneous process and sustainable which involves aspects of disciplinary learning and compliance to implement Islamic education towards students. Education in the family, can be found patterns that must be implemented in the family environment, for the formation of a happy family according to what was taught by the prophet Muhammad SAW, and according to the word of Allah SWT in Q.S. Lukman: 13-19
