Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Independent Curriculum based on the philosophical perspective of essentialism. This research uses content analysis methodology and literature study to explore the essentialist philosophical perspective of the Merdeka Curriculum. The results of this research support the essentialist view that the Independent Curriculum should give priority to principles that have been tested, are timeless and relevant. The philosophical perspective of essentialism emphasizes the value of returning to the roots of educational traditions that have proven effective in preparing students for life. The Merdeka Belajar curriculum tries to return focus to subjects that are considered basic and essential, along with efforts to improve the overall quality of education so that Indonesia can compete at the global level. Schools are seen as bearers of cultural and historical heritage, while teachers act as models who supervise students in the learning process. Conclusion, The implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum reflects the principles of essentialism in an effort to build a solid and relevant educational foundation for the development of society and the nation, by making education an important foundation in creating virtue and success in life. Abstract

Revolusi adalah perubahan yang mendasar pada aktivitas manusia dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan tuntutan kehidupan. Proses ini akan mempengaruhi system pendidikan yang akan dijalankan, dimana pendidikan harus mampu membekali peserta didik dengan keterampilan mencari, menganalisa, menemukan, menyimpulkan, kemudian menyampaikan serta tata cara menggunakan informasi dan teknologi. Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 memberikan tuntutan tersendiri bagi dunia pendidikan, lembaga pendidikan harus mempersiapkan pendekatan baru dalam bidang pendidikan, lembaga pendidikan harus memiliki literasi baru berupa literasi data, teknologi dan sumber daya manusia. Pendidikan pada era revolusi industri 4.0 harus mampu meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan sumber daya manusia, adaptasi dan pembaharuan dalam komponen pendidikan, peningkatan kompetensi dan keterampilan pendidik dan melibatkan teknologi pada proses pembelajaran. Kurikulum harus mampu meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik yang siap menghadapi era revolusi industri dengan penekanan pada bidang Science, Technology, Engineering, dan Mathematics (STEM). Agar dapat melahirkan peserta didik yang sesuai dengan tuntutan zaman, dibutuhkan Sekolah yang memiliki budaya organisasi yang kuat (Bayar,2021) Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk medskripsikan bahwa memperkuat budaya organisasi sekolah merupakan salah satu usaha untuk meningkatkan prestasi peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian literatur pada beberapa hasil penelitian. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik observasi dan dokumentasi. Data diolah dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Temuan dari penelitian ini menyatakan 1) Budaya Organisasi Sekolah yang kuat dapat membantu meningkatkan kemampuan perserta didik. 2) Budaya Organiasi sekolah yang lemah menjadikan komitmen kerja guru rendah. 3) Komitmen kerja yang rendah menyebabkan prestasi peserta didik juga rendah.

Abstract

This research aims the process of implementing HR management improves the quality of educational services at SDIT Ash-Shiddiiqi. This research uses a qualitative approach method. The data collection technique used to obtain valid data is through observation, interviews and documentation taken directly from informants, namely the principal and teachers of SDIT Ash-Shiddiiqi. The data analysis techniques used are through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this research are that the implementation of management in improving the quality of education is going well and is quite adequate, the implementation of HR management goes through several stages : carrying out an effective human resource planning process, carry out external recruitment through the education office and internal recruitment and selection for additional staff such as honorary teachers, placing employees according to interests and talents, holding training so that the skills of teachers and employees increase, carrying out performance assessments within one semester, provide appreciation in the form of compensation and bonuses according to position and qualifications, terminate employment relations in accordance with mutual agreement. In conclusion, "implementation of human resource management at SDIT Ash Shiddiiqi, Jambi city has improved the quality of educational services. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of school facilities on student learning outcomes at SDN 32 Bengkulu City. This research uses a quantitative approach, data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation and observation methods. The method used is ex post facto. In this research, the subjects or informants were class II students and class II teachers at SDN 32 Bengkulu City. Sampling was carried out using the Simple Random Sampling technique with a total of 49 students. The observations in this research were all students at SDN 32 Bengkulu City. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that there is an influence of school facilities on student learning outcomes at SDN 32 Bengkulu City. This can be seen from the results of the t test analysis with a constant value of 71.983, which means that if the school facilities have a value of 0, then the learning outcomes (Y) have a positive value of 71.983%. The regression coefficient for the school facilities variable (X) is 0.131, which means that if school facilities are improved by 1%, learning outcomes (Y) will increase by 0.131%. The coefficient is positive between school facilities and student learning outcomes. The better the school facilities, the more student learning outcomes will increase. So, there is an influence of school facilities on student learning outcomes with 53.1% results in the good category.” Keywords: learning outcomes, School facilities,

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the school principal's leadership style and spiritual approach in conducting blusukan. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression methods. The target population in this research is Lubuklinggau City elementary school principals, totaling 53 respondents. The sampling technique uses a stratified random sampling technique, namely, taking proportional random samples from each group in the school. As a result of the research, it was found that the correlation coefficient between the independent variable leadership style (X1) and the dependent variable blusukan (Y) or r x1y = 0.501, the coefficient of the principal's spiritual approach (X2) with the dependent variable blusukan performance (Y) or the correlation r x2y = 0.493 and The correlation coefficient between the leadership style variables (X1) and the principal's approach (X2) is r x1x2 = 0.429. Meanwhile, the r table value at the 5% significance level = 0.325 and the 1% significance level = 0.413. Abstract

This research aims to determine the participative leadership of driving school principals at State Senior High Schools (SMA) in Lubuklinggau City. This research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. The research subjects consisted of the Principal, Teacher Council, School Staff. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research, the participatory leadership of the school principal driving Lubuklinggau City State High School (SMA) is as follows: able to create a good work climate, build two-way communication, verbal and non-verbal, provide motivation, and be able to collaborate with subordinates and make the right decisions. In conclusion, the school principal can build two-way verbal and non-verbal communication and can provide motivation, thereby creating a conducive work climate; with a conducive work climate, there will be good cooperation between the principal, teachers, and school staff. Abstract

This research aims to determine the pattern of self-understanding and personality of school principals in improving teacher discipline at MTsN 2 Padang Lawas. This research uses qualitative research methodology combined with descriptive techniques. Research data collection techniques include documentation, interviews, and observation. Based on the findings and results of the discussion, it was concluded that the pattern of self-understanding and personality of the principal in improving teacher discipline at MTsN 2 Padang Lawas is still not being implemented optimally as expected, for this reason, it needs to be evaluated so that it is better, because there are still weaknesses in terms of example, ability to embrace school community, lack of enforcement of discipline, and the leadership style used still needs to be improved according to competence as a leader. The obstacle for school principals in improving teacher discipline is the need for more communication and cooperation with fellow teachers. Causing increased discipline in schools to be very ineffective in its implementation. Abstract

This research was conducted to find out The Influence of One Day Service (ODS) Service Quality and PMB Facilities on the Satisfaction of Prospective Students in 2022 at PGRI University Palembang. The data collection method used to obtain data in this research is field research. Namely, research is carried out directly by distributing questionnaires to respondents deemed to meet the requirements. The primary data source used was primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. This questionnaire measures the quality of one-day service (ODS), PMB facilities, and prospective student satisfaction. The research results based on data processing with the help of the SPSS version 26 for window program, obtained simultaneous results (F Test) showed that Fcount was 72.307 > Ftable 3.10 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is an influence between the quality of one day service (ODS) (X1) and PMB facilities (X2) together (simultaneously) on prospective student satisfaction (Y). And the coefficient of determination results show that the R2 value is 0.611, which means 61.1%. The one-day service (ODS) service quality variable and the PMB facility variable can be explained, while 38.9% (100% - 61.1%) is influenced by other variables not studied. Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of RRI Sungailiat's Pro 2 broadcast program planning policy, which is directed at increasing the listening interest of the younger generation. First, a deep understanding of the younger generation's interests, preferences, and habits is necessary. Research on trends and interests of the younger generation helps in creating content that is relevant and interesting to them. Furthermore, innovation in event content and format is the key to attracting the younger generation's attention. Using podcasts, interactive segments, and audio-visual combinations provides listeners with a more engaging experience. Apart from that, utilizing digital platforms is an essential strategy. Radio must expand its presence on digital platforms used by the younger generation, such as social media, websites, and mobile applications. Radio can create a closer relationship with the younger generation by involving listeners through interaction and participation in programming. Collaboration with influencers, content creators, and online communities is also a practical step in attracting the younger generation's interest. Involving them in event programming or creating content can broaden the reach and increase the event's appeal. Continuous evaluation and improvement are essential to implementing broadcast program planning policies. Conclusion: By implementing broadcast program planning policies that include understanding the younger generation, content and format innovation, utilization of digital platforms, listener involvement, collaboration with influencers, and continuous evaluation, radio can attract the interest of younger listeners. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the management, leadership and motivation of the principal on the development of the competence of SMA Negeri teachers in Tanjungbalai City. This research uses quantitative research methods. The sample of this research is 159 SMA Negeri teachers in Tanjungbalai City. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was measured by a Likert scale. Data analysis was done by using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that the influence of the management, leadership and motivation of the principal on the development of the competence of SMA Negeri teachers in Tanjungbalai City, based on the following indicators: First, there is a positive and significant influence of principal's management on the development of the competence of SMA Negeri teachers in Tanjungbalai City, meaning that the more good management of the principal, the competence of teachers will be better and develop. Second, there is a positive and significant influence on the leadership of the Principal on the development of the competence of SMA Negeri teachers in Tanjungbalai City, meaning that the better the leadership of the principal, the competence of the teacher will be better and develop. Third, there is a positive and significant influence on the principal's motivation on the development of the competence of SMA Negeri teachers in Tanjungbalai City, meaning that the better the principal's motivation, the teacher's competence will be better and develop. Fourth, there is a positive and significant influence on the management, leadership and motivation of the principal simultaneously on the development of the competence of SMA Negeri teachers in Tanjungbalai City, meaning that the better the management, leadership and motivation of the Principal, the teacher's competence will be better and develop.
