Abstract

Saat ini perkembangan usaha kuliner khususnya dibidang kafe semakin pesat setiap tahunnya. Perkembangan kafe yang pesat ini didasari sebab adanya perubahan sikap masyarakat. Kafe dengan konsep modern merupakan salah satu usaha yang sedang berkembang pesat saai ini dengan menjual berbagai jenis kopi yang diminati berbagai konsumen. Kouna coffee Shop ialah salah satu kafe yang menyediakan aneka macam minuman kopi dan camilan, baik original maupun kombinasi minuman lain. Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu, coffee shop banyak bermunculan dengan konsep yang berbeda-beda. Tentu menjadi persaingan semakin tinggi dalam keberlangsungan usaha. Untuk itu dibutuhkan suatu desain peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan dengan pendekatan metode service quality dan Improvement Gap Analysis di Kouna Kafe. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa semua atribut yang berjumlah 30 pernyataan memiliki nilai gap negatif yang berarti terdapat kesenjangan antaa tingkat keinginan pelanggan dengan tingkat kepuasannya. Melalui metode Improvement Gap Analysis diketahui Kouna kafe memilik dua atribut  dengan kategori critical to improvement yaitu kesungguhan karyawan dalam mengutamakan kepentingan konsumen dan kemudahan mendapatkan informasi kafe melalui media sosial. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan oleh Kouna kafe yaitu melakukan training rutin terkait pelayanan konsumen sehingga karyawan lebih paham dan loyal dalam melayani pelanggan dan sebaiknya Kouna kafe aktif dalam berbagai macam sosial media.

Abstract

PT X is a manufacturing industry company, where one of the machines used is the Coal Sieving Machine. Krena machines are used continuously meneurs, so regular maintenance is required. This machine has two critical components, namely the gearbox component and the V-Belt Conveyor. During this time, PT. X carries out suboptimal repair activities, namely technicians only replace components when there is damage that can cause downtime. The purpose of this study is to determine alternative time intervals for machine component replacement and analyze the implementation of appropriate preventive maintenance to reduce the total downtime that occurs with the age replacement method approach. The results of the study obtained the replacement time interval for Gearbox components at intervals of 14 days while on the V-Belt Conveyor components, namely at intervals of 16 days. The total cost of replacing gearbox components due to damage amounted to Rp. 3,286,955 and for the calculation of the total maintenance cost (TC*) of Rp. 56,549,187. As for the replacement of V-Belt Conveyor components due to damage amounting to Rp. 3,101,104 and for the calculation of the total maintenance cost (TC*) of Rp. 58,260,118.

Abstract

PT Ciptaunggul Karya Abadi (CKA) is a manufacturer active in the country, and part arm rear break KYEA broken are one of the parts that are produced every month, and product defects occur frequently. Substantially companies need to improve the quality of products manufactured according to standards and prescribed specification in order to reduce product defect levels. This study aims to use lean six sigma DMAIC (Define, Measurem Analyze, Improve, and Control) approach and kaizen analysis to identify the factors that cause defect levels and suggest improvements to reduce the number of defect. The capacity of sigma obtained from the production process part arm rear break KYEA is 4,6. There are three types of defects in the production process, restice dented 9%, blank minus 27%, blunt serration 64%. In addition, kaizen analysis was performed by 5W+1H analysis. The results of this survey are expected to contribute to improving product qualitu, satisfaction customer, dan maximizing profits.

Abstract

Travel attraction, especially in the Mentaya Shopping Center shopping area, is one of the problems that causes congestion. Therefore, it is necessary to solve the transportation problem. The first step is to know the characteristics of the trip attraction and evaluate the level of visitor satisfaction with the current condition of the Mentaya Shopping Center. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents at the Mentaya Shopping Center. The analysis used is descriptive analysis to determine the characteristics of the trip attraction and the measurement of the results of the level of visitor satisfaction using a Likert scale. Based on data from filling out questionnaires by 105 respondents, it is known that the average visitor is 21-30 years old, female, most of them work as private workers with the last education of high school (SMA), the average travel time is 20 minutes, the average travel distance is 15 km, the mode used is a motorbike, the highest average income of visitors is Rp. 2,000,000 – Rp. 4,000,000, the origin of most visitors coming from home, the intensity of the visitor's trip for 1 week is 1 time, the purpose of visitors is to buy basic goods. In general, visitors are satisfied with the current state of the Mentaya Shopping Center with a satisfied percentage of 49.5%.

Abstract

Chlorella is a microalga that has been extensively used because of its fast-growing ability and can reduce pollutant in the wastewater as well. By using wastewater as a nutrient source for Chlorella cultivation, it has a potential to accomplish a sustainable biomass production. In this literature review, the ability of Chlorella to reduce pollutant (COD, TN, TP) in the wastewater were summarized. The average of pollutant removal of COD, TN and TP by Chlorella are 70,4%; 80%; and 79,4%. The biomass productivity of Chlorella cultivated in the wastewater reach 450 mg/L/day. In the end, there are some additional treatments that is used to enhance the Chlorella growth and the pollutant removal performance. Those additional treatments are surfactant, glycerol, pre-treatment and diluting wastewater concentration.

Abstract

Abstract Inventory is one of the important factors to achieve a smooth production process so as to encourage efforts to achieve company goals. Inventory control efforts aim to expedite the company's operations and meet customer satisfaction. PT. XYZ is a multi-national company that produces traditional medicinal products and processed food. The superior product produced is the FA-005 product, the product consists of the main raw materials, namely RA2-021 and RA2-023 products. The FA-005 product experienced problems in the production process due to a shortage of raw materials so that the production process was hampered. This study aims to plan product inventory RA2-021 and RA2-023 using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. This research was conducted by interview method and direct observation on the inventory control warehouse, and production. The results of calculations using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method show that the optimal order value in one order is 53,537 liters of RA2-021 product and 149,358 liters of RA2-023 product, the safety stock value of RA2-021 product is 9,900 liters and RA2-023 product is 27,694 liters, the reorder point value for RA2-021 products is 15,900 liters and RA2-023 products are 44,479 liters. By using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method, it can be seen that the value of inventory costs on the RA2-021 product is Rp. 143,758,314 and the value of inventory costs on the RA2-023 product is Rp. 401,054,193.Keywords: Persediaan, EOQ, Safety Stock, Reorder Point. AbstrakPersediaan merupakan salah satu faktor penting untuk mencapai kelancaran proses produksi sehingga mendorong upaya pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Upaya pengendalian persediaan bertujuan untuk memperlancar jalannya operasi perusahaan serta dapat memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan. PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan multi nasional yang menghasilkan produk obat tradisional dan pangan olahan. Produk unggulan yang dihasilkan yaitu produk FA-005, produk tersebut terdiri dari bahan baku utama yaitu produk RA2-021 dan RA2-023. Produk FA-005 mengalami kendala dalam proses produksi yang disebabkan karena kekurangan bahan baku sehingga proses produksi terhambat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perencanaan persediaan produk RA2-021 dan RA2-023 menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dan observasi langsung pada bagian inventory control, warehouse, dan produksi. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) menunjukkan nilai pemesanan optimal dalam sekali pesan produk RA2-021 sebanyak 53.537 liter dan produk RA2-023 sebanyak 149.358 liter, nilai safety stock produk RA2-021 sebanyak 9.900 liter dan  produk RA2-023 sebanyak 27.694 liter, nilai reorder point atau titik pemesanan ulang produk RA2-021 sebanyak 15.900 liter dan produk RA2-023 sebanyak 44.479 liter. Dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dapat diketahui nilai biaya persediaan pada produk RA2-021 sebesar Rp. 143.758.314 serta nilai biaya persedian pada produk RA2-023 sebesar Rp. 401.054.193.Kata Kunci: Persediaan, EOQ, Safety Stock, Reorder Point

Abstract

PT. Empat Perdana carton merupakan perusahaan yang menggunakan sumber daya manusia dalam menjalankan suatu aktivitas kegiatannya. Perusahaan memproduksi produk setiap harinya dengan jumlah yang sangat besar, karena tingginya angka permintaan yang perlu dicapai oleh para karyawan. Hal ini dapat menempatkan karyawan di bawah banyak tekanan mental, dan jika tidak segera diperbaiki, karyawan dapat mengalami stres di tempat kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi beban kerja mental serta usulan perbaikan. NASA-TLX merupakan metode untuk mengukur beban kerja mental secara subyektif. Metode ini menggunakan media kuesioner yang nantinya akan disebar untuk 10 karyawan pada Divisi Produksi. Hasil perhitungan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai skor WWL sebesar 61,27 dan berada pada kategori tinggi. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan maka diketahuilah faktor yang mempengaruhi diantaranya yaitu kurangnya waktu istirahat yang diberikan kemudian kurangnya fasilitas kerja yang diberikan serta kurangnya motivasi dalam bekerja sehingga berpengaruh saat melakukan pekerjaan. Beberapa saran perbaikan yang perlu dilaksanakan termasuk peningkatan waktu istirahat, fasilitas yang nyaman, dan kegiatan yang meningkatkan semangat kerja karyawan dan dimaksudkan untuk memotivasi pekerja.

Abstract

Babakan Water treatment plant evaluation aims to meet the community needs for drinking water in Babakan, Tangerang Subdistrict. To meet the needs for drinking water, Perumdam Tirta Raharja in the Tangerang district has a water treatment plant with volumetric flow rate 80 L/second with the raw water source being the Cisadane River. This study refers to the design criteria based on the literature and evaluation of existing water treatment installations based on secondary data. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the performance of the Babakan WTP in terms of quality from the comparison of the test results of raw water sources and distribution with the applicable quality standards and quantity from the calculation of the discharge and the dimensions of the treatment unit. In the Babakan WTP PDAM TKR, optimization can be done by changing the flocculation unit value of detention time from 0.42 minutes to 15 minutes, and the value of the Relative Capacity of the Tube (C) from being changed from 72 m3 to 468.3 m3 so that the gradient value speed to 60 s -1. Solution of sedimentation unit is the design parameter that is not suitable is the surface loading rate less than the design criteria 60 m3/m2. days, to increase the value of the surface loading rate can be done to reduce the surface area of the tub. Settler velocities bigger than the design criteria may cause grinding of the settler surface and cause the flow to become turbulent. The solution for the filtration unit changed the dimensions by increasing the width of the filtration tank twice to 3 m.

Abstract

Climate change has an impact on increasing the temperature of the earth's surface which causes an increase in extreme weather such as floods and droughts. Climate change adaptation is an effort to increase the ability to adapt to changes, including climate diversity and extreme climate events, so that the potential damage caused by climate change can be reduced, opportunities posed by climate change can be utilized and the consequences can be overcome. This study discusses hydrological disasters due to climate change with a change adaptation approach, through environmentally sound drainage or ecodrain. One of the chosen forms of ecodrain is infiltration wells. Excess water that causes flooding can be reduced by storing excess water into the soil. Water that is absorbed into the soil is beneficial for the continuity of groundwater. From the results of the discussion, it is known that with extreme weather changes, evaporation exceeds the amount of rainfall in certain months in Pekanbaru City in 2018. The potential for water loss from this area results in the emergence of potential drought. However, as long as the annual rainfall value is greater than the evaporation value, the annual meteorological drought in the area can be avoided. On the other hand, the design of infiltration wells in the Hang Tuah Cipta Housing area is able to reduce runoff that occurs by 70% of the total runoff to be absorbed into the ground. Thus infiltration wells are able to provide benefits in reducing flooding and saving groundwater.

Abstract

DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has officially implemented a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) in the Kawasan Kota Tua Jakarta to overcome the problem of air pollution. Kawasan Kota Tua Jakarta is a cultural heritage area that applies LEZ, this study was carried out with several objectives, namely analyzing the concentration of TSP based on Ambient Air Quality Standard (AAQS) and comparing the concentration of TSP inside and outside the LEZ. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods. Sampling was taken using a portable High Volume Air Sampler (HVAS) and analyzed based on SNI 7119-3:2017. 84 samples were taken at 4 location points for 7 days (morning, afternoon, evening) between March-May 2022. The concentration of TSP still met the AAQS used, namely PP 22/2021 (230µg/Nm3 within 24 hours). The highest average concentration is at point 3 (non-LEZ) is 60µg/Nm3 and the lowest is at point 2 (LEZ) is 33µg/Nm3. The range of TSP concentrations at the LEZ location is 5-73µg/Nm3 and 9-80µg/Nm3 in non�LEZ. The concentration of TSP in the 4 sampling locations still meets the AAQS. TSP concentration at the sampling point locations in the non-LEZ area has a much larger range of values when compared with the sampling point inside LEZ area.
