Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Modul Pembelajaran Kimia Terintegrasi STEM-PBL pada Topik Jenis Pakan Tambahan untuk Peningkatan Bobot Sapi Bali yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) yang dikombinasikan dengan evaluasi formatif tessmer. Pada tahap expert review menghasilkan rata-rata nilai koefisien Aiken sebesar 0,87 dengan katagori tinggi. Rata-rata nilai koefisien Aiken uji one to one memperoleh nilai 0,94 dengan kategori tinggi dan uji small group memperoleh nilai 0,95 dengan kategori tinggi. Hasil uji field test didapatkan skor rata-rata 0,74 dengan kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul yang dihasilkan telah memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis dan efektif.

Abstract

The low knowledge of student learning outcomes in the binary compound nomenclature for class X MIA at SMA Negeri 1 Tekarang is due to the difficulty and confusion of students in writing the names for binary compound nomenclature. One of the factors for the success of the learning method is the use of appropriate learning media. A learning medium is needed, namely the Jarumia learning media to make it easier for students to understand the concept of chemical compound nomenclature. This study aims to develop the Jarumia learning media in the binary compound nomenclature for class XI at SMA Negeri 1 Tekarang which is valid and practical. The instruments used were validation sheets and teacher and student response questionnaires. This type of research is the ADDIE (Analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation) model of Research and Development (R&D). The results of the analysis show that the Jarumia learning media developed is valid with an average value of 0.93 with high criteria. The percentage of the results of the questionnaire responses to the initial field trials and the main field trials were 89.74% and 85.45%, respectively, with very practical criteria. Thus, the needle learning media developed is suitable for use as a learning medium on compound nomenclature material, especially in the binary compound sub-material.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X MIPA 2 di SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Ambawang dengan menggunakan model discovery learning berbantuan alat peraga balon dan molymod. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melibatkan 24 siswa di kelas X MIPA 2. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dari nilai tes akhir atau tugas dari 20 orang peserta didik (83,3%) memiliki nilai diatas KKM, sedangkan 4 orang peserta didik (16,7%) memiliki nilai dibawah KKM. Nilai KKM pada materi bentuk molekul adalah 75. Selain itu, kemampuan siswa meningkat juga dapat dilihat dari tingkat keaktifan siswa untuk bertanya dan menanggapi topik yang dibahas dalam pembelajaran. Dalam pembelajaran ini pemahaman siswa tentang konsep bentuk molekul dibangun oleh siswa melalui pengamatan saat melakukan kegiatan praktek dengan menggunakan alat peraga dan diskusi yang menuntut kemampuan siswa untuk berpikir kritis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in learning outcomes and influence teaching and learning quantum learning with rangking one game on learning outcomes. The form of research used was quasi-experimental design with random sampling techniques. The sample of this researche is class X TKJ A as an experimental class that gathers 28 students and X TKJ B as a control class againts 26 students. Data calculation techniques are measurement and interview techniques. Based on the analysis using the U-Mann Whitney test ( which shows the differences in learning utcomes between students who use quantum learning teaching with the first rank game using conventionals models. Quantum learning teaching with this one rangking game gives a high influence on learning outcomes with an effect size value of 1,5

Abstract

This research aims to determine student responses to the supplements based on a scientific approach to the atomic structure material. Type of this research is Research and Development (R&D) by adapting the development steps by Borg & Gall model. The subject of this study was a supplement based on a scientific approach to the Atomic Structure Material which was tested on class X students at Taman Mulia Senior High School, SMA N 1 Sungai Raya and SMAS Indonesia Muda. Supplements based on a scientific approach to the atomic structure material received responses from students in the initial field responses test with excellent criteria (85,9%). And the main field response test with excellent criteria (90,4%). According to the students response test to the supplement based on a scientific approach to the Atomic Structure Material showed that the supplement was very feasible to be used as a learning suplement for Atomic Structure Material.

Abstract

The presentation of teaching materials is not only limited to print media but already utilizes digital media, so it is necessary to develop a teaching material in the form of an electronic practicum worksheet using an application, namely the 3D PageFlip Professional application. This study aims to determine the feasibility of the 3D PageFlip Professional based Electronic Practicum Worksheet (e-LKP) in the Practical Basics of Analytical Chemistry through the results of validation and lecturer responses to the developed 3D PageFlip Professional-based Electronic Practicum Worksheet (e-LKP). The research and development method used leads to one of the Borg and Gall development models modified by Sugiyono. The research subjects involved consisted of experts (material experts, media experts, and linguists) and Analytical Chemistry Lecturers. The expert provides an assessment of the validity of the material, the suitability of the e-LKP design, conformance with Indonesian language rules, while the lecturer response test contains material aspects, language aspects, and media aspects of the 3D PageFlip Professional-based e-LKP developed by researchers. The results obtained are the feasibility of e-LKP based on 3D PageFlip Professional. Based on the expert's assessment, it is predicted that the feasibility level is very high with the percentage of content aspects (88.88%), presentation aspects (98.61%), language aspects (89.57%), and media aspects (90.83%). Meanwhile, the lecturers' response to the 3D PageFlip Professional-based e-LKP was (86.77%) with very high criteria.Keywords: Development, Electronic Practicum Worksheet, 3D PageFlip Professional, Basics of Analytical Chemistry.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin masif mengharuskan setiap manusia untuk bijak dalam menerapkan teknologi tersebut dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan, termasuk di bidang pendidikan. Penerapan teknologi dalam bidang pendidikan dapat diwujudkan pada media pembelajaran. Penerapan teknologi berupa robot di dalam media pembelajaran kimia dapat diwujudkan melalui robot elektrolit (robolit). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan dan respon guru terhadap media robolit (robot uji elektrolit). Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE yang dimodifikasi menjadi ADD yaitu Analysis, Design, dan Development. Subjek penelitian ini adalah media robolit. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu lembar penilaian kelayakan media dan materi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelayakan media dan materi memperoleh persentase sebesar 100% dengan kategori sangat layak. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa media robolit pada materi larutan elektrolit dan nonelektrolit sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran ditinjau dari aspek media dan materi.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the level of feasibility and response of chemistry teachers to students' performance appraisal instruments on practicum electrolyte and non-electrolyte solutions that have been developed. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) by the Borg and Gall model. This study’s subject was the instrument of student performance appraisal, which was tested on chemistry teachers in Senior High School, Sambas. The instrument of student performance appraisal on the electrolyte and non-electrolyte solution practicum that has been developed shows that the category is very feasible with a percentage of 87.31% in terms of three aspect of the assessment feasibility content, presentation, and language. The chemistry teacher's response to the student performance appraisal instrument in the initial field test showed an excellent category (80.55%). In the main field test, the category showed excellent (85.83%). The results of this study indicate that the instrument of student performance appraisal in practicum electrolyte and non-electrolyte solutions is very feasible and can be used as one of the assessment tools in the chemical practicum of electrolyte and non-electrolyte solution materials.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan pengamatan hasil pembuatan biodiesel dari minyak jelantah pada mata kuliah Teknologi Tepat Guna di Program Studi Pendidikan Kimia Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Pontianak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah agar mahasiswa mengetahui konsep dan cara pembuatan biodiesel dari minyak jelantah secara sederhana dengan cara mereaksikan minyak jelantah dan etanol/metanol serta bantuan katalis NaOH. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen dimana setiap mahasiswa mempraktekkan secara sederhana pembuatan biodiesel dari minyak jelantah melalui reaksi transesterifikasi. Dari hasil pengamatan pembuatan biodiesel dari minyak jelantah secara sederhana, ditemukan pembuatan biodiesel dari minyak jelantah yang menggunakan metode refluks menghasilkan rata-rata volume akhir biodiesel sebesar 50 ml dan yang menggunakan metode pemanasan biasa menghasilkan rata-rata volume akhir biodiesel sebesar 30,3 ml.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the SETS learing model (Science, Environement, Technology, and Society) on the decision-making skills of students of SMP Negeri 01 Belitang on environmental pollution material. The form of research used was a quasi experimental design with are search nonequivalent control group design. The sample of this research is class VII A as a control class amounting to 25 students and class VII B as an experimental class totaling 25 students, using saturated sampling technique. Data calculation techniques are measurement and interview techniques. Based on the analysis using the U-Mann Whitney test ( which shows the differences in the decision-making skills of students who were given the SETS learning model and given conventional learning model. The effect size value obtained is 1,3 with high criteria and has an effect of 90 % on improving decision-making skills.
