Abstract

This research has the following objectives: (1) to describe the form of humanistic education contained in the novel Orang-Orang Biasa by Andrea Hirata (2) to know and describe the relevance of humanistic education in the novel Orang-Orang Biasa in Indonesian literature learning at SMA Negeri 1 Muaradua. The data analysis technique used is the content analysis technique. Data collection techniques in this study by means of direct observation and external documentation. The results of the research prove that the value of humanistic education in the novel Orang-Orang Biasa consists of material values, vitality, spirituality, respect for other people's opinions, cooperation, willingness to sacrifice, caring for others, helping to help, and solidarity. The novel Orang-Orang Biasa by Andrea Hirata can be implemented in class XI SMA Negeri 1 Muaradua.

Abstract

This research is motivated by conditions among teachers. frequently use social media. The research objective was to determine the effect of using social media and school culture on student learning outcomes at Junior High School 01 Kisam Ilir, Muaradua Kisam District. This research uses quantitative methods. The population is 172 people and the research sample is 90 respondents. Data collection uses questionnaires and documentation of student learning outcomes which are then tested using the SPSS version 2.5 program. Hypothesis testing at the 5% significance level using the t-test, the conclusion of this study H1 is rejected, this shows that there is no influence between variable X1 on variable Y. For H2 is accepted, it shows that there is an influence between variable X2 and variable Y by 97%. To test the effect of variables X1 and X2 on Y simultaneously, the F test is used which results in H3 are rejected. The implication of this research is to cultivate social media in the school environment to support learning achievement

Abstract

Peneliti berasumsi metode Reading Guide mampu membantu siswa memahami poin-poin penting materi dalam waktu yang relative singkat. Untuk mengetahuinya peneliti melakukan penelitian eksperimen dengan jenis quasi eksperimental. peneliti mengunakan desain one grup pretes postes. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan dengan menggunakan tes. Teknik analisis data dilakukan terlebih dahulu menguji validitas dan reliabiltas tes dengan memperoleh nilai korelasi 0,93. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan angka Dhitung lebih kecil dari dari Dtabel yaitu 0,294 sehingga data tersebut berdistribusi normal. Hasil perhitungan dari uji t diperoleh T hitung sama dengan 6,6 sementara T tabel dengan df (n-1) pada taraf signifikan 5% sama dengab 1,734 artinya thitung> ttabel dengan demikian H0 di tolak, artinya terdapat perbedaan signfikan pada hasil pretes dan postes siswa setelah menggunakan metode Reading Guide. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode Reading Guide mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan membaca pemahaman pada siswa kelas V SDN 4 Danger.

Abstract

Artikel ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya tindakan perilaku sosial yang kurang baik pada remaja saat ini seperti kurangnya simpati, empati, kemurahan hati, serta sering melanggar norma-norma yang telah ada di masyarakat. Dan penulis menduga bahwa perilaku sosial yang kurang baik ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya kontrol sosial orang tua terhadap anak remajanya. Artikel ini disusun dengan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), yaitu dengan mengumpulkan bahan-bahan kajian terlebih dahulu terkait kontrol sosial orang tua dengan perilaku sosial remaja baik berupa buku, artikel dan sumber lainnya. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara kontrol sosial orang tua dengan perilaku sosial remaja, hal ini terlihat dari teori-teori para ahli yang mendukung pernyataan ini. Berdasarkan dari hasil kajian, dapat disimpulkan perilaku sosial remaja yang kurang baik terjadi dapat disebabkan oleh kurangnya/buruknya kontrol sosial orang tua terhadap remaja. Semakin baik kontrol sosial terhadap anak maka akan bak juga perilaku sosialnya,dan begitu juga sebaliknya. Diharapkan agar orang tua dan masyarakat memberikan kontrol sosial yang baik kepada anak remaja mereka agar mengurangi atau menghindari para remaja saat ini dari perilaku sosial yang kurang baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh banyaknya lembaga tahfidz quran yang ada di Indonesia, Menurut General Manager Sosial, Dakwah dan Advokasi PPPA Daarul Qur'an, Ustaz Agus Jumadi yang sekaligus menangani Rumah Tahfdiz Center (RTC) mengatakan bahwa data terkini jumlah rumah tahfidz di seluruh Indonesia yang sudah terverifikasi dengan sistem telah mencapai 1.200 lebih (Sasongko, 2020). Namun ditengah menjamurnya lembaga tahfidz ini, berdasarkan pengamatan yang penulis lihat, masih banyak lembaga tahfidz quran yang hanya mengejar target hafalan saja dan kurang memperhatikan tahsin (kualitas bacaan) dan tajwidnya, banyak lembaga tahfidz misalnya program daurah quran yang memprogramkan bisa hafal quran 10 juz dalam waktu 1 bulan. Sehingga hasilnya adalah santri hanya fokus mengejar banyaknya hafalan, tanpa memperhatikan kualitas bacaan, apalagi untuk mendalami ayat-ayat quran yang dihafalkan, selain itu penulis juga mensurvei beberapa rumah quran yang kekurangan staff pengajar, dan ada juga rumah quran yang memiliki lokasi yang sempit, sementara jumlah santri mencapai ratusan orang ( dokumentasi Rumah Quran Gemintang). Hal ini diduga kurangnya strategi pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan dalam pembelajaran tahfidz quran tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan strategi pembelajaran tahfidz quran. Jenis penelitian Studi Kepustakaan (Library Research), teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi, yaitu mencari data mengenai hal-hal atau variabel yang berupa catatan, buku, makalah atau artikel, jurnal dan sebagainya, teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis isi (Content Analysis). Analisis ini digunakan untuk mendapatkan referensi yang valid dan dapat diteliti ulang berdasarkan konteksnya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah strategi pembelajaran merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam pembelajaran tahfidz quran, karena strategi merupakan rangkaian kegiatan yang tersusun rapid an permanen dalam upaya mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh keberhasilan program pelatihan taekwondo. Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan metode pelatihan taekwondo dalam bidang pendidikan, sosial, ekonomi, keagamaan, seni dan budaya serta serta ketahanan bangsa. Jenis penilitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR), yaitu dengan mengumpulkan bahan-bahan kajian terlebih dahulu terkait peranan metode pelatihan dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar baik berupa buku, artikel dan sumber lainnya. Setelah bahan kajian dikumpulkan, selanjutnya bahan tersebut diteliti dan dipelajari, kemudian penulis berusaha menyimpulkan sebuah pengetahuan baru hasil dari analisis terhadap bahan kajian tersebut. Dapat disimpulkan metode pelatihan memiliki peran terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta pelatihan. diharapkan kepada pelatih taekwondo untuk dapat menggunakan metode pelatihan dengan efektif.

Abstract

Regarding the implementation of school-based management, one of which is infrastructure management. This researcher took the title, namely, Management of Facilities and Infrastructure at SMP Muhammadiyah Jirak with the sub-focus is planning, procurement, utilization, maintenance, person in charge and elimination. In this study, researchers used a qualitative method with a qualitative naturalistic approach. The naturalistic approach shows that the implementation of this research is indeed natural, as it is and is not manipulated by circumstances and conditions. In the data collection method, the writer uses techniques such as observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that the planning of infrastructure in SMP Muhammadi yah Jirak runs withgood. In addition, the planning stage is also carried out from submitting needs, then analyzing. Procurement of infrastructure at SMP Muhammadiyah Jirak always tries to do with the planning that has been made. In terms of the provision of infrastructure, it has also been carried out in accordance with the plans that have been made. In terms of the provision of infrastructure, it is not carried out by one or two parties, but involves various elements to avoid misuse in the provision of educational facilities. Utilization of facilities and infrastructure at SMP Muhammadiyah Jirak is by having rules and schedules for the use of facilities and infrastructure. Maintenance and accountability for facilities and infrastructure at SMP Muhammadiyah Jirak are carried out by all residents, including officers, school principals, teachers, administrative staff and other students. The elimination of facilities and infrastructure at SMP Muhammadiyah Jirak is carried out by the school by selecting goods and after that it will be reported to the KPKNL and will be carried out a sale or auction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of school based management in proving the quality of teachers In State Senior High School No.4 OKU. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The informants as sources in this study were the principal. Deputy principal, teachers, administrative staff and guardian of students. In collecting the data the researcher used were observation, interview and documentation techniques. Based on the research result it can be concluded that First, the principal in State Senior High School No.4 OKU is capable of implementing school based management well. Second, there is an increase in teacher quality as seen from teacher completence. Third, school principals is able to improve teacher quality through planned and gradual programs. Fourth, the principal is able to improve the quality of the school.

Abstract

The transglobal nature of business transactions assumes skills that have been honed by active theoretical and practical immersions, and remained in the learners’ repertoire of skills through constant, guided practice provided by the concerted effort of the academe and the affiliated business or service industry partners, where the students were sent to undergo cooperative education training. The current study has a three-fold purpose: (1) examine which soft skills were developed during the cooperative education training process, (2) analyze which of these soft skills most likely engender lifelong learning, and (3) investigate the potential influence of the complementary supervision implemented for the training. Using a questionnaire, the perspectives of the 27 training supervisors (TS), 12 academic supervisors (AS), and 58 student trainees on the delivery of the complementary cooperative education training were gathered, followed by a semi-structured interview among volunteer participants. The findings from the surveys revealed that lifelong learning skills of students could be enhanced by developing their Life and Career Skills (e.g. Productivity & Accountability, Leadership & Responsibility, and Flexibility & Adaptability), and Learning and Innovation Skills (Collaboration, and Creativity & Innovation). These findings were confirmed in the responses of three groups of participants in the semi-structured interview. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the students' ability to write classified ad sentences in class IXA SMP Negeri 14 OKU . Research data collection techniques using observation, tests, documentation. The research data analysis technique used observation to see the activeness of student learning and the test of understanding writing classified advertisements . Based on the analysis of research data on the improvement of writing classified ad sentences in cycles I and II, the following results were obtained. The results of the first cycle test showed that the average increase in writing classified ad sentences for students was 61.45. Average it rose to 94.45 or 53.7% in cycle II. The increase in the classical average was also followed by the increase in the scores obtained by the students in each aspect of the assessment of writing classified ad sentences . The improvement in writing student classifieds sentences in each cycle was followed by changes in the students ' behavior in a positive direction . This can be seen in the activeness and enthusiasm of students in receiving learning because students feel happy and interested in participating in learning to write classified ad sentences through . From these results, suggestions can be taken by the researcher, the researcher me recommend , among others, 1) teachers should use teaching methods that vary to attract students, and 2) The researchers or teacher education field of language Indonesia should be able to conduct similar studies yet with different methods in order to obtain various learning methods through.
