This study aims to determine the strategy of recruitment of teaching staff and education staff in SDIT Cendikia Faiha Palembang . This research was conducted from July to December 2020, with qualitative research methods and qualitative descriptive research types. Respondents in this study were the head of the foundation as well as the teaching and education staff, including: school principals, curriculum representatives, student representatives, teachers and administrative staff. The writer used observation, interview and documentation techniques to obtain some information. The results of this study are the recruitment of educators and education personnel at SDIT Cendikia Faiha has been going well and effectively. This recruitment activity begins with careful planning in analyzing the needs of educators and education personnel based on the number of students, by a recruitment committee consisting of the head of the Foundation, the principal, the curriculum assistant, the student assistant and some of the teaching staff. Then the stages of vacancy publication to receipt of application documents, procurement of interview test selections, Qur’an recitation / reading Qur’an tests and micro teaching tests as well as a 3-month coaching and orientation process for applicants who pass the selection

Masalah yang diteliti adalah bagaimana hubungan kemampuan membaca telaah dengan keterampilan meresensi prosa baru siswa dan Apakah ada perbedaan yang dicapai siswa, yaitu antara siswa yang diajarkan meresensi prosa baru dengan menggunakan kemampuan membaca telaah dengan yang diajar tanpa menggunakan kemampuan membaca telaah. Sehubungan dengan masalah diatas, maka penulis mengajukan hipotesis: ada hubungan kemampuan membaca telaah dengan keterampilan meresensi prosa baru dan ada perbedaan rata-rata prestasi siswa antara siswa yang diajarkan meresensi prosa baru dengan menggunakan kemampuan membaca telaah dengan siswa yang diajarkan meresensi prosa baru tanpa menggunakan kemampuan membaca telaah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dan alat untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan teknik tes. Tes diadakan pada siswa yang diajar meresensi prosa baru dengan diberikan kemampuan membaca telaah maupun pada siswa yang diajar meresensi prosa baru tanpa diberikan kemampuan membaca telaah. Hipotesis ini diuji dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi Product Moment. Dari Hasil pengujian rata-rata prestasi siswa juga diperoleh perbedaan antara prestasi siswa yang diajar meresensi prosa baru dengan diberikan kemampuan membaca telaah, dan siswa yang diajar meresensi prosa baru tanpa menggunakan kemampuan membaca telaah.

This study attempts to evaluate the performance of certification competence described vocational students through certification institute profesi-p1 program computer engineering expertise and tissues at south sumatra .This study in a qualitative descriptive with those cases .Data collection techniques used in this research was the questionnaire , interview , and use a method of triangulation dokumentasi.teknik data analysis and collect information or data from various sources to check the truth of the data .The results of the study conclude that so it can be seen that the purpose of the vocational school vocational certification in 1 penukal with objectives set the national profession certificates show category in accordance with the percentage of 75 % Sedangkan to state 1 indralaya south objectives set the national profession certificatesshow category in accordance with the percentage of only 72 %..

This study to determine the form of Principal Planning in Implementing School-Based Management at SMP Negeri 10 OKU. This study used a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, documentation. From this research, it can be concluded that the form of the principal planning process in implementing SBM at SMP Negeri 10 OKU has been implemented well. This is evidenced by the implementation of deliberations by teachers, staff, committees in planning activity programs to be implemented, along with the necessary budget funds. The principal in implementing SBM at SMPN 10 OKU, is as follows: the principal tries to apply a democratic leadership pattern, to achieve this, the principal implements work discipline, togetherness, loyalty, high commitment in carrying out tasks.

The goal of this study is to demonstrate the impact of the work environment on teacher performance, to demonstrate the impact of work motivation on teacher performance, and to demonstrate the impact of the work environment and work motivation on teacher performance together. At Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1, Palembang, this study was carried out. The problems that exist include the frequent occurrence of confusion between teachers in performing their duties, resulting in the less favorable working atmosphere of the teacher, unsatisfactory student output could be attributable to the standard of teacher work that has not been maximized because the motivation of teachers to work is still poor, In implementing policies, there are often differences of opinion between teachers and the principal of madrasah, lack of guidance for teachers that leads to low teacher morale, the absence of teacher imagination in creating independent material still depends on the books used, teachers often arrive late or come home not yet that can harm learning students. Observations, questionnaires, and documentation were used to collect data. The study carried out was an analysis of the association between the t – test and the F – test. The findings of the analysis of the data collected were that the working environment had an effect on the performance of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Palembang. There is an influence on the success of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Palembang by Job Motivation. The work climate and work motivation together have an effect on the teacher performance in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Palembang.

This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership and work commitment to teacher professionalism at SMP Negeri Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency (OKI). This study uses a quantitative approach. The research sample was 70 state junior high school teachers in Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency (OKI). Data collection using a questionnaire, data analysis techniques used with simple and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that 1) There was a significant effect of principal leadership on teacher professionalism at SMP Negeri Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency (OKI), 2) There was a significant effect of work commitment on teacher professionalism in SMP Negeri in Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. (OKI), and 3) There is a significant effect of school principal leadership and work commitment to the professionalism of teachers at SMP Negeri Kayuagung Subdistrict, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency (OKI).

This study aims to see and describe the influence of the principal's leadership style and teacher work culture on the performance of state high school teachers in Lubuk Raja District, OKU Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative. Data in the form of a questionnaire is classified as quantitative data. The independent variable in this study is the Principal Leadership Style (X1) and Teacher Work Culture (X2) and the dependent variable in this study is Teacher Performance (Y). Data analysis techniques, namely 1) simple and multiple linear correlation test; 2) Significant test using t test and f test. The leadership style of the principal and work culture together have a positive effect on teacher performance. The coefficient of the second variable between the second independent variable and the variable in Ry.12 is 0.670. From this coefficient, it can be calculated that the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.449, meaning that 44.90% of the teacher performance reports can be linked together with the principal's leadership style and teacher work culture

This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership and teacher professionalism on teacher performance. This type of research is a quantitative research design using ex post facto research design. The sample in this study was the total of all teachers in Public Senior High Schools in Sekayu District which consisted of 112 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that 1) there is a significant influence between principal leadership on teacher performance; 2) there is a significant influence between teacher professionalism on teacher performance 3) there is a significant effect of principal leadership and teacher professionalism together on teacher performance.

This study aims to describe the errors of phonology, morphology and syntax in descriptive text for seventh grade students of Middle School 60 Palembang. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The data source of this research is the descriptive text of the students, amounting to 150 students. The data from this study were words or sentences that experienced morphological and syntactic phonological errors. The data collection techniques from this research were test and interview techniques. The data analysis method used in this research is the triangulation collection method. The results of this study found that the most dominant errors were errors in the phonological field. The phonological errors found were misuse of punctuation marks, errors in using prepositions, errors in using capital letters and errors in writing basic words. Morphological errors include affixation errors. Syntax errors include inefficient sentences.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan keberlangsungan profesionalitas guru rumpun PAI bersertifikasi dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di MTsN 5 Jombang. MTsN 5 Jombang dipilih sebagai lokasi penelitian ini karena peneliti sebagai pengajar di sekolah tersebut. Harapannya adalah hasil penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat untuk peningkatan mutu di sekolah tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode observasi ini dimaksudkan untuk mengamati proses pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar guru bersertifikasi. Metode wawancara ini peneliti gunakan untuk meneliti data yang lebih dalam kepada narasumber yaitu Bapak Kepala sekolah dan guru mata pelajaran PAI yang bersertifikasi di MTsN 5 Jombang sebagai sumber data untuk mendapatkan data tentang pengembangan keberlangsungan profesionalitas guru rumpun PAI bersertifikasi untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran MTsN di kabupaten Jombang. Jenis wawancara dalam penelitian ini bersifat semi terstruktur atau terbuka atau tidak baku. Dokumentasi adalah cara mencari data atau informasi dari buku-buku, catatan-catatan, transkip, surat kabar, majalah, prasasti, notulen rapat, legger, agenda, dan yang lainnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kualitatif, mengikuti konsep yang diberikan Miles and Humberman yang meliputi Reduksi Data (Data Reduction), Penyajian Data (Data Display), dan Conclusion Drawing/ Verification. Pengecekan keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi metode dan triangulasi sumber data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan jika pengembangan keberlangsungan profesionalitas guru PAI bersertifikasi dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran adalah dengan menerapkan hasil pelatihan- pelatihan diklat, workshop serta musyawarah guru mata pelajaran yang telah diperoleh untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran, misalnya strategi mengajar sudah semakin bervariasi, dan paham tentang strategi mengatur suasana kelas agar pembelajaran berjalan kondusif. Disamping itu ketersedianya fasilitas- fasilitas yang mulai lengkap di madrasah juga sangat mendukung dalam peningkatan mutu pembelajaran.
