<![CDATA[This research aimed at finding the suitabality of the readability levels of reading texts in English textbook entitled Bahasa Inggris Kelas X which is used at the tenth grade students of IBA Senior High School. There are ten reading texts in textbook, they met calculated by using The Dale-Chall Formula and Cloze Procedure Test to know about the suitabality and readability levels of reading texts. From this research there are only two reading texts in English textbook Entitled Bahasa Inggris Kelas X by Kemendikbud are suitable for tenth grade students and they were classified into Independent Level, it means that the reading texts considered easy enough for students to read on their own without any help. In conclusion that readability of reading materials in the textbook is found reading materials in the textbook is found reading m suggest that readability of reading materials are suitable with students grade level.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine 1) the effect of fieldwork practices on student learning outcomes, 2) the effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes, 3) the effect of fieldwork practices and learning motivation simultaneously on student learning outcomes. The method used by researchers in this research is descriptive analysis method, while the population studied was Class XII students at Tri Bhakti At-taq'wa Health Vocational School Ogan Komering Ilir district, totaling 101 students. The data collection techniques were questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique used in this study is the t-test and the F test with SPSS version 20.0 as supporting instrument. The results of this study indicate that 1) there is a significant impact between fieldwork practices on student learning outcomes 2) there is a significant impact between learning motivation on student learning outcomes 3) there is a significant impact between fieldwork practices and learning motivation simultaneously on student learning outcomes]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of principal academic supervision and organizational culture on teacher performance. The location of this research was carried out in SD Negeri in Cluster I, Betung District. This type of research is quantitative research with ex post facto research design. The sample in this study were consisting of 55 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive techniques and multiple linear regression. The results of the study stated that 1) there was a significant effect of the principal's academic supervision on the performance of public elementary school teachers; 2) there is a significant influence of organizational culture on the performance; 3) there is a significant influence on the academic supervision of the principal and organizational culture together on the performance of SD teachers in Cluster I, Betung District]]>

<![CDATA[The goal of this study is to decide whether the leadership and motivation of school principals has a very important impact on the performance of high school teachers in the PlakatTinggi District. The theoretical analysis presented is the concept of leadership, the understanding of motivation, the understanding of the principal and the success of the instructor, whereas the research approach is a method of study with a survey method, descriptive quantitative approach, data collection strategies are carried out randomly or randomly. A sample of 63 teachers was taken randomly from a population of 83 teachers. 1) descriptive quantitative analysis technique; and 2) multiple regression, the data analysis technique used. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine, describe, and analyze the effect of strategic planning and principal leadership on the professional performance of public high school teachers in Sekayu City. This study used quantitative research methods through a population of 162 teachers with a sampling technique using Probability Sampling to obtain a total sample of 115 teachers. Data collection techniques used observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used the t test and F test. This study resulted that: 1) there was a significant influence between strategic planning on the professional performance of public high school teachers in Sekayu City by 20.3%; 2) there was a significant influence between the leadership of the principal on the professional performance of the teachers of SMA Negeri in Sekayu City of 35.9%; 3) there was a significant influence between strategic planning and principal leadership together on the professional performance of public high school teachers in Sekayu City by 39.4% and the rest was influenced by other factors.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aimed at finding out and developing intrinsic elements and how social life was presented in the novel Mirror Image by Sandra Brown. This is a qualitative research. The data of the research were taken from word, phrase, sentences in the novel and they were analyzed used triangulation method. Data source triangulation was achieved through the inclusion of two different types of data: interviews and questionnaire. The result showed were social aspect, economy aspect, politic aspect, and cultural aspect.]]>

<![CDATA[SMA Negeri 1 Prabumulih merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang memperhatikan Pendidikan Agama siswanya dengan visi unggul dalam prestasi, luhur dalam budi pekerti untuk menumbuhkembangkan sikap mandiri dan misinya meningkatkan iman dan taqwa seluruh warga sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan instrumen wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan salah satu contoh suasana Islami atau budaya Islami di SMA Negeri 1 Prabumulih misalnya shalat Dzuhur berjamaah, tadarusan Al-Qur,an, berbusana muslim dan lain-lain. Strategi kepemimpinan guru dalam mengembangkan budaya Islami adalah dengan cara menunjukkan keteladan yang baik, melakukan pembiasaan yang baik, sentuhan hati, dan kerja sama antara guru dan orang tua.]]>

<![CDATA[In this digital era, new technologies have emerged, resulting in extraordinary changes in all fields, including education. The increasing sophistication of technology, the heavier the demands for the competence of teachers. For this reason, at this time required the will and ability of teachers to understand the dynamics of the classroom in order to educate students well. This paper aims to describe the development of teacher competencies in the digital era. The method used is literature study with descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed a change in the educational paradigm. One of them is that teachers as educational actors must be able to improve and develop their competence in pedagogic, social, personality and professional aspects. This can be seen in the ability to communicate and collaborate, the ability to think critically and solve problems, the ability to emphasize conceptual learning, and the ability to use technology-based learning media.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of classroom management and work motivation partially or jointly on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Pulau Beringin District, South OKU Regency. This research uses quantitative methods. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. This study resulted in the conclusions 1) Classroom management affects the performance of public SD teachers in Pulau Beringin District, South OKU Regency; 2) Work motivation affects the performance of SD Negeri teachers in Pulau Beringin District, OKU Selatan Regency; and 3) Class management and work motivation together have a significant effect on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Pulau Beringin District, South OKU Regency. The magnitude of the influence of all independent variables on the performance of SD Negeri teachers in Pulau Beringin District is 92.4%, the remaining 7.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study]]>

<![CDATA[Reciprocal teaching strategy (RTS) is an instructional activity that takes text from of dialogue between teachers and students regrinding segments of the text for the purpose of constructing the meaning of text. A reciprocal provides students with four specific reading strategies that are actively and consciously used to support comprehension; questioning, clarifying, summarizing, and predicting. Reading is an activity that is done by written text or print text as a medium. In this activity readers decode and interpret the language to get the meaning. This study aims to determine student reading motivation towards reciprocal teaching strategy on the eight grade students’ reading ability at Junior High School 35 Palembang.]]>
