<![CDATA[This study aimed to investigate: (1) the influence of principals’ managerial on the quality of education; (2) the influence of committee participation on the quality of education; and (3) the influence of the principals’ managerial and committee participation simultaneously on the quality of education. The data in this study were collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents. Them they were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. The population in this study were all teachers at Elementary Schools of Babat Supat District which consisted of 294 teachers. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling with a sample size of 75 people. The results of the study showed that: (1) principals’ managerial individually influences the quality of education at Elementary Schools of Babat Supat District; (2) participation of school committee individually influences the quality of education at Elementary Schools of Babat Supat District; (3) principals’ managerial and school committee participation simultaneously influence the quality of education at Elementary Schools of Babat Supat District.]]>

<![CDATA[Partisipasi orang tua merupakan peran serta dan keikutsertaan orang tua dalam mendukung keberlangsungan program layanan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini dengan berbagai macam bentuk partisipasi dimulai dari perancangan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan hingga evaluasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan waluran dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 44 yang merupakan orang tua yang memiliki anak usia dini namun tidak menyekolahkan anaknya ke lembaga Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara partisipasi orang tua terhadap program layanan PAUD serta faktor penghambat dan pendukungnya, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian survey dan teknik analisis data uji korelasi menghasilkan nilai hubungan positif dan melalui penghitungan koefisien determinasi dinyatakan partisipasi orang tua berpengaruh sebesar 46,6% terhadap program pelayanan PAUD di Kecamatan Waluran]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify and analyze: (1) school library management; (2) work motivation, and (3) library manager performance. This research is a quantitative study using a survey method. This research was conducted in Buay Pemaca District OKUS Regency with 30 library managers as respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Validity test using the SPSS program. Meanwhile, the reliability test used Cronbach's Alpha. The prerequisite test analysis used simple regression and multiple regression techniques. The results showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between school library management and work motivation on the performance of library managers with a correlation value of 0.018 with a percentage of the relationship of 97.8% while 2.2% is determined by other factors not mentioned in this research]]>

<![CDATA[One of the implementations of learning that requires discipline is academic supervision. The goal of academic supervision is creating conducive and better learning through coaching and enhancing the teaching profession so that there is an assumption that academic supervision affects teacher work discipline. The study aimed to determine and describe whether there was an effect of academic surveillance on teacher work discipline, especially in MTs Negeri in Musi Banyuasin . The hypothesis in this study was that there was an effect of academic supervision towards teachers' work discipline at MTs Negeri in Musi Banyuasin. The data collection method was obtained by using a questionnaire or questionnaire and documentation. The results of the questionnaire or questionnaire data analysis were strengthed by documents proving the effect of academic supervision on teacher work discipline at MTs Negeri in Musi Banyuasin.]]>

Research findings at SMP Negeri 34 Palembang showed that: UKS management began from: (a) preparation (b) execution, (c) control was not optimal. <![CDATA[The aim of this study is to describe the effect of teacher pedagogical competence and the motivation of teachers to work partially or collectively on the learning outcomes of SMA Negeri in the OKU Selatan District. This research is based on quantitative methods. The research population consisted of all State Senior High School teachers in South OKU Regency, with a total of 703 staff. The sample was collected using arandom sampling technique of 137 respondents. Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression, partial correlation and multiple correlation. This study led to the conclusion (1) that teaching competence has an effect on the student learning outcomes of SMA Negeri in OKU Selatan Regency. (2) The effect of teacher motivation on student learning outcomes of SMA Negeri in OKU Selatan Regency (3) is the effect of teacher pedagogical competence and motivation The work of teachers together on learning outcomes of SMA Negeri in OKU Selatan Regency means that learning outcomes SMA Negeri in OKU Selatan Regency can be improved by improving and increasing the quality of teaching competence and motivation of teaching staff.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the significance of the effect of Motivation and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance in Junior High School Number 1 of Sembawa. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Samples in the study were 63 respondents wits data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results showed that: 1) there was a siginificant influence of motivation on teacher performance, 2) there was a significant effect of work discipline on teacher performance, 3) there was a significant effect between motivation and work discipline on teacher performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine what strategies are used and the efforts to overcome the obstacles of the Principal of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Tahfidz Manbaul Kirom in increasing teacher performance motivation. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using interview analysis techniques, observation and documentation. The results showed that the strategies used by madrasah principals in general were able to generate motivation for teacher performance, although there were still teachers who had not significantly increased their motivation. The strategy used by the head of madrsah in general has been able to generate motivation for teacher performance, still using general methods or methods, the principal of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Tahfidz Manbaul Kirom must have a special strategy or approach so that teachers are motivated to improve their performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of principal managerial competence and teacher performance on student achievement. The location of this research was carried out in SD Negeri all Babat Supat District. This type of research is a quantitative study with a determination design using an ex post facto research design. The sample in this study was the total of all teachers in SD Negeri in Babat Supat District, consisting of 174 teachers. data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that 1) there is a significant influence between the managerial competence of the principal on the learning achievement of the students of SD Negeri in Babat Supat District; 2) there is a significant influence between teacher performance on student achievement in SD Negeri in Babat Supat District; 3) there is a significant influence jointly between principal managerial competence and teacher performance on student achievement of SD Negeri in Babat Supat District.]]>
