Abstract

In the era of growing digitalization, the retail world is experiencing significant generational changes, the world of markets and logistics has a very close influence in influencing customer satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the influence of logistics service quality regarding factors that influence customer satisfaction, loyalty and future purchases on buying and selling platforms. Using the Smart PLS application 4. Factors tested include timeliness, order conditions, order accuracy, information quality, order availability, order procedures, and order guarantee quality. The research results show that timeliness, quality and ordering procedures have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, increasing purchase intentions and loyalty in the future period. Meanwhile, ordering conditions, ordering accuracy and service quality do not have a positive effect. This research suggests the market should focus more on on-time delivery, accurate information, and a smooth ordering process to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and future purchase intent.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education is a crucial aspect in shaping students' character from an early age, particularly in addressing the increasingly complex global challenges. This study explores the implementation and impact of entrepreneurship education at SMK Negeri 1 Jombang. The aim of this research is to identify the influence of this program on the development of students' entrepreneurial spirit, including self-confidence, creativity, and problem-solving skills. The methods used include participatory observation and in-depth interviews with students and teachers. The findings reveal that entrepreneurship education enhances students' critical thinking and initiative-taking abilities, as evidenced by their confidence in presenting business ideas and product innovations. The program also facilitates students in becoming more proactive, independent, and competitive in entrepreneurial activities. Furthermore, collaborations with local communities and entrepreneurs provide relevant practical insights. Based on these findings, it is recommended that other schools integrate entrepreneurship education as an integral part of their curriculum to foster innovative and work-ready young generations. This research also contributes significantly to the educational literature by offering practical and context-based approaches to support character development in students.

Abstract

In facing many competitors offering similar products, an entrepreneur needs to maintain customer loyalty by offering quality products and optimizing sales promotions. This study aims to determine the effect of Instagram social media-based promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions at the Velvet Sintang store. The method used in this study is assisted by multiple linear regression. The study population is all consumers of the Sintang Velvet store, while the sample is 112 people using nonprobability sampling techniques in the form of incidental samples. The data was analyzed using several classical assumption tests which included normality testing using the Kolomogrov-Sminrnov test, linearity test and multicollinearity test. contribution testing includes multiple regression test, multiple correlation test, R2 determination test and effective contribution (SE) and relative contribution (SR). Hypothesis testing includes t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous). with the help of the SPSS 26 program. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an influence of social media promotion, social media, Instagram, partial and simultaneous product quality, there are purchase decisions at the Sintang velvet store. The magnitude of the R square is 0.740 or 74% and 26 is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to gain knowledge and understanding of the Influence of Brand Image, Product Quality, Discounts on Customer Satisfaction Through Purchasing Decisions as Intervening Variables on Shopee Users of Economics Department Students, FEB UNM. The method used is quantitative research technique with descriptive research type. The sample in the study was 100 Economics Department Students. Data analysis using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) model. The results of the study obtained are Brand Image, Product Quality, Discounts on Purchasing Decisions. Brand Image, Product Quality, Discounts have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Purchasing Decisions have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Abstract

Seeing the declining student learning outcomes shows that students' learning motivation towards the material is also quite low. The media that is considered appropriate and appropriate to current conditions is the Articulet Storyline learning media. The aim of this research is to analyze the level of effectiveness of using the Articulate Storyline learning media in increasing students' learning motivation at SMK Negeri 6 Pekanbaru. The population in this study is all class XI accounting at SMK Negeri 6 Pekanbaru, with the sample taken being one class. with a total of 35 students. Research data was collected using observation sheets and questionnaires as instruments. The analysis techniques in this research are descriptive analysis, prerequisite test, N-Gain test and hypothesis test. The research results show that the Articulate Storyline learning media is effective in increasing students' learning motivation at SMK Negeri 6 Pekanbaru. Analysis of hypothesis testing using the Paired Sample t test shows a significance of 0.05 where 0.000 < 0.05. This means that there is a significant difference in the learning motivation of students who use the Articulet Storyline learning media compared to those who do not use the Articulet Storyline learning media at SMK Negeri 6 Pekanbaru. Researchers concluded that the Articulet Storyline learning media was effective in increasing students' learning motivation in accounting subjects at SMK Negeri 6 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The internet has changed how people interact and get information. MSMEs have a hard time adopting fintech, which can cause problems like limited access to financial services, low levels of transaction efficiency, and difficulties in managing finances. This study looks at how publications on financial technology have developed.We used the Publish or Perish application with sources from Google Scholar to do a bibliometric analysis. We found 76 articles that we then analyzed using VOSviewer version 1.6.20 to create a visual map of the research. Research on financial technology in MSMEs is still important, especially because of technological developments that encourage MSMEs to continue adapting to the digital era.The relationship between financial technology and increased sales of MSMEs is a possible topic for future research. The study's limitation is that it only used the Publish or Perish application with the Google Scholar database. To improve the results, more keywords should be added in future studies.

Abstract

The rapid growth of E-commerce in Indonesia has changed consumer shopping habits, particularly for household products. E-commerce offers the convenience of shopping without visiting offline stores. However, the research on the impact of e-commerce website design on customer satisfaction in the household product sector remains limited. This study aims to analyze the effects of website design, information quality, security, responsiveness, and trust on customer satisfaction. A quantitative approach is used, involving 374 respondents who have purchased household products online in the past six months in platforms like IKEA, Ace Hardware, or Informa. The data was collected via Google Forms and was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS 4 software. The results indicate that website design, information quality, responsiveness, and trust significantly impact customer satisfaction, while security does not. Based on these findings, E-commerce companies in Indonesia are advised to improve website design, enhance information quality, and offer responsive customer service to boost customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the social and economic existence of layer chicken business in Maritenngae District, Sidrap Regency. This research uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interview and documentation methods. The subjects in this study were business owners, employees, and the local community. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the existence of the layer chicken business has an important role in the local economy. Layer chicken business, with the knowledge and experience of the business owner, plays an important role in running the business well. This business also provides livelihoods for the local community. It has a complex role in social and economic aspects. However, there are some challenges that need to be overcome, namely related to waste management and unpleasant odors that can disturb the environment and surrounding communities. Therefore, a sustainable approach to production and marketing as well as education and knowledge on proper waste management processes can help strengthen and sustain the layer business. The conclusion of this analysis considers the importance of maintaining a balance between social and economic aspects in maintaining and developing the business.

Abstract

Dark tourism, involve visiting sites linked with tragedy or death, has gained significant academic and practical interest. This study investigates the factors influencing tourists’ intentions to visit Mount Merapi, a dark tourism destination in Indonesia, using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). It explores the impact of motivations such as dark experience, engaging entertainment, unique learning experience, and casual interest on attitudes and subjective norms. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected from 300 respondents through online surveys. Results reveal that unique learning experiences and casual interest significantly influence attitudes and perceptions, while dark experience and engaging entertainment show limited effects. Tourists’ attitudes and subjective norms significantly shape their intentions to visit. The findings suggest that promoting educational and experiential elements can enhance Mount Merapi’s attractiveness. Recommendations include designing programs that offer unique learning experiences and fostering positive perceptions to engage more visitors.

Abstract

The public chooses digital services based on factors considered when selecting a digital payment system. Due to the convenience offered, transaction services using the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) method have become increasingly popular. This study aims to analyze and identify the determinants of the decision to use QRIS, mediated by the trust variable among QRIS users in Bogor City. The analytical method used is primary data described from quantitative data obtained through online questionnaire distribution. This study employs a quantitative research approach with purposive sampling. Based on the predetermined criteria, 125 respondents were obtained, and data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The study's findings are as follows: Perceived ease of use influences the decision to use QRIS. Perceived usefulness influences the decision to use QRIS. Perceived ease of use does not influence trust. Perceived usefulness influences trust. Trust influences the decision to use QRIS. Perceived ease of use does not influence the decision to use QRIS through trust. Perceived usefulness influences the decision to use QRIS through trust. The variable with the strongest influence on the decision to use QRIS is perceived ease of use.
