Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Work from Home (WFH) and work motivation on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction, as well as determine the role of gender in moderating the relationship between WFH and employee performance. This research is quantitative research with a causality analysis approach. The research instrument used was a questionnaire prepared on a five-point Likert scale. The sample size in this study was 293 respondents, all of whom were employees of the Tanjung Priok Main Service Office of Type A Customs and Excise. Data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS method with the help of SmartPLS software version 3.2.29. The research results show that WFH has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, but had no significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction can partially mediate the relationship between WFH and employee performance, as well as fully mediate the relationship between work motivation and employee performance. Gender can strengthen the effect of Work from Home (WFH) on employee performance, especially for female employees.

Abstract

PT RAM BKT (Berjaya Kalimantan Transport) is one of the strategic industries operating in the agricultural sector (agro-industry). This research aims to carry out an evaluation of the influence of the work environment on employee performance. The problem raised in this research is how the work environment affects employee performance at PT RAM BKT (Berjaya Kalimantan Transport). This research uses a quantitative approach, with data taken through distributing questionnaires to employees at PT RAM BKT (Berjaya Kalimantan Transport). The technical analysis used is regression using the SPSS version 26 application. The results of the research conclude that the work environment has an influence on overall employee performance. This condition shows that employee consistency in their work influences the way they work and produces good performance. In addition, a conducive work environment provides support for employees to improve their performance, so that they can provide optimal work results and complete tasks on time

Abstract

A good accounting information system can help large and small companies grow. MSMEs in Karawang Regency rarely use accounting data. It is common knowledge that MSME members lack the skills to utilize accounting data to manage their money well. This research aims to examine differences in demographic parameters including education level, accounting knowledge, business age and business experience in Karawang. The analytical method used in this research is a quantitative data analysis method using the multiple linear regression method. Owners of micro and small companies in the Karawang region of Indonesia registered with the Cooperative Service are represented in the research sample population. The sampling method was used to collect samples using the Slovin method. Hypothesis testing uses a partial test (t test) simultaneous test (f test) coefficient of determination test. This research shows that there is a relationship between level of education, level of accounting knowledge, age of business and use of accounting information. Partial and simultaneous test results show that business experience, education level, accounting knowledge, business age influence the use of accounting information

Abstract

A company's performance is mostly influenced by its human resources' capacity to adapt, develop, and contribute fully to the business. The primary element to gaining a competitive advantage is to implement effective and innovative HR management techniques. Companies must assure employee work satisfaction because it has a direct impact on productivity, retention, and the organizational image. This study aims to analyse the effect of perceived organisational support, intrinsic motivation, and person-job fit on job satisfaction among employees of PT Mitra Tirta Buwana Tbk Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative and uses primary data obtained from filling out questionnaires taken with the census technique on respondents. Data collection using direct surveys was processed using multiple linear regression analysis, preceded by classical assumption tests utilising the SPSS software application. The results stated that perceived organisation support has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, intrinsic motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and person-job fit has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. The implication is that companies can increase antecedents to strengthen their employees' job satisfaction

Abstract

The increasingly advanced era of education requires teachers to be able to use the right technology to improve the quality of learning, motivate students, and create a pleasant learning atmosphere. One way is to develop interactive learning media with the help of construct 2 software. The purpose of this development research is to produce interactive learning media products based on applications and websites on the material of trade company adjustment journals that are feasible to use and test their effectiveness on learning outcomes. This type of research is development research with the ADDIE development model. The subjects of this study were material experts, media experts, linguists and students of class XI Accounting at SMK Negeri 4 Surabaya. Questionnaires and tests were used as research instruments. The feasibility results of the material expert validation were obtained at 91%, media experts at 91%, linguists at 98% and the field trial resulted in a student response of 98%. In testing the effectiveness, it can be seen that there are differences in learning outcomes between the control class without the use of media and the experimental class with the use of media. From these results it can be concluded that interactive learning media is feasible and effective to use in the learning process.

Abstract

Social welfare is a condition where society's needs for a decent life are met, but the reality shows that there are still individuals who do not enjoy prosperity and are unable to live a decent life. This research aims to determine the effect of the family hope program on improving the welfare of the Nanga Potai community, Sokan District, Melawi Regency. This research uses quantitative research, the form of this research is simple regression analysis. The research population is all households receiving PKH benefits and the research sample of all PKH recipients in Nanga Potai village is 47 people. The location of this research is in Nanga Potai Village, Sokan District, Melawi Regency, West Kalimantan Province. Data collection techniques include questionnaires and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively using inferential statistics. Testing instruments that include validity and reliability. Requirements testing uses the classic assumption test with hypothesis testing using the t test and KD test. The test results show that PKH has a positive effect on community welfare, meaning community welfare with the increasing presence of PKH in Nanga Potai village.

Abstract

One way that can be used to use fish so that it has a long shelf life and high selling value is by processing it into fish floss. UMKM Mahakarya Canting is one of the businesses operating in the fish floss processing industry located in Pangandaran Regency, West Java. This research aims to determine added value, consumer analysis, competitor analysis, marketing planning and production/demand analysis of the Mahakarya Canting production house business. The research method used is survey.  Data was obtained through interviews and observations at company locations.  The results show that an added value of Rp. 56,286/kg with a ratio value of 62.54% which is included in the high value-added ratio category. This MSME business for fish floss products has its main target, namely Pangandaran residents, whether individuals or distributors. UMKM Mahakarya Cantig in its marketing planning, quality is an important thing to pay attention to, both in terms of product nutrition and the product's outer packaging.  As for facing competition, the canting fish floss product has a unique advantage, namely that it has its own technique to eliminate the fishy smell in its processing.

Abstract

The education system in Indonesia has undergone several curriculum changes over time, one of which is the implementation of the “Merdeka Belajar” curriculum as an evaluation of its predecessor, the 2013 curriculum. This curriculum was designed to adapt to the educational needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research aims to elucidate how the “Merdeka Belajar” curriculum is implemented in the integrated social studies subject for eighth-grade students at SMP Panca Setya 2 Sintang. The research methodology employed is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. Primary data were obtained from interviews with the school principal, vice principal of the curriculum, social studies teachers, and eighth-grade students, while secondary data included reading materials and documents. Data analysis followed the interactive model proposed by Miles and Huberman, encompassing data collection, reduction, display, and verification. The research findings indicate that the implementation of the “Merdeka Belajar” curriculum is progressing well, although teachers require assistance in its execution. Challenges encountered include difficulties in fostering creative learning processes, limited references, unequal access to learning, and time management issues. Recommendations to address these challenges include utilizing the “Merdeka Mengajar” platform and enhancing digital access for all stakeholders involved in the learning process.

Abstract

Employees play an important role in the success of an organization. Thus, organizations are claimed to have skilled human resources that are committed to their work. As for the purpose of this study to find out the impact of job satisfaction, career development, and compensation on employee loyalty. This research approach uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study of 71 people represents the entire workforce of Yogyakarta City Tourism Service, including people who occupy various positions and responsibilities. The sampling technique is a saturated sample. Research data collection methods using quioner methods. Data analysis techniques using double linear regression analysis techniques. The t test is used to test partial influences. The results of the research concluded that job satisfaction has a positive impact on employee loyalty; career development has a positively impacted employee loyality; compensation positively affects employee lojality; and simultaneously employment satisfaction, career development and compensation have a positive effect on employees loyalty. This research advises employees to increase job satisfaction, and encourage employees to advance their careers, as well as rationalize compensation. The officers should be able to work professionally and earnestly

Abstract

The large number of beauty products in Indonesia can increase competition between the cosmetics industry. Therefore, companies compete to control market share and develop marketing strategies to increase consumer buying interest. The aim of the research is to determine and analyze the influence of Celebrity Endorsement and Brand Image on the impulse purchase interest of consumers for Scarlett Whitening products in Bandarlampung. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive analysis method. The sampling technique in the research used purposive sampling. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and variable measurement uses four Likert scales. The sample in this study was 120 respondents. The data analysis techniques used include validity and reliability tests. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing in the form of T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The research results show that simultaneously, the Celebrity Endorsement and Brand Image variables have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest in Scarlett Whitening in Bandarlampung. Partially, the Celebrity Endorsement variable has a significant influence on Purchase Interest and the Brand Image variable also has a significant influence on Purchase Interest.
