Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of describing the media development process, the suitability of the media and students' responses regarding the use of the learning media developed, namely interactive learning media based on website using SAC (Smart Apps Creator) on TAX elements for class XI. This interactive learning media is called PILAR TAX (Smart in Learning taxes). This research uses the ADDIE development model including analysis, design, development, Implementation, dan evaluation. Stesting objects and application of media-based learning website is a class XI student in Financial and Institutional Accounting.  The research results show that the development of interactive learning media is based on website on the tax element, the assessment from material experts was 91.8% in the "Very Appropriate" category, the media expert's assessment was 94% in the "Very Appropriate" category and the language expert's assessment was 96% in the "Very Appropriate" category. Meanwhile, the response of students after using learning media was 96% with the criteria "Very Good". This shows that the interactive learning media product PILAR TAX (Smart Learning Tax) is very suitable for use during the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the variables person-job fit (P-JF), perceived supervisor support (PSS), and job satisfaction (KK) mediated by organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The population in this study were employees of PT Mega Jaya Logam Klaten, with a sample size of 50 respondents. Data were collected through direct surveys and then processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that P-JF had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. PSS has no significant effect on PSS. P-JF, PSS, and KK have no significant effect on OCB.

Abstract

Recent developments have encouraged changes in people's shopping styles, from conventional to online. The online shopping style that society continues to adopt also influences the basis of people's decisions in determining which e-commerce to choose to fulfill people's online shopping activities. This research will analyze the influence of e-commerce innovation, e-service quality, customer satisfaction, and loyalty on Tokopedia customers in Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach with primary data in the form of a questionnaire, which is distributed and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this research found that e-commerce innovation has a positive impact on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. E-service quality has a positive impact on customer satisfaction but not a significant impact on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive impact on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction mediates the development of e-commerce innovation and e-service quality on customer loyalty. A thorough understanding of the factors that influence customer satisfaction is essential in gaining customer loyalty for e-commerce companies in Indonesia. Companies must be able to adapt the innovations and the quality of electronic services provided to the factors that influence customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The quality of education in Indonesia is relatively low as seen from the PISA score in 2022 ranked 68 out of 81 countries, where reading scores (359), mathematics scores (366), and science scores (383). One of the causes is in students' critical thinking factors. This study aims to find out and analyze the variables that are expected to affect students' critical thinking skills. The population of this study is 106 students in class X Accounting at SMK Negeri 4 Surabaya. The sample is 84 students who are selected through a simple random sampling technique. Quantitative research method with the type of explanatory research. The results of the study showed that: 1) Simultaneously, emotional intelligence, self-confidence, and digital literacy had a significant effect on students' critical thinking skills. 2) Partially, emotional intelligence, self-confidence, and digital literacy have a significant effect on students' critical thinking skills. Therefore, it is hoped that all students and educators are aware of the importance of these factors and can direct students to be able to think critically more in learning.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the challenges and opportunities in creating a sustainable digital business ecosystem to support inclusive global economic growth. The research method used includes collecting and analyzing various documents such as research reports, academic publications, government policies, and industry documents related to digital business ecosystems, sustainability, and global economic development. The results show that the integration between the concepts of digital business ecosystems and sustainability has a crucial role in creating a sustainable business environment. Key factors such as digital inclusion, sustainable innovation and multi-stakeholder partnerships were identified as important elements in achieving this goal. The implications of this research highlight the need for collaborative action between governments, companies, and non-governmental organizations in designing policies and business practices that support sustainable economic growth. Building a comprehensive, forward-thinking, and environmentally friendly digital business network is essential for long-term economic development that positively impacts society. Stakeholders can achieve long-term improvements that benefit future generations by prioritizing economic, social, and environmental sustainability. This research aims to build a durable digital business environment for the betterment of the world economy through its contribution to academic literature and business practice.

Abstract

The terms that arise regarding the Sharia economy are common in the community, especially in Aceh Province where this area is known as the Veranda of Mecca city. With the rapid development of Sharia understanding, a qualified understanding is needed by the community regarding terms related to the Islamic economy. The solution that can be offered is strengthening community understanding regarding the intralingual translation of Sharia terms. This research was  a descriptive-qualitative research. The data was compiled from test results in the form of intralingual translation regarding 10 sharia terms to 91 purposive selected early semester students of the economics faculty from May 15 to June 12 in 2023 at Samudra University which was carried out online with the help of Google forms and distributed via the WhatsApp application. The research data that had been analyzed will be translated which could be classified as a good translation or not. The results of the research that obtained the majority of correct answer ranges regarding the understanding of Sharia terms. This underlies that the term sharia for students in Aceh is well understood so that the development of the sharia system can be in harmony with the insights of the people

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain the impact of independent factors like achievement-oriented leadership style and organizational climate. Affective commitment is a dependent variable, whereas job satisfaction is an intervening variable. The primary source of data for this quantitative study was an instantaneous Likert scale questionnaire delivered to each research participant. Employees of PT. X Jakarta and Medan make up the research population. A sample of 136 participants was selected using non-probability sampling techniques in conjunction with the purposive sampling approach. This study makes use of multivariate data analysis methods with the statistical model SEM-PLS. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive and significant effect of achievement-oriented leadership style on job satisfaction, affective commitment and affective commitment through job satisfaction. There is also a positive and significant effect of organizational climate on job satisfaction, affective commitment and affective commitment through job satisfaction. And there is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on affective commitment. These results provide managerial implications regarding how to increase employee affective commitment by paying attention to the achievement-oriented leadership style of the leaders and the organizational climate formed and increasing employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that food safety is the main issue, there are also other issues such as poor sanitation, traffic congestion, and social issues such as child labour, street food poses a risk of poisoning because sellers often do not understand the causes of food-borne diseases although customers pay attention to hygiene, they are often unaware of the health risks of street food. The objectives of this study include to determine the effect of service quality, physical environment, perceived value, customer satisfaction, and behavioural intention. Data was obtained through the method of distributing questionnaires to 250 respondents in Jakarta, who like to buy street food in the area of gondangdia station, cikini station, Tangerang old market, block M. Data used such as cross-sectional data and applying purposive sampling into the sampling method. Analytical tools used such as structural equational modelling (SEM). The results of hypothesis testing explain if service quality has an impact on customer satisfaction, the physical environment has a good impact on customer satisfaction, perceived value has a good impact on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a good impact on behavioural intentions. This study obtained implications for street food sellers in the four areas to strengthen the quality of their food and also the cleanliness of the selling area, then street food sellers must pay attention to variables such as service quality, physical environment, perceived value, customer satisfaction, and behavioural intentions.

Abstract

Human resources are an asset for an organization's success and efficiency in attaining its vision and goals. Work quality will be a critical organizational factor. The purpose of this study was to discover the impact of persuasive communication, on-the-job training, and the function of informative leaders in increasing employee work quality. The research strategy employs quantitative survey methods. The study was conducted at the Dompu Regency Road Traffic and Transportation Service with a population of 200 people and a sample size of 134. The accidental sampling approach was used, along with a questionnaire study instrument. Instrument testing, including validity and reliability tests. Normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests are used to evaluate data requirements. Data analysis with multiple linear regression, statistical testing using partial tests, simultaneous tests and determination coefficient tests. According to the study's findings, leadership information and on-the-job training have considerable beneficial effects on employee work quality while persuasive communication has a marginally good effect. The findings of simultaneous tests reveal that they collectively have a considerable impact on the productivity of personnel at the Dompu Regency Road Traffic and Transportation Service.

Abstract

PT. Makmur Agro Lestari, Ketungau Hilir District, is one of the oil palm plantations in the Sintang Regency region, which also produces fresh fruit bunches (FFB) from its own plantations. Market FFB using sustainable and quality production methods so that the company's palm sales can increase with each harvest and each year. This type of research is qualitative. Data collection involved interviews, document research, and observations. The research subjects are property managers, administrative heads and employees. The researchers analyzed the results of the interviews based on the respondents' understanding of what was expressed. The data that has been compiled must be understood as a whole so that the researcher can grasp the experiences, issues, and dynamics that are actually occurring within the population being studied. Research results show that marketing of palm products always meets FFB's sales goals. The company has cooperated with customers to sell palm products to PT. ASL - POM Agency is one of the largest buyers of palm fruit in West Kalimantan. From the quality perspective of FFB. Makmur Agro Lestari Ketungau Hilir district harvests and sells selectively, so the quality and selling price are stable according to FFB's market price when sold to purchasing companies.
