Abstract

The This research aims to analyze the role of the Subject Teachers' Conference (MGMP) in supporting the professional and career development of teachers, especially in Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan. Using an interpretive qualitative approach with a case study design, data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation studies, then analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The research results show that MGMP functions as a collaborative space that strengthens pedagogical reflection, professional solidarity, and growth in teacher competence, but its effectiveness is still limited by geographic, institutional constraints, and the lack of expert facilitators. These findings indicate that the implementation of the MGMP has reflected some of the principles of the Professional Learning Community (PLC) and Continuous Professional Development (CPD), although it has not been structured systematically. This research advocates a MGMP strengthening model based on three main dimensions—reflective collaboration, participative leadership, and systemic support—as a conceptual framework for professional teacher development in rural areas. With the support of multi-level policies and digital innovation, MGMP has the potential to transform into an adaptive, inclusive and sustainable professional learning ecosystem to improve the equality and quality of national education

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of the Talking Stick learning model in the Economics subject and its role in fostering student character in Grade XI at MA Miftahul Ulum Suren. The research stems from the growing need to integrate character education into classroom learning in a meaningful and contextual manner. Using a qualitative approach and a case study design, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the Talking Stick model encourages active student participation and cultivates key character traits such as responsibility, honesty, self-confidence, cooperation, and discipline. Classroom dynamics showed significant behavioral shifts, especially in students’ willingness to express opinions and take turns respectfully. Supporting documents such as lesson plans, teacher journals, and photos indicate well-structured planning and consistent implementation. The study concludes that the Talking Stick model is not only effective for delivering Economics material but also instrumental in instilling social values and positive behaviors. It is particularly suitable for religious-based schools seeking to strengthen character development alongside academic learning. The study recommends that educators adopt active and participatory models to enhance both instructional quality and moral education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and lifestyle on the financial management of university students in Merauke. The research background highlights the relatively low level of financial literacy among students, which often leads to consumptive behavior, including the unplanned use of online loans. This research employed a quantitative approach with purposive sampling, involving 100 students from various universities in Merauke who were enrolled in introductory accounting or financial management courses. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, and then analyzed using multiple linear regressions. The findings reveal that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on students’ financial management, while a consumptive lifestyle has a negative and significant effect. Demographic factors such as gender, year of study, and university of origin show no significant influence. These results emphasize the importance of improving students’ financial literacy through educational programs, seminars, and non-formal activities so that they can manage their finances wisely, reduce consumptive behavior, and prepare for financial independence in the future. However, this study is limited by its restricted scope, as the respondents consist solely of students in Merauke.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital transformation has accelerated the development of online-to-offline (O2O) food delivery services in Indonesia, particularly in the post-pandemic period, leading to significant shifts in consumer behavior. Consumers increasingly demand not only convenience but also high service quality, reliability, and digital security. In an increasingly competitive market, understanding the determinants of customer satisfaction is essential for sustaining business performance and encouraging repeat purchases. This study aims to examine the effects of customer expectation, trust, service quality, and perceived value on customer satisfaction, as well as the impact of customer satisfaction on repurchase intention in O2O food services. Employing the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) framework, data were collected through a survey of active users of O2O food platforms such as GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood in Indonesia. The findings indicate that trust and service quality positively influence customer satisfaction, while customer expectation and perceived value do not have a significant effect. Furthermore, customer satisfaction is found to have a positive impact on repurchase intention. The strategic implications of this study highlight the importance of organizational policies focused on strengthening customer trust through enhanced data security, information transparency, and consistent service quality. Additionally, O2O platform providers are encouraged to prioritize comprehensive user experience improvements to foster sustained customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Abstract

Tourism is an industry that is highly dependent on human existence. It consists of interactions between individuals who travel as consumers and as producers, namely the parties that produce tourism goods and services. Human resources are the most important part of an organization, especially for companies that involve many employees. The method used in this study is quantitative. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees. Data analysis using the SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Sciences) analysis method includes validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation analysis and hypothesis testing. The results show a decrease in employee performance and that employees remain enthusiastic if they work using the abilities, knowledge, and skills that are given a sense of trust and appreciation, their performance can increase in making decisions about their daily activities as employee empowerment. The researcher's suggestion is that increasing employee performance, of course, with the encouragement of work from the company's leadership, can also affect the progress of a company and empowerment of human resources and company work motivation are two factors that can improve employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted due to the low problem-solving skills and learning outcomes of students at SMA Negeri 13 Bone due to unattractive conventional learning methods and the minimal use of interactive learning media. This study aimed to determine the effect of implementing the Problem-Based Learning model supported by SPICO (Spinner Game Economy) learning media on student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 13 Bone. This study was a pre-experimental study with a One Group Pre-Test and Post-Test design. A sample of 35 students was selected using a random sampling technique. Data were collected through learning achievement tests and documentation, then analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, including normality tests, homogeneity tests, and paired sample tests. The results showed a significant increase, from an average pre-test score of 39.86 to a post-test score of 85.43, with the majority of students in the high to very high categories. These findings indicate that the implementation of PBL supported by SPICO media has an impact on student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 13 Bone and encourages students to be more active, critical, and confident in their learning.
