Abstract

Article History :Received December 2020Accepted March 2021Published April 2021 Keywords: Community Perception, Performance Abstract: This study aims to determine people's perceptions of the performance of the officers of the Bajo Village, Soromandi District in improving public services. This type of research used in this research is descriptive method. Descriptive research is defined as research that describes variable by variable, one by one. This definition is the same as descriptive analysis in statistics, as opposed to inferential analysis. The population taken is from 6 (six) hamlets in Bajo Village with a total population of  721 people. Then for sampling it is calculated based on the Slovin formula. Samples taken are part of the population or community in Bajo Village with a random sampling method (Random Sampling) of 87 people. In this study, the data analysis technique used is the one-sample t-test (one-sample t-test). The results of the research on the variable sample size (N) were 87 people. The tcount value obtained is 185.781. Whereas for the distribution table looking for at α = 5% with degrees of freedom (df) n-1 or 87-1 = 86, the results are obtained from t table of 1.990. This means that the value of t count> t table (185.781> 1.990) then this shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted and for the hypothesis the significant value of α is in the Sig column. (2-tailed) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, the decision is that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that the performance variable is positive in improving public services.   Sejarah ArtikelDiterima: Desember 2020 Direvisi: Maret 2021 Diterbitkan: April 2021 Kata kunci: Persepsi Masyarakat, Kinerja Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap kinerja aparatur Desa Bajo Kecamatan Soromandi dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif.Penelitian deskriptif diartikan sebagai penelitian yang melukiskan variabel demi variabel, satu demi satu. Pengertian ini sama dengan analisis deskriptif dalam statistik, sebagai lawan dari analisis inferensial.  Populasi yang diambil yaitu dari 6 (enam) Dusun di Desa Bajo dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 721 orang.Kemudian untuk penarikan sampel dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin.Sampel yang diambil merupakan bagian dari populasi atau masyarakat yang ada di Desa Bajo dengan metode pengambilan sampel secara acak (Random Sampling) sebanyak 87 orang.Dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik analisis data t-test satu sampel (t-test one sample).Hasil penelitian pada variabel jumlah sampel (N) sebanyak 87 orang.Nilai thitung didapat sebesar 185,781. Sedangkan untuk tabel distribusi dicari pada α = 5% dengan derajat kebebasan (df) n-1 atau 87-1 = 86, hasil diperoleh dari ttabel sebesar 1,990. Artinya nilai thitung>ttabel (185,781>1,990) maka ini menunjukan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dan untuk hipotesis nilai signifikan α pada kolom Sig. (2-tailed) dengan taraf nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000<0,05 maka keputusannya adalah Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Artinya variabel kinerja bernilai positif dalam peningkatan pelayanan publik.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed consumer behaviour from shopping in person to shopping online. During the pandemic, fashion products are in great demand when shopping online, even if only at home, people still need to appear in an attractive style to keep up with the latest trends. In this case, the researcher examines the effect of fashion consciousness, shopping enjoyment, consumer value on online purchasing decisions in e-commerce fashion. The sample used in this study is 200 with a non-probability sampling technique and included in the type of conclusive research. In this study, the data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The study results found that fashion consciousness and consumer value have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. However, shopping enjoyment has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. It shows that fashion consciousness and consumer value have an essential role in influencing buying in fashion e-commerce

Abstract

This study aims to describe the social studies teacher's strategy in managing the classroom to motivate student learning. This research was conducted in junior high school. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data was collected by means of documentation, interviews, and observation techniques. Data analysis was carried out in several stages, namely, collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and concluding. The results of the study are: first, the teacher's strategy in managing the classroom is related to the preparation of learning tools, the preparation of the classroom, and the psychological preparation of students. Second, there are factors that hinder classroom management, namely the lack of handbooks and teaching aids, as well as the decreased level of student learning motivation caused by facilities and rooms that do not support the learning process.

Abstract

The unemployment rate increased significantly in Indonesia in time covid-19 pandemic, so that the role of students with entrepreneurial education insight is needed to be a agent of change by creating various job opportunities through entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and income expectations on student entrepreneurship interest during this pandemic. With the research subjects  of 2018 Unesa Economics Education Departement students and a sample of 153 students. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires. This method of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study are 1) there is a positive and significant influence between the entrepreneur education variable and the entrepreneur's preference variable 2) there is a  significant positive influence between the income expectation variable for with business interests 3) there is a  positive effect between the entrepreneurship training variable and the income expectation variable on the interest in entrepreneurship among students of the Faculty of Economic Education at Unesa.

Abstract

Tourism is a trip carried out repeatedly, both planned and unplanned, taking place temporarily to fill pleasure, curiosity, spending holidays or other things. An attractive tagline also makes potential visitors curious about the tours they will visit. Potential visitors prefer to find information through the internet and pay attention to positive and negative comments from other visitors in deciding to visit. This paper aims to study the relationship between place branding, electronic word of mouth, and tourists' decisions to visit. This study focused on tourists visiting Tiongkok Kecil Heritage Lasem. The data analysis technique was multiple linear regression. The results showed that place branding and electronic word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions. The implications of this research can be used as input for Tiongkok Kecil Heritage Lasem in developing place branding "Tiongkok Kecil" and electronic word of mouth to improve tourist visiting decisions

Abstract

The main issues of this research are: how the cultural capital operated on the field of tourism which the specific influences disposition to the tourism practice model in Sade Village and then how the mechanism of cultural capital to produce the tourism attraction, kind of tourism product and economic capital. The research uses descriptive qualitative with ethnography. Data collection, however, uses field observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data validation employs triangulation, information review, and extension presence. The result showed that the community-based tourism represents the cultural practice of Sade society illustrated cultural capital. Some cultures presented on tourism practice: 1) the habit of traditional cloth making referring to heritage culture of Sade society; 2) the traditional architecture morphology style which was the complex values while it is the product of tourist consumed; and 3) the traditional art fight (presean), traditional music (Gendang Beleq) and new attractions of Amaq Tempungus danced.

Abstract

The impact that occurred due to the covid-19 pandemic in the midst of the economic difficulties allowed the occurrence of payment jams or arrears to customers at BMT, so this study aims to examine the influence of Human Resources, information technology, GCG, and risk management on financial performance during the covid-19 pandemic so that financial performance continues to run smoothly. The population of this study was BMT in Tulungagung Regency. This study used samples from the population in 3 BMTs in Tulungagung which were used as samples, namely BMT Muamalah, BMT Istiqomah, BMT Pahlawan. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample in this study were all staff/employees at the three BMTs in Tulungagung district. The results of the study indicate that human resources are needed in a financial performance. By having a clear understanding of roles and functions. Good financial performance will make a positive contribution to BMT in Tulungagung Regency

Abstract

The study aims to acquire the sectors featured in the city of Malang, Batu, and Malang regency which is included in the agglomeration area of Malang Raya, and the potential center growth economy in Malang. The data used in this study was the secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The method analysis used in the study is LQ Analysis, Shift Share Analysis, Analysis of Klassen Typology, Overlay Analysis, Gravity Analysis, and the Williamson Index. The result showed that the city of Malang, Batu, and Malang regency has the same negative growth sector's procurement electricity and gas. Malang City is a potential area to become a Growth Center economy in the Malang Raya area because of its superiority comparative, a fast-growing area, and have a strong interaction with surrounding areas. Economics inequality in the Malang Raya area tends to increase every year started from 2018 to 2020

Abstract

Today's economic developments open access to global markets as opportunities as well as threats that must be faced with the readiness of competitive human resources. In fact, there are still many open unemployed and underemployed people from elementary school, junior high school and high school /vocational school. Students as immature beings still have to be helped, assisted, guided, trained, and directed to be able to develop their potential optimally, especially in increasing their self-efficacy and being able to become independent as one of the entrepreneurs. This study aims to determine the effect of Self-Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Motives for SMK Nusantara Indah Sintang students. The method used is a quantitative method. The population as well as the sample in this study amounted to 85 people. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy on the Entrepreneurial Motives of SMK Nusantara Indah Sintang students. Evidenced by the value of the hypothesis test t arithmetic 8.740 > t table 1.667 means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low ability of students who are ready to work and ready to be entrepreneurs. The purpose of this study is to describe the school's efforts in preparing graduates who are ready to work and ready for entrepreneurship through the Teaching Factory (TEFA) model learning. This research method uses a qualitative case study approach. Data collection was done by interview and observation. Interviews were conducted by means of FGDs with selected resource persons according to their roles and functions, while observations were carried out in class. The results showed that schools made efforts to apply for the Vocational Center of Excellence (VCE) program through the Directorate of Vocational Education at the Ministry of Education and Culture. The success of achieving the PK-SMK program was continued in collaboration with the retail company Alfamidi, the East Kalimantan Province branch. Implementation of learning with an integrated school curriculum with Industry and Work World Industry (IDUKA). The obstacles to implementing TEFA are psychological barriers for teachers who feel that their role has been reduced. Alignment of competency standards with IDUKA. Implementing teacher internships in overcoming barriers to an integrated curriculum and presenting guest teachers in classes from IDUKA.
