Abstract

Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Rumah Makan Ampera 2 Tak Cabang Veteran Bintaro.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuatitatif dengan metode analisis berganda dengan bantuan progam SPSS. Jumlah populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu 32 orang pegawai di  Rumah Makan Ampera 2 Tak Cabang Veteran Bintaro. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala likert dari 1 sampai dengan 5. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini karena penelitian ini iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Rumah Makan Ampera 2 Tak Cabang Veteran Bintaro, Jakarta Selatan. Hal ini karena lingkungan kerja yang kondusif memberikan rasa aman dan memungkinkan para pegawai untuk dapat berkerja optimal. Kemudian kompensasi menghasilkan kinerja yang baik dan membantu pegawai memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya, serta meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugasnya. Diharapkan Manajemen Rumah Makan Ampera 2 Tak Cabang Veteran Bintaro dapat melakukan upaya terus meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dengan cara memberikan sistem penilaian kinerja yang transparan, memenuhi hak karyawan, memberikan reward dan punishment yang efektif.

Abstract

This service aims to train product marketing on social media for food stall entrepreneurs in the Lake Cipondoh Destination. The method of implementing this activity is carried out by counseling and training using social media, namely Facebook and Instagram which includes several stages, namely: (1) The initial stage is preparing training facilities, training venues and training materials; (2) The stages of implementation are identifying the participants' social media knowledge, then providing counseling and training on marketing using social media; (3) The evaluation stage is to assess the ability of the trainees to use social media as a means of marketing their products. The results of this activity provide better benefits and results for food stall entrepreneurs, namely in the form of increasing recognition of the products offered and increased sales of these products, because they have marketed their products online and have wider access.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and compensation on employee performance. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis methods, which is processed with the help of the SPSS program. The population and sample in this study were employees of the Executive Board of Directors of the Kemayoran Complex Development Control Company (DP3KK), who were the respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling technique. The results of the study partially show that training and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance. This indicates that the training will help DP3KK employees improve their knowledge of skills and expertise in their fields, compensation by the expectations of DP3KK employees will be better, and performance results can be maximized. It is hoped that the leaders of the DP3KK companies formulate training explicitly and cover every aspect of the economy that can be quantified. It is hoped that the leaders of the DP3KK companies choose employees with an educational background suitable for their work; it is also recommended for employees to attend training/upgrades/workshops, and so on. other.Keywords: Training, Compensation, Employee Performance

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of product quality and price on the decision to visit Surabi 74 Restaurant. This type of research was quantitative descriptive with multiple regression analysis. The sample is 100 respondents with accidental sampling technique. The results of the study show that product quality has a significant effect on visiting decisions. Product quality has a significant influence on the decision to visit Surabi 74 Restaurant, because serving food with good taste, soft texture, and fresh ingredients, customers will tend to be satisfied and more likely to return. Price also has an important influence on customers' visiting decisions to Rumah Makan Surabi 74, because the price of food and drinks at Rumah Makan Surabi 74 is affordable in proportion to the quality, customers will feel that they are getting good value for the money they spend

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of price in mediating product quality on purchasing decisions at Cipadu Market, Tangerang City. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach using the path analysis method. The location of this research was at Cipadu Market. The sampling technique used accidental sampling because the researcher happened to meet the respondents directly. The research results show that; (1) Product quality has a significant effect on price; (2) Product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions; (3). Price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality and affordable prices at Cipadu Market are interrelated, creating an attraction that influences consumer purchasing decisions, with a focus on customer satisfaction and trust, as well as business strategies to maintain low prices without sacrificing quality. Traders are advised to ensure high quality standards, offer a variety of products, collaborate with trusted manufacturers, and maintain competitive prices. Consumers are asked to provide reviews that give merchants insight into product quality and user satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of tourist facilities and attractions on visiting decisions through tourist satisfaction at M Bloc Space Jakarta. The research method used is path analysis with a quantitative descriptive research type. The population is all visitors who visited M Bloc Space Jakarta from June to August 2023. The sample taken was 100 visitors who were determined based on the Slovin formula. Sampling was carried out using the Accidental Sampling technique. Partial research results show: (1) Tourist facilities and tourist attractions have a significant influence on visitor satisfaction; (2) tourist facilities, tourist attractions, and visitor satisfaction together have a significant influence on the decision to visit; (3) Tourist facilities and tourist attractions also have a significant influence on visiting decisions through visitor satisfaction. Good tourist facilities and attractions not only directly influence visitor satisfaction, but also have an impact on their decision to return to visit M Bloc Space Jakarta. M Bloc Space managers are expected to (1) establish partnerships with the local creative community and collaborate with local artists, startup companies and music groups to increase the attractiveness of M Bloc Space as a center for creativity, while providing added value for visitors. (2) In addition, they are expected to create interactive experiences at M Bloc Space through exploratory art installations, interesting selfie areas, and creative stations that allow visitors to create their own works. This experience encourages visitors to share with others, strengthening M Bloc Space's appeal as a unique and interesting destination.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the challenges MSMEs face around the Situ Gintung tourism destination, South Tangerang, Banten Province, and provide appropriate policy recommendations. The research method used is a qualitative approach focusing on case studies. Surveys, interviews, and document analyses were used to gain an in-depth understanding of MSME challenges and formulate policy recommendations. The research results show that access to business capital, efficient business management, and competition with other MSMEs are the main problems. Policy recommendations include providing training, easy access to business capital, promotion of MSME products, and improving infrastructure. In conclusion, this update is expected to increase the competitiveness and contribution of MSMEs in local economic development and maintain the ecosystem and culture in the Situ Gintung tourist destination

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence tourists' interest in visiting Jakarta, with a focus on shopping destinations, cultural and historical attractions, culinary tourism, and nightlife. The method used is a quantitative approach with a population of all visitors to Jakarta, both domestic and foreign. The research sample was 200 respondents selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression. The results of the study showed that all variables tested (shopping destinations, cultural and historical attractions, culinary tourism, and nightlife) have a significant influence on tourists' interest in visiting Jakarta. The shopping destination factor has the greatest influence, followed by cultural and historical attractions, culinary tourism, and nightlife. Based on these results, it can be concluded that Jakarta has great potential to attract more tourists through the development of these sectors. The advice given to tourism destination managers and local governments is to continue to improve facilities and promotions related to shopping, cultural, culinary, and nightlife tourism in order to strengthen Jakarta's appeal as a major tourist destination, and so that tourists can explore more aspects of the city during their visit. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of children's playground facilities on visiting decisions, with visiting motivation as a moderation variable. Good playground facilities can improve the experience and comfort of visitors, which ultimately influences the decision to visit again. This research uses a quantitative approach with data analysis through the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using Smart PLS software. Respondents for this study consisted of 215 people who visited city parks in the Jabodetabek area using purposive sampling. The research results show that (1) Children's playground facilities have a significant influence on visiting motivation and visiting decisions; (2) Motivation to visit also has a significant influence on the decision to visit; (3) The indirect influence of children's playground facilities on the decision to visit through visiting motivation is also significant. In conclusion, children's playground facilities are essential in increasing visiting decisions directly and indirectly through visiting motivation. Researchers suggest that city park managers pay attention to the quality and diversity of existing facilities to improve visitor experiences and encourage more frequent and sustainable visits.
