<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the policy of the free campus program from sexual violence in Indonesian universities. The method used is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The data sources obtained from this paper are journals, books, articles, and other documents that have relevance to the object under study. The author conducts content analysis of the data critically referring to Pancasila and the Law so as to obtain a conclusion. The result of this study is that the independent campus policy on sexual violence has a problem in policy making, because there are articles that seem to legalize adultery. The impact of sexual violence on victims of sexual violence can experience psychological disorders, emotional disorders, behavioral disorders, or cognitive disorders are possible manifestations of this condition. The emotional disturbance in question adversely affects mood and is an unstable emotion. The victim's behavior can then develop into additional negative habits, including extreme lethargy, which is a sign of behavioral problems.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the role of monotheism learning on the behavior of students in the Islamic Family Law study program at Uin Sunan Kalijaga. This research is qualitative in nature and the materials used in the research come from primary data and secondary data which includes interviews and books and scientific articles related to the research. The results of the analysis show that learning monotheism is very important to apply in education, especially for students majoring in IPR Semester 3 at UIN Sunan Kalijaga, because with monotheism learning students can better know who their God is and make prophets or messengers of Allah role models so that they emulate the good behavior of the prophet. Allah so that student behavior will be better because they understand the concept of divinity and His various attributes. Apart from that, by learning monotheism, students will also be more obedient in carrying out Allah's commands and stay away from Allah's prohibitions, which can make them students who are knowledgeable, have good morals, and become obedient servants of Allah SWT.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas kebijakan guru honorer dalam rangka mengetahui desain kebijakan pemerintah dalam pengelolaan guru honorer di Indonesia dan dampak pengelolaan gaji guru honorer terhadap kesejahteraan guru honorer di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode telaah kepustakaan dan literatur yang mencakup buku, artikel, dan data yang telah dipublikasikan untuk mengkaji kebijakan terkait guru honorer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain kebijakan pemerintah terkait guru honorer agar mendapatkan kesejahteraan yang seharusnya melalui PP No. 48 Tahun 2005 yang ditargetkan selesai pada tahun anggaran 2009 mengalami kendala sehingga dilakukan perubahan pada beberapa ketentuan yang akhirnya menerbitkan PP No. 43 Tahun 2007. Keluarnya UU No. 5 Tahun 2014 yang berfokus mengatur mengenai pegawai non-PNS, namun dalam implementasinya masih sering terjadi saling tumpang tindih dan belum menunjukkan sinergi yang efektif, meskipun arah kebijakannya sejalan, dan malah memunculkan persoalan baru terkait gaji guru honorer. Dampak yang muncul adalah kesenjangan antara gaji guru honorer dengan PNS maupun pegawai kontrak yang sangat signifikan padahal memiliki beban kerjan yang sama. Perlunya kebijakan pemerintah yang mengatur regulasi tentang gaji guru honorer agar kesejahteraan guru honorer bisa tercapai.]]>

<![CDATA[Society 5.0 is a concept to create a society that focuses on human development based on cutting-edge technology. The era of Society 5.0 is focused on providing products and services specifically designed for various individual needs and the needs of many people to create benefits in the social sector. Islamic religious education can be the most up-to-date solution in its mission to make benefits in the social sector for all humans. So, we need an Islamic learning media launched on a science and technology basis to strengthen the implementation of the Society 5.0 concept. The research method used is a literature study by collecting data from various relevant sources. The research results show that using technology in Islamic religious learning can increase learning effectiveness and student engagement. Several science and technology-based learning media such as mobile applications, digital platforms, augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR), webinars and online conferences, social media, and e-learning can simplify the learning process and increase students' understanding. However, challenges such as accuracy and authenticity of content, as well as monitoring inappropriate content, need to be addressed, as well as the potential and limitations of technology-based learning media in Islamic education. Apart from that, Islamic Religious Education teachers need to control the use of technology so that it continues to lead to a human-centered approach]]>

<![CDATA[This research is based on adolescent behaviour that does not reflect religious character. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyse the planning, implementation, evaluation and impact of the implementation of the Tahfidz Al-Quran programme to improve the religious character of students at SMPIT Ibrahim Ulul Azmi Bandung. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach descriptive method, data collection techniques are carried out by interview, observation and documentation study. The results of this study indicate that 1) Programme planning is carried out by determining the form of the programme, programme objectives, determining the person in charge, time allocation, and material in the Koran tahfidz programme. 2) The implementation of the tahfidz programme is carried out using the Bi al-Nazhar method Kitabah method Sima'I method Takrir method Talaqi method (memorising). 3) The impact of the Quran Tahfidzul programme is very diverse. One of them is that students become more obedient to teachers. In addition, students also tend to be more disciplined in carrying out their daily activities]]>

<![CDATA[In an effort to produce a quality generation both in terms of academics and morality, the curriculum needs to be designed and developed in accordance with the conditions or problems faced by students and their environment. This research aims to explore the design of Islamic religious education curriculum development that focuses on relevant issues. This choice is interesting because it is based on the assumption that humans as social beings must be faced with problems in life that require a common solution to be resolved. This research uses the library research method, by studying various articles, books, proceedings, and research related and relevant to the research topic as a reference. The results of this study indicate that problem-centered curriculum development design can improve students' critical thinking skills, social skills, self-confidence, and learning outcomes in understanding and solving social problems in society related to Islamic values education. Therefore, educators need to develop a problem-centered curriculum design in learning Islamic education. The purpose of this design is to make learning easier for students to understand because it is closely related to the lives they experience in the school and community environment.]]>

<![CDATA[The learning model for tafidzul Qur'an is currently in the spotlight of educational scientists in the current era, seeing the achievements and processes of the tafidzul Qur'an model only on rote learning, in this era students' needs must be critical, innovative, and creative to deal with life's problems. So this research provides neuroscience value in the thafidzul Qur'an learning model to optimize all students' brain cells. The use of research is library research in collecting literature in books, journals, and other information media. <![CDATA[This research focuses on discussing the development of a local content-based curriculum and how to plan, implement and evaluate the development of a local content-based curriculum at SMPN 4 Kongbeng and at MTs Mangku Alam Kongbeng. This research uses qualitative methods and descriptive analysis. The results of this research show that curriculum development planning at SMPN 4 and MTs Mangku Alam Kongbeng is implemented by identifying regional conditions and needs, determining the role and composition of local content, identifying local content study materials, determining local content topics or subjects, then developing competency standards, basic competencies as well as syllabus and RPP. The implementation of the curriculum is implemented by creating local BTQ program content and agricultural practices. Then, the curriculum development is evaluated using a formative evaluation model and a summative evaluation model.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to developan AI based e-comic for Pembelajaran Agama Islam (PAI) with a focus on commendable behavior material. Apart from that, this e-comic aims to convey a key message about the importance of honesty in everyday life. The research method used is the Design and Development (D&D) method with a development design using the ADDIE model which is designed to provide interatic and fun learning experiences for students by utilizing AI technology. After development, this e-comic was evaluated through field trials. The evaluation results show that e-comics can be effective in increasing students understanding of commendable behavior material in PAI. The implication of this research is to contribute to the development of technology-based learning media to support PAI learning that is more interactive and interesting.]]>
