This study aims to determine the cause and magnitude of the effect of workload on the performance of the Class II A Narcotics Prison officers in Muara Beliti. This study uses quantitative research methods and uses an experimental design to determine the cause and magnitude of the influence of the independent variable (work-load) on the dependent variable (performance). Simple linear regression analysis was used in this study as a data analysis tool to determine the magnitude of the effect of workload on the performance of Class II A Narcotics Prison officers in Muara Beliti. There are 2 sources of data used in this study, namely primary data sources by distributing questionnaires via Google form and secondary data sources, namely books, the internet, and journals related to research. Probability sampling is used in this study as a sampling technique with a simple random sampling type because all members of the population have the right to be the research sample, then the sampling method using the Slovin formula is used to narrow the population. This research shows that there is a positive influence and significance of the independent variable (workload) on the dependent variable (performance) with the magnitude of the influence of 63.4%.

The level of growth which is relatively stagnant in BMH (2020 – 2021) period indicates inefficiencies have occurred due to the not optimal management of input variables (HR costs, socialization costs, operational cost) or in maximizing output achievement (collection and distribution of Zakah, Infaq, Shodaqoh). This study has objective to analyze the efficiency level of the BMH in 2018 – 2021 and develop a generic strategy to increase efficiency for BMH.Methods of data analysis using the Purposive Sampling technique, taking 23 BMH Representative offices in Indonesia with the same variables (2018 – 2021). This research is non-parametric quantita-tive Data Envelopement Analysis and qualitative research with desk studies sup-ported by survey and interview. The first result is seen from the average efficiency score of BMH with CRS and VRS approaches. It is known that none of the BMH Representatives in 23 provinces in Indonesia has achieved maximum efficiency (1,000) during the 4-year observation period (2018 – 2021). The second result, when viewed from the efficiency trend, the experienced an increase in efficiency during the four-year observation period (2018 – 2021). The third result in research on efficiency measurement is based on the category of institutional scale based on the average ZIS earnings per year, indicating that the condition of the BMH scale has a positive effect on efficiency. The fourth result measurements based on the time before the Covid-19 Pandemic (2018 - 2019) and during the Covid-19 Pandemic (2020 - 2021), shows that the Covid-19 Pandemic has no effect on the inefficiency.

Consumer behavior in the current era of disruption varies greatly, to see this, of course, it is necessary to carry out further analysis and research on current consumer behavior. Indicators in looking at consumer behavior researchers take the variables of customer loyalty, repurchase, and purchase intention. The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between Customer Loyalty, Repurchase, and purchase intention. The researcher conducted a descriptive qualitative research method by obtaining data through the Google Scholar and Mendeley applications as references. The research results in this study are: 1) customer loyalty is related to consumer behavior, 2) repurchasing is related to consumer behavior, and 3) purchase intention is related to consumer behavior. This paper is still limited to studies on two scientific article databases (Google Scholar and Mendeley).

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of product design, features, and quality specifications on the intention to buy the iPhone Mini and to see the effect of product design, features, and quality specifications simultaneously on the intention to buy the iPhone Mini. The method used is the quantitative method. The test implements data instrument testing, classic assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. Sampling implements non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. The results of the sample acquisition consisted of 170 iPhone user respondents in all regions of Indonesia via Google from which had been distributed. The results of the study show that product design, feature, and specification quality variables partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the intention to buy the iPhone Mini.

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of implementing ERP in Supply Chain Management with a qualitative approach and measuring demand forecasting quantitatively in UMKM RM Pondok Ciung Tanjungpinang. Data was obtained by the author through direct interviews. Data is managed using the Weighted Moving Average and Exponential Smoothing formulas which will then be tested for error rates. The findings of this study are that RM Pondok Ciung uses Majoo as a Point of Sales (POS) system and the method that is suitable for demand forecasting is the exponential smoothing method which is tested with Mean Square Error (MSE) and Mean Absolute Error (MSE).

The This writer aims to determine the effect of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions of Cap Lang Eucalyptus Aromatherapy Oil at PT. Surya Donasin Bogor simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions at PT. Surya Donasin Bogor. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 61 people consisting of customers at PT. Surya Donasin Bogor who filled out the questionnaires that were distributed. Data collection techniques by means of field research as for observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used instrument tests consisting of validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothetical tests, namely partial tests and simultaneous tests. The purpose of this study was to determine whether product quality and brand image have an effect on purchasing decisions. The research results obtained (1) multiple linear regression equation Y = 3.387 + 0.289 + 0.426 and (2) simultaneous hypothesis f test with fcount of 67.378 with a ftable value of 3.156 meaning there is a significant influence between product quality (X1) and brand image (X2) there is a purchase decision (Y). (3) There is a partial effect of product quality with product quality getting a value of t: 2.503 and brand image partially with a value of t: 2.731. Thus it can be concluded that product quality and brand image influ-ence the purchasing decision of Cap Lang Eucalyptus Aromatherapy Oil at PT. Surya Donasin Bogor.

This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership behavior, transactional, and work engagement on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the context of non-profit organizations or communities (NPO) in Indonesia. Referring to the judgment sampling technique, the amount of primary data obtained is as many as 120 employees who work at NPO in Bogor, West Java, Indonesia. To verify the research hypothesis, a structural equation modeling technique based on partial least squares was applied. The results show that transformational, transactional leadership, and work engagement affect OCB. The results of this study may be useful for NPO leaders and supervisors, especially regarding the influence of leadership behavior on the work results of human resource assets. Due to the limited amount of research conducted on leadership in non-profit organizations, this research contributes theoretically and empirically to the leadership literature as it is the first study to investigate the two leadership styles on work-related outcomes and work engagement in the non-profit sector.
