The method used is a correlational research method. This research was conducted on elementary school teachers in Koroncong district. The sampling technique uses the clutser random sampling technique. The data collection technique uses questionnaire or questionnaire instruments, then analyzed in depth by paying attention to various theories, expert opinions as well as references from previous studies. The results of this study show that there is an influence of principal leadership based on literacy culture and principal supervision competence on teacher performance. Abstract

The lack of teacher creativity and innovation in creating learning media is one of the factors in the lack of integer mathematics learning activities in class V. The aim of the research is to describe needs analysis, development, feasibility, and testing the effectiveness of Sleman Culture's snakes and ladders media. This research includes research and development (R&D) with research instruments in the form of validation sheets, teacher response questionnaires and student response questionnaires, observation and evaluation. The research object is SD Muh. Sangonan IV class VA (control class) with 30 student and VB (experimental class) with 28 student. Sleman's cultural snakes and ladders media is suitable for use based on validation results by material experts with a percentage of 90.91% categorized as "very feasible" and a percentage of 91.67% from media expert validation which is also categorized as "very feasible". Product effectiveness. is calculated using the t-test with a sig value. (2 tailed) is 0.000 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is a significant difference in learning outcomes between the experimental class and the control class.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of project-based science and social science (IPAS) learning in instilling ecological awareness from an early age. The focus of the study is to understand how the project-based learning approach can improve students' understanding of environmental conservation and identify challenges and supporting factors in its implementation. This study uses a library research method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected from primary and secondary sources such as scientific journals, textbooks, research reports, and curriculum documents. Data analysis was carried out through literature studies, content analysis, and triangulation to ensure the accuracy of the findings. The research process includes source collection, document selection, data extraction, and information synthesis. The results of the study indicate that project-based science and social science learning is effective in improving students' ecological awareness through practical activities such as tree planting, recycling, and environmental observation. However, its implementation faces obstacles such as lack of resources, teacher training, and integration with the curriculum. Educators have mixed views, with some supporting this approach because it is considered contextual, while others complain about the lack of support. In addition, there were protests from the community who considered project activities to interfere with academic focus. Student academic outcomes also varied, with some schools reporting significant improvements, while others showed no significant changes. In conclusion, project-based learning has great potential to increase ecological awareness, but its success depends on the support of teachers, schools, and communities, as well as good integration with the cycle.

Abstract

Differentiated learning does not differentiate the learning treatment of students, but rather understands the strengths and weaknesses, as well as the learning needs of students according to their own learning styles. One of the efforts made to overcome this problem is to use articulate storyline learning media. The media products developed have complete features and are able to serve the diversity of student learning styles, namely having an attractive appearance, there are instructions for use, there are interactive learning materials (text, images, animations and videos), there is the development of student worksheets and has innovative learning evaluation features. The research method used is development research with the ADDIE model, the collection techniques used are observation, interviews, pre-test and post-test, paired sample t-test data analysis techniques. The research sample consisted of 31 fourth-grade students of Kaduagung State Elementary School. The results of the study of learning media based on Articulate Storyline in the material aspect obtained a very valid assessment of 92%, and the media aspect obtained a very valid assessment of 95%. The feasibility and practicality aspects were 90% by the supervising teacher and 87% by the students. The effectiveness test of the Paired Samples T Test obtained a value of (0.000 <0.05), which means there is a significant influence, so it is concluded that there is a significant influence of the use of articulate storyline-based learning media on differentiated merdeka curriculum learning at Kaduagung State Elementary School.
