Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pendokumentasian SOAP pada praktek mandiri bidan (PMB) dalam melaksanakan asuhan kebidanan di Kabupaten Buleleng, Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasinya adalah seluruh PMB di Buleleng yang berjumlah 400 orang. Sampel adalah 43 PMB yang ersertifikasi bidan delima. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan Pelaksanaan Pencatatan hasil pelayanan kebidanan dilakukan pada saat pelayanan kurang dari sebagian dengan kategori baik (33%), Kesimpulan hasil identifikasi pelaksanaan pendokumentasian dengan SOAP pada PMB di Buleleng masih belum optimal. Â

This research originated from the large number of limestone mining in the Pecatu Hill area and it caused deep niches. On the other hand, the problem of water scarcity is the main thing, because the characteristics of karst rocks can escape, dissolve and absorb water. The condition of the ex-niche mining and water shortages are two different problems. But in this study, trying to combine these problems into a solution with the aim of making experiments that can make limestone from Pecatu Hill have the potential to hold water for a long time in the form of a miniature reservoir model. This miniature reservoir model is made with a mixture of clay suspensions of various concentrations (0%, 5%, 10% and 15%). This miniature reservoir model is tested for discharge and absorption of water which is assumed to be rainwater puddle to determine the ability to absorb rainwater. The result of this test is that the miniature reservoir with a mixture of 15% clay suspension has the ability to withstand a decrease in rainwater shrinkage of 0.04L / minute and has a small water absorption capacity of 10.91% compared to other concentrations. This shows that the miniature limestone reservoir of Pecatu Hill with a mixture of 15% clay suspension has potential as an instrument for harvesting and collecting rainwater. So this is expected to be utilized by the villagers of Pecatu Hill as an instrument for harvesting and collecting rainwater.

The enlargement of the uterus and weight gain in the third trimester of pregnancy then the center of gravity moves forward so that the pregnant woman must adjust her stance. Improper body changes will force additional stretching and fatigue on the body, especially in the back. One of the causes of low back pain is due to hormonal changes that cause changes in the supporting and connecting soft tissues resulting in decreased muscle elasticity and flexibility. The negative impact caused by low back pain is that it can cause a decrease in the quality of life of pregnant women due to disruption of daily physical activities. The research objective was to determine the intensity of pain before and after back pain intervention in two and third trimester pregnant women in Pengelatan Village, Buleleng District, Buleleng Regency. This research is a pre-experimental study with a "One Group Pretest-Postest" design. The sampling method used was total sampling. Data collection by interviews, observation, intervention and pain scale Visual Analog Scale (VAS). Analysis data using the univariate and bevariate analysis using paired t-test. The results of the study were differences in pain intensity before and after respondents in the massage intervention. Pregnant women should routinely do massage therapy to reduce pain.

Dalam kegiatan proses perkuliahan di institusi pendidikan tidak akan terlepas dari interaksi antara dosen dan mahasiswa. Dalam berinteraksi, informasi kehadiran dosen di kampus saat ini sangat diperlukan. Selain bermanfaat bagi mahasiswa, informasi kehadiran dosen juga sangat diperlukan dalam evaluasi kinerja dosen oleh bagian akademik atau bagian yang terkait lainnya. Saat ini proses absensi dosen yang baru diterapkan di STMIK STIKOM Indonesia dilakukan dengan menggunakan mesin absensi sidik jari yang terdapat di masing-masing ruang dosen. Laporan kehadiran dosen yang dihasilkan oleh mesin selanjutnya di rekapitulasi oleh pihak akademik untuk dijadikan bahan evaluasi dosen. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah kerap mahasiswa sulit memperoleh informasi kehadiran dosen di kampus. Mahasiswa yang ingin bertemu dengan seorang dosen kerap harus ke kampus dengan percuma karena dosen yang dicari tidak ada di tempat. Dari sisi dosen, sering terjadi masalah dimana dosen lupa apakah dirinya sudah melakukan absensi pada mesin sidik jari atau belum. Dosen juga kerap mengalami kesusahan dalam memberikan informasi jika terlambat karena suatu kendala ataupun tidak dapat hadir di kampus. Pada penelitian ini dibangun sebuah sistem informasi kehadiran dosen di STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. Sistem informasi kehadiran dosen merupakan sistem yang mampu memberikan informasi yang cepat dan tepat mengenai kehadiran seorang dosen di kampus. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa sistem informasi kehadiran dosen yang dibangun telah mampu berjalan sesuai dengan rancangan dan yang diharapkan.Kata Kunci: dosen, informasi, kehadiran, sistem

Kurangnya media sosialisasi yang komunikatif dan dinamis, yang dapat digunakan untuk menyampaikan informasi akademik satya wacana (SIASAT), sehingga mahasiswa kesulitan dalam mendapatkan informasi dengan cepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan media sosialisasi sistem informasi akademik satya wacana berbasis video infografis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Tahapan penelitian ini menggunakan strategi linear yang meliputi empat tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data, analisis data, perancangan media, dan pengujian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian adalah pada tahap pengujian didapatkan bahwa video infografis sosialisasi SIASAT memiliki komponen konten cukup lengkap dan alurnya cukup jelas. Desain dan pewarnaan tiap komponen sudah baik dan menarik. Selain itu penggunaan audio untuk backsound sudah tepat sehingga mendukung pengisi suara menjadi cukup jelas dan enak didengar. Pengujian kepada mahasiswa diperoleh hasil bahwa video infografis sosialisasi SIASAT mudah dimengerti dan bermanfaat sehingga mahasiswa lebih paham dalam menggunakan SIASAT, serta pengunaan ilustrasi dan pengisi suara tidak membosankan untuk dinikmati sampai video selesai ditayangkan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media sosialisasi sistem informasi akademik satya wacana berbasis video infografis layak dan dapat digunakan untuk menyampaikan informasi akademik satya wacana (SIASAT).

Ketidakpuasan terhadap bentuk tubuh seringkali dijumpai pada remaja utrid, hal ini membuat remaja utrid menerapkan perilaku yang tidak tepat dalam mencapai tubuh ideal dengan melakukan diet yang ketat sehingga berdampak negative pada status gizi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara body image dengan status gizi remaja utrid. Studi crossectional pada 48 remaja putri. Pemilihan sampel dengan menggunakan total sampling. Data body image diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data status gizi diperoleh dari pengukuran TB dan BB, selanjutnya dihitung nilai z-score berdasarkan BMI/U dari WHO. Uji hubungan yang digunakan adalah korelasi Rank Spearman. Sebanyak 22 subyek (48,8%) merasa tidak puas terhadap bentuk tubuhnya dan 26 subyek (54,2%) merasa puas dengan bentuk tubuhnya, sedangkan status gizi kurang 2,1%, status gizi lebih 58,3% dan normal 39,6%. Hasil analisa statistic Rank Spearman didapatkan nilai rho = 0,338 dengan signifikansi = 0,009. Ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara body image dan status gizi.

In ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction of the website, it is necessary to evaluate and evaluate the website. This study aims to analyze the Usability Testing Website Using the System Usability Scale (SUS) Method. The method used in this study is the SUS (System Usability Scale). Data collection techniques in this study were interview techniques, observation techniques or questionnaire techniques. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The subjects in this study consisted of 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the evaluation in this study, namely the results of the assessment of the respondents, obtained a total value of the SUS score of 2012.50 with the resulting average value of 67.08, this shows that the total SUS score on the STIKI Indonesia website is 67.08, which means the level of user Acceptability Range is Marginal High, Grade Scale level is category D, user Adjective Rating level is OK category and SUS Score Percentile Rank is grade D. The website still needs to be evaluated and developed further so that its use can be more optimal.

Online learning impacts decreasing student interest and learning outcomes, so students need media that can help the learning process. This research aims to produce an android-based learning application for vocational students. This research is classified as developed using the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The subjects involved in this study were two media experts, one teacher, and vocational students. Data collection in the study was carried out using the interview method and distributing questionnaires with an instrument in a product validity test questionnaire. The research data was analyzed using scores from each validator by adding up each score on each indicator and finally providing a valid assessment using the percentage assessment procedure. The study results indicate that the developed learning application media has a high validity score, so developing and teaching vocational high school students. In addition to having a high validity score, the learning application media has increased students' motivation and learning outcomes.

At present, the benefits of website-based information systems have been widely felt, but there are still many agencies that have not properly utilized the existence of technology. One of the systems that need to be developed in the health sector is giving queue numbers to patients. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the web-based patient queuing system and automatic notifications through the WhatsApp framework Codeigniter. The subjects involved in this study were patients who would take a queue number at the clinic. Data collection in the study was carried out by observation and interview methods. The research data were then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, namely by describing various findings in the field, which were then linked to the results of previous studies. The system development results show that the system’s success rate for giving queue numbers to patients reaches 100%, and the natrian number reminder system also gets a success percentage of 100%. These results indicate that the queue number system has been successfully developed to help patients search for queue numbers.

Prototype monitoring of grouper pond water quality is intended to improve the water quality of grouper ponds if there is a change in air quality such as acidity, air temperature, and air turbidity level, which can be caused by fish or fish that can be used on fish breathing fish that can make fish become stressful and cannot multiply properly and can cause death in fish. To overcome these problems, a technology that can be studied and controlled according to the standards is needed. It can also facilitate pond farmers to facilitate pond air quality and the automation of standardization of water quality indicators. This development uses internet-related matters in data communication between prototypes with farm farmers. The development model used is prototyping. For the testing process, (3) trials are conducted: (1) evaluation testing, with test results, prototypes, get a percentage of 100% with a very effective category. (2) validity testing, with a margin of error of 4.38% and the overall sensor test results under 4.38%. (3) practically test, obtained by the results of 92.2% of respondents stated that monitoring of this prototype is very practical.
