In order to gathering necessary information for testing these hypotheses, we were used an author constructed questionnaire, this questionnaire consists of 34 questions in 6 dimensions and were distributed between 110 managers in Jey industrial park.  For analysis of data and the results of hypotheses, we use structural equation modeling in the way of Partial Least Square or PLS and using the Smart Pls software. The results show that between all discussed variable, except entrepreneurship orientation, there is a positive and meaningful effect with the marketing entrepreneurship. In addition, between all discussed variable there is a positive and meaningful effect with the company performance.

Abstract

The aim of this is to analyze the investment behavior of Acehnese entrepreneurs by considering the individual characteristics of entrepreneurs. This study was analyzed using a quantitative descriptive approach. The number of samples was 150 Aceh Entrepreneurs in 10 districts/cities in Aceh. The selected entrepreneurs who have been designated as Taxable Entrepreneurs (PKP) by the Directorate General of Taxes. The sampling technique used is judgment sampling. The research data collected by using a closed questionnaire. The results of the study show that Acehnese entrepreneurs have risk-averse behavior in making investment decisions. The results of the study also show that Acehnese entrepreneurs consider investments by sharia principles. Entrepreneurs with an older age tend to have alternative investments in financial assets. Factors of saturation and reliability cause this tendency. Older entrepreneurs are becoming increasingly uncomfortable with the business they are running right now, but they are worried about the significant risks of diversifying investment into financial assets. Education needs to be given about investing in the financial sector for Acehnese entrepreneurs, especially for older entrepreneurs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the wayfinding and signage provisions, sensitivity of senior driving behavior and road safety. A driving simulator to simplify the airport navigation was developed. Three scenario types were designed to provide a variety of driving situations and complexity of the road designs to the airport. The complexity of way finding with the assorted road furniture such as signage adverts and street lights also were included. Experience car drivers who held valid UK driving license were asked to drive simulated routes. Fifteen drivers in range of age 50-54, 55-59 and over 60 years were selected to perform the study. Participants drove for approximately 20 minutes to complete the simulated driving. The types of errors (parameter) of simulated driving were identified: risk of collisions, exceed the speed limit, traffic light tickets, centerline crossings and road edge excursions. The drivers’ performance and parameter were compared to the age group. Results were analyzed by ANOVA and discussed with reference to the use of driving simulator. The ANOVA confirmed that senior drivers’ age group have no significant effect on the airport road design, wayfinding and all research parameters; risk of collisions, exceed the speed limit, traffic light tickets, centerline crossings and road edge excursions.

Misbehaviour of church management has a positive and significant effect on conflict. That is, the stronger the misbehaviour management, the more conflict in Bukit Doa Nusa Dua Congregation and Immanuel Tabanan Gongregation. Religious social values do not affect conflict. Abstract

There have been difficulties in managing costs effectively which have led to reduction in both market and sales share. This study aimed to find remedies to the challenge of determining and measuring the hidden quality costs due to its negative effect on the customer satisfaction. This study engaged in the measurement and calculation of hidden quality costs in a sound and scientific manner in order to find solutions to the problem and achieve the research objectives. Increase in the sales and profits and market share of the economic unit and satisfaction of the customer are achieved through the effective the management of these costs. A deductive approach was employed in the study and a number of conclusions were made from the analysis of the results. First, the study conclude that lack of information as provided by the total quality costs is experienced due to failure to calculate the hidden quality costs. As the hidden quality costs provide indicators, they must be applied as required. Also, there is a task related to the risks surrounding the economic growth when it comes to the risk of losing market share. Similarly, the research found that these costs and disclosure, which affects the management of these costs effectively and objectively, are not measured and calculated by many of the industrial companies in Iraq.

A secondary data collected from the Central Bureau of statistic North Sumatera which consist of 33 regencies/cities in North Sumatera province for the period of 2011-2015 and analyzed using panel regression analysis by assisting EVIEWS 10.0.  This study applied the Williamson index to identify the effect of fiscal decentralization of financial capability via the General Allocation Fund (DAU) budget per capita and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). The variable of fiscal decentralization is the primary revenue received by local government measured by Original Local Government Revenue (PAD) and Balance Fund (DP) while the regional performance using per capita income. The result of the analysis shows that the random effect model is the best model for estimating the effect of fiscal decentralization on regional performance. By applying the Williamson Index for General Allocation Fund per capita, this study indicates it unstably distributed. Also, Williamson Index for per capita income distribution categorized as moderate. Lastly, the Original Local Government Revenue and Balance Fund have a positive effect on regional performance.

Abstract

Road accidents are recognized as the most serious threats that have been haunting worldwide motoring public from children to senior citizens. Human factors such as driver’s personality traits, driving anger and risky driving has been recognized as the contributor to high rate of road accident proneness through their driving style such as aggressive driving. The studies in road accident proneness is still lacking and requires an extensive study, therefore it is important to understand the influence of driver’s personality traits, driving anger and risky driving in predicting road accident proneness through aggressive driving. A conceptual framework is being proposed to investigate the relation and influence of these variables on road accident proneness. The contribution will beneficial for motoring public that want to find solution towards decreasing the rate of road accidents through their personality traits, emotions, attitude and driving style while driving. Besides, the result obtained will give overall benefits to related agencies to understand the impact of human factors and driver’s driving style particularly aggressive driving in reducing road accident.

Abstract

The current study is carried out to explore role of big data analytics in the relationship among the collaboration types, supply chain management and market performance of Thai manufacturing firms. It has been revealed through literature review that collaboration among the firms is more than just coordination. It is referred as inter-firm interaction with key focus on strategies. This type of collaboration can be witnessed in two different ways, which include STRC and SYSCL [1] . The concepts of STRC and SYSCL have not been recognized separately in literature as they create difference influences on the performance of firm. The study has employed the SEM-PLS to analyze the data. The study broached an argument that the system collaboration includes coordination, sharing of information, and activities management for planning and forecasting of demand. The next level of inter-firm interaction is the STRC. In this advanced level, achievements are more than just SYSCL. The level with which the partners in supply chain plan different business activities with the shared vision to improve the performance of each other is referred as STRC.
