Abstract

The Covid pandemic has changed the pattern of people's life habits, one of the impacts felt is that the operational needs of the office work industry, schools and so on have shifted during the pandemic. One of the impacts that arises is the need for an internet connection network that supports online operational activities. This need raises opportunities for business actors and competition and competition to win the hearts of new people and old consumers to continue using the internet network services offered by the company. Based on the results of previous studies, it is strengthened that by paying attention to and increasing the existence of perceived value and the existence of customer engagement will have a strong influence on customer loyalty. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of perceived value on customer engagement and customer loyalty, the next purpose is to determine the influence of perceived value on customer loyalty through customer engagement, especially the picture related to consumer loyalty of internet network users of the global media network. The research uses a quantitative method approach, the method of determining the number of samples using the slovin approach with a total sample of 280 consumers. The data collection method is carried out by observation techniques, interviews and the distribution of research questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using SEM-PLS data processing software with descriptive analysis stages, inferential analysis and evaluation of the goodness of fit PLS models. The results showed that perceived value has no influence on customer loyalty, perceived value has a positive effect on customer enagement and customer engagement has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer enagement has a mediation role full of perceived value towards customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student’s of class XII IPS1 SMA Negeri 1 Tirtayasa academic year of 2021/2022 with implementation Cooperative Learning Method Type Team Accelerated Instruction (TAI). The data collection techniques used in this research were test and documentation. The including instrument used in this research are test and field note. The data analysis technique in this research was quantitative descriptive data analysis. Based on the research result, on the cycle I, the average score of accounting learning outcome in the pretest was 44,33 while in the post test, the average score was 82,11 or increased 37,78 or 85,22%. On the cycle II, the average score of accounting learning outcome in the pretest was 48,89, while the post test, the average score was 91,11 or increased 42,22 or 86,36%. On the cycle I, the student’s accounting learning outcome completeness increased from 5,56% on the pretest to 63,89% on the posttest or increased 58,33%. On the cycle II, the student’s accounting learning outcome completeness increased from 11,11% of pretest to 86,11% on the posttest or increased 75,00% based on the result, hypothesis of action on this research is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning behavior and the use of google classroom on the learning outcomes of the Entrepreneur 1 course for Bhinneka PGRI University students. This study uses a quantitative technique with a survey method with a population of 135 students, the researcher uses the Slovin formula with an error limit of 0.1 and the number of samples obtained is 58 students. The data analysis used is the research instrument test: validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test: normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, regression analysis: multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination and hypothesis test: t test (test partial) and F test (simultaneous test) using the SPSS version 21 program. Based on the results of the study, the analysis of the coefficient of determination shows that the variables of learning behavior and the use of google classroom affect learning outcomes by 53.9%. And it was found that the variables of learning behavior and the use of google classroom partially have a significant relationship to learning outcomes. In addition, the variables of learning behavior and the use of google classroom simultaneously have a significant effect on learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study focuses on the analysis of the implementation of entrepreneurship education in the double track program in Banyuwangi Regency Senior High Schools that have implemented this program, so that it is expected to be an example for other high schools. The study used descriptive qualitative methods with research subjects namely SMAN 1 Purwoharjo and SMAS 1 Muhammadiyah Banyuwangi, including school principals, entrepreneurship teachers and double track program supervisors, as well as students. Data were obtained by means of in-depth and semi-structured interviews, observations, and "focus group discussions" with colleagues. The result of this research is that the double track program is successful in accordance with its objectives, namely developing interests and talents as well as independence through entrepreneurship. The supporting factors of this program are technological advances and student enthusiasm, while the inhibiting factor is the limited facilities and infrastructure to support the success of the double track learning process.

Abstract

The background that underlies the research here is the low understanding of students' learning in the subjects of Creative Projects and Entrepreneurship which causes learning outcomes to not reach classical completeness. The purpose of this development research is to describe: 1) the feasibility from E-comic of Business Opportunity learning media; 2) the practicality from E-Comic Business Opportunity learning media; and 3) the effectiveness from E-comic of Business Opportunity learning media. This research is a type of research and development (R&D) using a 4-D model. The results of this study are learning media products in the form of e-comic on the material of Business Opportunities for Goods or Services in the form of an Android-based application developed with the help of Unity software. The media developed by the researcher was tested in a limited way on students of SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya in class XI Logam 1 as the experimental class and class XI Logam 2 as the control class. Validation from experts, this e-comic obtained 89% results by material experts, 93% by media experts, and 91% by design experts so that the learning media was declared very feasible. The practicality of learning media based on the assessment of students obtained a percentage of 91% with a very practical category. The analysis of the effectiveness test from E-Comic Business Opportunity learning media obtained the results that the learning media was effective in improving student learning outcomes where when the t-test was carried out, namely the Independent Sample T-Test, there was a significant difference between the posttest of the experimental class and the control class, which was indicated by Tcount > Ttable, namely 3.438 > 2,024 and the significance value obtained is 0.001 < 0.05, besides that the average pretest value of the experimental class is 64.75 and the posttest value is 80.50 while in the control class the average pretest is 65.50 and the posttest value is 70.00 , so that the N-Gain Test obtained a Gain Score in the experimental class of 0.4 so that the increase in learning outcomes was achieved, while in the control class it was 0.1 where the increase in learning outcomes had not been achieved.

Abstract

PT Pamapersada Nusantara is one of the companies in Indonesia that is engaged in coal mining contractors. One of the main activity by the company is the overburden removal and coal mining in accordance with the production targets agreed with the customer. Based on the annual production planning 2022, to achieve the customer's production target, there is one work area in the KAKAO Pit – R5B west side which is the disposal of NW01B above the mineout Pit NW01B. The Disposal will be cutback (removing the overburden) for the purpose of coal mineout. Based on survey data, the total volume of disposal cutback is 3.9 Mbcm. Technical analysis states that there is a decrease in productivity by 10%, a decrease in productivity affects a decrease in production capacity which has implications for an increase in operational costs about IDR 7.12 M. To accommodate the increase in operational costs, to maintain the company's profitability, an analysis of the proposed price adjustment of the overburden excavation about USD 0.1259/bcm.

Abstract

In the current era of revolution 4.0, the demands for renewal in the field of education are getting higher. As in the current post-pandemic period, the need for more practical and effective teaching materials is needed, balanced with the use of learning methods that are able to provide convenience and adapt to student learning styles. such as the use of teaching materials in the form of electronic books (E-books) which are packaged in the form of android-based learning media. Where the E-Book here also applies the scaffolding method as a form of assistance in the form of clues or instructions related to material that is quite difficult to understand. the type of research carried out is R&D (Research & Development) by adapting the development model of Thiagarajan, Semmel & Semmel (1974). The results of the study obtained a feasibility level of 85.6% with the criteria of "very feasible", the level of effectiveness of the N-Gain Score results of 82.99% "very effective" and from the results of the Paeired T test the sample test obtained a sig value < of 0.05. The results of student responses are 85.5% and 86.75% with the criteria of "very feasible". And the practicality level of the E-book is 92% with the "very practical" criteria

Abstract

The understanding of economic learning by students has not been fully implemented in everyday life; the understanding of students of SMA Negeri 1 Ajibarang regarding ecological literacy is still low; the implementation of the Adiwiyata school program has not been maximized in seeking environmentally friendly consumption behavior for students. This research is a quantitative research conducted on students of SMA Negeri 1 Ajibarang class X, XII IPS and XII IPS with the aim of analyzing the influence of economic learning, ecological literacy, and adiwiyata school programs on the environmentally friendly consumption behavior of SMA Negeri 1 Ajibarang students. The population in this study was students of classes X, XI social studies and XII social studies at SMA Negeri 1 Ajibarang, with a total of 612 students. The samples used were taken from 86 respondents using accidental sampling techniques. The results of the research and data analysis obtained show that first, economic learning has a positive effect on students' environmentally friendly consumption behavior; second, ecological literacy positively affects students' environmentally friendly consumption behavior; and third, the adiwiyata school program does not have a positive effect on students' environmentally friendly consumption behavior.

Abstract

The rationality that occurs in the student environment begins to fade along with the many choices given. Students do consumption activities not only based on need, but because of desire. The aims of the study were to (1) determine the economic rationality of the Social Sciences Education FKIP students at Mulawarman University, (2) find out the factors driving and inhibiting the application of economic rationality for students of the Social Sciences Education Department, FKIP Mulawarman University. This research is a phenomenological research with a qualitative approach. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and leverage/drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that students of the Social Sciences Department in general have a fairly good economic rationality, students of the Social Sciences Department are able to determine the best course of action. Social Studies Education Department students in their economic behavior make considerations in making decisions. However, there is a side where students of the Social Sciences Education Department are still not rational, namely they are still lacking in making expense records. The category findings are product information, economic action selection, and economic behavior plan. While the factors that drive and inhibit economic rationality are economic conditions, the influence of friends, desires.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of the balanced scorecard on the performance of farmers' cropping patterns in the hamlet of Bantang Kedis Kintamani. This is a quantitative study conducted using SPSS version 18.0. Multiple linear regression analysis was utilized to analyze the data in this study. According to the findings of this study, there is a substantial level of financial perspective of 0.000, a significant level of customer perspective of 0.039, and a large level of internal business process perspective of 0.031. The significant level of learning and progress is 0.021. All of the balanced scorecard variables have a lower significance threshold = 0.05, indicating that the hypothesis is accepted, and the R square value in the research model is 0.474, with a coefficient of determination of 47.4%. The independent variable appears to have a 47.4% ability to explain the variance of the variable. This study demonstrates the effect of the balanced scorecard on the performance of farmers' planting patterns in the hamlet of Bentang Kedis Kintamani, proving that the balanced scorecard can be used in agriculture and that it is not limited to manufacturing company.
