Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan Islam merupakan institusi pendidikan yang diharapkan mampu menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki jiwa spiritual dan intelektual yang tinggi. Maka eksistensi lembaga pendidikan Islam harus dipertahankan dengan adanya program unggulan, yang kemudian diharapkan mampu menjawab tantangan dan tuntutan modernisasi, kemajuan globalisasi, dan informasi saat ini. Metode kajian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dan metode penyajian datanya adalah deskriptif analisis, serta dirancang dengan pendekatan pustaka yang menelusuri beberapa pembahasan tentang pengembangan pendidikan, pendidikan Islam, dan program unggulan. Hasil dari pembahasan dalam kajian ini adalah 1) pengembangan pendidikan Islam memiliki makna secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang dapat diusahakan dengan cara menerapkan program unggulan; 2) dasar pemikiran pengembangan pendidikan Islam harus berpijak pada landasan preskriptif (landasan religius, filosofis, dan yuridis) dan landasan deskriptif (landasan ilmiah); 3) paradigma pengembangan pendidikan Islam yang menonjol adalah ortodoksi, islamisasi, atau modernisasi Islam, 4) strategi pengembangan pendidikan Islam dapat dilakukan dengan cara mempersiapkan hal-hal yang bersifat prinsip dan dilanjutkan dengan melakukan usaha-usaha yang bersifat praktik, dan 5) inovasi pengembangan pendidikan Islam salah satunya dapat dilakukan dengan program madrasah ungulan.

Abstract

Multiculturalism in pesantren Kulon Banon is a inevability by design or naturally. This study aims to produce a multicultural value inheritance construction built in the process of inheriting local wisdom values. This Ethographic research by sequence methods. Informants in this research are Kyai, asatidz, and santries by snowball sampling tecnique. Researchers were present to extract data from informants, its indept interviews and participatory observation. Data analysis used is domain analysis with technical of philosopy analysis by credibitity, transferabitity, dependability and confirmability. Validity data by persistent observation, triangulation, member check, peer reviewing; and referencial adequacy check. The results of study in local wisdom based multicultural values developed in the Pesantren Kulon Banon 6 key concept were identified: tawassut (moderate), iftitah (inclusive), tasamuh (tolerance), ukhuwwah (brotherhood), As Salam (peace) and masuliyah (responsibility). (2) The process of inheriting multicultural values based on local wisdom includes content, processes, methods and agents as elements that work in one cybernetics system, namely institutionalization, socialization, internalization and control carried out in an integrated process.

Abstract

Abstract: The period's development makes society to use technology, moral degradation caused by the rapid development requires the development of more relevant concepts in education, especially the education of children's characters in islamic families which in Islam is highly recommended for character building. Looking at the development of technology that can affect one's life, then the character building becomes the responsibility for the family, especially the parents to the child. This literature research uses library research methods. The results that can be obtained from this study are: First) The Stage of Character Education of children based on islamic families, second) the challenges and obstacles of the application of character education era society 5.0, and third) the implementation of child character education based on islamic family. Abstrak: Perkembangan zaman memaksa masyarakat menggunakan teknologi, degradasi moral yang disebabkan oleh pesatnya perkembangan ini membutuhkan adanya konsep yang lebih relevan dalam dunia pendidikan, terutama pada pendidikan karakter anak dalam keluarga islami yang mana dalam islam sangat ditekankan penanaman karakter mulia. Melihat perkembangan teknologi yang bisa mempengaruhi kehidupan seseorang, maka penanaman karakter yang mulia ini menjadi amanah bagi keluarga terutama orangtua kepada anaknya. Penelitian literatur  ini memakai metode library research (studi kepustakaan). Hasil yang bisa diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah: Pertama) Tahapan Pendidikan Karakter anak berbasis keluarga islami, kedua) tantangan dan hambatan penerapan pendidikan karakter era society 5.0, dan ketiga) langkah-langkah implementasi pendidikan karakter anak berbasis keluarga islami.

Abstract

Covid-19 has an effect in every area of people's life, one sector is education. Education in Indonesia seems to be getting a shock that creates a new order in the learning process. So as to make the distance learning process, it must be implemented considering the Ministry of Education and Culture's instructions to continue learning amid the Covid-19 outbreak. Teachers are required to make learning plans related to Distance Learning, which has never been implemented before. From the limitations of PAI teachers at the junior high school level who are accustomed to face-to-face learning, they must make distance learning. Teachers at SMP Islam Mbah Bolong Watugaluh Jombang as research respondents turned out to have advantages in preparing for the learning process during the Covid-19 period. In Distance Learning they are able to continue working by optimizing all the potential that exists through electronic media. difficulties and ease in implementing distance learning cannot be avoided. This is also an attraction for research related to the distance learning process at Mbah Bolong Watugaluh Islamic Junior High School in Jombang.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has drastically changed the face-to-face learning pattern to online learning with various existing limitations. To overcome this, the Directorate General of Islamic Education issued an emergency madrasah curriculum policy. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of madrasah emergency curriculum policies in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Ketapang Regency. The method used is survey and evaluation using the discrepancy model (gap). The results showed that the emergency madrasah curriculum had been implemented in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and was close to the standard, but the core learning activities were still far from a standard which had implications for the effectiveness of online learning. To increase the effectiveness of online learning, it can be done, among others, by using hybrid learning media that combines asynchronous and synchronous learning, learning with a blended learning model that combines face-to-face learning and online learning, and the implementation of home visits to help teachers get information about the obstacles experienced by students and parents during distance learning.

Abstract

 Abstract: Humans are creatures that have a physical dimension and a soul dimension (nafs). This dimension of the soul is what makes humans more noble than angels, but on the other hand, they can also be more despicable than animals. Therefore, this human soul (nafs) must be purified so that humans can become noble creatures. The term purification of the soul in Sufism is called tazkiyah al-nafs. This is where Islamic Education plays an important role, namely how to ensure that students have a clean soul so that they can become perfect humans. The type of research in this study is literature study by reviewing the literature related to the problem and then analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results of this research are the tazkiyah al-nafs method consisting of 3 stages, namely (1) cleansing the soul from reprehensible traits (takhalli), (2) adorning the soul with praiseworthy qualities of tahalli and (3) revealing the veil to Allah SWT, because the condition of the soul is already pure (tajalli). Then tazkiyah al-nafs has implications for Islamic Education, namely to make people who believe, have faith, and have noble character it is necessary to have a process of soul purification (tazkiyah al-nafs). If the mental condition of the students is clean, holy and healthy, the souls of these students will more easily accept, understand, and practice Islamic teachings and more easily receive guidance from educators to achieve their goals as abdullah as well as khalifatullah.  Keywords: Tazkiyah al-Nafs, Islamic Education Abstrak: Manusia merupakan makhluk yang memiliki dimensi fisik dan dimensi jiwa (nafs). Dimensi jiwa inilah yang menjadikan manusia bisa lebih mulia daripada malaikat, namun juga bisa lebih hina daripada binatang. Oleh karena itu, jiwa manusia ini harus disucikan agar manusia bisa menjadi makhluk yang mulia. Istilah penyucian jiwa ini dalam Tasawuf disebut dengan tazkiyah al-nafs. Di sinilah Pendidikan Agama Islam memegang peranan penting, yakni bagaimana agar peserta didik memiliki jiwa yang bersih sehingga bisa menjadi manusia yang sempurna. Adapun jenis penelitian dalam studi ini yaitu studi pustaka dengan cara mengkaji literatur-literatur yang terkait dengan permasalahan kemudian di analisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis isi atau content analysis. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu metode tazkiyah al-nafs terdiri dari 3 tahap yaitu (1) membersihkan jiwa dari sifat-sifat tercela (takhalli), (2) menghiasi jiwa dengan sifat-sifat terpuji tahalli dan (3) tersingkapnya tabir kepada Allah SWT karena kondisi jiwa sudah suci (tajalli). Kemudian tazkiyah al-nafs ini berimplikasi terhadap Pendidikan Agama Islam yakni untuk menjadikan manusia yang beriman, bertaqwa, serta berakhlak mulia diperlukan adanya proses penyucian jiwa (tazkiyah al-nafs). Apabila kondisi jiwa peserta didik sudah bersih, suci dan sehat maka jiwa peserta didik ini akan lebih mudah menerima, memahami, dan mengamalkan ajaran-ajaran Islam serta lebih mudah menerima bimbingan dari pendidik untuk mencapai tujuannya sebagai abdullah sekaligus sebagai khalifatullah. Kata Kunci: Tazkiyah al-Nafs, Pendidikan Agama Islam

Abstract

Penilitian ini memfokuskan kepada tiga poin utama yang sangat penting untuk dikaji lebih mendalam dalam tatanan manajemen ekstrakurikurikuler. pertama, Bagaimana perencanaan ekstrakurikuler di MTs Negeri 1 sampang dalam upaya meningkatkan prestasi siswa non akademik; Kedua, Bagaimana pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler di MTs Negeri 1 sampang dalam upaya meningkatkan prestasi siswa non akademik; Ketiga, Bagaimana evaluasi ekstrakurikuler di MTs Negeri 1 sampang dalam upaya meningkatkan prestasi siswa non akademik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif jenis deskriptif dimana dalam penyajian datanya diformat dalam bentuk narasi yang berisi data-data yang didapat selama melakukan penelitian. Dalam tehnik pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan tiga tehnik yaitu dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi sesuai dengan pedoman metodologi penelitian kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, perencanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dalam upaya meningkatkan prestasi non akademik siswa mencakup beberapa hal diantaranya adalah penyusunsn proker, perencanaan waktu, tempat, fasilitas, pembina bahkan biaya. Perencanaan yang disusun dengan baik sebagai upaya lembaga agar terwujudnya visi misi ekstrakurikuler. Kedua, Pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler harus disesuaikan dengan sistem atau manajemen ekstrakurikuler yang sudah ditentukan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler diharuskan tidak menganggu jalannya kegiatan intrakurikuler (kegiatan belajar mengajar didalam kelas) yang memang menjadi poin utama dalam sistem pendidikan nasional. Ketiga, bentuk evaluasi yang dilakukan menggunakan beberapa cara diantaranya adalah dengan menggunakan tes dan praktek dalam kegiatannya. Adapun dalam sistemnya akan direvisi kembali jika ada faktor yang menghambat tujuan madrasah dalam upaya meningkatkan prestasi non akademik.

Abstract

This research analyzes the thoughts of Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas about the concept of educators and students. This type of research uses literature. The results of the research show that the concept of Educator and Student for Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas is that an educator is a teacher whose job is not only to transfer knowledge, but also to train the soul and character of students by having good moral character so that they can be used as role models for their students, while students are someone who studies at an educator where he not only prioritizes his knowledge but understands etiquette as a student as well as applies it in his life. The concept of educators and students Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas is very relevant to be used as a reference in both formal and non-formal education environments in Indonesia today. Because the concept of Educator and Learner Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas discusses the improvement of adab in the world of education to date.

Abstract

Pendidikan masih menjadi intrumen terbaik, efektif dan efisien di dunia sebagai wadah transformasi dan transmisi untuk menghasilkan manusia yang bermutu baik secara kognitif, afektif maupun psikomotorik. Dosen adalah sebagai sumber daya yang paling penting demi tercapainya visi dan misi pendidikan untuk mencapai internalisasi nilai-nilai sebagai upaya membangun karakter mahasiswa khususnya di Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik yang juga pada akhirnya berimplikasi terhadap masyarakat umum. Penelitian ini, menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode dan pendekatan tersebut dipilih karena masalah yang dikaji menyangkut masalah yang sedang berlangsung dalam kehidupan kampus Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik. Temuan dari penelitian adalah adanya optimalisasi pelaksanaan 4 kompetensi pada dosen, yakni: kompetensi professional, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi social dan komptensi pedagogis dalam aktualisasi diri berkehidupan dan bersosialisasi. Strategi internalisasi nilai-nilai Al Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan adalah dengan mengoptimalkan peranan para dosen dalam proses pembentukan ekosistem nilai di lingkungan kampus serta penggunaan strategi-strategi yang didukung dengan pembelajaran yang bersifat filosofis dan sufistik dan mengejewantahkan dalam aksi nyata yakni panutan dalam berfikir dan bertindak dalam kesehariannya.

Abstract

The issue of pluralism has become an important issue specifically discussed throughout the ages and along with the development of the scientific world. Pluralism has been in the spotlight, especially among theological and Islamic thought, so that the issue of pluralism has entered Indonesia and has even reached the implementation of Islamic education. Talking about the term pluralism universally becomes an important point because today's problem is the concept of pluralism is not only a concept that leads to theology. But especially in Indonesia, pluralism is the main knife that must be developed, especially in Islamic education. This paper is here to discuss the pluralism figure in Indonesia, namely Abdurrahman Wahid who is familiarly called GUSDUR the intelligent idol who is one of the figures in Indonesia who gives the concept of pluralism to Islamic education. The focus of this research explores several issues that are quite urgent, namely: First, how is Abdurrahman Wahid's concept of pluralism in Islamic education. Second, what is the basis for Abdurrahman Wahid's thoughts on pluralism in the context of Indonesia. This basic assumption is the main reference which is studied in depth in this research. The type of research is library research with a descriptive analytical research approach that explains the roots of thinking critically. Specifically, it can be concluded that pluralism in education is the most effective institution and media in managing this diversity. The function of education is nothing but an effort to transform the values of a nation. Educational pluralism is an effort to inculcate national and human values, which must be pursued both in the family, community and educational environment. Islamic education in Abdurrahman Wahid's perspective is a sub-system of national education that has quite a big role in the transformation of religious values to students. This should start from Muslims, considering Islam as the majority religion. Changes in the paradigm of Islamic education must be pursued. This is because the paradigm that has been used so far turns out to be more selfish, closed (exclusive), intolerant, and oriented towards personal piety. In facing the plurality of society: multi-ethnic and multi-religious, according to Gus Dur, an educational paradigm that is tolerant, inclusive and oriented towards social piety is needed, not forgetting individual piety.
