Abstract

Government support and related parties is very necessary for MSMEs who often face challenges such as limited capital, market access and technology, to increase competitiveness and sustainability.. The application of ergonomic technology in the production process can increase efficiency and productivity, especially in small and medium industries (SMEs). This PKM aims to implement ergonomic trolleys in the red brick making process at UMKM Kaliwungu, Kudus, in order to reduce physical workload and increase productivity. The method used in this PKM uses a quantitative method by providing assistance and counseling on ergonomic aspects in the design of production aids through four stages, namely partner situation analysis, partner problem identification, PKM implementation and evaluation of PKM implementation. The results of the study showed that the use of ergonomic trolleys was able to increase the efficiency of transporting raw materials by 27.59% and reduce the risk of injury due to repetitive manual activities. In addition, productivity increased by 38.15% after the implementation of ergonomic trolleys. Positive impacts were also felt by workers who claimed to be more comfortable and less tired while working

Abstract

Instilling religious and moral values in early childhood education is a critical responsibility of educators. Teachers play a central role in presenting concrete and engaging media to help children comprehend these values effectively. However, the utilization of technology as a tool to develop learning media embedded with religious and moral content remains underutilized. This study addresses this gap by enhancing the ability of PAUD teachers to use the Canva application in creating storybooks with religious and moral themes. The activity employed a series of methods, including socialization, training, mentoring, assignments, and continuous support, to equip teachers with the necessary skills. The results demonstrated significant improvements in two key areas: (1) teachers' ability to create storybooks based on religious and moral values, as reflected in titles such as Allah is Most Merciful, Honesty is Cool, Helping Friends, and Rain of God's Grace, and (2) their proficiency in utilizing the Canva application for creative learning media development. This initiative highlights the potential for technology integration in fostering innovative and engaging methods of instilling moral and religious values. It is anticipated that this enhanced capability will contribute to more effective, technology-based pedagogical practices, making value-based learning enjoyable and impactful for children. ================================================= Menanamkan nilai agama dan moral kepada anak didik menjadi tanggungjawab pendidik. Guru memegang peranan penting dalam menghadirkan media konkrit dan menarik untuk membantu anak memahami berbagai materi secara efektif. Masalah yang teridentifikasi adalah rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi sebagai alat untuk membuat media pembelajaran dengan konten nilai Agama dan moral. Tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru PAUD dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi Canva dan meningkatkan kemampuan guru membuat cerita dengan konten nilai agama moral untuk anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, penugasan, dan keberlanjutan. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan guru PAUD dalam dua (2) indikator yaitu peningkatan kemampuan membuat buku cerita berbasis nilai agama moral terlihat dari karya yang dihasilkan dengan judul: Allah Maha Penyayang; Jujur itu Keren; Menolong Teman; dan Hujan Karunia Allah; dan peningkatan kemampuan memanfaatkan aplikasi Canva yang dimiliki oleh seluruh peserta. Peningkatan kemampuan ini tentu diharapkan akan memberikan dampak pada kemampuan guru menghadirkan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai agama moral dengan cara yang menyenangkan dan inovatif.

Abstract

The research aims to find propositions in linking aspects of spirituality with the social environment. This action is carried out on the model of the development of tourist destinations in Javanese culture. Tourists have an important role in running the tourism village business sector. This behavior is certainly based on patterns and actions in regulating the mechanism of running village tourism. The existing form of village tourism makes tourists must have interesting characteristics to survive. Until finally this form of tourism development follows the approach of Javanese tradition by emphasizing attitudes that are supported by spirituality. This research uses a qualitative approach, by conducting in-depth interviews with tourists. Tourists have mental strength in making traditions a model of tourism development. Various motives and benefits have been obtained by tourists. Until researchers found a pattern of relationships that make this tour develop quickly during the Covid-19 pandemic. Thus, the results obtained in this study are expected to make a theoretical contribution related to the model of tourism village development that has strong Javanese cultural characteristics. Social spirituality becomes a bridge in the realm of thought of tourists in moving the values of religion then implemented in the development of social values. To give rise to a new concept in interpreting the thoughts of tourists and social actions carried out. In addition, researchers also get three values of social spirituality used, namely, Trust, Believe, and Sincere.

Abstract

Abstract - Digital marketing strategies are crucial factors in improving the competitiveness of MSMEs in the era of globalization. Dusun Pijenan, a batik producer in Bantul Regency, faces challenges in marketing its products. Reliance on conventional marketing methods has limited the market reach of batik MSMEs in Dusun Pijenan. Currently, 80% of batik MSME sales in Dusun Pijenan rely on resellers, while only 20% come from direct buyers. This situation results in lower selling prices to resellers, thereby limiting business revenue. Therefore, a digital marketing training and mentoring program has been designed to assist batik MSMEs in Dusun Pijenan in optimizing digital technology to enhance market potential and competitiveness. This mentoring activity uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which directly involves MSME actors in the planning and implementation of digital marketing strategies. Several factors, such as limited technological knowledge, difficulties in managing digital marketing accounts, and a lack of personnel to manage digital platforms, pose challenges that need to be addressed during the mentoring process. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in visibility and customer interaction through the creation of digital marketing platforms, such as Instagram and WhatsApp Business. Additionally, the growth in online visitors from the creation of digital platforms was successfully implemented by the seven batik MSMEs in Dusun Pijenan. This mentoring program demonstrates that digital marketing can enhance the market potential and competitiveness of MSMEs in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Abstract - The role of MSMEs in supporting national economic growth is very essential. MSMEs, which are the main contributors to Indonesia's GDP, and succeeded in absorbing around 97% of the total workforce in Indonesian business units. However, apart from the positive impact, MSMEs face a myriad of problems. There are four classic and fundamental problems that have chronically affected the existence of MSMEs in Indonesia. Starting from access to finance and financing, access to raw materials, access to human resources, as well as access to markets and demand. Therefore, a synergy is needed between the Government and Non-Governmental Organizations as well as Banks and other Credit Providers to participate in the MSME empowerment agenda in Indonesia. This is done in order to revive and strengthen the role of MSMEs as the main supporter of the national economy. The purpose of the research is to get the right model or strategy in the context of empowering MSMEs in Gamol Hamlet, Kecandran Village, Salatiga City. This study uses a qualitative approach with interviews, observation, and documentation methods developed in operational concepts. The sample of MSME actors used came from Gamol, Kecandran Village, Salatiga City. The data analysis phase begins with the collection, reduction, verification, and conclusion. The results of the study illustrate that the main obstacles faced by MSME actors in Gamol are related to financing or capital and financial records due to a lack of financial literacy. So that the most needed empowerment strategy is to carry out socialization so that it can bring together MSME actors with Business Capital Providers as well as improve the financial literacy of MSME actors and provide assistance and monitoring to MSME actors in Gamol. By providing such assistance and monitoring, it is hoped that they will be able to solve the problems faced by MSME actors in Gamol.   Keyword: MSME, Capital Providers, Financial Literacy, Financial Records.   Abstrak - Peran UMKM dalam menyokong pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional sangat esensial. UMKM menjadi kontributor utama terhadap PDB Indonesia dan berhasil menyerap sekitar 97% dari total tenaga kerja di unit usaha Indonesia. Namun demikian, terlepas dari dampak positif tersebut, nyatanya UMKM menghadapi segudang permasalahan. Terdapat empat permasalahan klasik dan fundamental yang sangat kronis mempengaruhi eksistensi UMKM di Indonesia. Mulai dari akses terhadap keuangan dan pembiayaan, akses terhadap bahan baku, akses terhadap SDM, serta akses terhadap pasar dan permintaan. Oleh karenanya dibutuhkan suatu sinergi antara Pemerintah dengan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat serta Pihak Perbankan maupun Lembaga Penyedia Kredit lainnya untuk berpartisipasi dalam agenda pemberdayaan UMKM di Indonesia.   Hal ini dilakukan agar dapat membangkitkan dan menguatkan kembali peran UMKM sebagai penyokong utama ekonomi nasional. Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk mendapatkan model atau strategi yang tepat dalam rangka pemberdayaan UMKM di Dusun Gamol, Kelurahan Kecandran, Kota Salatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang dikembangkan dalam konsep operasional. Sampel pelaku UMKM yang digunakan berasal dari Dusun Gamol, Kelurahan Kecandran, Kota Salatiga. Tahap analisis data dimulai dengan koleksi, reduksi, verifikasi, dan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa kendala utama yang dihadapi pelaku UMKM Dusun Gamol ialah terkait pembiayaan atau permodalan serta pencatatan keuangan akibat kurangnya literasi keuangan. Sehingga strategi pemberdayaan yang paling dibutuhkan ialah melakukan sosialisasi agar dapat mempertemukan para pelaku UMKM dengan Penyedia Modal Usaha juga meningkatkan literasi keuangan pelaku UMKM serta melakukan pendampingan dan monitoring terhadap para pelaku UMKM Dusun Gamol. Dengan pemberian pendampingan dan monitoring tersebut diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi para pelaku UMKM yang ada di Dusun Gamol.   Kata kunci: UMKM, Penyedia Modal Usaha, Literasi Keuangan, Pencatatan Keuangan

Abstract

Abstract - Cooking oil consumption in Indonesia continues to increase every year, which causes the amount of used cooking oil waste to also increase. Environmental pollution due to used cooking oil is a problem that occurs throughout Indonesia, including in Jetak Hamlet, Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta. Therefore, the KKN 114 team of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta held a training on the use of used cooking oil. This activity will be held on August 13, 2024. The use of used cooking oil waste has a variety of alternatives. One of them is the manufacture of aromatherapy candles. This activity aims to increase the understanding and awareness of the residents of Jetak Hamlet, Kulon Progo Yogyakarta, especially PKK women about the negative impact of used cooking oil on health and the environment. The method of implementing this activity includes the delivery of information about the negative impact of used cooking oil and direct training on the use of used cooking oil into products with economic value. This activity was attended by 30 PKK women. During the activity process, participants were very enthusiastic in participating in the activity. This can be seen from the many questions asked by PKK women during the practice session. It is hoped that from this training that has been carried out, PKK women have knowledge and skills in processing used cooking oil, and can also become creative and innovative business ideas.   Keyword: Aromatherapy Candles, PKK, Jetak Hamlet, Waste.   Abstrak - Konsumsi minyak goreng di indonesia terus meningkat setiap tahun yang menyebabkan jumlah limbah minyak jelantah juga semakin meningkat. Pencemaran lingkungan akibat minyak jelantah merupakan permasalahan yang terjadi di seluruh indonesia, termasuk di dusun jetak, kulon progo yogyakarta. Oleh karena itu, tim KKN 114 UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta mengadakan pelatihan mengenai pemanfaatan minyak jelantah. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13 Agustus 2024. Pemanfaatan limbah minyak jelantah tersebut memiliki berbagai macam alternatif. Salah satunya adalah pembuatan lilin aromaterapi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran warga Dusun Jetak, Kulon progo DIY khususnya Ibu-Ibu PKK akan dampak negatifnya dari minyak jelantah bagi kesehatan dan lingkungan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan mencakup penyampaian informasi mengenai dampak negatif minyak jelantah serta pelatihan langsung pemanfaatan minyak jelantah menjadi produk yang bernilai ekonomis. Kegiatan ini diikuti sebanyak 30 peserta ibu-ibu PKK. Selama proses kegiatan berlangsung peserta sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan tersebut. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari banyaknya pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh ibu-ibu PKK selama sesi praktik. Harapan dari pelatihan yang telah dilakukan ini, ibu-ibu PKK memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pengolahan minyak jelantah, juga dapat menjadi ide usaha yang kreatif dan inovatif.   Kata kunci: Lilin Aromaterapi, PKK, Dusun Jetak, Limbah.

Abstract

Abstract - This study adopts a qualitative approach to understand the importance of Arabic language education based on da'wah in the modern era. Data was collected through literature review, examining theories and findings related to the development of the Arabic language, da'wah, and Arabic language teaching in the modern era. The results of the study show that da'wah in the modern era must consider relevant methods, media, and content that align with the characteristics of today's society. Arabic language education, as an integral part of da'wah, plays a vital role in facilitating a deeper understanding of Islamic teachings by utilizing information technology to achieve more effective and flexible learning. It is expected that with an innovative approach, Arabic language education based on da'wah can contribute to the development of a Muslim generation better prepared to face the challenges of globalization and directly understand the teachings of religion.   Keywords: Da'wah, Arabic Language Education, Technology, Modernization.   Abstrak - Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif untuk memahami pentingnya pendidikan bahasa Arab berbasis dakwah di era modern. Data diperoleh melalui studi literatur, dengan mengkaji teori-teori dan temuan-temuan terkait perkembangan bahasa Arab, dakwah, dan pengajaran bahasa Arab di era modern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dakwah di era modern harus mempertimbangkan metode, media, dan materi yang relevan dengan karakteristik masyarakat saat ini. Pendidikan bahasa Arab, sebagai bagian integral dari dakwah, memegang peran penting dalam memfasilitasi pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang ajaran Islam, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk mencapai pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan fleksibel. Diharapkan, dengan pendekatan yang inovatif, pendidikan bahasa Arab berbasis dakwah dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan generasi Muslim yang lebih siap menghadapi tantangan globalisasi dan memahami ajaran agama secara langsung.   Kata kunci: Dakwah, Pendidikan Bahasa Arab, Teknologi, Modernisasi.

Abstract

Abstract - Community-based river health monitoring requires a biomonitoring module that is easy to understand and can be practically used by the public. This study developed a biomonitoring module using a social learning approach with the aim of involving the community and gaining deeper insights into the ideal module for the general public. The method used includes the stages of Sharing, Constructing, Integrating, Applying, Reflecting, and Evaluation. The participants in this social learning activity were 30 individuals from various sectors. The results show that the social learning-based biomonitoring module was developed in a systematic process. Important feedback from the sharing and integrating stages was compiled and applied to form the module. Reflection and evaluation results indicate that the participants' average rating was in the good category (3.8). Several indicators received very good scores (4.0), particularly in timeliness and ease of use   Keyword: Biomonitoring, River Health, Module, Social Learning, Rivers.   Abstrak - Pemantauan kesehatan sungai berbasis masyarakat memerlukan sebuah modul biomonitoring yang dapat dipahami dan digunakan secara praktis di maryarakat. Penelitian ini menyusun modul biomonitoring dengan pendekatan sosial learning dengan tujuan unuk melibatkan masyarakat dan memperoleh insight yang lebih mendalam mengenai modul yang ideal dipakai oleh masyarakat awam. Metode yang digunakan adalah social learning meliputi Sharing, Constructing, Integrating, Applying, Reflecting, dan Evaluation. Partisipan yang mengikuti kegiatan social learning ini adalah 30 orang dari berbagai elemen. Hasilnya, modul biomonitoring berdasarkan sosial learning dapat tersusun dalam tahapan yang sistematis. Masukan yang penting pada saat sharing dan integrating kemudian disusun dan diaplikasikan menjadi sebuah modul. Hasil refleksi dan evaluasi menunjukkan skor rata-rata penilaian peserta berada pada kategori baik (3.8). Beberepa indikator mendapatkan nilai sangat baik (4.0), yakni pada kemutakhian dan kemudahan pengguaan.   Kata kunci: Biomonitoring, Kesehatan Sungai, .Module, Sosical Learning, Sungai.

Abstract

Abstract - This study aims to examine the implementation of a pentahelix-based empowerment model in an effort to increase literacy interest among primary school students. The pentahelix model involves five important elements, namely academics, businesses, communities, government and media, which synergistically work together to create a productive literacy ecosystem. The problem of low interest in reading in Indonesia, which is reflected in the low international literacy rankings, is the background to the importance of this collaborative approach. This research used a descriptive qualitative method with a field study approach in several elementary schools. The results show that the implementation of the pentahelix model can significantly increase students' interest in reading, especially when all elements play an active role according to their capacity. Strong collaboration between pentahelix elements creates a more contextualized, interesting and meaningful learning experience for students. This study recommends replicating this model at the primary education level more widely to strengthen literacy culture from an early age.   Keyword: Pentahelix, Empowerment, Literacy, Primary School.   Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi model pemberdayaan berbasis pentahelix dalam upaya meningkatkan minat literasi di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar. Model pentahelix melibatkan lima unsur penting, yaitu akademisi, pelaku usaha, komunitas, pemerintah, dan media yang secara sinergis bekerja sama dalam menciptakan ekosistem literasi yang produktif. Permasalahan rendahnya minat baca di Indonesia, yang tercermin dari peringkat literasi internasional yang masih rendah, menjadi latar belakang pentingnya pendekatan kolaboratif ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan pada beberapa sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pentahelix mampu meningkatkan minat baca siswa secara signifikan, terutama ketika semua elemen berperan aktif sesuai kapasitasnya. Kolaborasi yang kuat antar unsur pentahelix menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih kontekstual, menarik, dan bermakna bagi siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan replikasi model ini pada tingkat pendidikan dasar secara lebih luas untuk memperkuat budaya literasi sejak dini.   Kata kunci: Pentahelix,Pemberdayaan, Literasi, Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

Abstract - The Community Service Program (KKN) is a mandatory subject for undergraduate students at UIN Sunan Kalijaga as an integral part of one of the Tri Dharmas of Higher Education. One important factor that influences students' success in carrying out KKN is the material provided before students go into the field. It is hoped that comprehensive and relevant training materials can increase students' readiness to adapt to new environments and complete KKN assignments. One of the competencies that is very important for students in undergoing KKN is adaptive skills. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of KKN training materials on the adaptive skills of UIN Sunan Kalijaga students. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. We collected data through observation activities and by filling out a list of questions using a Google Form. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the research show that there is an influence of providing KKN training materials on the adaptive skills of KKN students at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. This can be seen from the assessment results from person who often interacts with students during KKN and DPL (Field Supervisor) of 92 with very good assessment criteria.   Keywords:  The Community Service Program (KKN), Material of KKN, Adaptive skills   Abstrak - Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan mata kuliah wajib bagi mahasiswa jenjang sarjana di UIN Sunan Kalijaga.  Salah satu faktor penting yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan KKN adalah pembekalan materi KKN yang diberikan sebelum mahasiswa terjun ke lapangan. Materi pembekalan yang komprehensif dan relevan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesiapan mahasiswa dalam beradaptasi dengan lingkungan baru dan menyelesaikan tugas-tugas KKN. Salah satu kompetensi yang sangat penting bagi mahasiswa dalam menjalani KKN adalah adaptive skill atau kemampuan adaptasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh materi pembekalan KKN terhadap adaptive skill mahasiswa UIN Sunan Kalijaga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui kegiatan observasi dan pengisian daftar pertanyaan (angket) menggunakan google form. Data dianalisa dengan menggunakan analisis statistic deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pemberian materi pembekalan KKN pada adaptive skill Mahasiswa KKN di UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Hal ini dapat di ketahui dari hasil penilaian dari induk semang (orang yang sering berinteraksi dengan mahasiswa selama KKN) dan DPL (Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan) sebesar 92 dengan kriteria penilaian sangat baik.   Kata kunci: Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN), Materi Pembekalan, Adaptive Skill
