Research objectives for analyzing Anthropometric factors and physical disorders that dominate the ability to serve the back in the game of sepaktakraw. This type of research is quantitative; the data obtained were analyzed using the confirmatory method using the SPSS 23 computerized statistical program. The sampling technique used purposive random sampling with a total of 15 athletes and data collection using test and measurement sheets. The results of this study indicate that the anthropometric factor of height has a dominant effect, and the physical condition of balance has a dominant impact on the back-serving skill of sepak takraw. The conclusion is that anthropometric factors have a dominant effect on the backs of sepaktakraw service skills. At the same time, physical condition factors also dominate the talents of the backs of sepaktakraw services. Abstract

The level of physical activity is the initial gate of a person's potential to have a group of fitness and health. The importance of the role of physical activity has led to the development of various studies, one of which was the birth of multiple programs designed to increase the participation of the sports community, such as the Undergraduate Program for Driving Sports Development (SP3OR). To determine the effectiveness of the SP3OR program, measurements were made with the Community Participation in Sports (APMO) indicator. The SP3OR program was carried out by involving 110 instructors divided into 27 districts/cities. The instructors provide treatment through exercise campaigns and joint sports in selected Villages/Kelurahan. The results showed an increase of 2.4%. In the calculation of the significance test with the T-test method, the result is 0.005, which means there is a significant change. The results of this study explain to the government at the Regency/City level, Province to the Central station, that the SP3OR program significantly impacts the community by increasing public interest in sports. Thus, it is hoped that it can be an example for other regions to implement programs that aim to increase the level of physical activity through sports which will ultimately have an impact on minimizing the risk of developing degenerative diseases

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of outdoor education activities on student creativity. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a static group comparison design. The sample in this study were PGSD Physical Education students using a purposive sampling technique, totalling 40 students, namely 20 students who did outdoor education activities and 20 students who did not do outdoor education activities. The research instrument was a creativity questionnaire which was analyzed with the statistical technique of the Two-Average Equivalence Test with the treatment of outdoor education activities given six days in 2 weeks. Based on the data analysis, the hypothesis is accepted, which means that outdoor education activities have a significant effect on student creativity. This study concludes that outdoor education activities have a significant positive impact on student creativity. Outdoor education activities can be a good alternative in learning to increase creativity and other cognitive components.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the project-based learning model to football learning outcomes. The research method used is a True experiment with a randomized posttest-only control group design. The research sample was 60 grade IX students of SMPN 4 Ciawigebang, Kuningan Regency, divided into two groups an experimental class of 30 students and 30 students for a control group. The sampling technique uses random cluster sampling. Research instruments to measure student football learning outcomes with passing-stoping tests (skills), attitude scales (affective), and knowledge tests in the form of questions (cognitive). The data analysis technique used is the independent sample test. The results showed that the application of the project-based learning model positively influenced student football learning outcomes in both psychomotor, affective, and cognitive aspects.

Abstract

The specific objective to be achieved in this study is to apply the physical literacy model in learning physical education, sports, and health in elementary schools (PJOK SD). With the implementation of the physical literacy model in PJOK SD learning, it is hoped that there will be an increase in the quality of physical activity with moderate to high intensity (MVPA/Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity) with the added value of specific goals from physical literacy. The research method to achieve the research objectives was an experimental pretest-posttest control group design. The research subjects to develop instruments for implementing the physical literacy model for SD PJOK learning were physical education experts, student development experts, sports coaching experts, and Physical Education teachers. While the research subjects to test the instrument's reliability were fifth-grade elementary school students in the Surabaya area. Research data collection used tools developed based on literature studies on physical literacy models, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), and trials. Data analysis based on the nature and descriptive statistical research design, paired sample t-test, and independent sample test t-test. The results of this study showed that there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results in the control group. There was a substantial difference between the pretest and posttest results in the experimental group. There was no significant difference between the pretest results of the control group and the experimental group. However, looking at the mean between the control and experimental groups, there tends to be an increase in the experimental group. These results can help parents, trainers, and educators, especially PJOK SD teachers, conduct coaching and movement education for elementary school students. In addition, it is expected to be able to develop the competence of elementary school students as a whole.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of exercise methods, namely HIIT 10 minutes cardio workout and HIIT walk and run, on the cardiovascular endurance ability of football players, to analyze the effect of normal high and normal low haemoglobin levels on capacity cardiovascular endurance of football players, and to analyze the interaction of HIIT 10 minutes cardio workout and HIIT walk and run exercise methods and haemoglobin levels to cardiovascular endurance ability in unsil football players in 2022. This study used an experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design, a data analysis technique using Analysis Of Variance (ANOVA) at the signification level (α: 0.05). Results of this study: This is a HIIT 10 minutes cardio workout exercise method with an average VO2Max increase of 1.44, while the HIIT walk and run exercise method have an average of 1.35. Unsil United football SME players In 2022 who have high normal haemoglobin have an average increase in cardiovascular endurance ability greater than players who have low normal haemoglobin. Still, the results of cardiovascular endurance ability in unsil united football SMEs in 2022 showed no interaction because players with low haemoglobin levels get good VO2Max results. Of course, with high haemoglobin, there are also fewer VO2Max results because both methods of HIIT 10 minutes cardio workout and HIIT walk and run exercise with the same intensity and administration, so there is no interaction.
