This study aimed to produce the development of proper volleyball games learning for students. The research method used in this study was Research and Development. The development steps were done by using Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation which were often referred to the ADDIE model. The subjects in this study were the students of Physical and Health Education Study Program of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Sriwijaya University. The results of this study indicated that overall the development of volleyball games learning is feasible to be used. The data analysis technique used was quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study included the development of facilities, infrastructure, and rules of volleyball games. In the facilities aspect was by changing the height of the net to 2.15 meters. In the infrastructure aspect modified the size of the field to be 16x9 meters. While in the rules of the game aspect combined female and male students. The feasibility of the development was obtained from the results of the assessment of material experts which were obtained an average of 80.67% included in the good category while the effectiveness was obtained from the learning outcomes of the implementation phase of students with the outcome on the psychomotor aspect was 77.08% included in the sufficient category. The implementation of this development research was that the educators could use as an alternative in teaching and could improve the students’ learning outcomes on psychomotor aspect.

Biomechanics is a science field that studies movement which can later be used as a reference for movement technique in sports. Volleyball has spike, block, service, and passing techniques. Basically, spike technique is started with a starting step then jumping. Variable spike step pattern (footwork) will cause different performance. This study aimed to get a step pattern in creating the best spike performance. This research was carried out by using experimental method. The research design used was one shot case study. The varied initial step patterns were A, B, C, and D patterns. The subject of this study was volleyball athletes of PGRI Banyuwangi University. The data collection was done in 5 replications for the starting step patterns. Then, the data was processed by using kinovea software to analyze spike performance. The results showed that the best power performance occurred in the A starting step pattern which was 115.717 J / dt while the minimum power performance occurred in the B starting step pattern which was 93,098 J / dt. This was due to a change in force (F) in the starting step in each step pattern. In the A and D patterns, the force (F) tended to increase while in B and C patterns, the force (F) decreased in the last step because there was a change in the direction of movement or a step deviation. Thus, the power performance decreased.

The purpose of this study was to find out the differences in swing mechanical movement long drives towards the ball velocity based on the kinematics analysis approach between skills and unskilled golf players. The kinematic variables analysis consists of trunk forword tilt, club stick velocity, knee flexion, wrist hinge at the top, leading arm angle, lateral band, hip rotation dan shoulder rotation. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, while the data analysis technique uses the average difference test analysis.The sample in this study were 2 trained and 4 amateur athletes in the Indonesian Education University of UPI Bandung, with an average of height 1.63 ± 2.4 m, Body mass 72.4 ± 3.6 kg and Age 37.4 ± 7.6 years. The results of this study indicate that of the ten kinematics variables analyzed there were four indicators which showed significant differences in the level of alpha 0.05 including club speed at impact (t = 0.007), lateral band after impact ball (t = 0.006), shoulder rotation (t = 0.005) and non dominant dominant flexion at elbow joint arm (t = 0.003).

The purpose of this study was to know the effectiveness of audio-visual media towards badminton basic technical skills of Penjaskesrek students of Islamic University of Riau. This study used an experimental quasi method with pre-test and post-test design. The form of research design used in this study was Pretest-Posttest Design Control Group. This research was conducted at Islamic University of Riau from May to September 2018. The data collection method used in this study was using test and measurement techniques, and the test instrument was basic badminton skills test. The population in this study was the active Penjaskesrek students of Islamic University of Riau in the academic year of 2015/2016 with a number of 219 students from 8 classes. The sampling in this study was conducted by using purposive sampling technique. The samples taken were only two classes from eight classes, namely 4C and 4G. 4C class, 19 students was the experimental class group while the 4G class, 22 students was the control class. The data collected from the results of the initial and final tests were analyzed by using normality test, homogeneity test and t-test statistics. The conclusion in this study was that the audio visual learning media provided significant effectiveness towards badminton basic technical skills of Penjaskesrek students of Islamic University of Riau, where the results obtained by tcount (10.64) which was greater than ttable (1,734).

Tennis is a very popular sport and has become worldwide. It is very necessary for an umpire or officer to lead a match. One of the tennis game officers is a chair umpire who led the match directly to the court. Tennis matches in Riau had started a lot. The number of matches in Riau had to be supported by professional umpires. To become a professional umpire certainly must be supported by mastering the rules of the tennis game properly. This research was a descriptive study by giving a test to the participants of the umpire training who had participated in upgrading activities to determine the level of tennis game rules understanding. The sample of this study was participants who had participated in the court tennis umpire training. The research sample was 25 (twenty five) people. The study was located in Bangkinang, Kampar District on January 6, 2019. The results showed that the level of court tennis game rules understanding with very good category was 8%, good category was 12%, medium category was 56%, less category was 16%, while very less category was 8% . These results could provide a conclusion that the level of court tennis game rules understanding of the training participants was in the medium category.

This study aimed to determine how much influence between the four independent variables, namely leg muscle strength, abdominal muscles strength, back muscle strength, self confidence, and the climbing variable bound. The method used in this study is the path analysis method, which is an analysis technique which is used to study the causal relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The sample in this study were 30 rock climbing athletes. Data analysis techniques used in this research are (1) path analysis (2) simple correlation (3) coefficient of determination. From the results of this study indicated that: (1) of the 10 problems that were formulated, all of them showed results there was a direct influence between the research variables. (2) the direct effect of leg muscle strength on the strength of the back muscles shows the highest results between the formulations of other problems.

This study aimed to determine the ability of maximum oxygen volume (VO2Max) of Pasir Pengaraian University football athlete. The method of this study was qualitative descriptive approach. The study form used was a test survey method with a multistage test or Muilti stage Fitness test (MFT). The data analysis used was percentage. The samples in this study were all football athletes of Pasir Pengaraian University. Based on the frequency data from VO2Max football athletes at Pasir Pengaraian University, it could be seen that the maximum oxygen volume (VO2Max) showed that none in the category was very less, less and very good. The very less criteria was 0%, the less criteria was 0%, the medium criteria was 16.6%, the good criteria was 83%, and the very good critria was 0%. Based on the results of the largest percentage analysis of VO2Max ability levels, the football team of the Pasir Pengaraian University mostly had good criteria.

This study aims: (1) to determine the effect of rope jump training on increasing leg muscle power and agility; (2) to determine the effect of step-up training on increasing leg muscle power and agility 3) to determine the effect of diagonal cone hops exercises on increasing leg muscle power and agility; and (4) to find out the differences in the effect of pliometric rope jump, step up, and diagonal cone hops exercises on increasing leg muscle power and agility. The sample of this study was 40 students of futsal extracurricular at Firdaus Jembrana High School. This type of research is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental method. The study design used a pre-test and post-test non-randomized control group, with data analysis using MANOVA. The process of collecting data was to use leg muscle power tests by using jump df and agility tests using the agility T-test during the pre-test and post-test. Then the research data were analyzed using SPSS ver 16.0. It can be concluded that there is an increase in limb muscle power and agility for each group after being given training with a significant value <0.05 in the paired sample t-test. Increased limb muscle power by 12% and 1% agility in rope jump training, 5% increase in leg muscle power and 1% agility in step-up exercises, and increased leg muscle power by 8% and 2% agility in diagonal cone hops exercises.

Physical fitness for elementary school children is a major aspect in supporting children's growth and development. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of rhythmic gymnastics on physical fitness. This research is a pre-experimental research with a single group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique or total sampling with 30 students. Then the data collection techniques in this study were conducted using the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI) for ages 6-9 years. The results of the study found that the relative contribution of the use of rhythmic gymnastics increased with the results of pretest / posttest = 10.87 / 19.77 x 100% = 54.98%. Thus the contribution of more than 50% means rhythmic gymnastics in this study can be said to be effective for improving physical fitness of children in elementary schools and for 45.02% can be obtained from other treatments.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the comparison of the effect of ladder drills in out training and ladder drills ickey shuffle exercises on increasing speed and agility in students of futsal extracurricular activities at SMA 1 Krian. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with a quasi-experimental method. The population in this study were all students who participated in futsal extracurricular activities of SMAN 1 Krian with the number of the subject of 30 students. The design of this study uses only matching design with data analysis using ANOVA. The results showed that the ladder drills in out exercise significantly affected the increase in speed and agility and the ladder drills ickey shuffle exercise had a significant effect on increasing speed and agility. The conclusion of this study was that the ladder drill in out and the ickey shuffle significantly influence speed and agility.
