Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk memetakan kesulitan dalam penguasaan komponen-komponen keterampilan mengajar pendidikan jasmani pada mahasiswa Prodi PJKR STKIP Darussalam Cilacap Tahun 2016, khususnya mengacu pada analisis persepsi dan tanggapan mahasiswa selama mengikuti matakuliah Strategi Pembelajaran Penjas. Metode penelitian yang ditempuh adalah metode deskriptif. Sesuatu yang dideskripsikan berkenaan dengan informasi faktual dan aktual tentang peta diagnosis kesulitan penguasaan komponen keterampilan mengajar pendidikan jasmani. Kesimpulan penelitian : (1) Penyusunan rencana pembelajaran, kecenderungan berimbang antara yang menganggap sebagai sesuatu yang sulit dan yang mudah. (2) 55,6 % responden menganggap menyusun rencana urutan pelaksanaan pembelajaran mudah dilakukan, (3) Dalam menyusun rencana evaluasi, 38,9 % responden menganggap keterampilan mengajar mudah dikuasai. 29,6 % responden berada pada posisi ragu-ragu dalam hal perencanaan evaluasi, (4) “Membuka dan menutup Pelajaran” mudah dikuasi berdasarkan tanggapan, (5) 75,9 % responden menganggap keterampilan “memimpin pemanasan” mudah dikuasai, (6) 79,6 % responden menganggap keterampilan memberi umpan balik sulit dikuasai, (7) 74,1 % responden menganggap memilih dan menetapkan metode/gaya mengajar sulit dikuasai, (8) 70,4 % responden menganggap keterampilan membuat variasi sulit dikuasai, (9) 72,2 % responden menganggap keterampilan melakukan evaluasi yang sesuai sulit dikuasai.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui relasi antara status gizi dengan tingkat prestasi belajar peserta didik kelas X SMK N 2 Indramayu. Riset ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis analitik survei menggunakancrossectional approach. Teknik sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 102 peserta didik kelas X di SMK N2 Indramayu. Hasil riset menunjukkan tidak ada relasi yang kuat antara status gizi dengan tingkat prestasi belajar peserta didik di kelas X SMK N 2 Indramayu. Dengan hasil perhitungan didapat nilai koefisien korelasi ( dengan besaran 0,125 < r tabel (0,195).

Abstract

The study aims at designing and developing QR code-based teaching materials for the theory and the practice session of the course Table Tennis that might be easily and readily accessed and learned in order to improve the motivation and the basic skills in playing table tennis. Therefore, the nature of the study is research and development. Within the research and development, the researcher has adopted the 4D model proposed by Thiagarajan et al. The stages in the 4D model consist of Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. In brief, the data that have been gathered within the study are as follows: (1) in the needs analysis, 79.20% of the total students that have been surveyed state that they agree with the development of QR code-based teaching materials for the course Table Tennis; (2) in the development stage that has gone through the validation test by 3 evaluators, the learning media expert states that the product has been 75.00% valid, the material expert states that the product has been 85.20% ready and the linguistic expert states that the product has been 75.00% valid; and (3) within the experiment test, the validity has been 77.01%. Therefore, it might be concluded that the QR code-based teaching materials are already feasible and ready for implementation.

Abstract

This study based on the problems that occurred in the Training Center (Puslatkot) of Kediri City in preparing the athletes for East Java Province Sports Week (Porprov) 2019. Lack of data on the athletes' physical condition became an important issue in implementing the training programs, besides, the condition of the athletes which was poorly monitored caused the progression of the practice principle that would not be applied. This study aimed at finding out the athletes' physical condition which became a basis for trainers' evaluation in determining the training program. This study used descriptive quantitative research methods in which the survey was as a research approach. The instrument used was a physical condition test created by a team from UN PGRI Kediri with 54 athletes as research samples chosen by using a random sampling technique. The results of the study of the overall physical condition of Puslatkot athletes showed that 28% was in the excellent criteria, 31% was in the good criteria, 17% was in the medium criteria, 24% was in the poor criteria, and 0% was in the very poor criteria. It could be concluded that the physical condition of Puslatkot athletes of Kediri City was included in the good criteria with a percentage of 31%.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of the relationship between school principal leadership, school culture and teacher work motivation on the professionalism of physical education teachers. The study uses a quantitative approach with the Ext-Post Facto method. The population in this study amounted to 952 people from 34 Public and Private Vocational High Schools (SMK) registered in MGMP (Subject Teachers' Consultation) Physical Education Vocational School Physical Education Serdang Bedagai Regency in North Sumatra Province in 2017. Samples of 30 physical education teachers from 34 Schools using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results showed that the principal's leadership and work motivation of teachers directly affected teacher professionalism, while school culture would not affect teacher professionalism. The conclusion is that the principal's good leadership, healthy school culture, and high teacher motivation are factors of high and low teacher professionalism.

Abstract

The study aims at identifying the influence of kinesthetics, attitude and motivation on the learning results of Sports Education. The nature of the study is path analysis. Within the study, the exogenous variables are kinesthetics (X1), attitude (X2) and motivation (X3) while the endogenous variable is the learning results of Sports Education. Then, the samples that have been selected for the conduct of the study are 40 male students from Grade XI of Bantaeng Vocational High School. The data that have been gathered are analysed by means of inferential statistical analysis namely the regression test. The results of the study show that Kinesthetics, Attitude and Motivation have influence on Learning Results of Sports Education. Furthermore, the results of the study also show that Kinesthetics and Attitude by means of Motivation also have influence on Learning Results of Sports Education. However, within the conduct of the study the researcher only involves a few samples. Therefore, the results of the study might be developed further in the future studies with more methods and samples.

Abstract

This study aims to know: (1) the psychological skill characteristics of Indonesian volleyball players reviewed based on gender; (2) the psychological skill characteristics of Indonesian volleyball players reviewed based on position. The type of this study was descriptive quantitative research, using a survey method with a research design: a retrospective causal-comparative. The population in this study was Indonesian volleyball players attending the 18th Asian Games 2018 event in Indonesia numbering 28 Indonesian players, consisting of 14 male and 14 female players, with an average age of 25 years old for males and 20 years old for females. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used parametric inferential statistics by using the independent t-test for gender difference and one-way Anova for position difference, with a significance level of 0.05. Results show that: (1) there is a significant difference in the psychological skill characteristics of Indonesian volleyball players reviewed based on gender, with the Sig. value 0.007 < 0.05; (2) there is no significant difference in the psychological skill characteristics of Indonesian volleyball players reviewed based on position, with the Sig. value 0.930 > 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah tingkat kompetensi guru yang sebelumnya menggunakan Uji Kompetensi Guru (UKG) dengan model penilaian diri sendiri disertai bukti fisik terlepas dari tuntutan jawaban yang disediakan serta tingkat kompetensi dengan berdasarkan masa kerja dari guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK) Sekolah Dasar (SD). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian evaluatif yang menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kuantitaif model Goal Oriented Evaluation. Hasil Uji Kompetensi Guru (UKG) berhubungan sangat kuat dan signifikan terhadap pengukuran kadar keguruan serta dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif pengukuran tingkat kompetensi guru. Tingkat kompetensi berdasarkan hasil pengukuran kadar keguruan yang termasuk dalam kategori biasa sebanyak 9 orang, kategori baik termasuk 36 orang, sedangkan untuk guru PJOK yang termasuk dalam kategori hebat sebanyak 7 orang. Analisis masa kerja menyebutkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara masa kerja dengan tingkat kompetensi, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi masa kerja semakin rendah tingkat kompetensi guru. Namun demikian, sumberdaya yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini masih mempunyai kekurangan, hal ini terbukti dengan kurangnya pemahaman untuk memberikan penjelasan bukti fisik sesuai dengan pilihan jawaban yang dipilih.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek latihan fleksibilitas statis terhadap persendian ekstremitas inferior pada lansia dengan usia >60 tahun. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui eksperimen dimana desain atau rancangan penelitiannya adalah the one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi berjumlah 40 lansia dan teknik penentuan sampel dengan cara purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 34 lansia. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes chair sit-and-reach. Penelitian dilakukan pada 19 Februari sampai 20 April 2019. Analisis data diperoleh melalui program SPSS versi 16. Hasil tes chair sit and reach memiliki nilai rata-rata tes awal 0.56 cm dan tes akhir 4.51 cm dengan nilai signifikansi atau p-value 0.000 < 0.05 sehingga latihan fleksibilitas statis berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap persendian ekstremitas inferior lansia. Hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan di dalam memberikan latihan fleksibilitas adalah latihan harus sesuai dengan kaidah-kaidah latihan yang sesuai dengan kemampuan agar tercapainya tujuan latihan bagi persendian lansia.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji keefektifan model kids’ athletics untuk meningkatkan konsep diri siswa. Penelitian ini adalah pre-experimental design dengan rancangan one group pre-test post test design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini melibatkan 20 siswa Sekolah Dasar. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner konsep diri dengan menggunakan skala nominal. Analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji keefektifan konsep diri sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan model kids’ athletics adalah uji jenjang bertanda Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kenaikan hasil konsep diri siswa setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa model kids’ athletics. Dapat simpulkan bahwa model kids’ athletics efektif untuk meningkatkan konsep diri siswa.
