Abstract

The motivation of this research is research (Rosini & Gunawan 2018; B.Batchimeg 2017). In addition, the motivation of this study also continued the research of Sayekti Suindyah Dwiningwarni (1997). The purpose of this study (1) to analyze the development of corporate financial performance from solvency and profitability ratios; (2) to analyze the measurement of the company's financial performance using solvency and profitability ratios. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis method.The results of the study (1) the development of the company's financial performance in terms of solvency ratios experienced good development, this is indicated by the value of the solvency ratio that is getting better / better in fulfilling both short and long term obligations; (2) the development of the company's financial performance in terms of profitability ratios from experiencing good development, this is indicated by the value of the profitability ratio that is getting better / better in generating profits or profits; (3) measurement of company performance in terms of solvency ratio shows solvable conditions, meaning the assets is greater than the debt. (4) measurement of company performance in terms of profitability ratios shows good conditions, meaning the level of profits obtained from year to year has increased. This means that the company is in good financial condition and sovabel.

Abstract

The study was conducted to explore the relationship of Person Job Fit (PJ-Fit), and Pendidikan on Kinerja Karyawan on PT. Citra Putra Kebun Asri (CPKA). The populatian of this study is 477 employees of PT. Citra Puta Kebun Asri (CPKA). In order to determine the sample, this study used Slovin Formula. The questionnaires were distributed to 83 sample respondents. The data were analyzed by using SPSS Software Version 19.0 and Linear Regression. The result showed that Person Job Fit (PJ-Fit) and Education has a significant on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the modified Altman z-score model can predict the possibility of bankcruptcy at PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk, PT. Matahari Putra Prima Tbk and PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk, which is incorporated into Aprindo (Indonesian Retail Entrepreneurs Association), which is experiencing shifting consumption patterns. This study uses a quantitative approach descriptive analysis technique that is used to systematically describe bankcruptcy predictions after calculating using number that are entered into the Altman modification z-score formula. The result of the study show that theoretically there are 1 company in the bankcruptcy category and 2 companies in the non-bankcruptcy category. For companies that are already in a non-bankcruptcy category can maintan an existing management system, for comapnies that are in the bankcruptcy category, management must immediately make the right subscription if they dont want the company to experience bankcruptcy

Abstract

This research discuses about motivatin of staff PT. INHUTANI II Kota Baru Kalimantan Selatan the objective of this research is to analyze the influence of physic need variables (X1), safety need (X2), social need (X3), appreciation need (X4), self actualizing need (X5). The motivation is defined as the personal condition of someone backing up the individual willing to do particular activities for reaching a purpose. In order someone being able to be motivated to do something, it need to know the weakness inside the individual that is need. From the resesarch simultaneously affect the motivation and partially take effect significant on employee performance staf PT. INHUTANI II Kota Baru kalimantan Selatan with sign 0,000 and correlation coefficient between 0,41 to 0,60 are included in the category being and accompanied by significance (sig) 0,000 < 0,01.

Abstract

The company is basically established to create added value, especially in generating profits. But in general the company is not only oriented towards achieving maximum profit, but also trying to increase the value of the company and the prosperity of its owners by maximizing stock prices. High stock prices make the value of the company also high and increase market confidence in the company's prospects in the future. Company value can be influenced by several factors, including Company Size, Leverage and Profitability. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Company Size, Leverage and Profitability on Company Value and to determine the effect of Company Size and Leverage on Company Value through Profitability. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) model. Sampling was taken using purposive sample method. A total of 8 Food and Beverage manufacturing companies in the 2013-2017 period were sampled. The results of this study indicate that Company Size has a significant effect on Profitability but has no effect on Company Value. Leverage has no significant effect on Company Value but has a significant effect on Company Value. Profitability is able to mediate the influence of firm size on company value. But profitability is not able to mediate the influence of leverage on Company Value.

Abstract

This study is aimed to investigate the direct and indirect effect of the Quality of Human Resources, Work Professionalism and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at Dinas Pendidikan Hulu Sungai Selatan. This study approach is a quantitative approach. In this study, there are 27 employees as the population and they are taken as the sample by using census technique which the entire population is the same as the sample. The path analysis is used to analyze the data. The analysis result showed that the Quality of Human Resources and Work Professionalism have a direct effect on Employee Performance. Besides having a direct effect, the Quality of Human Resources and Work Professionalism also have an indirect effect on performance through Organizational Commitment.Simultaneously, the Quality of Human Resources, Work Professionalism and Organizational Commitment support the Employees Performance at Dinas Pendidikan Hulu Sungai Selatan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of food quality and perceived value on consumer satisfaction in the restaurant industry. The sample used in this research was 98 respondents and data collection methods using a questionnaire. The method used in this study is the use the type of probability sampling includes in the simple random sampling. The analysis technique using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including test coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficient, and simultaneous test (F test).The results of the test coefficient of determination seen from value (Adjusted R2) of 0,473 can be interpreted that the effect of Food Quality and Perceived Value on consumer satisfaction is 4,73%. The remaining 52,7% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.696, it shows that there is a strong relationship between food quality and perceived value with customer satisfaction. Based on the F test the probability value sig. 0,000 <0,05, which means that together Food Quality (X1) and Perceived Value (X2) significantly influence customer satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

This research is to fnd out what affect a person who is successful in entrepreneurship. In this study was obtain from questionnaires distributed to student using multiple linear analysis with SPSS 19.00 for windows software.The result of this study showed that variables of interes and talent ( 0.199), motivation ( 0.388) and science ( 0.270) in influencing success entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Based on the data processing hasi it is known that the selection in which the company has an influence on employee performance partially . The most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees, especially in PT. Dian Bahari Sejati is the selection , the reason for the selection of variables having the largest value of the regression coefficient when compared with variable recruitment , so that the second hypothesis can be said to be proven . Simultaneously, it is known that the process of recruitment and selection simultaneously have an influence on the performance of employees at PT. Dian Bahari Sejati.The influence of variables X1 ( recruitment ) to variable Y ( company performance ) indicated by the value of the correlation coefficient ( r xy ) of 0.727 . While the R -square is 0.528 or 52.80 % , showing approximately 52.80 % variable Y ( the performance of the company's employees ) can be explained by the recruitment process variable ( X1 ) , or in practice it can be said that the contribution of the recruitment process ( X1 ) to variable Y ( performance of employees ) is 52.80 % . The rest is influenced by other variables not examined . The influence of X2 ( selection) to variable Y ( the performance of employees ) indicated by the value of the correlation coefficient ( r xy ) of 0.655 . While the R -square is 0.429 or 42.90 % , showing approximately 42.90 % variable Y ( the performance of the employee ) can be explained by the selection of variables ( X2 ) , or in practice it can be said that the contribution of selection (X2 ) to variable Y ( employee performance ) is 42.90 % . The rest is influenced by other variables not examined .The influence of variables X1 ( recruitment ) and X2 ( selection) to variable Y ( the performance of employees ) indicated by the multiple correlation coefficient of 0.565 , while the R -square value is 0.319 or 31.90 % , showing approximately 31.90 % variable Y can be explained by the recruitment process variable ( X1 ) and selection (X2 ) to variable Y ( the performance of the employee ) is 31.90 % . The rest is influenced by other variables not examined . Or proposed hypothesis can be accepted or recruitment process and se ; of selection has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Dian Bahari Sejati.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the effect of net income and the Debt Ratio on Equity to Dividends at PT. Adaro Energy Tbk 2010-2017. The technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The population used in this study is the financial statements of PT. Adaro Energy Tbk, which is listed on the IDX. And the sample from financial statements is available for 32 periods (quarterly). The results of the determination coefficient test (R2) of 0.253 can be interpreted that the effect of Net Profit and Debt To Equity Ratio to Dividend is 25.3%. The remaining 74.4% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.503, indicating that there is a moderate relationship between Net Profit and Debt To Equity Ratio with Dividends. Based on the F test the probability value sig. 0.015 <0.05 which means that together the value of Net Profit (X1) and Debt To Equity Ratio (X2) have a significant effect on dividends (Y). Based on the t test shows that Net Profit (X1) does not significantly influence dividend (Y), Debt To Equity Ratio (X2) does not significantly influence dividend (Y).
