Jurnal Ilmiah Dikdaya terbit 2 (dua) kali dalam setahun yaitu pada bulan April dan September. Jurnal ini mempublikasikan artikel hasil penelitian tentang pendidikan dan pengajaran, dan artikel yang masuk hendaknya bukan hasil plagiat dan belum dipublikasikan di tempat lain. Artikel akan di review oleh reviewer dan hasilnya akan dikomunikasikan kepada penulis. Abstract

: This study aims to describe the application of a project-based learning model to learning Indonesian language learning strategies. The learning model applied in this research is a project-based learning model, by applying six steps; determining questions, designing project plans, compiling schedules, monitoring students and project progress, testing results, and evaluating experiences. The research sample consisted of 30 control classes and 30 experimental classes of Indonesian Language Education Study Program students. Data collected by observation techniques, questionnaires, and tests. The data analysis technique used the percentage technique and t-test statistics via SPSS-23. In addition, a procedural analysis of the application of project-based learning through six steps is used. In addition, observations of student learning motivation reached an average of 86 in the experimental class and 78 in the control class. In terms of learning creativity it reached 87 for the experimental class and 76 for the control class. While the results of observations of student learning outcomes reached 85 for the experimental class and 74 for the control class.Thus the observation results show a higher rating in the experimental class when compared to the control class. The results of the different test between the control class and the experimental class showed a significant difference between the t-test and t-table, through the t-test namely on learning motivation learning motivation 6,629 > 1,686 learning creativity 6,758 > 1,686 and learning outcomes 6,762 > 1,686. Thus the research hypothesis; There is a significant difference between the control class and the experimental class in learning project-based Indonesian language learning strategies. Thus learning project-based Indonesian language learning strategies courses is proven to be able to increase learning motivation, learning creativity, and student learning outcomes. Research conclusion; Learning motivation, learning creativity and student learning outcomes in learning strategy courses can be improved through learning using a project-based learning model for students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program FKIP Jambi University odd semester 2021. 2022. The process of implementing the project-based learning model in the Indonesian Language Learning Strategy course for students of the Indonesian Language Education Study Program, FKIP Jamabi University, odd semester of 2021/2022 is taking place effectively. Implementation of project-based learning at every step of implementation starting from; determining questions, designing project plans, compiling schedules, monitoring students and project progress, testing results, and evaluating experiences goes well until students look very enthusiastic and enthusiastic. This can be seen from the observation categories which show good and very good categories

Abstract

The learning outcomes obtained by each student are different because the potential possessed by students is different, as well as how to develop their potential. How to develop their potential depends on the desires of each student. This is influenced by the motivation that each student has. Learning attitudes also affect student learning outcomes in Indonesian language learning. A person's attitude to something will be addressed through behavior. Students who are positive about and open to accepting learning will provide encouragement to students to achieve success. The objectives of this study are as follows. (1) Knowing the amount of significant contribution between learning attitudes towards student Learning Outcomes of Indonesian language lectures. (2) Knowing the amount of significant contribution of learning motivation to the learning outcomes of student Indonesian language lectures. (3) Knowing the amount of significant contribution between learning attitudes and motivation to learn together to the learning outcomes of student Indonesian language lectures. This type of research is quantitative with descriptive methods and uses correlation design. The population of this study is all FKIP students of Batanghari University. The sampling technique is carried out by random sampling, namely the sampling of sample members from the population which is carried out randomly. This research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment (PPM) correlation test, double correlation test, t test, F test, and determinant coefficient formula to determine the magnitude of the contribution of free variables to bound variables, either individually or jointly.The results showed that learning attitudes and learning motivation contributed significantly to student lecture learning outcomes by 20.5%. Thus, these variables have a good influence on the learning outcomes of FKIP students at Batanghari University

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has intensified in 2020 so that many Indonesian workers have been laid off and unemployed. In order to increase the rate of employment during the pandemic and reduce the open unemployment rate, the Indonesian government has created a pre-employment card program that provides opportunities for job seekers to obtain job training and skills that are relevant to industry needs. This study was made with the aim of knowing the impact of the pre-employment card program on the absorption level of Indonesian workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study used samples from the entire population consisting of regencies and cities in Indonesia, with secondary data from employment data and information centers. This study uses a quantitative approach, using simple regression analysis to test and validate the hypothesis. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between the provision of the pre-employment card program and the level of employment.

Abstract

The use of the oral narrative method in research is not something new. This method has been used for quite a long time, especially in the fields of psychology, sociology and education research. In the field of education, oral narrative methods are used to express educational experiences through telling stories about an individual or a group of people so as to make the stories depicted come true. The general concept underlying this method is that education and educational research are the construction and reconstruction of personal and social stories, where learners, teachers, and researchers are people who are able to tell stories and characters from their own stories. This study discusses the methods and ways of applying oral narratives in the field of education.

Abstract

The work environment is a means or a place that influences the performance of a teacher. Compensation is a reward that is considered, so that the teacher can play an important role in carrying out his responsibilities. while competence is to manage student learning. While teacher performance is the result of work in quality and quantity that is achieved by a teacher in carrying out his duties in accordance with his responsibilities. This study aims to analyze the direct effect of the work environment on teacher performance, the direct effect of the work environment on competence, the indirect effect of the work environment on teacher performance through competence, the direct effect of compensation on teacher performance, the direct effect of compensation on competence, the indirect effect of compensation on performance teachers through competence, the direct effect of competence on teacher performance. This research was conducted at the Ash-Shiddiiqi Integrated Islamic School Jambi. The approach used in this thesis is descriptive and quantitative research with path analysis method (Path Analysis). The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire in the form of statement items. Then the data is processed using the SPSS Statistics 22 application. The results of this study concluded that the work environment has no effect on competence, compensation has an effect on competence, work environment has an effect on teacher performance, compensation has no effect on teacher performance, competence has no effect on teacher performance, work environment has no effect on teacher performance through competence as an intervening variable, compensation has no effect on teacher performance through competence as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The quality of education in Indonesia is declining, one of the reasons is that character education is still not optimal in schools, history learning resources so far have only used artifacts and other historical relics. Even though in the process of learning novels can be used as a source of learning history. Characters in historical novels can be used as a tool for instilling student character values. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a historical or historical approach. The main data source used in this research is the novel Prince Diponegoro by Remy Sylado, published by Tiga Serangkakai. This study found several character values contained in the Prince Diponegoro novel, namely religion, nationalism values (love of the motherland), social care values, and cultural values. The value of character education can be used as a source of learning history that can be collaborated in basic competencies in class XI high school, namely 3.6 Analyzing the role of national and regional figures in fighting for Indonesian independence.

Abstract

Basically the implementation of Early Childhood Education is very important in the State of Indonesia because it aims to form a complete human personality, namely to form character, character, intelligence, skills and have devotion to the Almighty God. Early Childhood Education begins with family education, this is meant to be education from parents or other parties closest to the child himself. From various educational institutions, PAUD can provide the best service for the people as well as policy makers, starting from the central government to regional governments. In this research the researcher uses qualitative research, because the researcher will try to tell and understand the facts or descriptions according to the phenomena in the field without exercising hegemony over the conditions that occur. This study aims to find out the vision, mission and goals of PAUD, to find out the management carried out by this PAUD, to find out the implementation of the programs that have been made to achieve the vision, mission and goals of PAUD. The management of PAUD in Pelangi Kindergarten is enough good. Where the kindergarten already has a clear organizational structure, the vision and mission offered are also attractive, and have reliable teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of managing the academic supervision of madrasah principals carried out at MTs Amal Bakti, Prabumulih City. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data and data sources in this study are divided into two, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data includes data taken through interviews, documentation and observations made to informants. While secondary data includes data that has been processed. determining the informants in this study through a purvosive sampling technique by mapping the informants based on the analysis of positions and years of service at MTs Amal Bakti. The results of the study illustrate that the implementation of academic supervision at MTs Amal Bakti applies management functions which include: planning, organizing, acting, and controlling. After academic supervision, the results showed that there was an improvement in teachers in preparing learning tools, determining learning methods and media and with the results of academic supervision the madrasah head could provide follow-up in the form of guidance, training and training to teachers, especially teachers who had many problems at school. in the learning process.

Abstract

:  Since the announcement of the positive case of Covid-19 in Indonesia on March 2 2020, the government has stepped up steps to handle procurement of government goods and services amid the global Covid-19 pandemic. Presidential Decree No. 4 of 2020. Ordered all Ministries to act quickly, precisely, centrally and simultaneously. Provision of services and goods to accelerate the reduction of the virus. Legal Basis for the Implementation of services and goods, Presidential Regulation No. 16 of 2018 concerning the Implementation of Government services and goods. Based on Article 59 of Presidential Decree No. 59. Government Institution Number 16 of 2018 (LKPP) No 13 of 2018 concerning the Implementation of Government services and goods for Emergency Response. (SE Head of LKPP) Interpretation No 3 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Provision of services and goods for Pandemic Efforts. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of services and goods during the Covid19 pandemic. Study the Policy Institute for the Implementation of Government goods and services. Learn more about the steps taken by the ministry to accelerate the delivery of services and goods. The technique used to collect data is the use of literature studies, but also used legal materials. The data analysis used is prescriptive data analysis. The research theory used is the theory of the implementation of government services and goods during a pandemic, namely the Ministry to do it quickly, precisely, focused, and coordinated.
