Abstract

Corruption is a problem that is of global concern and is a problem that results in great losses for the state and society. Although in every country has different cases of corruption. In the field of education, corruption can have an impact on the quality of education and reduce public trust in the education system. Islamic education has integrity values that can be a solution in overcoming the problem of corruption. This type of research is literature or literature research and is descriptive exploratory in nature. The focus of the discussion in this method is an attempt to describe, discuss and explore the main ideas which are then drawn conclusions and do not rule out the possibility that new cases will emerge. The results of the research show that the implementation of integrity values in Islamic education has a positive impact on the education system. Values such as honesty, fairness and responsibility help create a good school climate and build people's trust in the education system. Implementation of integrity values also helps reduce acts of corruption in the education system. The implementation of integrity values in Islamic education has a positive impact on the education system and can be a solution to overcome the problem of corruption in education. Therefore, efforts are needed to implement the values of integrity in the education system widely.

Abstract

A mosque is a non-profit organization that is more likely to be established for the purpose of the public interest, of course it is demanded that it must be able to produce financial information that has power and transparency that accurate Of course, in producing power of transparency strong, internal control over financial management of mosques is very necessary The purpose of this research is to know and study the implementation of the concept of trust in internal control, financial reports mosques The research method used is qualitative and descriptive The results of the research explain that the financial administration of the mosque, al Baiturrahman, is carried out with an attitude of transparency to the congregation, so that the administrators of the mosque are able to regulate and manage finances mosque and get full trust from people Money that goes out and comes in is always recorded regularly and neatly and reported periodically The process of internal control at the mosque, al Baiturrahman, is still being used, the process is simple hat every activities process receiving and spending routine as well as not outine always carried out by way holding meeting previously before processing disbursement funds mosque

Abstract

The rapid development of technology, especially computers, has an impact in the world of education in utilizing computers. Computers can be used as one of the interactive learning media. To make it easier to deliver learning materials to children, this material is attractively packaged in the form of multimedia that is educational and entertaining. Learning media is a tool or technique used in the teaching and learning process so that the teaching and learning process becomes more interesting and the material conveyed can reach students precisely and quickly. Based on this definition, it can be concluded that learning media has great benefits in the teaching and learning process. The learning media used must be interesting so that students can pay more attention to the material conveyed in the teaching and learning process. Based on the above problems, an introduction learning media application using multimedia-based English was made which can be used as an alternative to the problems above, therefore in this study the title Learning Media Application Using Japanese and English Through Introduction to Animals, Fruits, Multimedia-Based was taken.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between loneliness and nomophobia in students. The research subjects used in this study were 100 students of the Faculty of Economics, Prima Indonesia University using the method quota sampling. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive relationship between loneliness and homophobia in students of the Faculty of Economics, Prima Indonesia University. The results of the analysis using correlation techniquesPearson Product Moment. Where r = 0.705 with a Sig of 0.000 (p <0.05) with an effective contribution of 70.5% nomophobia affects loneliness, meaning that the higher the nomophobia, the higher the loneliness experienced by students. In the hypothetical test, 64% have a moderate nomophobia tendency, 36% have a high nomophobia tendency, 7% have a high nomophobia tendency.lonely while 93% have a high tendency to be lonely. The effective contribution of the nomophobia variable to loneliness is 70.5%, the remaining 29.5% is influenced by other factors such as age, negative views of oneself, low self-esteem. All of these studies use the help of the SPSS version 17.0 for windows.

Abstract

Customer acquisition is the backbone in the growth and development of a company, especially for startups. Companies can build business processes to create opportunities for potential prospects who can convert into new customers who gain trust and are ready to make a purchase. However, in this process various obstacles were encountered, such as the ineffective process of managing prospective customer data, the level of accuracy and validity of data to the low conversion rate of data from prospective users to become new customers. This research was conducted by a startup company in Indonesia engaged in the Software as Services (SaaS) industry. The approach used in the above problems is business process management (BPM) which is able to re-design and abstract the currently running processes to produce more efficient and logical business processes. This BPM approach is carried out with a business process management lifecycle framework that is capable of structuring and standardizing processes into processes of identification, discovery, analysis, redesign, implementation, monitoring and controlling. This study provides an overview and recommendations of companies that are arranged systematically starting from the findings of both quantitative and qualitative data, then analyzing the process, establishing a new, more efficient business model to measuring post-implementation impacts. The use of the BPM lifecycle method is intended to improve data accuracy, speed up the process of managing prospective customer data so that in the end it is able to contribute and increase company revenue.

Abstract

English has now begun to be taught in early childhood so the learning process is of course different. Early childhood English learning is usually taught through English sounds. From these sounds they will learn to read simple words (CVC) as well as learn their meaning. In this study, the stages of introduction to English phonics in the learning process of reading CVC will be discussed. This study is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to explain the stages of introduction of English phonics in reading simple English words (CVC) to 15 students who are studying English Phonics with an age range of three to seven years. This research uses a synthetic phonics approach whose learning focuses on words separated into the smallest part of the unit, namely sound (Phajane, 2014). There were 8 consonant sounds /s/, /t/, /p/, /n/, /k/, /m/, /r/, /h/ and 2 vowel sounds /a/, /i/ introduced in this study. The results of this study show that the stages of English phonics recognition in the learning process of reading CVC are sounding letters, spelling and mixing sounds into meaningful words. The results of this study also show that there are two letters that not all students can sound well. The letter is the consonant letter c with the pronunciation /k/ and the vowel a with the pronunciation /æ/.

Abstract

This study aims to develop digital teaching materials with fantasy story text material with moral values to make it easier for students to understand the material and increase the moral values contained in them. In this study, the writer developed digital teaching materials using the Research and Development (R&D) method of the ADDIE model which consists of: 1) analysis, 2) design, 3) development, 4) implementation, and 5) evaluation. The data obtained in this study were obtained using data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, giving questionnaires to students and teachers, as well as material experts and media experts to determine the feasibility of digital teaching materials that have been developed. The results of this study indicate that digital teaching materials for fantasy story texts with moral values get very feasible criteria for use. This can be seen based on the assessment of media experts of 97% and 96% based on the assessment of teaching material experts. Meanwhile, the results of the assessment of digital teaching materials by Indonesian language teachers obtained a feasibility percentage of 91% and the results of student responds to the digital teaching materials got a percentage of 90%. Digital teaching materials for fantasy story texts with moral values can be used by teachers and grade VII students in Indonesian language learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of UKBM teaching materials Literacy-Based Explanatory Text for Class XI Students of MAN 3 Kediri. The type of research used in this research is experimental research with the Pre-Experimental Design research with the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design model. The subjects of this study were 34 students of class XI Religion 2 MAN 3. Data collection methods used are tests, questionnaires, documentation, and observation. Meanwhile, to analyze the data using the effectiveness test. The results showed that the average pretest score was 69.24 and the posttest average score was 80.24. This means that student learning outcomes have increased by 14.28, and the average gain test is included in the moderate criteria, which is equal to 0.36 or 36%. Based on the explanation above, the use of UKBM teaching materials is effectively used to improve students' literacy skills in learning explanatory texts for class XI MAN 3 Kediri.

Abstract

This study aimend to improve the learning Outcomes of addition material using smart tree media for 1students at SDK wegoknatar. This research employed clasroom action research ( CAR) which was designed to help teacher ( recearchers) in dinding and solving learning problems that occur in the classroom.This clasroom action research was conducted in cycles, between cycle 1 and 11. The pacticipants were 12 students. The results of the study indicated that after giving action for two cycles the average score of the test result of improving learning Outcomes in addition material using smart tree media in Mathematics subject had increased. The first meeting of the cycle 1 resulted in a score of 45%, and the second meeting 55% meaning that not yet reached the KKM. In the first meeting of cycle ll, there was an increase in value of 65%, and at the second meeting 95%. Thus, the learning Outcomes from cycle ll increased and were includded in the very good category or fulfilled the KKM. This indicated that improving learning Outcomes in Mathematic addition material by using smart tree media could be further applied to improve student learning achievement, especially in the mathematics subject

Abstract

This study is intended to analyze the antecedents and consequences of attachment. This research method is descriptive quantitative which is used to describe the relationship or influence toward research variables based on the use of statistical analysis and mathematical equations. The data source was obtained through an online questionnaire survey of 150 respondents as beauty influencer. The data analysis method used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) to test the hypotheses in the study. The results of the study show that there is a positive effect of homophily, social presence, physical attractiveness on attachment, and there is a positive effect of attachment on loyalty to the influencer.
