Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the importance of strengthening the value of integrity in student character education. The study method used is literature study with a philosophical approach or content analysis. An important finding in this paper is that character education programs need to be improved to address the moral and character problems that exist in Indonesia today. Even though there has been a character education program in the national education system, there are still many cases that do not meet expectations. This is due to the design of the program that does not cover all actors and does not touch on mindset and operational strategy aspects. Character education is impressed as a student's obligation and only focuses on conscious and cognitive thinking. Therefore, character education, especially the value of integrity, must continue to be applied by school principals and teachers through various programs that are structured and have goals for students

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the process of implementing the Jokhaju ritual tradition and the meaning of the Jokhaju ritual process in Wolopau Village, Wiwipemo Village, Wollojita District in the final period of the district. The research topic used by the author is the public figure Wolopau. The research method used by the author is a qualitative and descriptive approach. The method of data collection uses the interview method. The findings show that the Strengthening Rejection Ceremony (Jokaju) conducted by the Wolopau community in Wiwipemo Village, Wollojita District, Ende Regency has several stages, namely Peinel, Pana Manu, Koe Kol and Tagaau which are the uniqueness of the Volopau community. Where the purpose of this ritual is to drive away evil spirits from the village and thank you for the harvest.

Abstract

This study's objective was to ascertain the effect of interpersonal communication and self regulated learning on student learning outcomes for Economics and Business subjects at State Vocational Schools in Klaten, namely, among others, State Vocation School 1 Jogonalan, State Vocation School 1 Juwiring, State Vocation School 1 Klaten, State Vocation School 4 Klaten, and State Vocation School 1 Pedan. Class XI students that are actively participating in the study employ a quantitative descriptive methodology, at State Vocational High Schools in Klaten who have the competence for daring business skills and marketing in the 2021-2022 academic year. The total population of this study was 345 students. Proportional random sampling was the approach of choice for this study's sample., which resulted in a sample of 187 students. The techniques used for data collection are questionnaires and documentation. Multiple linear regression analysis was the method of data analysis employed in this investigation..The findings of this research showed that: 1) interpersonal communication has a positive and significant impact on student learning outcomes. 2) Self regulated learning affects learning outcomes in a beneficial and significant way. 3) Interpersonal communication and self regulated learning have a positive and significant impact on student learning outcomes

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the impact relationship between change of inflation, currency exchange fluctuation of Indonesian Rupiah exchange against foreign currencies, and the provisions for determining BI rate by Bank Indonesia for murabahah financing carried out by one of the Islamic banks in Indonesia. Financial Statements of Bank BRI Syariah is the population that used for this research. The data collected for this research is secondary data derived from information published on the official websites of the OJK and BPS. The type of analysis used in this study is a type of multiple linear regression analysis using time series data type. Result from this research is indicate that inflation, currency exchange rates, and the BI rate do not have a significant effect on murabahah financing at Bank BRI Syariah in the period 2015 to 2020.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is that teacher professionalism is measured from administrative completeness in the process of planning and implementing learning. Because teacher professionalism is needed in the world of education in Indonesia, because this will be one measure of the success of the world of education. This research is descriptive qualitative in nature with 4 Fiqh teachers at MA Muslimat NU as the subject, Palangka Raya City. The results of this study show that 95.78% of teachers strongly agree regarding administrative completeness and 4.22% agree. The planning made jointly by teachers at MA Muslimat NU already includes various components that have been determined in the 2013 Curriculum such as school identity, subjects, class/semester, subject matter, time allocation, learning objectives, KD, indicators of achievement of competence, learning methods, media, tools, learning resources, steps of learning activities and assessment. All these components are packaged in one RPP.

Abstract

This study aims to control the health and fertility of the soil naturally. This study observed over a period of time through a microcontroller sensor the changes in soil parameters such as: soil acidity level, infiltration rate, electrolyte conductivity level and porosity level observed from the soil infiltration rate. Using the simulation method with two (2) types of bioholes, it can be seen the increase in EC at each depth at a certain time period. This method uses Smart Biosoildam (Biodam) technology which can be simulated to match the actual process (real time). From graphic observations and EC standards, it can be seen that the ability of the soil to provide nutrients in the root growth zone can be used as information to determine the schedule and distribution pattern of planting both during the vegetative growth period and the generative growth period. So that it can be known the effective planting distance and biohole distance in order to be able to provide nutrients during the vegetative and generative periods. The distribution of nutrients can be monitored through sensors that convert analog parameters on the microprocessor into digital information that is sent via wifi in real time. Simulation of sandy beach soil fertility based on the number of microbial population = 108/cfu. Variable 1: Soil fertility value of electrolyte conductivity/EC value at a depth of 26 cm from 780 uS/cm to 1438 uS/cm on day 35 and from 1438 uS/cm down to 1290 uS/cm on day 40. Variable 2: Soil fertility values from electrolyte conductivity / EC values at a depth of 24 cm from 750 uS / cm to 1168 uS / cm on day 35 & from 1168 uS / cm down to 1042 uS/cm on day 40.

Abstract

Now days many entertaining program with show format is exist in Indonesian television program. The variety performance of the artist with beauty visualization created by lighting design make sets and staging just like an ordinary music concert’s stage. Art director have a complex job, more than build the set and stage. Art director should have a concept for television’s program. The concept expressed through element of design such as line, color, and composition of balance from the set decoration. With that concept the set decoration have aesthetic look and have meaning inside. To insert meaning on the element of set decoration it need to get many information from observe and literature review. So the information can support the meaning in design as well. Set decoration of variety show “Inklusi” is a creation that consist obvious balance concept in it. This concept has made by the hottest issue in Inklusi program. Through the set decoration, author make set and stage that speaks up for difabel, to be equal with others.

Abstract

Teacher burnout is a negative syndrome that could happen to teachers that will affect their performance, hence, lowers their students’ achievements. The goal of this paper was to confirm the direct effect of psychological capital and perceived organizational support towards teacher burnout, and the indirect effect of psychological capital and perceived organizational support towards teacher burnout with job satisfaction as a mediating variable.This research used quantitative approach with census as the sampling method. The data collection instrument used was a likert scale questionnaire in Bahasa Indonesia to measure every single variable in this research. Subjects of this research were 58 teachers of Sejahtera Vocational School in Surabaya. This research used path analysis to prove the direct and indirect effects of psycap and POS on teacher burnout with job satisfaction as the mediating variable. This paper showed that psychological capital and perceived organizational support directly affect teacher burnout significantly, and psychological capital and perceived organizational support indirectly affect teacher burnout through job satisfaction as a mediating variable significantly.

Abstract

The concept of good governance today is starting to influence most government stakeholders at the central and regional levels, the impact of which is to foster a spirit of improving and enhancing the performance of government management to improve the quality of public services, and to translate it into various regional government policies. The purpose of this study was to find out and explain the implementation of the Online Single Submission Risk-Based Approach policy in Kalidoni District, Palembang City. Realizing it or not, every citizen is always associated with the activities of the government bureaucracy, so that its existence is something that cannot be negotiated. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method. Acceleration of the implementation of OSS RBA in the regions requires the support of certainty and completeness of Central digital policies and systems. Incomplete regulatory substance in a number of PPs, technical provisions have not yet been issued (which are still delegated to ministerial regulations), and the integration process between systems is not yet optimal, which is an obstacle for regions to follow up and implement OSS RBA quickly. Meanwhile at the regional level, regional governments face a number of challenges, both in regulatory and institutional aspects, as well as digitalization.

Abstract

The Civil Engineering Study Program of Ngurah Rai University (UNR) implements the core curriculum by including Material Mechanics as part of the 2020 curriculum. One of the Learning Outcomes of the Material Mechanics Course (CMPK) is that students are expected to be able to determine the core magnitude (kern) of building structure elements. The fulfillment of CMPK is targeted to achieve a minimum of 90% of lecture participants are able to determine the core magnitude (kern) of building structure elements, but the class action Cycle I with the treatment of including detailed and systematic answer substance requests that describe the complete solution of the problem can only increase the CMPK from 60% to 84%. For the purpose of achieving a minimum of 90% CPMK compliance, a Class Action Cycle II d is carried out by treating Cycle I plus providing examples of relevant questions. The evaluation was carried out using the Alternative Assessment Method to assess cognitive, psychomotor (skill) and affective (attitude) aspects. The results of class actions with structured assignment treatment include detailed and systematic requests for answer substance that describe the complete solution of the problem plus the provision of examples of relevant questions can increase the fulfillment of the CMPK of Mechanical Materials for Students of the Civil Engineering Study Program, Ngurah Rai University reaching 92%. This result is expected to be a reference for other eyes in achieving the CMPK reduction target.
