In everyday life, poverty is something that is real in society. Poor people are not only in developing countries, but also in developed countries. Thus the problem of poverty exists in this world, both in developed countries and developing countries like Indonesia. The problem of poverty has always received major attention in Indonesia. This happened because of the government's awareness that failure to overcome the problem of poverty would lead to the emergence of various social, economic and political problems in society. The efforts made by the government are carrying out economic development and reducing poverty. Indonesia's success in carrying out economic development and reducing poverty has received praise from the world community. Unfortunately, not long after, Indonesia experienced an economic crisis in mid-1997, so that Indonesia was hit by a crisis storm that caused Indonesia to really fall. This crisis condition began with the exchange rate of the rupiah against the United States dollar and then turned into a total crisis in which this total crisis covered all aspects of people's lives. By using a deductive research process with quantitative research methods or empirical research. The results of this study can find out poverty data and measuring instruments used according to Islamic views.

This study aims to determine simultaneously and partially the effect of service, job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance at the Department of Labor and Industry of North Labuhanbatu Regency. The population used in this study were all employees of the Department of Labor and Industry of North Labuhanbatu Regency. While the sampling technique used the census method, namely taking all members of the population as a research sample totaling 32 people. The analytical model used in this study is Descriptive Analysis and Path Linear Regression Analysis with the SPSS for Windows 22.0 program. The results of the study found that service had an effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the tcount value of 4.450 > ttable 1.685 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Job satisfaction affects employee performance, as evidenced by the tcount value of 5.507 > ttable 1.685 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. work motivation affects employee performance, as evidenced by the tcount value of 4.276 > ttable 1.685 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. And service, job satisfaction and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance, as evidenced by the Fcount value of 5.299 > Ftable of 2.96 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The contribution of service variables, job satisfaction and work motivation to employee performance at the Department of Labor and Industry of North Labuhanbatu Regency is 50.1%, the remaining 49.8% of employee performance is influenced by other variables.

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the use of bank credit and the growth of the manufacturing industry on economic growth in Indonesia. There are two independent variables, namely banking credit and the manufacturing industry, and the dependent variable, namely economic growth. This study uses a descriptive and quantitative approach to its methodology. The data used in this study is time series data covering the years 2011 to 2021. The data source was obtained through the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics and Banking Statistics. Multiple linear regression was used for the analysis of this study. Eviews 12 is the analytical tool used. The study findings show that the utilization of bank credit is a significant contribution to economic growth. In Indonesia, the manufacturing industry growth variable has a negligible impact on economic expansion.

This study attempts to develop an English for Digital Marketing textbook based on collaborative learning to support ESP teaching and learning process for non-English study programs especially those concerned in digital marketing. ADDIE model of research and development approach were employed. The stages included data collection and need analysis, textbook design, textbook development, implementation, and evaluation of the textbook use. Participants involved ESP lecturers, 30 students majoring in Informatics, and experts. The test results by the experts indicated validity level of 4.69 which means Very Good with feasibility level of the textbook to be used is 88.66% or Very Feasible. Whereas, the questionnaires distributed to students showed criteria of Very Good with validity level 4.68 and feasibility level of the textbook is 84% or Very Feasible. These results indicate that the textbook developed in this study can be utilized to support the teaching and learning process especially for ESP teaching.

This study aims to find out the dual role played by PAI teachers in guiding students with problems, knowing the concrete efforts of activity programs carried out by PAI teachers in dealing with problematic students, knowing the cooperation between PAI teachers and homeroom teachers in helping students with problems because there are no BP teachers in this school. and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in dealing with troubled students at SD Islam al-Rasyid Pekanbaru. The research which was conducted for 3 months (October-December) used qualitative methods and data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation at SD Islam al-Rasyid Pekanbaru. The subjects of this study were school principals, PAI teachers, homeroom teachers, and students at SD Islam al-Rasyid Pekanbaru. The results of this study place the role of the PAI teacher as a religious teacher who should be admired and emulated and the role of the PAI teacher as a counseling teacher in providing guidance to problem students at SD Islam al-Rasyid Pekanbaru by implementing exemplary, habituation and advice methods. In addition, the factors that support Islamic Religious Education teachers in dealing with problem students are due to spiritual activities, while the inhibiting factor is the limited time that Islamic Religious Education teachers have in carrying out their duties to overcome student problems.

This study's objective was to ascertain the effect of interpersonal communication and self regulated learning on student learning outcomes for Economics and Business subjects at State Vocational Schools in Klaten, namely, among others, State Vocation School 1 Jogonalan, State Vocation School 1 Juwiring, State Vocation School 1 Klaten, State Vocation School 4 Klaten, and State Vocation School 1 Pedan. Class XI students that are actively participating in the study employ a quantitative descriptive methodology, at State Vocational High Schools in Klaten who have the competence for daring business skills and marketing in the 2021-2022 academic year. The total population of this study was 345 students. Proportional random sampling was the approach of choice for this study's sample., which resulted in a sample of 187 students. The techniques used for data collection are questionnaires and documentation. Multiple linear regression analysis was the method of data analysis employed in this investigation..The findings of this research showed that: 1) interpersonal communication has a positive and significant impact on student learning outcomes. 2) Self regulated learning affects learning outcomes in a beneficial and significant way. 3) Interpersonal communication and self regulated learning have a positive and significant impact on student learning outcomes

The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of traditional games such as traditional hopscotch and jump rope games on students' gross motor skills and find out how much influence there was between experimental class 1 using traditional hopscotch games and experimental class 2 using traditional jump rope games on students' gross motor skills. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research is an experimental research with the design used is the Quasi Experimental Research method or quasi-experimental. Quasi Experimental Research is a type of research method that has a control group and an experimental group that are not randomly selected. Researchers used the Quasi Experimental Research method because in this study there were outside variables that the researcher could not control. The conclusion from this study is that there is an influence of traditional games (engklek and jump rope) on children's gross motor skills. The implication of this study is as a complement in completing the playing process for children at school in games for gross motoric skills.

This study aims to determine the increase in learning motivation and student learning outcomes using the peer tutoring method. This research was conducted using classroom action research consisting of planning action, observation, and reflection in 3 cycles. Data was collected by class observations and test. The data analysis is descriptive statistics. The results from this research showed that student learning motivaation increase from 75,33 to 0,67. Student learning outcomes increase from 40,63% obtain criteria score 73,75 increased to 84,37% obtain criteria score 87,28 on the third cycle

The purpose of this study was to measure the level of influence of peer social support in the selection of further study of students at Al-Falah Islamic High School, Jambi City. This type of research is quantitative research with an ex-post facto approach. The sample in this study was 150 students. Selection of the sample using simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews while data analysis techniques used formula C, normality test, linearity test and simple regression analysis. The results of the study show that there is a significant influence between the X and Y variables. This effect is evidenced by the sig.0.05 value which indicates that there is an influence between variables. In addition, it is also evidenced by the r count value of 0.327 which is interpreted as quite strong, which means that students have the influence of peer social support in selecting further studies. The results of this study are expected to have implications for guidance and counseling for students, both in the field of personal guidance and the social field.

One of the written works that pays attention to linguistic rules is papers. However, there are still many errors in the use of language in writing papers by students. This study aims to find out the form of language errors in writing papers in health students in the fifth semester of 2021 at Stikes Nani Hasanudin Makassar. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The focus of the research is language errors in spelling, choice of words and effective sentences. The data collection technique used is the method of taking notes from paper documents with a sample of 30 student papers. The results of this study indicate that there are 272 language errors in 30 papers by STIKES NANI Hasanuddin Makassar students. Spelling errors were 80.9%, word choice errors were 8.45%, and effective sentence formulation errors were 10.65%. The conclusion of this study is that there are still many language errors in writing papers made by students because of the lack of student knowledge about using good and correct language in writing papers.
