Abstract

The entry of the era of globalization and digitalization which is marked by various changes in values has an impact on eroding religious values in carrying out life, including in carrying out fardhu prayers. Parents are required to improve strategies and efforts to increase children's interest in fardhu prayers, so that children still adhere to Islamic values and carry out their obligations, including fardhu prayers. The research aims to find out the efforts made by parents to instill the discipline of fardhu prayers in their children and to identify the obstacles that hinder these efforts. This research is detailed descriptively and uses phenomenology. This research relies on direct information from short interviews with 8 (eight) mothers who are parents. Semi-structured questions and answers were used during the interview. The results of the study show that parents' efforts to increase their children's interest in fardhu prayers in Gonilan Kartasura Village, namely choosing Islamic-based education, being an example or role model (uswatun hasanah), giving gifts (reward), using the help of internet media and technology . Meanwhile, the factors that hinder parents' efforts to motivate children so that they are interested in carrying out their children's obligatory prayers are internal factors (a feeling of laziness in children, especially when watching television and playing cellphones) and external factors (friendship environmental factors).

Abstract

Education in the realm of public tertiary institutions is the choice for many people, this is seen because public tertiary institutions are more prestigious than private tertiary institutions. State universities are also known for their good quality of education compared to private universities, even though not all private universities are lower in position than state universities, there are also many private universities whose quality of education is already good and commensurate with state universities. However, state universities are not without problems regarding their education, the birth of the Legal Entity State University (PTN BH) policy seems to indicate new problems for candidates and students. The publication of PTN BH has brought a new issue to the surface regarding the commercialization of education in the realm of state universities, this problem has an impact on underprivileged students due to the high costs of education. Because of these issues, here the researcher intends to describe problems regarding the commercialization of education in Legal Entity State Universities with existing data.

Abstract

Education is an important part of human life. Good or bad education can be seen based on the quality of education. As for determining the quality of good education, there are many factors that influence it. Parenting style is one of the factors that has an important role in determining the quality of education a child receives. This study then aims to look at how the relationship that is formed between the quality of education and parenting styles is viewed from a sociological and educational perspective. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The data used in this study comes from various research results and previous studies that still have a relationship with the discussion in this study. The results of this study then found that parenting style carried out by parents has a fairly important role in shaping the quality of children's education. Positive parenting styles can help children achieve success in their education. Adpaun parenting that is negative and unhealthy can actually improve the academic quality of children.

Abstract

Terboyo Semarang Terminal is getting worse day by day due to tidal water that always inundates the terminal Terboyo Semarang. The existence of the terminal is needed by the community, so the government as a public servant continues to do various ways to make the terminal users feel comfortable. With the condition of the Terboyo terminal which is already less suitable for use as a passenger terminal, the Semarang City Government moved the Main Terminal located west of Semarang City, namely on Jl. Mangkang Raya Semarang in early 2016 with more complete facilities. With the passage of time, the Mangkang Terminal that has been provided by the government is not maximally used by traders, bus crews and passengers. In this study, the data from the research results were analyzed with qualitative methods by conducting direct observation or observation, interviews and documentation. from the results of interviews conducted by researchers, namely the bus crew and traders with the move of the terminal, the income received has decreased, which for the bus crew costs higher for diesel fuel and less time to rest. The use of this qualitative research aims to be more in-depth in understanding how much influence the terminal move has on traders, bus crews and passengers. The results of this research show an adverse impact, namely reduced income for bus crews, traders or sellers at the Terboyo terminal, while the impact on passengers is different, some feel benefited and some feel disadvantaged.

Abstract

This study's objective is to ascertain how self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and social support affect all aspects of a teacher's profession, including their autonomy, connection with superiors, performance evaluations, and certification status. The sample for this study included 859 high school teachers. With a non-probability selection process, 230 teachers were chosen. Use confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) techniques to assess the accuracy of measurement tools. Using multiple regression to examine research data. The results of the study show that numerous elements, such as self-efficacy, optimism, hope, resilience, social support, the nature of a teacher's connection with superiors, autonomy, performance assessment, and teacher certification status, have a significant impact on all of a teacher's work. The results of the study show that all independent factors can explain 49% of the variance in the overall amount of work, while variables not included in the study have an impact on the remaining 51%. According to the results of the hypothesis testing, hope, optimism, and self-efficacy all significantly affect how well an individual performs at work.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence customer satisfaction with the loading and unloading services of PT. Pelindo Cab. Makassar. This study analyzes how the quality of service consisting of security, \timeliness, facilities/ infrastructure, and its effect on customer satisfaction. This survey was responded to by 55 customer companies, consisting of shipping companies (shipping companies), ship cargo expeditions (EMKL/PPJK), and other shipping companies. The sampling technique used is random sampling, data is analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between service quality variables on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

MMR and IMR are indicators to see health status and assess the level of ability to provide health services, which is still a major problem in developing countries. The purpose of writing this article is to provide Continuity Of Care midwifery care for pregnant, maternity, postpartum, BBL, and family planning women using standard midwifery care, so that the writer/reader is able to apply continuous midwifery care. Type of coc research This type of research is qualitative research. In this study, the experimental group will receive treatment, which is given care using the CoC method. In COC data types, we use 3 types of data collection, namely, primary data, secondary data and tertiary data. Objectively and subjectively which includes health records of postpartum mothers, newborns and records of the results of pregnancy and postpartum services data collection techniques. Data collection was carried out through interviews, document review and participatory observation. Data analysis comes from subjective data and objective data taken from providing care to Continuity Of Care participants starting from pregnancy, postpartum, newborn and family planning which will then be analyzed in accordance with Varney Midwifery Management and SOAP Documentation

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional level, nutritional adequacy and living habits of pregnant women on fetal development. The type of research used is expos facto research. The Facto Exposure Method is a research method for examining the cause-effect relationship of an event. From these causal linkages, new possibilities will be found that can be used as indicators in the research process. Based on the research results show that the emotional level of the mother during pregnancy can also affect the development of the fetus until the birth process, because this can cause an irregular supply of fetal oxygen, which can cause problems in the fetus. the emotional level causes irregular contractions so that the birth process will be difficult. An imbalance in nutrient consumption, especially a lack of intake of one or more nutrients during pregnancy can increase the risk of complications in pregnant women such as chronic energy deficiency (CED), anemia, difficult and long labor and susceptibility to infectious diseases (Ernawati, 2012). Meanwhile, the habits of pregnant women can affect the fetus based on the level of activity carried out, healthy living habits will have a positive impact on fetal development. However, bad habits and anxiety will affect the psychology and development of the fetus.

Abstract

The rapid development of the digital era makes everything in the form of information on the internet easily accessible to everyone, including elementary school-age children. The unstoppable flow of the digital era requires appropriate action to minimize moral deviations that occur in many adults. this, one of which is the application of character education. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to find out the implementation of character education values ​​in overcoming moral degradation in elementary school-age children in the digital era. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. Qualitative research methods aim to explain a phenomenon in depth and by collecting data as deeply as possible, which means the author only uses books or journals as a reference basis. Based on the literature review and the results of the analysis in this study, it can be concluded that the values ​​of character education play an important role in overcoming moral degradation among elementary school-age children. If the application of character education in elementary schools from planning, implementing, to reflecting on learning goes well, it will be a measure of success in moral formation in elementary school-age children.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe madrasa quality management, implementation, quality management to improve accreditation and quality management barriers in improving MTs accreditation. Private Al-Amin Batu Tunggal. This type of research uses a qualitative research type where the data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The method in this study uses a qualitative research method, namely an approach that produces written or spoken words from people who are used as respondents. Quality management of education in MTs. Private Al-Amin Batu Tunggal If seen from the naked eye this Madrasa has not managed the quality management contained in it, caused by a lack of care and the lack of good learning facilities so that school management has not run as expected. In addition, the available land is limited so that the facilities and facilities are also limited. Quality management research in improving accreditation in MTs. Private Al-Amin Batu Tunggal is going well. After doing quality management research in MTs. Private Al-Amin Batu Tunggal is quite good, it can be seen from the work program of the madrasah principal and the collaboration and student achievements, but the madrasah accreditation is still C. The madrasah principal also forms a team that works together and has qualifications in their respective fields so that they are able to complete the National Standard Education well.
