Abstract

This research was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Senggrong Boyolali. The subjects in this study were grade IV students. This research is included in Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of 4 meetings. Interviews, observation, documentation are the techniques used in data collection. After all the data has been collected, the researcher processes the data using a comparative descriptive analysis technique. Ethnomathematics is proven to be able to increase the activity and learning outcomes of mathematics, it can be seen from the pre-cycle data that only 40% achieve a score of 75 as the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). After the implementation of cycle 1, students who passed the KKM were 60% and the implementation of cycle 2 succeeded in increasing the percentage of student completeness to 80%. Referring to the results obtained, it can be concluded that at SD Negeri 1 Senggrong Boyolali Semester II for the 2021/2022 school year, the use of ethnomathematics-based picture card teaching materials is proven to be able to increase the activity and learning outcomes of class IV students.

Abstract

The easier it is to use YouTube social media that can be accessed by children to the elderly, making everyone's visual motor skills able to remember, especially in early childhood. As we know that children who hone their visual motor skills will be able to record and recall what they have seen and heard. YouTube social media makes it easy for parents to get used to their children learning while watching. By using the method of observation and interviews with working parents and children, the average success in getting children used to learning foreign languages, namely English and basic mathematics, so that children get used to it and easily learn these abilities. By using YouTube social media, it makes children love English and mathematics even more from an early age because English and mathematics are basic sciences that all ages must learn. This basic knowledge is very supportive to enter every level of education and work. Keywords: youtube social media, foreign language, basic matgematics

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the successful implementation of the PBL model in social studies learning for students in grade IV A at SD Negeri 195 Palembang. The method used in this study was a qualitative descriptive method. The total number of students examined in this study was 28 students. The techniques for collecting data in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation in the form of the results of students' social studies learning problem-solving skills in solving problems in the form of class IV Natural Resources material at SD Negeri 195 Palembang. The aspects assessed in this study include indicators of social studies problem solving based on the learning material provided by natural resources, namely understanding the problem, making plans, implementing plans and looking back at the answers. From the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the teacher succeeded in implementing the PBL model by looking at the factors that influence the success of learning, namely; by preparing learning materials, giving problems at the beginning of learning, preparing learning media and using surrounding media, students understand the material presented by the teacher, there is question and answer communication between teacher and students, using the literacy method of reading, there are rewards (praise to students, scores, stars, prizes), providing reference books to find answers and solutions in solving problems, there are group studies and student discussions, students are enthusiastic and enthusiastic in the learning process, and students are able to present the results of their answers in front of the class.

Abstract

Inadequate Work Safety Standards and the still high number of work accidents in Indonesia, are evidence of weak attention to the importance of K3 aspects in a construction work. This is motivated by the discrepancy between the understanding of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) knowledge and the application of construction worker behavior, especially in the Makassar City Pioneer Road and Bridge Preservation Project. The assumption of the use of tribute safety which is always underestimated is the cause of the above problems, so it requires direction and guidance on mechanisms, management systems and risks borne by the importance of Occupational Safety and Health. The research method used is regression and correlation analysis, where the regression equation describes the functional relationship to the variables studied. The results showed that there was a high positive correlation relationship between K3 knowledge and work behavior with a correlation value of 0.608 with a range of interpretation of the value coefficient between 0.600 – 0.799. As well as the coefficient of determination (Adjusted r square) of 0.366 or 33.6% of the variables reviewed, which means that 66.4% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Efforts that can be made to reduce unemployment are by creating jobs. In creating jobs, it must be accompanied by an entrepreneurial spirit. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence entrepreneurial knowledge, motivation, family environment and social media on entrepreneurial interest in FEBI UINSU Medan students. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive analysis approach and a sample size of 372 people. The data obtained from distributing questionnaires will be tested with the SmartPLS 3.2 application tool. This study obtained the results of the t-value of the entrepreneurial knowledge variable of 3.873, motivation of 5.206, family environment of 5.398 and social media of 0.403 with a t-table value of 2.25. So it can be concluded that the variables of entrepreneurial knowledge, motivation and family environment have an effect while social media has no effect on the entrepreneurial interest of FEBI UINSU Medan students.

Abstract

Readiness to learn and fun learning are important factors to achieve learning objectives. If children learn to feel fun, then the teacher will be easy to convey the subject matter, and the child will also respond to every activity in learning appropriately. But in reality, children feel learning and learning is still not fun, both physically and psychologically. If the condition of the child is like this, it is not ideal if the teacher directly provides materials and tasks that must be done by the child. Therefore, teachers can use ice breaker to help children feel fun when learning takes place. This study aims to determine the implementation of Ice Breaking to create learning readiness and fun learning at an early age through qualitative descriptive research. In this study, it is expected to have a positive influence in motivating educators in providing the best children's learning activities for children, because early childhood educators are not only useful but must be able to be an inspiration and motivator for their students. The results of this study reveal that the implementation of ice breaking can create learning readiness and fun learning at an early age, so that they do not feel bored and bored during the learning process. Therefore, it can be said that the implementation of ice breaking in fun learning can overcome the boredom of children, so that learning activities can be more effective.

Abstract

Bank performance is a very important and significant picture for the parties with an interest in the bank. The parties with an interest in the bank include investors, creditors, customers, employees, government and the surrounding community. Given the large number of interested parties, the assessment of bank performance is very important. Bank performance is assessed based on how company management carries out all of its duties. Bank health is one of the factors that must be considered by both conventional and sharia banks in order to survive. This paper aims to compare the financial performance of Islamic banking with conventional banking in the third quarter of 2020 during the Covid 19 pandemic using the ROA financial ratio.

Abstract

Online games are played through internet connection on various devices, either alone or collaboratively with players from around the world. This research aims to explore the impact of violence in online games on children's behavior and mental health. The research methodology is literature review, using sources from Google Scholar and articles published in Scopus- and Sinta-accredited journals. Violence in online games refers to graphic or action scenes that depict violence, such as weapon fighting, physical violence, harsh language, or other brutal acts. Some games display violence explicitly and realistically, such as blood, broken bones, or sexual violence, while in other games, violence is implicitly and less visible. The presence of violent content in online games may have different impacts on children, but generally can affect their behavior, character, and mental health. Therefore, it is crucial for parents and caregivers to limit the time spent playing online games and choose games that are safe and do not contain violent content for children. The negative impact of violent online games includes increased aggression, reduced empathy, decreased mental health, distraction, and worsened behavior. However, there are also positive impacts of violent online games, such as enhancing social and cognitive skills, improving multitasking ability, and boosting creativity. It is important for parents and caregivers to monitor and regulate their children's online game time, and choose games appropriate for their age and maturity level that do not contain violent content.

Abstract

The objectives of the study were: 1) to find out the characteristics of RSPMK inpatient customers; 2) to find out how much the level of customer satisfaction of RSPMK inpatients in West Jakarta. This research was conducted with a survey using a sample of RSPMK patients, the sample was taken from all RSPMK inpatients as many as 63 respondents. The results of data processing and data analysis can be concluded that the results of data processing and data analysis of the level of RSPMK inpatient customer satisfaction both in the dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurances, and empathy from RSPMK both in closed questions and open questions distributed through questionnaires can be concluded that the level of RSPMK customer satisfaction is good. Nevertheless, some positive and negative comments were also found from respondents. Positive comments regarding the level of customer satisfaction of RSPMK include that the rooms are comfortable, the food menu is decent, the building is good, and has private hospital standards so that it continues to be maintained, especially in the company's guarantee, the service is very fast, including confirmation to insurance companies, the service is good enough, especially the doctor is good, especially the anesthesiologist, friendly and polite, also the nurses are good, maintain the quality of the rooms, and the important thing is that the rates are cheap. While negative comments regarding RSPMK customer satisfaction include the facilities, please pay more attention, especially the bathroom, the service is less friendly, especially administrative services, more attention to the registration section, the nurse is very slow at work and lacks empathy, patient handling is long, noisy because night visitors are still in the room, the doctor's service is not clear visiting hours, and most of them come in the afternoon, the tariff is a bit expensive, there are some flies that disturb in the treatment room, visiting or visiting hours are not clear.
