Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of school residents, school policies, school community preparedness planning, and mobilization of school resources in the process of implementing the school disaster preparedness program. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 35 Kerinci, Kayu Aro Barat District, Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province. Data collection techniques used are tests, interviews, questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Technical analysis of data using quantitative descriptive. The results showed, 1) the level of knowledge of the school community about disasters in dealing with the eruption of Mount Merapi was very good, 2) school policies that supported the disaster preparedness school program were considered poor with 40% of the sub-variables fulfilled, 3) school community preparedness planning in efforts to reduce and deal with the risk of Mount Merapi eruption including well with sub-variables fulfilled 88.89% and 4) mobilization of school resources in efforts to reduce disaster risk of Mount Merapi eruption including well with sub-variables fulfilled 85.71%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the effect of self-control on consumptive behavior of students of SMAN 2 Merangin class. The research objective is to describe; 1) To find out the consumptive behavior of class XI students of SMAN 2 Merangin, 2) To find out the self-control of class XI students of SMAN 2 Merangin, 3) To determine the effect of self-control on consumptive behavior of class XI students of SMAN 2 Merangin. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research with a simple linear regression analysis approach. This study collected data using observation, questionnaires and documentation. The population of this study were all 141 students of class XI at SMAN 2 Merangin. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique as many as 66 people. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Data analysis using percent technique. The results of this study reveal that, R Squalre X at Y 0.123, it can be concluded that self-control is identified as having an influence, namely 0.123 x 100%, so the effect of X on Y is 0.123%, while the rest is influenced by traffic variables that were not detected by researchers . researchers do this. Then the hypothesis is accepted which states that there is a significant influence of self-control variables on consumptive behavior.

Abstract

Computer networks and the internet play an important role for the smooth running of various fields of work. One example of information and communication technology is the Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) or also called wireless local network technology. The method used in this research is the Penetration Testing method, with the intention of analyzing the Wireless Network computer security system in the STMIK Bina Patria Laboratory. Testing is carried out with several activities, including identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities in computer network security. In analyzing the security of the WLAN network, it is carried out using the Penetration Testing method where a form of attack on the network is simulated, one of the operating systems that has the right specifications in this regard is Kali Linux. Wireless network is a network that is widely used in institutions and public places. Even though it has a security system, wireless networks can still be attacked by attackers.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the frequent occurrence of employee turnover in a company or business organization which has an impact on work productivity in the company due to lack of work motivation and employee work discipline. Therefore, work productivity is very important to be applied to this company to achieve the goals that have been set. The purpose of this study is the effect of motivation on the work productivity of employees of PT. Salawati Motorindo Sorong. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. data collection by questionnaire technique. Respondents in this study as many as 56 people who are employees at PT. Salawati Motorindo Sorong. Hypotheses were formulated and tested using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive effect of 0,189 and significantly less than 0,05 between work motivation on employee productivity. Meanwhile, for the correlation coefficient interval relationship, there is a value of 0,40 – 0,599 or a moderate level of correlation. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination is 0.198 or 19.8% and 80.2% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Resilience has an important role for students who are preparing or completing a thesis. Students who have the ability to control behavior, emotions, and attention in dealing with problems are usually known as resilient students. This research is a correlational study that aims to determine whether there is a correlation between emotional intelligence and the resilience of students who are preparing their thesis. The subjects used in this study were 46 students of the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Nusa Nipa. The results obtained show that there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and resilience, with a relationship efficiency of 0.352 and a significance level of 0.016 (p <0.05. also conversely the lower the emotional intelligence, the lower the resilience of students who are preparing a thesis.

Abstract

In the 18th century, the Islamic world plunged into the abyss of its deepest collapse. There is no longer the productivity of Muslims in the fields of politics, economics, science, art, and so on like 14 centuries of its heyday ago. Muslim criticism of Western modernization (modernism) is growing rapidly in various forms, both in the form of intellectual movements and socio-political movements. This diversity makes it difficult to find appropriate terms that cover all of these symptoms. The term used by the West as the first ball rolling ball of Islamic revival, among others, is revivalism (the notion of getting a revival), activism (political teachings that advocate violent action to achieve political goals), billionarism, Islamic militancy (activities that emanate from the height of fighting spirit, valor courage among Muslims), messianism, resurgence (reappearance, revival with more numbers than before), and reassertion (re-enforcement).

Abstract

Capital market is developed to accommodate the needs of muslims in Indonesia who want to invest capital market products in accordance with the principles of sharia. With the developing of sharia investment products in the Indonesia capital market is expected to realize the Indonesian capital market into a market that can attract investors who are investing in accordance with Islamic teachings. In Islam investment activities can be categorized as a muamalah activity. Transactions in the capital market according to sharia law are not prohibited and allowed provided that there is no transaction that conflicts with sharia such as transactions containing elements of interest and riba and also prohibit the existence of transactions contained speculation and contain a gharar element or obscurity.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to determine and evaluate the impact of teachers' professionalism and school leaders' managerial skills on the implementation of school-based management. Based on these goals, this study employs quantitative research techniques using a descriptive-inferential strategy. While primary data was gathered using a questionnaire instrument, secondary data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Following that, the data was prepared and subjected to path analysis with a mixed multiple regression model. The research population consists of junior high school principals and instructors. The sampling strategy samples the entire population using the Slovin formula, which, rounded up, will result in a total of 150 samples. Following an analysis of the study's findings, it was discovered that managerial competence of school principals has a significant direct effect on teacher professionalism by 81.6%, a direct effect on school-based management by 77.4%, a direct effect on school-based management by 75.4%, and a combined significant direct effect on both teacher professionalism and managerial competence of school principals by 75.4%. Thus, the professionalism of teachers through the managerial skill of school principals has a 60.7% impact on management at the school.

Abstract

The differences between men and women still have problematic sides, both in terms of the substance of events and the roles they play in society. The biological anatomical differences between the two are quite clear. However, the effects arising from these differences raise debate, because it turns out that differences in biological sex (sex) have given birth to a set of cultural concepts. This cultural interpretation of gender differences is called gender. Biological differences between men and women have implementative value in cultural life. This fact will be very interesting if it is connected with the Qur'an as the main source of Islamic teachings. The Al-Qur'an is very wise in talking about gender issues by prioritizing the principles of justice, equality and partnership. Nor does the Qur'an deny that there is a difference (distinction) between men and women, but this difference is not a distinction (discrimination) that benefits one party and harms the other.The principles that the Qur'an brings regarding gender have been given various understandings by interpretation scholars and fiqh scholars. As a result, the ideal relationship between men and women as creatures of Allah SWT has occurred at a certain level of distortion, in which one party becomes superior to the other.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information and discuss efforts to increase teacher competency in developing interactive multimedia-based learning media through lesson study at SDN 41/X Sungai Jambat in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 school year. This research is a school action research (PTS) which consists of two cycles by following the four stages of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. This research was conducted at SDN 41/X Sungai Jambat in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 school year with a total of 5 teacher subjects. Data was collected through observation sheets and documentation and analyzed using proportions and data reduction. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be interpreted that through lesson study it can increase teacher competency in compiling interactive multimedia-based learning media at SDN 41/X Sungai Jambat in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 school year. Classically, almost all teachers have good professional competence after lesson study.
