Abstract

Elections for members of the legislature (DPR, DPD and DPRD) based on the Election Law do not receive regulation in the 1945 Constitution regarding limits on the periodization of the term of office of legislative members, as the periodization of the term of office of the President and Vice President is limited to only two terms in the 1945 Constitution and so also with the position of Regional Head who is equally limited by the periodization of his term of office in the Law. An electoral system like this is a reflection of an unhealthy democracy, because democracy is only in plots by elite political parties who are always thirsty for power, which consequently shackles people's sovereignty to exercise their political rights and closes the faucet of constitutional democracy running consistently (constitutionality). as mandated in Article 1 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution which stipulates law as a reference and commander-in-chief to implement people's sovereignty based on the constitution (constitutional democracy). This research was carried out using normative legal research methods, namely by studying the 1945 Constitution and various laws and regulations related to elections. From this research it was found that there was a legal vacuum in the 1945 Constitution, because it did not regulate the existence of limits on the periodization of the term of office of legislative members, giving rise to injustice between public positions in the legislature and public positions in the executive branch which were limited to the periodization of their term of office in the 1945 Constitution. the people as holders of sovereignty based on the constitution, then in the fifth amendment to the 1945 Constitution there must be regulation of the people's rights to submit bills to fill the legal vacuum that occurs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how motivation, pay, and career advancement affect teachers' performance. The study's sample consisted of 51 teachers. Multiple regression is the statistical tool utilized, with the sample method being simple random sampling. Using the statistical program SPSS 16.0, data were examined. With a sig F value of 0.000 < 0.1 and an f-count of 18.976, the findings of this study demonstrate that motivation, compensation, and career growth strongly influence teacher performance. The findings of the motivation t-test, with a sig t value of 0.025 < 0.1 and a t-count value of 2.310, have a significant impact on teachers' performance. With a significant value of 0.000 < 0.1 and a t-count of 4.439, career growth strongly influences teacher performance.

Abstract

Conflicts in schools occur due to the appearance of incompetent teacher. The principal's performance can be optimal or not influenced by collaboration with other school personnel. The purpose of this study was to determine the supervisory system of school principals through academic supervision. The research method uses a qualitative library research approach using observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques. The results of the study describe that supervision activities in schools are the responsibility of the principal as a teacher who has the additional task of supervising teacher performance and is responsible for improving educational progress including improving the learning system, improving the quality of teaching staff qualifications so that a structured and planned learning process is achieved with Good. Quality learning systems when supervision activities can run according to the instruments used based on data and facts in the school environment.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the effectiveness of using the ONLINE game to teach writing in the EFL classroom in Indonesia. It based on the research problem that the students find difficulties on memorizing English words because they used ineffective strategy.The research used experimental research design. The population in this research was the student of EFL classroom in INDONESIA, then the sample was the 8th grade in the EFL classroom in INDONESIA. The samples were taken by using random sampling technique. This research was conducted in 3 stages: data collection, action and data analysis. The data were collected through test, observation, and questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using the steps of: normality test, homogeneity test, inferential analysis, determining hypothesis testing, and conclusion.The result of this research presents that the onlines game strategy is effective to teach writing at the university level. The hypothesis is determined into the Null hypothesis (H0) and Alternative Hypothesis (Ha). H0 is accepted if the significance value >0.05 and Ha is rejected. The control group’s mean score on the pre-test is 58,11 increases to 59 in post-test with gain point 0,89. The experiment group’s mean score on pre-test was 57,59 increased to 60,89 on post-test with gain point 3,3.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research using The Nonequivalent Posttest Control Group Design method. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII MTS N 1 Pontianak. The samples used were students of class VIIIB as the experimental class and class IIC as the control class. The number of students in the experimental class is 30 students and the control class is 25 students. This study aims to see whether PowerPoint learning media has an influence on student learning outcomes. Data analysis was carried out to provide an overview of the data that has been collected from the research results. It is intended to find conclusions and test hypotheses. The data obtained from the results of the post test. Based on the research results, the average value of the experimental class was 78.3 with a standard deviation of 10.47. And the control class got an average score of 54.72 with a standard deviation of 10.31. From the results of the analysis it was found that tcount = 20.82 and ttable = 2.01 so that tcount > ttable. from these results it was concluded that powerpoint learning media had an influence on student learning outcomes in ICT subjects.

Abstract

Emotions are one of the psychological aspects that have an important role in determining the quality of human behavior in carrying out tasks and social relations with other people in everyday life. In studying together and interacting with others, the ability to manage emotions is needed well, controlled emotional conditions will be able to bring harmonious relationships to encourage learning activities, but preferably when managing emotions that are not controlled or emotions in an unstable manner will lead to disharmonious relationships and lack of enthusiasm in learning Disharmonious relationships will have an effect on poor quality learning processes, and social problems between individuals who interact. In Islamic perspective, adherents are encouraged to be able to manage emotions well, controlled and mature emotional management can make it easier for adherents of Muslims to develop or increase their understanding of Islamic values ​​and to improve friendly relations among Muslims and among other religious communities. One form of emotion is anger. Many arguments in the Hadith and the Qur'an talk about holding back or controlling anger, in this case managing uncontrollable emotions. The purpose of this writing is to describe the importance of managing emotions in everyday life and matters relating to the Islamic view of managing emotions. The method in this writing is literature study, namely by explaining and analyzing several psychological theories and Islamic views on Emotion Regulation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Medan Branch and how much influence it has. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with several tests, namely reliability analysis, classical assumption deviation test and linear regression. Based on the results of the primary data regression processed using SPSS 20, the multiple linear regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 3.374 + 0.259 X1 + 0.802 X2. Partially, the incentive variable (X1) has a significant influence on employee performance. This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, as evidenced by the t count > t table (3.366 > 2.006). While the benefits variable (X2) has a significant influence on employee performance. This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, as evidenced by the t count > t table (11.658 > 2.006). Simultaneously, incentive variables (X1) and benefits (X2) have a significant influence on employee performance. This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, as evidenced by the calculated F value > F table (91.321 > 3.17). Incentive variables (X1) and allowances (X2) are able to contribute to the employee commitment variable by 77.5% while the remaining 22.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the conclusions above, the authors suggest that the leadership should provide incentives according to the time and conditions so that employees no longer have to wait a long time. Employees should work professionally so that company goals can be in accordance with the desired target.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu instrumen penilaian sikap peserta didik berbentuk self-assassment yang efektif, efisien valid dan reliabel. Penelitian ini merupakan research and development dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Proses pengembangan instrumen yang dilakukan terdiri dari: (1) tahap analisis, (2) tahap desain, (3) tahap pengembangan, (4) tahap implementasi, dan (5) tahap evaluasi. Kesesuaian model pengukuran sekaligus uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen penilaian sikap pada pembelajaran kimia berbentuk self-assessment dianalisis menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen yang dihasilkan menggunakan Skala I-P, yang terdiri dari 34 butir pertanyaan. Instrumen terdiri dari delapan aspek sikap, yaitu aspek keingintahuan, objektivitas, berpikir kritis, ketekunan, ketelitian, keterbukaan dan kerjasama, tanggung jawab, dan peduli terhadap lingkungan. Instrumen penilaian sikap memiliki karakteristik sebagai instrumen yang memenuhi syarat untuk digunakan. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh hasil pengujian statistic menggunakan CFA, dimana instrumen telah mendapatkan bukti empiris dan telah memiliki kesesuaian model yang baik. Secara keseluruhan Instrumen penilaian sikap telah memiliki reliabilitas yang baik sebesar 0,89. Instrumen penilaian sikap juga efektif digunakan dalam menilai sikap siswa pada pembelajaran kimia. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan efisiennya penggunaan instrumen dan hasil yang diperoleh dari pengukuran sikap peserta didik berbentuk self assessment.

Abstract

Learning media is a tool or means used to facilitate the teaching and learning process with the aim of helping students to understand concepts or subjects more easily and effectively. This research aims to investigate the effect of the android-based learning media “Kinarul Application”on increasing students’interest in learning. This research was conducted using the Design and Development (D&D) approach,with a series of studies on the analysis,design,development,and implementation processes. Data were obtained through documentation and assessment instruments distributed to islamic education teachers in elementary schools and high level students in elementary schools. Data processing was conducted quantitatively. The result showed that the android-based learning application “Kinarul Application” as a digital learning media for islamic education in elementary schools is quite helpful in delivering learning because of its attractive design in terms of colors,images,and animations contained in the kinarul application. Not only the materials contained in the kinarul application,but there are also songs of the prophets and exercises that contain the stories of the prophets, making the learning activities more varied and interesting to increase students’learning motivation.

Abstract

Nowadays technology is getting more advanced and developing rapidly along with the times. Thus affecting various aspects of life, including in the field of education. The use of technology in the learning process is considered as one of the effective and efficient ways to help students gain a better understanding of the material being studied. One of the technologies that can be used is application. Therefore, this study aims to discuss the impact of using the Marbelyah application as a learning medium to help elementary school students in recognizing hijaiyah letters. Marbelyah is a technology-based application specifically designed to help students recognize hijaiyah letters in a more interactive and interesting way. This research uses the D&D (Design and Development) method using the ADDIE stage model. The results of the assessment were carried out by PAI teachers and students after using the Marbelyah application. From the research that has been done, the Marbelyah application gets a good value in terms of content and design. Therefore, the Marbelyah application is suitable to be used for learning media so that it can help the learning process. Thus, the application of Marbelyah as a hijaiyah learning medium can have a positive impact on PAI students and teachers in the learning process. In the future, the use of technology in education is expected to continue to be developed and improved in order to help improve the quality of learning.
