Abstract

The development of digital technology can provide various innovations in the world of education. It's the same with E-books which exist as ICT-based learning media. However, technology can also be something to watch out for, moreover, many children, especially elementary school students, already use gadgets in their daily lives. Due to various considerations, the researcher decided to make an innovation in the form of the Antic E-book (Tolerant and Sympathetic) which contains learning about tolerance and sympathy which aims to form commendable morals, both in real life and in cyberspace (social media). Seeing from this, the researcher conducted research using the Design and Development (D&D) model with the research subjects namely class VI students at SDN Sindang II with a total of 28 students. Based on the results of field research, only 90% of students in grade VI have a high level of enthusiasm for learning, besides that learning motivation and enthusiasm for using e-books only affect 90% of the total number of students. As for students' understanding of using the E-book during learning, only 85% of students from the total number of students is evidenced by questions that can be answered according to the context of the material presented.

Abstract

This research aims to develop the Pilariyyah application to assist elementary school students in learning the Hijaiyyah and Makhraj letters using the D&D research method. The application is designed to facilitate elementary school students in learning the Hijaiyyah and Makhraj letters more effectively. The study uses a D&D approach, including needs analysis, design, development, testing, and evaluation. Data is collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. After the development stage, the Pilariyyah application was tested on 28 elementary school students as research subjects. The results of the study show that the Pilariyyah application successfully helped elementary school students learn the Hijaiyyah and Makhraj letters. The application can increase students' interest and motivation in learning and provide a more interesting and interactive learning experience. Additionally, the application provides an easier way of learning because it can be accessed anytime and anywhere using mobile devices. Overall, the development of the Pilariyyah application is a significant contribution in the field of education, especially in teaching the Hijaiyyah and Makhraj letters to elementary school students. With the increasing use of technology in education, this application provides an innovative and effective way of learning for students. The design and development of the application were based on the needs and requirements of the target audience. The use of interactive features such as audio-visuals in the application makes learning more interesting and motivates students to learn.

Abstract

Technological developments have had a huge impact on the world of education. Technological developments require innovation in learning, so that technological advances must be utilized as well as possible by educators. The use of technology in the learning process is a must so that the learning process is not stagnant and rigid. Islamic religious education learning innovations must be carried out immediately, especially in learning methods. The research method used is Design and Development (D&D). The purpose of this study is to utilize the Linktree website for 6th grade elementary school students to deepen their understanding of zakat and can access it anywhere. The RuBelDig YuKiZa learning media (Yuk Kita Zakat Digital Learning Room) designed by utilizing the Linktree application can be an alternative method of learning zakat so that the learning process is more interesting and not boring. Ease of accessing Linktree is important for teachers and students so that Linktree can be accessed when learning is taking place or not in the school environment. With Linktree, understanding about zakat is easier to disseminate, not only in the teaching and learning process so that it can be used as well as possible. Based on this research, students understand more about zakat and teachers can use Linktree as a learning medium in class. In addition, teachers are increasingly interested in Linktree and are increasingly motivated to create interesting learning media for students with the technology that has developed.

Abstract

This study at the Grand Zuri Hotel Pekanbaru seeks to ascertain the impact of talent management on employee job satisfaction and turnover intention.. The independent variable is talent management (X) and the intermediary or mediating variable is job satisfaction (Z). while the dependent variable is turnover intention (Y). A questionnaire with Likert scale measurements is used in this study. Using the software SmartPls 4.0, perform a linear regression analysis. 90 Grand Zuri Hotel Pekanbaru staff members made up the study's population. Using the total census/sampling method as the sample technique. From the results of the tests conducted, it shows that talent management has a negative and significant effect on talent management, talent management has a positive and significant effect on job satifsfaction, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention and talent management has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction.

Abstract

For organizations that can provide services, including such governm:ent agencies focused on providing community service, accessibility and services are essential. Employees at the Harapan Jaya Village Office functioned as the study's subject in this quantitative research. methods for collecting information using questionnaires. The study's results suggested that the variables "Work Motivation" and "Work Discipline" A measured f value of 70.566 with a probability value of 0.000 and a table f value of 3.20 were obtained from the results of the simultaneous calibration in the f test. The ftable's estimated value is 70.566 > 3.20, and its significance level is 0.05 is 0.000. As a result, H1 is accepted, revealing that motivation (X1) and discipline (X2) have a significant impact on work perfomance (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between employee performance and workplace variables including job satisfaction and stress levels in West Bekasi District. Employees in West Bekasi sub-district were the focus of this study. There were sixty-four people working in this sub-district, and the entire workforce was represented in the sample for the saturated sampling technique. The questionnaire served as the data collection tool for this investigation. For the purpose of conducting these tests, specifically, SPSS version 25 was used for data quality testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis testing, and hypothesis testing. This research utilizes quantitative methodology with data analysis. Based on the t-test results on the data collected for this study, the work environment in West Bekasi Sub-district has a positive impact on staff performance. This finding is supported by the fact that the number 6.064 is greater than 1.999. Meanwhile, the findings from the t-test show that the work stress variable has a positive and statistically significant effect on staff performance in West Bekasi Sub-district, with a score of 8,000 higher than the score of 1,999. Findings from the data analysis conducted using the F test show that the work environment and the amount of work-related stress both have a favorable and significant impact on overall employee performance in West Bekasi Sub-district. The F test result is 238.513 > 3.15, and the R² test shows that 88.7% of the correlation that occurs between the two variables.

Abstract

This literature review aims to examine engagement, job satisfaction, and turnover intention among employees of palm oil companies in Indonesia. Palm oil companies in Indonesia have challenges and problems that impact their performance. Overcoming employee turnover is the main driver that causes the company's performance to decline. This is important to understand because involvement and job satisfaction greatly affect organizational performance. Job engagement and job satisfaction need to be boosted by programs from corporate human resource management. So that employees who work in organizations have higher motivation and better job satisfaction. The main purpose of this article is to explore the influence of involvement and job satisfaction on employee turnover intentions in palm oil companies in Indonesia

Abstract

The purpose of the research to be achieved is to determine to what extent the influence of motivation, compensation, and work environment on the performance of PT employees. Asia Hoda Indonesia. To test and prove research hypotheses using spss application version 26. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And motivation, compensation and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This is shown by the calculated F value of 103.850 > the table of 3.183, and the signification value of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that motivation, compensation, and work environment together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence between Price, Location, Quality, Promotion, Technology and Layout on the Business Growth of Fajar Funiture Kayu Jati Cikarang Bekasi Store. The research method used in this study is using quantitative research methods. The sampling used in this study is using the Probability Sampling method and the type of sampling uses simple random sampling. The results showed that prices and promotions had a significant and partial positive effect on the business growth of Toko Fajar Funiture Kayu Jati Cikarang Bekasi. Location, product quality, technology and layout do not have a partial effect on the business growth of Toko Fajar Funiture Kayu Jati Cikarang Bekasi. Independent variables have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the business growth of Toko Fajar Funiture Kayu Jati Cikarang Bekasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Motivation, Workload, and work environment on Employee Performance at PT Hitachi Astemo Bekasi Break System, the research method used is quantitative with a sample of 56 respondents at PT Hitachi Astemo Bekasi Break System. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The results showed that partial work motivation (X1) had a significant positive influence on performance, the better the work motivation, the better the performance received. The workload variable (X2) has a significant positive influence on performance, the more the workload increases, the more it will improve employee performance. The work environment variable (X3) has a significant positive effect on performance, the more the work environment increases, the more it will improve employee performance. Simultaneously, there is a significant positive influence on employee performance.
