Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the application of the Take and Give learning method in improving learning outcomes in the Akidah Akhlak subject at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung. The Take and Give method is an interactive approach that involves teachers and students in the learning process by sharing knowledge. This research uses descriptive qualitative, research data obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the application of the Take and Give learning method significantly increased student learning outcomes in the Aqidah Akhlak subject. There is a significant increase in understanding the concept, student participation, and active involvement in the learning process. Evidenced by the increase in learning outcomes, namely before the Akidah Akhlak subject teacher applied this method 6 students received a complete score and after the teacher used this method 17 students were declared complete. These findings indicate that the Take and Give method can be used effectively to improve learning outcomes in the Aqidah Akhlak subject at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung.

Abstract

The research was conducted to analyze the application of the PBL learning model in improving problem solving skills and motivation in local wisdom material for fourth grade students at SDN Panggreh 2 Sidoarjo Regency in the 2022/2023 academic year. In this classroom action research consists of two cycles with the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects in the study were teachers and fourth grade students at SDN Panggreh 2 Jabon Sidoarjo totaling 28 students with details of 11 students being boys and 17 students being girls. The use of data collection techniques consists of observation techniques, learning achievement tests, and field notes when learning activities take place. There was an increase from Cycle I to Cycle II in the activities of teachers, students, and students' science learning outcomes with the percentage results being an increase when viewed from the percentage of classical learning completeness results in cycle I which was initially 67.8% with an average score of 66, 85 increased in the results of the implementation of cycle II to 92.85% with an average value of 81.85. Based on these result data by applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model of local wisdom material can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN Panggreh 2 Jabon Sidoarjo and provide learning conditions that make students feel safe, comfortable and fun and motivate students to be involved actively in learning activities.

Abstract

This review expects to decide the Endeavors to Frame the Otherworldly Insight of Santri at the Mafatihussalam Jati Agung Islamic All inclusive School, South Lampung. This study utilizes a clear distinct strategy, with the kind of examination covering contextual investigations, with information assortment through meetings, perception and documentation. The outcomes showed that endeavors to shape the otherworldly knowledge of understudies at the Mafatihussalam Islamic Live-in School, Sidoharjo Town, Jati Agung Area, South Lampung Regime comprised of three action meetings. In particular: a. Endeavors to frame the profound knowledge of the Santri did by the Mafatihussalam Islamic Life experience School are: Recognition of Manakib and Practice of Asmaul Husna. b. Deterrents in the development of profound knowledge, to be specific: Low mindfulness, Family Climate and Relationship of Friends.c. The positive effect on the development of otherworldly knowledge at the Mafatihussalam Islamic Live-in School is: in the discipline of rehearsing religion, dutifulness to guardians is helpful for being capable.

Abstract

The learning process experienced by students shows changes in the affective domain which is expressed by attitudes and in the cognitive domain which is expressed by values, as well as the psychomotor aspect which indicates the success of learning activities. Factors that influence learning outcomes include the use of learning models that are appropriate and relevant to the lives of students. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the PBL (Problem Based Learning) learning model in mathematics subject matter of bar chart data presentation. The study used the Classroom Action Research method which consisted of 3 cycles, namely cycle 1, cycle 2, and cycle 3. The learning activities of students in cycle 1 were classified as quite active with a percentage of learning outcomes of 80.74, in cycle 2 they experienced the increase is in the active category with a percentage of learning outcomes of 87.40, and in cycle 3 it has increased, namely in the very good and active category with a percentage of learning outcomes of 94.07. The conclusion from this study, the use of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in mathematics, bar chart data presentation material in class IV SDN Sidodadi II No 579 can increase student activity and learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics in the material for adding numbers for Grade 1 (one) students through the application of a project based learning model at SDN Medaeng 2 Sidoarjo Regency for the 2022/2023 academic year. The research design is class-based action research (CAR). The research consisted of two cycles with planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The focus of the research was the teachers and students in class I (one) of SDN Medaeng 2 Sidoarjo totaling 23 students with details of 12 students being boys and 11 students being girls. Data collection techniques consist of observation techniques, learning achievement tests, and field notes when learning activities take place. The conclusion of the research results shows that the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PBL) model can improve student learning outcomes from Pre-cycle to Cycle I and to Cycle II in the activities of teachers, students, and students' Mathematics learning outcomes with a pre-cycle percentage of 34.7%. the average value is 55 then the first cycle increases by 69.56% the average value is 67.17 and increases again in the results of the implementation of the second cycle to 91.3% the average value is 80.43. Based on these result data by applying Problem Based Learning (PBL) addition material can improve the Mathematics learning outcomes of class I (one) SDN Medaeng 2 Sidoarjo and present a fun learning atmosphere and inspire students to be actively involved in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation steps of the 2013 curriculum in fostering student character. To explain the constraints of implementing the 2013 curriculum in fostering student character. To explain the implications of implementing the 2013 curriculum in fostering student character at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin. The data collection technique used is the observation of the participation value or its constraints. Oral history interviews, structured and unstructured interviews. Documentary studies or documentation. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of the 2013 curriculum implementation research in fostering student character at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin show that the steps for implementing the 2013 curriculum in fostering student character are that a teacher attends curriculum 2013 training, attends workshops on 2013 curriculum materials. the teacher makes a lesson plan before the learning takes place and uses a variety of methods. The obstacles to the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in fostering the character of students at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin are related to the lack of facilities, including the lack of places for worship, places for ablution, libraries. 3). Implications or positive impacts of government policies in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin, namely 3S habituation, scouting, local content, attitude strengthening the ten cultures of shame, parenting. Meanwhile, the implications or negative impacts of government policies in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin are burdensome for students because the hours of study are added even though students have a maximum limit of concentration in learning, teacher preparation takes a long time. Not just one or two training sessions, and too many hours.

Abstract

School-based health education plays a crucial role in improving health information seeking behavior among adolescents. This study aims to investigate the influence of health education on health information seeking behavior among adolescents in schools. The research methodology utilized in this study is a literature review, gathering data from reliable sources. The analysis of the literature review indicates that school-based health education has a positive impact on adolescents' knowledge of health issues and their ability to evaluate the reliability of health information sources. Furthermore, health education also influences the adoption of healthy behaviors among adolescents. However, challenges such as digital literacy need to be addressed to enable adolescents to effectively utilize health information. In conclusion, school-based health education significantly enhances health information seeking behavior among adolescents and assists them in making informed health decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether the Jigsaw type learning model can increase the science learning activities of class VII-8 students of SMP Negeri 7 Bukittinggi in the 2016/2017 academic year. This type of research is class action research, which aims to improve science learning activities Physics students of class VII-8 SMPN 7 Bukittinggi. This research was conducted in 2 cycles. The instrument used is an observation sheet, student learning outcomes. The results of the observations were then analyzed and used as material for action planning for the next cycle in order to draw conclusions. The findings of this study after being analyzed showed that based on the results of the first cycle of student activity in carrying source books/readings 50.3%, collaboration in groups 59.6%, issuing opinions in the large group 35.7%, working on questions in groups 45.7%, pointing hands answering quizzes 24%. Whereas in the second cycle there was a significant increase, in the aspect of bringing source books/readings 67.5%, cooperation in groups 74%, expressing opinions in large groups 59%, working on problems in groups 76%, and pointing hands answering quizzes 65% . This shows that the activities of class VII-8 students in the odd semester of the 2016/2017 academic year are in good condition. In general, from the results of the analysis of the data, it can be concluded that the Jigsaw type learning model of student learning activities in learning science has increased.

Abstract

Science learning at the SD/MI level still tends to use the lecture method, assignments and exercises from the teacher. The subject matter is conveyed directly to students and students only listen and record explanations from the teacher, then science practicum is also rarely carried out. The teacher only informs facts and concepts through the lecture method and minimizes student involvement. Students are given questions that are more likely to be rote. Questions related to higher thinking abilities such as conducting experiments and then concluding the results of experiments are rarely done by teachers. The purpose of this study was to find out the increase in learning outcomes in science subject material on the special characteristics of living animals using the jigsaw learning method for students in class VI.a SD Negeri 217/X Parit Culum I in the 2022/2023 academic year. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research subjects were students of class VI.a SD Negeri 217/X Parit Culum I, Muara Sabak Barat District, totaling 10 male students and 11 female students. Based on the results of the research implementation, the researchers concluded that the jigsaw method could improve learning outcomes in class VI students .a Material on the special characteristics of living animals in SD Negeri 217/X Parit Culum I for the 2022/2023 academic year. The class average increased from 65 in cycle I to 90 in cycle II, and this PTK was considered successful. To all teachers at SD Negeri 217/X Parit Culuum I, Muara Sabak Barat District, in an effort to improve students' understanding of learning, they can use the jigsaw method with the CTL (Contextual Teaching Learning) approach in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This study compares the learning outcomes of students at SMA Negeri 2 Tondano using the Problem-Based Learning and Discovery Learning models to teach arithmetic sequences and series. This study employs a quasi-experimental design to conduct experimental research. This research was conducted on two classes. The data collection technique employs a test technique in which the validity of the test being tested is determined. Examine the hypothesis using the t-test, after ensuring normality and homogeneity. The results revealed that the Problem-Based Learning model produced average learning outcomes of 80.97, while the Discovery Learning model produced average learning outcomes of 75.18. Based on the t-test results tcount = 1.905 > ttable = t((0.05:57)) = 1.672, it can be concluded that the average student learning outcomes taught using the Problem-Based Learning model are greater than those taught using the Discovery Learning model.
