Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Working Capital Turnover (WCTO) on Return On Assets in Automotive sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period. The population of this study is automotive and component sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2017-2021 period as many as 60 company financial statements. The saturated sampling technique was used as a sampling technique and the 12 companies sampled in this study used quantitative and used associative approaches, using Regression and panels. Based on the results of partial research that Debt to equity ratio (DER), and Working Capital Turnover (WCTO) have no effect on Return On Assets. Simultaneously, Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equty Ratio (DER), and Working Capital Turnover (WCTO) have a significant effect on Return On Assets.

Abstract

Regional governments now have control over the PBB-P2 tax on rural and urban land and buildings, which is a significant source of local revenue from the regional tax sector. In certain places, this has the potential to make a significant contribution to the local economy. Every year, Ciomas Regency has difficulty collecting taxes for various new reasons. Ciomas Regency learned from bitter experience that some residents are still not aware that they have to pay taxes. This will certainly lead to tax arrears and financial losses for Ciomas Regency. The implementation of PBB-P2 in Ciomas District shows a promising increasing trend from year to year. This research tries to investigate the optimization of PAD in Cio. Qualitative descriptive analysis, as well as optimization and contribution analysis, were used in this research. The realization of PBB income during this study has increased, but the level of effectiveness is still not ideal because it has not achieved the goals set by the regional government. The influence of PBB-P2 on PAD is quite large. The success of PBB-P2 can be increased by strengthening the data in the SPTPD and providing education to the public about the importance of taxes for development.

Abstract

This study has examined how short animated video with captions can have effect on students' vocabulary mastery. The researcher has used quasi-experiment in this study, where there is an experimental class and a control class. The population of eighth grade students in the school studied was 271 students, while the sample taken was 60 students divided into two classes. The experimental class was treated with English language learning using short animated video with captions. Meanwhile, the control class received the treatment of learning English without the media of short animated video with captions. The results of this study showed that after the treatment there was an increase in the experimental class and the control class. However, the increase in vocabulary mastery in the experimental class obtained a higher average value than the control class. Therefore, it is found that the use of short animated video media with captions can improve students' vocabulary mastery in learning English.

Abstract

Guru merupakan salah satu tenaga pendidik yang memiliki peranan penting dalam proses pembelajaran. pembelajaran adalah sebuah proses atau kegiatan yang sistematis dan sistematik yang bersifat interaktif dan komunikatif antara guru dengan siswa, sumber belajar dan lingkungan. Strategi dalam metode ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan sebagai bentuk studi kepustakaan dengan memahami dan menelaah teori-teori yang terdapat dalam berbagai karya penelitian. Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) merupakan gabungan dari tiga unsur penting dalam pembelajaran yaitu teknologi (technological knowledge) yang dapat digunakan untuk memudahkan penyampaian materi ajar, pedagogi (pedagogical knowledge) yang memuat metode dan model pembelajaran yang akan diterapkan, dan konten (content knowledge) yang berisi materi pembelajaran. Implementasi atau penerapan TPACK pada pembelajaran dapat memberikan solusi bagi guru untuk memecahkan masalah dalam pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital atau TIK ke dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di ruang kelas yang dapat menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih bermakna bagi siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to determine teachers' difficulties in implementing the Independent Curriculum, factors causing teacher difficulties in implementing the Independent Curriculum and teachers' efforts to overcome difficulties in implementing the Independent Curriculum. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach carried out at SD Negeri 02 Janapria. Techniques and instruments for collecting data for this research were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on research results regarding teacher difficulties in implementing the Independent Curriculum at SD Negeri 02 Janapria, there are several difficulties, causal factors and efforts to overcome difficulties, namely: 1). Teachers' difficulties in implementing the Independent Curriculum, namely A). Difficulty in Analyzing Teaching Modules, B). Difficulty compiling question grids, assessment rubrics, differentiating between summative and formative assessments and filling out report cards, C). Less proficient in utilizing technology so they do not use the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) learning model, D). Not Using Digital Learning Media, E). Difficulties in Differentiated Learning. 2). Factors Causing Teacher Difficulties Include A). There is no training related to the Independent Curriculum, B). Limited Teacher Abilities. 3). Efforts to overcome these difficulties are A). Establishing Good Communication With Parents, B). Teachers Participate in Teacher Working Groups, C). The Principal Provides Adequate Facilities and Infrastructure Needs.

Abstract

Problem-based learning and project-based learning are active learning models that aim to improve students' understanding and skills through engaged and in-depth learning experiences. The PBL model is student-centred learning, where learning begins by presenting students with a complex problem or real-world situation. Whereas PjBL is a learning approach where students learn through a significant project or task. The purpose of the research is to provide an overview of how the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning using PBL and PjBL, because PBL and PjBL should be applied and developed in school learning. Because this will encourage students to be active and develop skills and critical thinking and also teachers can be trained to design problems and projects to meet student learning needs. The method used in developing this article is the literature study method, namely by reading writings from articles, books and other relevant writings. The results obtained from writing this article are that PBL and PjBL learning models can be applied in elementary schools, because these two models aim to activate the role of students in their learning, develop deeper understanding, as well as skills relevant to the real world and also support the development of students as active and independent learners

Abstract

This examination means to depict the idea of learning the executives in working on the nature of training in the This paper highlights the importance of literacy and numeracy competencies, along with the Pancasila values, in the Graduation Competency Standards for basic education. These efforts are part of the implementation of human resource strengthening in line with national policies and the strategies of the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud). Literacy and numeracy are fundamental skills for students, with literacy encompassing reading and writing skills, and numeracy involving mathematical abilities and the application of numerical concepts in daily life. In addition to character education, literacy and numeracy have become top priorities for the Ministry of Education and Culture. In the context of the Merdeka Belajar (Independent Learning) policy, the roles of teachers, parents, schools, and the environment significantly influence the success of student learning. This paper discusses strategies for enhancing students' literacy and numeracy skills and the implementation of numeracy literacy within the curriculum and daily learning activities.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine tunneling incentives, bonus mechanisms and their influence on transfer pricing with tax minimization as a moderating variable. The research time period used was 5 years, namely the 2018-2022 period. The research population is food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria, 17 companies were obtained. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis using Eviews 12. The research results show that Tunneling Incentive and Tax Minimization have an effect on Transfer Pricing, Tax Minimization can moderate Tunneling Incentive on Transfer Pricing. The Bonus Mechanism has no effect on Transfer Pricing and Tax Minimization cannot moderate the Bonus Mechanism on Transfer Pricing.

Abstract

Financial education is a strategy for mitigating the effects of unexpected financial crises. Planning is essential not only for organizations, but also for people and households. However, when compared to financial planning in practice, such as investment or saving recommendations, study focusing on financial education is uncommon. In our situation, for example, residents of Jogahan village are illiterate and admit to lacking financial planning expertise. As a result, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of a month-long financial education program aimed primarily at children, youth, and society in general. According to the results, the programs achieve an 80% degree of success from the intended targets. The programs helped them improve their financial literacy, which included financial planning. However, this application did not teach them using an algorithm that can indicate the optimal composition of assets accumulated in order to maintain their life sustainability. Financial education, in the long term, contributes to a more sustainable existence as well as a more resilient economic society.
