Abstract

Research and implementation has been carried out which aims to determine the profile of interactive presentation media for cadets at the Indonesian Maritime Academy AIPI Makassar which is valid, determine of the lecturer's assessment of the applied presentation media, determine the cadets' response to the applied presentation media. The developed media was validated by two experts consisting of material experts and applied experts. The sample in this study consisted of practitioners who were Applied Physics lecturers as many as 2 people and second semester of cadets at the Indonesian Maritime Academy AIPI, totaling 35 Cadets. The development procedure uses the four-D (4-D) model which consists of defining, designing, and developing stages. The defining stage includes beginning-end analysis, learner analysis, concept analysis, goal specification. The design stage includes media selection, initial design. At the development stage, validation by experts was carried out and revised so as to obtain results that were suitable for use. The results showed that the interactive presentation media and learning tools for Applied Physics courses developed were declared valid so that they were feasible to use in the RPS, the lecturer's assessment of interactive presentation media showed that both practitioners agreed that the media developed was feasible to use and met the indicators related to media assessment, students' responses to interactive presentation media obtained very good responses

Abstract

EFL textbooks are optimal resources for EFL teachers and students, providing essential materials for teaching and learning English. Cultural content in these textbooks is an important aspect that needs attention, because it plays an important role in shaping EFL students' attitudes and beliefs towards other cultures, especially in MTsN 1 school in Palangka Raya city. This study aims to find out (1) what aspects are included in the cultural content presented in the "Bahasa Inggris untuk SMP/MTs Kelas VII" textbook. then (2) What is the meaning of culture presented in the "Bahasa Inggris untuk SMP/MTs Kelas VII" textbook? Cultural content will be studied using descriptive and qualitative methods. The research subject is taken from the EFL Textbook:"Bahasa Inggris untuk SMP/MTs Kelas VII". The data sources used are the cultural content contained in the research books, observations and documents. The analysis in this study includes data collection, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research shows that the textbook "Bahasa Inggris untuk SMP/MTs Kelas VII" has an unbalanced ratio between the four aspects of culture (product, practice, perspective and society). The practical side dominates the content of the book, followed by the product side, the opinion side, and the social side. There are three types of cultural content in secondary school textbooks: source culture, target culture and international culture. Textbooks present more source culture than target culture and international culture.

Abstract

One of the interesting incidents that is currently receiving attention in the world of education is related to violence (bullying) at school. Bullying at school is a problem that often occurs and has a negative impact on the social order at school. The purpose of this research is to describe bullying in schools from an educational sociology perspective. The method used in this research is case studies and literature reviews. The results obtained from this research are the main causes of bullying in schools due to the decline in the behavior of students who currently lack manners, morals and manners for both teachers and students. In the context of educational sociology, bullying is considered a social phenomenon that occurs in the school environment. Sociology of education also enhances the importance of the role of schools, families and communities in preventing bullying. Both families, schools and the community can provide education and training about the importance of noble morals, good manners, tolerance, respect for elders and others. Some social controls and efforts to overcome bullying behavior that can be provided by schools include consulting counseling services and carrying out strict supervision, providing warnings and threats, and can also provide sanctions.

Abstract

Education that is able to develop human resources to meet the demands of the developing era. The aim of this research is to reveal and describe the analysis of the school environment, strategic planning, strategic implementation, monitoring and assessment, and school quality. Based on the problem focus, objectives and characteristics, the approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. The research results found that the implementation of strategic management was not perfectly in accordance with the provisions. The factors of strength, weakness, opportunities and threats that are the basis for strategic formulation in creating quality schools have not used SWOT analysis, that is, they have not used SO, WO, ST and WT strategies. There are still several activities in strategic implementation in the form of developing programs, budgets and procedures, as well as strategic monitoring and assessment that have not run optimally, so that the formation of outputs in the form of creating quality schools and quality graduate outcomes still needs to be developed optimally and consistently. However, the quality of the school is reflected in the school's predicate of always being accredited "A", having various achievements in both academic and non-academic fields at various levels, meeting the criteria for 8 national education standards, as well as services in the form of continuously improving processes, continuing to make mistakes. reduced, work discipline increases, control takes place more effectively which is ultimately expected to satisfy customers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai hubungan motivasi belajar dan iklim pesantren dengan prestasi belajar kemuhammadiyahan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan Teknik analisis regresi berganda dengan teknis metode pengumpulan data cluster ramdom sampling. Hasil dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X1 (motivasi) dan Y (prestasi) dengan menggunakan uji linearitas dan uji F.hitung Hubungan antara variabel X2 (iklim) dan Y (prestasi) juga signifikan dengan selisih linearitas sebesar 0,897 dan selisih linearitas sebesar 0,541. Penelitian menemukan bahwa kontribusi variabel hanya sebesar 22%, dan 78% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti lingkungan sekolah. Perbedaan signifikan antara variabel X1 dan X2 ternyata signifikan untuk uji hipotesis, maka perlunya memperbaiki Iklim pesantren yang dapat berkontribusi terhadap hasil belajar siswa. kontribusi dalam penelitian ini sebagai evaluasi bagi guru pengajar kemuhammadiyahan serta pengurus pesantren meningkatkan prestasi belajar dengan factor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of technology and innovation on justice in law enforcement in the digital age through the literature study method. In the ever-evolving digital age, technological developments such as big data analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital forensic technology have changed the way law enforcement operates. This research outlines the positive and negative impacts of such technologies on justice in the legal system. Study results study results show that the use of technology in law enforcement can improve the efficiency of investigations, evidence analysis, and detainee monitoring. However, there are also potential issues related to privacy and data security that need to be considered. In addition, unequal access to technology and data can also threaten justice. This research will help stakeholders in law enforcement and public policy to understand the implications of technology and innovation for justice. In addition, this study also provides a basis for future researchers to further explore these issues through more in-depth empirical research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of the KTSP, K 13 and independent curriculum in elementary schools. This research utilises literature research by collecting data from various sources related to the curriculum. The results of this study indicate that curriculum change is a necessity that must be faced by teachers. In addition, the curriculum also has the most important position in the world of education because the curriculum determines the process of implementing education, especially the results that must be achieved in the learning process. However, curriculum changes must be supported by facts and conditions that state the curriculum must be replaced and the curriculum must respect the teacher's teaching style and teaching methods, because the perpetrator of the curriculum is not the government but the teacher because it is the teacher who knows what to teach.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of regional asset management at BPKAD Bogor Regency in 2022 and the obstacles that occur in its implementation. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the regional asset management process in BPKAD Bogor Regency is in accordance with Permendagri No.19 of 2016 and the activities for recording reports and classifying fixed assets have followed the applicable provisions in PSAP No.07 for fixed assets in their manufacture, namely in the utilization of fixed assets that can used within a period of 1 year or 12 months. Obstacles in the regional asset management process at BPKAD Bogor Regency are, firstly, Human Resources which do not match the workload with the number of human resources and the lack of human resources who have expertise, knowledge about control, depreciation and control of regional assets in the field of asset management, secondly, there is limited time for asset recording which is only effective for 6 (six) months, thirdly the technology is still manual using Excel

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence pre-service economics teachers' mastery of Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) on the preparation of Independent Curriculum-based lesson plans. The research method used is quantitative with a population of Sebelas Maret University Economics Education student class 2019 and 2020. The sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling with a sample size of 122 respondents. The results of this research show that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between Technological Content Knowledge (TCK) of prospective Economics teachers on the preparation of lesson plans based on the Independent Curriculum. (2) there is a positive and significant influence between the Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK) of prospective Economics teachers on the preparation of lesson plans based on the Independent Curriculum. (3) there is a positive and significant influence between the Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) of prospective Economics teachers on the preparation of lesson plans based on the Independent Curriculum. (4) there is a positive and significant influence between the Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) of prospective Economics teachers on the preparation of Independent Curriculum-based lesson plans.
