Abstract

Mikhael Rian Vernando Lioso. 22504061.. The Relationship of Self-Confidence in Learning Mathematics with Students' Mathematics Learning Outcomes. Department of Mathematics. FMIPA. UNIMA. 2023. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-confidence and students' mathematics learning outcomes. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational survey method. The subjects of this study were all VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Suluun Tareran in the 2023/2024 school year with a population of 40 students and a sample of 37 students. Self-confidence data is obtained from a questionnaire distributed to students, while learning outcomes data is obtained through documentation of odd semester midterm exam results in the 2023/2024 school year. The data analysis technique uses a simple correlation technique, with α = 0.05. as for the results of the research obtained is that there is a positive relationship between self-confidence and student mathematics learning outcomes by 29.7%, which means significant

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of financial literacy and self-control on the financial behaviours and attitudes of Economics Education Students at Sebelas Maret University Class of 2019-2022. Employing a simple random sampling method, data were gathered from 207 respondents. A descriptive quantitative research approach was adopted, with descriptive statistical methods and logistic regression analysis were used for data analysis. The findings reveal that financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on both the financial behaviour at a 1% significance level, and the financial attitudes of Sebelas Maret University Economics Education students at a 1% significance level. In contrast, self-control does not significantly influence either the financial behaviour or attitudes of these students dan and both lacking statistical significance.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling are interpersonal activities between counselors and counselees that aim to guide, assist, or direct counselees in solving the problems they face and living life well in general. Guidance and counseling in education is a serious effort to develop the character, abilities, interests, and talents of students. The purpose of this study is to describe and elaborate the essence of guidance and counseling in the scope of education. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach and is descriptive analysis. Data collection uses literature study. The results showed that guidance and counseling have an important essence in education. Counseling guidance and education have the same vision and mission, which is to help students in living life in educational institutions properly and optimally. The importance of guidance and counseling in education is to ensure that students receive the right support to achieve their maximum potential, overcome problems that arise, prepare for the future, and achieve well-being. Therefore, the implementation between counseling and education has a balance and attachment to each other.

Abstract

The emergence of customary law and customary sanctions is inseparable from the consequences of a violation or crime, which, according to customary law, is seen as an offense that can disrupt the sense of comfort, tranquility, and peace in communal life. Therefore, the perpetrator of such a violation is subjected to customary sanctions, serving as retribution or a lesson to deter them from repeating the offense. Customary law was implemented by the Dutch on the indigenous people of Indonesia, under the assumption that it was in line with the spiritual atmosphere of the Indonesian society at that time. One component of customary law is customary criminal law, which still exists among communities today, even though the formal Criminal Code has been in place as positive law.

Abstract

In connection with the very high demand for market shipping services, PT Logwin Air & Ocean Indonesia requires the right marketing strategy so that the company can survive and develop. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the marketing strategy which is an important tool in identifying the 4P Marketing Mix and STP Analysis. So that the company can formulate a competitive strategy in its business. The results of the analysis based on the data obtained, that the services offered by PT Logwin Air & Ocean Indonesia are very good if developed and marketed both domestically and abroad. From the results of this marketing strategy analysis, there are several things that need to be managed and anticipated by the management of PT Logwin Air and Ocean Indonesia. The main key for a company to break through the domestic and foreign markets is to continue to adapt to the target market. No less important is the inclusion of technology, especially social media is the main factor that supports success in keeping up with the evolving times.

Abstract

Moral education is the most important part of human life. This study aims to analyze and compare the concept of moral education in the book Ayyuhal Walad by Imam Ghazali and Serat Wulangreh by Paku Buwono IV. This type of research is library research (Library Research). The approach used in this study is a descriptive historical approach. The results of this study are in the Book of Ayyuhal Walad by Imam Ghazali and Serat Wulangreh by Paku Buwono IV, that: a) the sources of moral education are the Koran, al-sunah, ijmak, qiyas, b) The purpose of education morals, namely that knowledge is put into practice, has a good personality and stays away from bad behavior, seeking knowledge with the aim of seeking a formal diploma is inappropriate and inappropriate because it is part of the goals of the world, c) Educational material, namely material for spiritual and inner (heart) education originating from the Shari'a which includes monotheism, tasawuf, ubudiyah and dhauq, which dhauq cannot be achieved except by practicing it, d) Everyone who studies knowledge must have a teacher or murshid. A teacher or student must have good behavior or morals, have good knowledge, riyadhoh and mujahadah. Methods of moral education, namely the method of storytelling.

Abstract

Educators need to understand the developmental stages of students. One of the developments is cognitive development. Philosophy of science is important in cognitive learning studies to produce a more comprehensive understanding. This literature review aims to: (1) describe cognitive studies according to experts, (2) describe cognitive theory in terms of philosophy of science and (3) describe the implementation of cognitive studies in learning. The results of the study: (1) Cognitive Theory according to theorists such as Piaget (1964), Vygotsky (1978), Lewin (1935, 1936), and Brunner (1956) states that (a) all individuals develop in the same way, although the styles and stages are different; (b) cognitive abilities resulting from cultural and social interaction; (c) each individual is in a psychological force field where the place to react is called the field of life; and (d) learning can create conditions that allow individuals to learn more about themselves; (2) The ontological understanding of cognitive development theory is the existence of developmental processes in determining human understanding and acquisition of knowledge. The epistemological review of cognitive development theory lies in the search for truth and understanding through empirical investigation, logical inference, and systematic exploration of how individuals learn and grow cognitively over time. Axiological review of cognitive development theory lies in the commitment to foster ethical behavior and create a learning environment through the acquisition and application of knowledge about cognitive growth and learning; and (3) Cognitive Theory can be implemented in learning, namely through learning strategies.

Abstract

Amidst the age of globalisation, the younger cohort confronts the adverse repercussions of online loans, necessitating a prudent strategy for managing them. The implementation of Pancasila education has been recognised as a viable approach to cultivate a resilient younger generation capable of confronting the adverse consequences of the Society 5.0 era. The study emphasises the significance of character education in the execution of policies, as it can establish a solid basis for the younger generation to confront these difficulties. Moreover, research indicates that internet gambling is a societal issue with a substantial adverse influence, particularly on the younger demographic. The negative consequences encompass the propensity of the younger cohort to exhibit indolence in their professional endeavours, as well as the diversion of financial resources that ought to be allocated towards progress, instead being channelled into gaming activities. This highlights the necessity of moral education, as imparted through Pancasila, in cultivating responsible and ethical individuals in financial management. In addition, the incorporation of ethical principles demonstrates that Pancasila education might facilitate the cultivation of empathy and altruism among the younger population. Therefore, Pancasila education plays a crucial role in shaping a resilient and accountable younger generation in confronting the adverse effects of online loans in the Society 5.0 era.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether using the Direct Learning Model Through the Mathematical Game Method could exceed the KKM value determined by the school, namely 70. The population in this study was all students of class IX SMP Negeri 4 Suluun Tareran and the sample in this study was IX SMP Negeri 4 Suluun Tareran. The design of this research is One-Shoot Case Study. Data obtained from student learning outcomes test, namely the final test (posttest). After the data was obtained, a normality test was performed using the Liliefors test. From the test, it was obtained that and Because the posttest scores in class IX are normally distributed. Then, a hypothesis test was carried out using a t-test with a significance level of 0,05, the results obtained were dan , then so reject and accept which is the result of learning using direct learning models through the method of math games on the material. A number with a rank greater than the KKM value determined by the school is 70, with an average learning outcome of 77.52 which is greater than the KKM score.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze forensic stylistics which depicts a female student who left a suicide note. This research not only focuses on stylistic forensic analysis, but also deals with linguistic elements and their influence on the social environment. This research uses qualitative methods. The focus of stylistic analysis in a forensic context is the understanding and interpretation of language that is difficult to understand. The content of the forensic linguistic text of a student's suicide note is a problem regarding writing that is not appropriate to the context, therefore this research also proposes several main categories of writing, namely writing discrimination, author identification, author characterization, and determination of author intent. Apart from that, the vocabulary used in these notes is not usually spoken by Mahira.
