Abstract

Desain pesan merupakan proses perancangan pesan-pesan yang diberikan kepada siswa dengan tujuan untuk mengkomunikasikan informasi atau konsep secara jelas dan efektif. Pesan-pesan ini dapat berupa teks, audio, visual, atau kombinasi dari ketiganya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis mendalam tentang pemanfaatan desain pesan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas pembelajaran berbasis simulasi dan game edukasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan memanfaatkan studi kepustakaan sebagai pendekatannya dan teknik observasi langsung dilakukan untuk mengamati perilaku, interaksi, atau fenomena yang terjadi secara langsung di sekolah. Maka dari hasil studi literatur dan pengamatan langsung pemanfaatan desain pesan dalam simulasi dan game edukasi dalam pembelajaran berguna untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikirn kritis dan pemecahan masalah siswa, memandu siswa dalam simulasi dan game edukasi untuk menambah pengalaman belajar mereka dan meningkatkan kolaboraasi dan komunikasi antar siswa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep nilai-nilai moderasi beragama yang terkandung dalam Al-Qur’an khususnya dalam surah Al-Baqarah ayat 143, dan juga untuk mengetahui penerapan atau implementasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama yang terkandung dalam Al-Qur’an surah Al-Baqarah ayat 143 dalam pendidikan agama Islam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode kajian pustaka (library research). Sumber data terdiri dari sumber data primer (pokok) dan sekunder (penunjang). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis data deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari kitab tafsir Al-Qur’an, referensi yang relevan dan buku-buku tentang moderasi kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa konsep moderasi dalam Q.S Al-Baqarah ayat 143 disebut dengan wasathiyah artinya moderasi terhimpun dalam empat unsur pokok yaitu kejujuran, keterbukaan, kasih sayang dan keluwesan.

Abstract

Akhlak merupakan aspek penting dalam kehidupan manusia, namun saat ini sering mengalami penurunan yang mengakibatkan berbagai permasalahan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya kasus yang disebabkan oleh degradasi moral di masyarakat dan sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami peran OSIS dalam penguatan akhlakul karimah siswa di MA Manaratul Islam Jakarta Selatan serta faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru PAI, pembina OSIS, anggota OSIS, dan siswa sebagai subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran OSIS dalam penguatan akhlakul karimah siswa, khususnya dalam bidang keagamaan, telah terbukti efektif melalui berbagai kegiatan yang diselenggarakan baik oleh OSIS maupun sekolah. Siswa terlihat aktif dalam melaksanakan ibadah, tadarus bersama, serta mengurangi perilaku kasar dan menyimpang. OSIS juga membantu dalam menegur siswa yang melanggar aturan sekolah. Dengan demikian, peran OSIS dapat membantu dalam penguatan akhlakul karimah siswa yang sudah ditanamkan melalui pendidikan

Abstract

The school's relationship with the community aims to advance the quality of children's learning and growth. A school is a building or institution for learning and teaching as well as a place to receive and give lessons. Meanwhile, society in simple terms is a group of people who interact or associate with each other with the same interests. School and society are two environments that cannot be separated, both have a very close relationship. School-community relations are a communication process between the school and the community to increase the need for educational activities and encourage community interest and cooperation in improving and developing the school. The community is expected to support and participate in developing the educational process in elementary schools. In this case, management needs to involve the community in educational activities in elementary schools.

Abstract

The background of this research is the variation in students' Brandan Timur Baru and the various ways counseling teachers deal with students' problems at school. The research objectives are 1) to describe the state of student self-confidence. 2) Analyze the factors that cause students' self-doubt. 3) Describe the role of the counseling teacher in increasing students' self- confidence. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The research informants were school principals, vice principals for student affairs, counseling teachers, homeroom teachers, subject teachers, and students. The results of the study, 1) The condition of students' self- confidence tends to be low, namely not daring to express opinions, not daring to ask questions when they don't understand the lesson, hesitant when speaking in front of the class and silent when appointed by the teacher to come to the front of the class. 2) The factors that cause students' self- doubt are not daring to express opinions and ask questions because they feel embarrassed, afraid of giving wrong answers, and the nature of students is quiet who doesn't like to talk a lot. 3) The role of the Counseling teacher in increasing student self-confidence begins with designing the Counseling Guidance service program, classifying each student case, and providing information on how to increase student self-confidence. The conclusion of the study, Counseling teachers play an important role in increasing students' self-confidence. Suggestion 1) Schools should maximize the performance of the guidance counselor by scheduling them to attend class every week on a scheduled basis for at least 2 hours of lessons. 2) Counseling teachers should take an approach through various types of services and support activities for students who lack self-confidence so that they can get to know students better and can guide students to be more confident. 3) Students should be more courageous to speak/ask questions in class, not to be afraid of making mistakes in learning and to take advantage of counseling services in schools so that they are more confident.

Abstract

This research is motivated by social, religious and moral anxiety caused by a lack of understanding of the boundaries between good and bad, so there is a need for reform in the field of education. Education as an institution strives to implement the values ​​contained in Muhammadiyah subjects. These values ​​include upholding the pure creed of monotheism, morals, ammar ma'ruf nahi munkar, worship and muamalah, as well as renewal in the understanding and practice of Islamic teachings towards purity in accordance with the Al-Qur'an and Sunnah, so that a truly Islamic society can be realized. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The conclusion of the research is that the implementation of Muhammadiyah values, namely the values ​​of aqidah, worship, morals and muamalah, is through understanding Muhammadiyah education, example, habituation of morals and worship, advice and Muhammadiyah organizations at MA Muhammadiyah Bandung Tulungagung.

Abstract

This research aims to describe how to internalize the character of global diversity with tapak suci extracrurriculars. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. The location chosen was MTs Muhammadiyah Bandung. Informants who participated were madrasa heads, tapak suci trainers guidance and conseling teachers, and class VII students. The data collection techniques applied were interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis applies the Miles and Hubberman model analysis technique by starting with data collection, reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the internalization of the character of global diversity through the tapak suci extracurricular at MTs Muhammadiyah Bandung gave birth to the following 3 characters: tolerance towards understanding and appreciation regarding cultural heritage carried out through coaching, direction and advice methods; Skills in interpersonal communication are carried out through habituation and supervision methods; and Personal and social responsibility is carried out through methods of habituation, example, and punishment.

Abstract

The subject of Islamic faith and morality significantly influences students' awareness in behavior and socialization in daily life. Therefore, I conducted research on the creativity of teachers in conducting the teaching and learning process focused on Islamic faith and morality, which is currently using the independent curriculum located at SDI Plus Imam Muslim Kediri. The objectives of this research are: (1) To explain the methods and strategies of teachers in the teaching and learning process of Islamic faith and morality subjects in the independent curriculum at SDI Plus Imam Muslim Kediri. (2) To delineate the supporting and inhibiting factors experienced by teachers in teaching Islamic faith and morality subjects in the independent curriculum at SDI Plus Imam Muslim Kediri. The findings of the research indicate that: (1) Teachers employ various teaching methods for Islamic faith and morality subjects, taking into account the students' needs and classroom situations. They adopt various methods to keep the learning process engaging. (2) Teacher creativity is reflected in the application of expository teaching strategies in teaching and learning activities for Islamic faith and morality subjects. (3) Comprehensive support from all school components is a supportive factor in this learning process. However, there are several factors that may hinder it, such as pressure to adhere to a rigid curriculum, limitations in time and space for designing engaging activities, and a lack of motivation or support from the school environment.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent to which roles, strategies and factors influence PAI teachers in increasing the appreciation and practice of worship among students at SDN Krandegan. The role of PAI teachers is not only to teach but also to increase students' religious beliefs, especially in worship. Method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques using observation or direct observation, interviews and documentation. With resource persons from the school principal, and PAI teachers at SDN Krandegan, Gandusari sub-district, Trenggalek district. Thie riesults of the research shiow thati PAI teachers havei playedi an optimal and quite good role in increasing the appreciation and practice of worship among students. This can be seen from his role as a motivator, providing a role model, advising students and as a liaison between the school and parents. By using strategies in the form of habituation and approaches to students. As well as factors that influence PAI teachers, namely the school environment and student awareness.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of Motivation, Discipline, and Leadership Style on the Performance of Teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Rembang. The research was conducted by analyzing the relationship between these three independent variables and teacher performance as the dependent variable. Data were collected through surveys conducted among teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Rembang. The analysis results indicate that Motivation, Discipline, and Leadership Style have a significant positive influence on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Rembang. These findings underscore the importance of addressing these aspects in improving teacher performance within the school environment. The implications of this research highlight the need for effective management related to motivation, discipline, and leadership style in enhancing teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Rembang. Further research could explore other factors that may also affect teacher performance and develop more specific strategies to improve the quality of education at the school.
