Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the effectiveness of the experimental method of creating Mount Merapi lava in improving children's concentration levels in the early stages of education. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which is an approach to improving classroom learning practices. The stages of the CAR cycle involve problem identification, action planning, implementation, observation, evaluation, reflection, and adjustment for the next cycle. The main tool used is an observation form, which collects data during the learning process with a checklist as a guide. CAR data analysis involves description, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and data triangulation to support learning improvement. With this approach, CAR provides important insights for enhancing classroom learning. The results of the research indicate that through the experimental method of creating Mount Merapi lava, it has been proven to enhance the concentration of 5-6 year old children. Significant improvement is observed in each concentration indicator from cycle to cycle. Starting from a concentration level of 35.75% in the pre-cycle, it increased to 55.75% in cycle I meeting I, and further increased to 64.25% in cycle I meeting II. In cycle II, there was a greater increase, with a concentration level reaching 83.75% in meeting I and 86.75% in meeting II. Additionally, there was a significant improvement in the creativity indicator, increasing to 83.3%, indicating an increase in children's creativity. This change is attributed to the direct approach in the second cycle, which garnered more interest from children in the games compared to the first cycle.

Abstract

The use of appropriate learning media in accordance with the characteristics needed can encourage the improvement of student learning outcomes, this is due to the importance of using media in learning. The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of using learning media on student learning outcomes. The method used in this research is the library study method or literature with library data collection methods, reading and recording and processing research materials. The results of this study indicate that learning media is very influential in the world of education, because the use of learning media makes it easier for educators to apply the material they teach, as well as students to easily accept learning. The function of using learning media is to attract and direct students' attention to concentrate on the content of the lesson. That is why its use must be adjusted and related to the subject matter to be given, so that it can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and the rapid development of information technology, social media has become a phenomenon that influences various aspects of life, especially for the younger generation. This discussion examines the impact of social media use on individuals and national identity, especially in the context of Pancasila values as the identity of the Indonesian nation. In the analysis, it was revealed that social media plays an important role in shaping social relationships, communication, self-identity and individual mental health. However, unwise use of social media can threaten the understanding and application of Pancasila values, with the potential to damage the existence of the nation's ideology. The younger generation, as the hope of the nation, is influenced by trends and lifestyles on social media, often adopting foreign cultures that conflict with national identity. It is necessary to use social media wisely, be aware of its limitations, and build a realistic self-image to maintain the integrity of Pancasila values as the foundation of a just and civilized social life. The Influence of Social Media in Forming a Citizenship Identity Rooted in Pancasila Values. Pancasila must become a lifestyle for the younger generation. It is important to continue to support Pancasila education among the younger generation and monitor the use of social media so that Pancasila remains a strong guide for the country's future. By understanding the influence of social media in forming a civic identity rooted in Pancasila values, it is hoped that this research can provide better knowledge about social and political dynamics in the current digital era, as well as contribute to the development of a more inclusive and sustainable society. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach.

Abstract

This research is classroom action research (PTK) which aims to describe the process of implementing interactive multimedia Google Sites, student responses, and student learning outcomes on material for making various sleeves patterns. This PTK was carried out at SMKN 1 Bagor for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research subjects were class X BB 2 students, totaling 36 students. The data collection method uses; observation, questionnaires, cognitive tests and psychomotor tests, with quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The research results prove that the application of interactive multimedia Google Sites in the very good category, student responses show that students strongly agree, and student learning outcomes in the material for making various sleeves patterns have increased. The findings of this research are that interactive multimedia Google Sites can improve the learning outcomes of class.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of learning methods outside the classroom in Islamic Religious Education subjects applied at SD Alam Mutiara Umat Panggungrejo, Tulungagung Regency. Learning outside the classroom is applied 2 times a week based on the material taught, in addition to learning on subjects, Islamic Religious Education is also associated with various school activities and activities, namely, morning motivation, Usmani, fiqh nisa, and pre-missionary training activities. The method applied is descriptive qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study included school principals, Islamic Religious Education teachers, and homeroom teachers. The application of outdoor learning methods in Islamic Religious Education at SD Alam Mutiara Umat can be changed to be more effective to improve the quality of learning and facilitate the improvement of the student learning experience.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to reveal how the strategic planning in schools: a study of educational management. This method of research is the study of literature which collects data based on various references that are relevant to the research problem. The method of collecting data through various relevant references both available on the Internet and that are obtained manually such as books, and so on. Research findings revealed that a systematic and precisely prepare strategic development plan, which gives the school confidence in achieving the desired conditions. The development plan is based on four pillars:1. Strengthening of the organizational and administrative system, 2. Increase resource capacity and productivity, 3. More collaboration with stakeholders, 4. To improve the quality of education and access to student affairs. The advantages of strategic plans for educational institutions are as follows: 1. Strategic plans can increase "critical mass", which is the group of employees in an organization who have the motivation, "ability" and (deep knowledge) to increase productivity, 2. Strategic plans can help optimize organizational performance, 3. Strategic plans can help managers focus and implement a continuous improvement framework, 4. Strategic plans guide decision making; And, 5. Strategic plans always make it easier to measure the progress of educational institutions.

Abstract

This research seeks to analyze harmony and tolerance in Islamic civilization in the Kutaringin Kingdom which is analyzed from the perspective of the Koran. Analysis of the values ​​of harmony and tolerance regarding the bloody treaty incident and the implications of religious and cultural shifts in the view of the Koran. The method used in this research is a qualitative-descriptive approach with a literature review or literature study method. The results of this research show that during the bloody agreement which was the beginning of the formation of the Kutaringin kingdom, there was a high value of harmony which can be seen from the meaning of the bloody agreement, namely that the Arut Dayak tribe accepted diplomacy from the prince, the desire of the Arut Dayak to be treated fairly and with mutual respect, uniting all feelings. and thoughts, and build a kingdom together. To analyze the value of harmony, the author relies on Surah al-Hasyr verse 9. Then the role of the cleric Kiyai Gede in spreading Islam was to follow the way of the Prophet's preaching, so that Islam developed rapidly and society had strong unity even though there were ethnic differences as in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 256. This has resulted in a cultural shift that occurs, such as when people die, some people have buried the bodies, different from before where there was still the traditional tradition of besandai (being propped up under a big tree in the forest). This indicates that there is a strong value of tolerance in the Dayak tribe. The flow and influence of the Kutaringin Kingdom which is based on Islam. The current government system can adopt the implementation pattern implemented by the Kutaringin kingdom, namely prioritizing unity.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of society in cultural and religious harmony in Dusun 7 Tribina Bali, Suro Village. There are 3 tribes inhabiting the area, namely the Balinese, Javanese, and Suro who are local residents. The problem there has never been research to find out inter-religious harmony in society in cultural and religious harmony. Researchers want to know the analysis of intercultural communication in inter-religious harmony in society using the analysis of George Herbert Mead's theory with the theory of Symbolic Interactionism. The results of the study used the theory of Symbolic Interactionism, namely symbols in achieving inter-religious harmony in the hamlet of 7 Tribina Bali. The rationale for symbolic interactionism: the mind (Mind) of society does not want conflict to occur, so that religious harmony is maintained. Self (Self), namely people who have an attitude of tolerance in the implementation of religious rituals. The community, namely the maintenance of inter-religious harmony in the community, cannot be separated from the support from the Regent government, FKUB, Suro Village government and the wishes of the 7 Tribina Bali hamlet community.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, where change occurs so quickly and competition is increasingly fierce, education becomes a vital means of preparing individuals to face future challenges. This research aims to analyze the influence of learning methods and learning styles on student learning outcomes at MI Roudlotul Mustashlihin Masangan Kulon, Sukodono, Sidoarjo. The population of this study includes all students at MI Roudlotul Mustashlihin Masangan Kulon, Sukodono, Sidoarjo with a total of 488 students. The samples taken were 31 students. This research includes quantitative research. Learning methods and learning styles are measured as independent variables, while student learning outcomes are measured as dependent variables. Data analysis uses the regression method to determine the extent of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The findings of this research indicate that learning methods and learning styles have a significant effect on the learning outcomes of students at MI Roudlotul Mustashlihin Masangan Kulon, Sukodono, Sidoarjo. Effective learning methods are able to provide adequate learning experiences that suit students' learning styles, so they can increase understanding and acceptance of information. In addition, the suitability between the learning methods applied and students' learning styles can motivate them to be more active and participate in the learning process.

Abstract

This study purpuse to analyze how Habib Husein Ja'far al Hadar uses digital technology as a medium for da'wah using new media communication theory. Today's increasingly advanced technological developments certainly add to the challenge for a preacher to think about how Islamic teachings can be accessed by many people. So the author is interested in researching the digitization of Habib Husein Ja'far al Hadar's preaching, an Indonesian citizen of Arab descent, increasingly famous through Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube channel in Login content as a medium used to spread the teachings of the Islamic religion. Inviting friends to discuss from various circles and backgrounds, different ethnicities and religions. The author found several important points that were conveyed by Habib Husein Ja'far al Hadar. First, Islam is a religion full of love and joy that is far from radical. Second, Islam teaches tolerance between religions. Third, convey the truth with good morals. These three things make Habib Husein Ja'far al Hadar loved by all levels of society. Means the use of the number bag media on mathematical learning has a moderate influence on the learning outcomes of pupils of class IV SDN 36 Pontianak Kota.
