<![CDATA[The Insurance Industry as part of the Non-Bank Financial Institutions in Indonesia, plays an important role in increasing Indonesia's economic growth, therefore it is only natural that it receives the support and attention of all parties. The insurance industry is increasingly playing a role in the welfare of the Indonesian economy, because it provides many benefits both individually, society and the country's economy, according to the general opinion that is developing in society. In this paper, researchers want to analyze the risk level of the financial performance of PT. Insurance 'X'. During the Covid-19 period 2020-2022. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial reports obtained from IDX Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data analysis was performed using discriminant analysis (Z-Score) developed by Altman. The sample used is financial data from PT. Insurance 'X'. Years 2020-2022. From the results of data analysis it is known that the level of financial performance risk of PT. Insurance 'X'. In 2020 - 2022 it is in the very high risk category because it has a Z-Score value below 1.80. Using the results of discriminant analysis (Z-Score) which shows that PT. Insurance 'X' is in a very high risk position and if business management is not carried out properly it can cause long-term bankruptcy or bankruptcy for the general insurance company. Improvements will occur in 2021 where the Z-Score value of PT. Insurance 'X'. experienced a significant increase to = 1.81 even though the resulting risk is still high, this indicates that the condition of financial performance is still at a critical point or high risk, because this position indicates that management is still obliged to improve financial performance until the Z-Score is in a position safe or >3.]]>

<![CDATA[In this study, the aim was to find out how the implementation of the school principal's academic supervision at SMA Negeri 5 Sukabumi City and the type of research to be carried out was descriptive qualitative research, the subject of this study was the principal at SMA Negeri 5 Sukabumi City. While the object is the implementation of academic supervision at SMA Negeri 5 Sukabumi City. Research data was collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The number of informants in this study consisted of 2 people, namely the first school principal, the two teachers at SMA Negeri 5 Kota Sukabumi. The data from the research that has been carried out is that the implementation of the principal's academic supervision is not optimal but is good enough. Planning, techniques and evaluation of academic supervision carried out by the principal of SMA Negeri 5 Sukabumi City have been well structured in accordance with existing provisions, namely planning supervision The academic principal of SMA Negeri 5 Sukabumi City is carried out by meeting in advance and planning the agenda for all teachers to complete the administration before entering the starting date of the teaching and learning process at the beginning of the year, the administration is like learning tools in the form of lesson plans, lesson plans, KKM, student attendance and also includes questions that will be given to students and all documents that will be carried out or made by a teacher in preparing for a new school year or in preparing the learning process at SMA Negeri 5 Sukabumi City. the supervision technique used by the head of SMA Negeri 5 Sukabumi City, namely individually and evaluating academic supervision carried out by the principal of SMA Negeri 5 Sukabumi City in developing teacher professionalism through assessments carried out on teachers to find out how far the improvement in teacher performance has been going whether it is better or not yet.]]>

<![CDATA[The Covid-19 pandemic has become one of the biggest shocks to the Indonesian economy. As a result of the pandemic, there was deep pressure on aggregate demand and aggregate supply as well, so the economic output decreased and was not at optimal output levels. This paper will show the business cycle or economic fluctuations that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this paper is the decomposition of Indonesia's quarterly real GDP for the 2000-2022 period into the growth trend and short-term fluctuations using the Hodrick–Prescott (HP) Filter. The results of this study indicate that in the first quarter of 2020, Indonesia experienced an economic contraction and was followed by a recession in the following quarter. After that, economic recovery occurred and reached long-term optimal output after 1.5 years. The characteristics of a recession and economic recovery followed a W-Shaped due to new pressures during the recovery process caused by the Delta variant, so a new recession occurred. By looking at the business cycle of the economy, the government can implement appropriate policies both fiscal and monetary at each phase.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to understand the structure of the story in the novel Haniyah and Ala di Rumah Teteruga by Erni Aladjai with the narrative approach of Tzvetan Todorov's fantastical story. The purpose of fantastics is to interpret reality. Where the tension of something unreal collides with the existing reality. As a fantastic story, the novel "Haniyah and Ala di Rumah Teteruga" by Erni Aladjai is a manifestation of the author's fictional depiction of reality. Haniyah and Ala novels in the Teteruga House are not fictional stories that only provide entertainment. But there is also a message that the author wants to convey to readers and literary connoisseurs. To understand more deeply what appears to be explicit in the novel, fantastical stories are useful for intercession of the meaning of reality in the novel. Based on the results of the analysis, Haniyah and Ala novels in the Teteruga House belong to the class of pure fantastical stories. Because, at the beginning of the story, there is already a vacillation between the magical and the logical. Meanings that can be explained outside the structure of the novel include labeling and bullying that have a negative impact and attitudes that can be used as a reference to maintain tolerance, maintain tradition, and balance. Haniyah and Ala's novel at Teteruga's house also has a medium of storing reality that is not explicitly featured in the novel including the labeling and bullying experienced by the character impacting mental and physical health. Another meal that can be explained is related to efforts to maintain tolerance, especially between religious people and maintain traditions that have become a real means of environmental and ecological education to the next generation.]]>

<![CDATA[Teaching creativity is one of the efforts made by teachers when providing learning material to their students. Creativity is said to be the ability to create a new product, which is new or which is a modification or a change by developing things that have existed before (Monawati and Fauzi, 2018). The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between creative teaching teachers and student learning interests. The method used in this study is the Pearson moment correlation method to see the relationship between the variables studied. The questionnaire was used to obtain data for 67 students from two classes, namely class IXA and IXB, SMP (X) 01 Tikala Manado, who had filled out the questionnaire. The method used was convenience sampling to collect data in this study. The results of this study indicate that the level of teacher's teaching creativity is at a moderate level and the level of interest in student learning is at a moderate level as well. The results of this study also stated that there was a significant relationship between teacher-teaching creativity and student learning interest.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement in the character of the students' responsibilities by applying the habituation method to class I students. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Kragilan, Boyolali Regency. The subjects in this study were class I students, totaling 7 students. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in 3 cycles. The data analysis technique used is descriptive comparative which can describe and compare the results of the initial conditions, cycle I and cycle II. The validity of the data used is the triangulation method, which checks the degree of discovery of research results using several methods, namely observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that through habituation it can improve the character of responsibility of class I students as evidenced through the results of research on the character of responsibility with an average value of aspects during the pre-cycle of 62.85%, cycle I 75.53%, cycle II 81.42%, cycle III 82.67%.]]>

<![CDATA[In line with the development of increasingly global and sophisticated digital technology, this can be a great opportunity to be utilized, especially in the business sector or to create creative ideas. The purpose of this research is to build student entrepreneurship through digital business with creative new ideas and innovations as well as the rapidly growing role of digital technology and how to use it. Because it can be seen from the current conditions that there are opportunities for sophisticated digital technology but cannot be exploited or used for positive things. In this study using qualitative research methods or descriptive approach. In this study, the data sources obtained were the results of literature studies from various reference sources such as journals, articles and books. The data obtained from these sources to support this research. The results of this study have implications that with the development of digital technology, especially students are able to utilize and follow the development of digital technology which is increasing rapidly so that it will create new jobs and reduce the number of unemployed. In addition, it is able to improve the economy in Indonesia which is experiencing a crisis and catching up with other countries.]]>
