Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of implementing government accounting and internal control on good governance (case studies in the health office and the Kerinci district population and records office). Data were collected from questionnaires given to 22 employees of the Kerinci District Health Office and Population and Civil Registry Service. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis through the SPSS Version 20 program. The results showed that the Application of Government Accounting and Internal Control had an effect on Good Govarnance (Case Study at the Health Office and the Kerinci Regency Population and Civil Registry Office), this is evidenced by t count > t table (2.975 > 2.08596). Internal control has a significant effect on good governance (case study at the Health Office and the Kerinci Regency Population and Civil Registry Service), as evidenced by t count > t table (3.059 > 2.08596). Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the Application of Government Accounting and Internal Control on Good Govarnance (Case Study at the Health Office and the Kerinci Regency Population and Civil Registry Office), which can be proven by F count > F table (9.949 > 3.52). The effect of the application of government accounting and internal control on good governance (a case study in the health office and the population and civil registration office in Kerinci district) is 51.2%, the remaining 48.8% is explained by other causative factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The integration of subjects in the 2013 curriculum, in addition to producing many new innovations in learning, also has other impacts, namely limited teaching materials. The limitation of learning materials, especially social studies learning, is due to the impact of the integration that appears so that the main content to the supporters in the material is not delivered optimally. Social studies learning which is not only learning about general material but also about attitude development must be realized to the maximum. This will have an impact on the character development of students expected in social studies learning itself. This research is motivated by the problems that arise in integrating social studies learning, especially in strengthening student character education. This study aims to provide an overview of the attitudes that can be done by teachers and students in minimizing the impact that occurs due to the integration of social studies learning. In making this article, we used a qualitative approach by studying literature based on several scientific journals, electronic books, and other sources that have been confirmed for accuracy. The results of this study describe that there are several efforts that can be made by teachers in developing social studies thematic learning and strengthening character education.

Abstract

Since revolution 4.0 and the outbreak of COVID 19, the world of education has been required to be able to transform from a face-to-face learning system to a distance learning system. Teachers have the flexibility of time to share scientific studies and provide independent assignments to students. In addition, teachers can also open discussion rooms for students online (Putri & Dewi, 2019). Independent learning is the readiness of individuals who are willing and able to learn on their own initiative , with or without the help of other parties in terms of determining learning objectives, learning methods, and evaluating learning outcomes. According to (Mujiman 2005 in (Aliyyah & Djuanda, 2020) the research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were students majoring in Computer and Network Engineering, SMK Negeri 1 Ketapang class XII as many as 36 respondents. The results of the discussion show that the learning independence of students is lacking in indicators of not depending on others, discipline, responsibility, initiative and self-control it is proven that only indicators of self-confidence are in a good category Utilization of the application is felt to be less supportive because there are several billing assignments that are not known to have been collected or have not been collected or there is no system in place restrain students from being able to continue to the next material if there are assignments that have not been done. This is one of the declines in the percentage of independent learning. Until a positive value is obtained for future application development in order to increase the percentage of independent learning.

Abstract

Decoration elements are the most calculated elements in interior design to provide aesthetic value to a space. While the reality is that there are still many interior interior designers who have not been able to choose and quarter the right decoration elements based on the concept of space and the function of space. For this reason, it is necessary to study the decoration elements in interior design in accordance with the concept, function, and character of the desired space. Kamasan puppet painting is one of the traditional arts that has a strong and unique philosophy. The Kamasan puppet painting that symbolizes Dewi Semara Ratih pelambang beauty of true love is very suitable to be implemented in the interior of the master bedroom. Kamasan's puppet painting that tells the story of Prabu Kresna as Arjuna's coachman, during the Kurusetra Mahabharat war, is very suitable to be implemented in the interiors of schools, campuses, offices, libraries, and study rooms in residential buildings. Kamasan Dewi Saraswati's puppet painting is very suitable to be implemented in the interior of schools, campuses, offices, libraries and spaces used for work that are related to education. It is recommended for interior designers to make Kamasan puppet painting as an alternative as an element of decoration in the designed interior. In addition to giving a unique feel to the interior that is designed, it is also able to serve as a stakeholder to preserve traditional Balinese art.

Abstract

Balinese jewelery from the royal era is still popular and has also been developed by several jewelery craftsmen, with existing and new designs and motifs, Balinese handicrafts with manuk dewata motifs and the addition of Balinese ornaments, where the manuk dewata motif has a different philosophy. Strong with Balinese Hindu culture and customs. The method used is descriptive research which aims to describe, record, analyze and interpret current conditions that occur in the field. Types and approaches are very important in the preparation of research, while the type of research used is qualitative research. Manuk Dewata itself, especially in Bali, is used as a symbol in the Ngaben ceremony because it is believed to be a spirit that conveys immortality, so Balinese craftsmen make humung jewelry designs with manuk dewata motifs with a combination of other Balinese ornaments, thus creating a work of jewelry made of bamboo made of gold and gold. silver, from the royal era until now is called and known by the manuk dewata motif. The manuk dewata motif was requested because this motif looks classic and timeless, it even looks more dignified for those who wear jewelry with this manuk dewata motif.

Abstract

Larantuka was once a catholic kingdom with a religious tradition called Semana Santa which lasted hundreds of years. Semana Santa, which now has developed into a religious tourism attraction, is a combination of history and religious rituals which together with the physical environment together form the image of religious tourism in Larantuka City. However, in its development, Larantuka is increasingly experiencing changes, not only socially, but physically, which then affects the identity of the area which is well-known as a religious tourism destination. Through mental mapping carried out on 32 respondents who took part in Semana Santa, a description was obtained in the form of an overview of Larantuka based on the experience of religious tourism as expressed by 58 environmental attributes. The grouping of the 58 environmental attributes is after known as the image-forming elements of religious tourism destinations, namely Tourism Locations-Sacral Sites, Tourist Locations-Non-Sacral Sites, Activity Support Facilities-Sacral Sites, Other Activity Support Facilities, Transportation Facilities, Linear Attributes, Watershed Landscapes, Local Community Organizations/Settlements, Land Views and Shopping. The ranking for the frequency of describing attributes shows that rankings 1 to 10 are dominated by environmental attributes in the category "Tourist Locations-Sacral Sites". This can indicate that the role of sacred environmental attributes still strongly influences the destination image of Larantuka City compared to other environmental attributes.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and deliberate effort. Education embodies the learning process so that learners are actively developing their potential to have the spiritual power of religion, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, as well as the necessary skills themselves, society, nation and state. Education is defined as the reciprocal of each person in coping with nature, with friends, and with the universe. Education is also an organized and complete development of all human potential; moral, intellectual and physical, and the individual personality and society are expected usefulness in order to collect all of these activities for the purpose of his life (the final destination). The explanation above clarifies that education is a process or a conscious effort to provide guidance or direction to the development of children’s physical and spiritual sense of humanity towards perfection. In other words, the essence of education is the formation of a mature man, having skill, impeccable craftsmanship with major personality or character. This article elaborates the nature of education in the context of the macro.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia is still low even though Indonesia is a country that has a lot of Human Resources (HR). however, these human resources are unable to compete internationally, one of which is due to low achievement. This research is a literature study on the quality of education in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the role of educational supervision in improving the quality of education. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data, which is categorized into two types, namely primary data and secondary data. Data sources are obtained through library study techniques that refer to sources available both online and offline such as: scientific journals, books and news sourced from reliable sources. The results of the study concluded that Supervision is designed to develop and improve the professionalism of teachers so that the teacher can develop in his work. The goal is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the teaching and learning process. Supervision is an assistance to teachers in improving teaching and learning situations. The results of the study show that educational supervision has a function in the form of a coordinator, consultant, evaluator. The steps in supervising are divided into 3 steps, namely: planning, implementing, evaluating.

Abstract

This research involved 22 teachers at Azzainiyyah Middle School, Sukabumi Regency, and the results of this study clearly proved that the implementation of school principal supervision in schools can improve the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the teacher. The effectiveness of learning will support the main tasks and functions of the teacher. In the preliminary study, it shows that in the field, that the subjects in general in the research are still lacking and not optimal in carrying out their main tasks and functions. Supervision in programs in schools that must be carried out by school principals will have a significant impact on a learning process. teachers in the school environment. The aim of this study was to provide the results of the principal's supervision of the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the teacher through a series of activities in two cycles which were carried out and utilized optimally.
