Abstract

Traveloka is one of the services engaged in booking flight tickets to make it easier for people who want to travel. Traveloka is a ticketing service site in the form of e-ticketing or electronic tickets without the need to book manually or using paper. This study aims to determine the use of online ordering application technology in the people of Pontianak city. The problem that arises is not understanding the use or booking of tickets online for the Traveloka application. To answer the existing ones, scientific research using the TAM testing method is needed which is considered suitable for testing problems, as well as to test empirical evidence about the use of the Traveloka application to users. The results of this study state that Variable perceived usefulness affects variable attitude toward using, because the value is equally good and has a negative relationship and so it has no significant effect. The perceived ease of use of variables affects the attitude toward using variables because the values are equally good and have a positive relationship and thus have a significant effect. The variables perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use affect the attitude toward using variables because they are equally good and have a positive relationship so they have a significant impact.

Abstract

Along with changing technology, Human resources are still needed in many parts of decision making. The companies and organizations still use human to analysis data. Despite of that performance, human analysis took longer time and effort to complete. And sometimes there is always a negative factor of human resources such as unmanageable human. Therefore, it’s always important to provide an excellent training source so this human resource able to reach an outcome that needed. Machine learning is one of the most common knowledge that use in decision making. There are many forms of machine learning such as regression, classification, clustering, etc. two of which is used in this application, regression and classification. Naive Bayes regression is one of classification method which rooted on Bayes theorem. Naïve Bayes use historical data to predict future outcome based on the characteristic on that historical data. Multiple Linear Regression involves more than one independent variable or predictor. With machine learning and human resources, man can easily to analyse credit worthiness and determine the credit limit of one bank costumer without taking a long time and much effort.

Abstract

The leadership role is a set of expected behavior, carried out by people in accordance with its position as a leader. The role of the leader is very large in making decisions and taking responsibility for the outcome. The decision reflects the character of a leader. Decision-making is central to the organization's activities are also a key leadership or the core of leadership. Leaders must be able to take decisions in a variety of situations, by choosing the best among a number of alternative alternatis decisions it faces. Alternatidf should be chosen that its smallest negative risk so as not to harm the organization. Leaders must be able to explain the reason – the reason for choosing one alternative decisions in a way that is most easily understood in order to get support in implementation.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the presence of students who are late for school, there are students who withdraw during school hours, there are students who don't dress neatly to school, there are students who often go in and out during school hours, there are students who wear colorful shoes to school. The purpose of this study is to describe: 1) The form of student discipline based on the authoritarian concept, 2) The form of student discipline based on the permissive concept, 3) The form of student discipline based on the concept of controlled freedom. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that seeks to describe a situation as it is. The population of this study was all students of class VII SMPN 1 Koto XI Tarusan, Pesisir Selatan Regency totaling 87 people. The sampling technique used was total sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Data analysis used percentage technique. The results of this study reveal that in general the profile of the discipline form of students in class VII SMPN 1 Koto XI Tarusan, Pesisir Selatan Regency is in the High category. Judging from each indicator: 1) The form of student discipline seen from discipline based on authoritarian concepts is in the Low category, 2) The form of student discipline seen from discipline based on permissive concepts is in the high category. 3) The form of student discipline seen from the discipline based on the concept of controlled freedom is in the very high category. Based on the findings of this study, the researcher recommends that students be able to maintain, maintain order and improve discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine : 1) The extent to which the influence of the Work Stress To The Employee Performance In Department Of Public Works Sungai Penuh City, 2) The extent to which the influence of the Job Satisfaction To The Employee Performance In Department Of Public Works Sungai Penuh City, 3) The extent to which the influence of the Work Stress and Job Satisfaction To The Employee Performance In Department Of Public Works Sungai Penuh City. Because in this study the number of employees who worked in the Department Of Public Works Sungai Penuh City were 45 people, so in the sampling in this study was a population study of 45 people. Based on the results of the study showed that : Work Stress negative and not significant effect on Employee Performance In Department Of Public Works Sungai Penuh City, Job Satisfaction positive and significant effect on Employee Performance In Department Of Public Works Sungai Penuh City, Work Stress And Job Satisfaction positive and significant effect on Employee Performance In Department Of Public Works Sungai Penuh City.

Abstract

This article aims to find out the concept of the Muslim work ethic, 5R and its relevance to the 3T character of Indonesian Toyota Community Academy students. The research method used is library research using a content analysis approach, namely in the form of descriptive-analytical reading of various primary and secondary sources. Global competition in the industrial world is getting faster and tighter. The company's need for reliable human resources capable of winning the competition is very large. PT. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (TMMIN) as one of the well-known automotive industry companies is very serious in preparing human resources by establishing the Toyota Indonesia Community Academy under the umbrella of the Toyota Indonesia Foundation. Its vision is to produce graduates who are Tanggap (Perceptive), Tangkas (Agile) and Tangguh (Perseverance). As a Japanese company, PT. Toyota implements a 5R work culture (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin) adopted from the Japanese 5S work culture (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke). This work attitude is also applied in coaching students to develop Soft Skills and Hard Skills. Islam is a universal and comprehensive religion that contains and summarizes all aspects of life. The spirit and motivation of Islam has influenced various sectors of life. In the world of work, Islamic principles and values give birth to a distinctive work ethic; as a Muslim's self-actualization of the teachings and principles he believes in (QS. 62:10), a representation of enthusiasm and work motivation based on the spirit of worshiping Allah SWT (QS. 51:56), as a manifestation of good deeds (QS. 41: 46). This research resulted in the finding that there is an intersection of the concept of a Muslim work ethic based on good deeds (QS. 2:177) with a 5R work attitude which is a derivative of Japanese culture kaizen (continuous improvement). Likewise, it was also found that the relevance of the Muslim work ethic and 5S work attitude to the 3T character of AKTI students.

Abstract

Absolute competence analysis on Government Administrative Law and State Administrative Court Law. Absolute competence is the authority of the court to adjudicate a case or dispute in the form of object, material or subject matter of the dispute. The wider the absolute competence that the object in dispute is not only a state administrative decision but there are factual or real actions. The birth of government administration laws brought many changes, namely in the form of absolute and relative competence. In the law on government administration, it is regulated that government administrative actions are the object of dispute, there is a theoretical and conceptual side that expert opinion disagrees with the enactment of this factual action. Enforcement of this factual action has become a lot of disputes between law enforcers in determining law violations committed by state institutions. With the addition of the object of dispute in the state administrative court, several disputes have arisen between the government administration law and the state administrative court law. Factual actions have various meanings that can lead to abuse of authority and can make people and government agencies confused. In the KTUN in the judicial law.

Abstract

Intellectual Property Rights are something that is protected by law. Protection of this mark has been regulated in Law Number 20 of 2016 Concerning Marks and Geographical Indications, Mark owners will obtain legal protection for their trademarks after registering their trademarks with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. Violation of a registered mark will result in claims for the rights of the owner of the registered mark. Intellectual Property Rights are an exclusive right granted by the state to someone who has created a creation in his possession. The concept of IPR is about the right where the mark will be attached to the owner which is permanent, exclusive, wealth, and the result of human reason. Today's developments also increase consumer satisfaction with goods and/or services, not only in terms of quality but using well-known brands can also be seen from a person's prestige. This study aims to find out how important it is to register the brand name of the product to be commercialized, and to understand the extent of protection that can be provided by the Trademark Law for trademarks that have been registered in Indonesia, and to inform about what legal consequences arise from violations. Trademark Act. The research method used is normative legal research conducted by collecting primary data and secondary data. Data analysis in this study used qualitative data analysis methods.

Abstract

In line with the rapid development of technology, goods will increase and new innovations from foreign countries will emerge. Sex toys are tools in sexual relations that are useful for self-pleasure. The users of these sex aids come from all age groups, from teenagers to the elderly, even sex toys are very easy to find because there are many selling them on social media. These objects have positive and negative impacts on the younger generation, especially on minors. The research method used is normative research. The results of the study show that actually the rules regarding sex toys do not have specific rules, but the relationship between sex toys and other laws has a relationship, namely the Criminal Code, Law no. 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography, Law No. 17 of 2006 concerning Customs. With this there must be legal certainty from the government so that the sale of sex toys is not misused by the public and does not raise doubts for sellers and buyers of sex toys.

Abstract

This study intends to determine the influence and difference in the average economic critical thinking ability of students in general at SMAN 1 Sukoharjo from the use of the PBL model equipped with animaker media. This research is quantitative and quasi-experimental in the form. The research sample was class XI students of SMAN 1 Sukoharjo consisting of 36 students and 35 students, class XI IPS 4 and class XI IPS 3. The cluster random sampling technique is used to select research samples, while tests, observations, and documentation are used to collect research data. This study used t-test of paired samples and ANOVA as a data analysis method. The research findings are as follows: (1) The application of the PBL approach with the use of animaker media affects students' economic critical thinking skills. (2) In classes that use the PBL paradigm assisted by animaker media, there are differences in students' economic critical thinking skills.
