Abstract

In the city of Karawang, the use of online ojek transportation is one of the most effective transportation options, although it is felt to be a little more expensive, because it is able to provide better service, considering that it is not bound by routes and service hours. Grab is a mobile application-based motorcycle taxi service through its services. Therefore, quite a lot of Grab application users order motorcycle taxis using the mobile application online, after which the passengers will be picked up by motorcycle taxi drivers who will respond to orders from Grab users or from potential passengers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price perceptions on customer satisfaction using Grab driver services in Karawang. This type of research is explanatory research with sampling using nonprobability sampling approach and purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire in the form of a Google form aimed at users of the Grab online transportation service in Karawang City. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 people. The data analysis technique used was regression analysis using SPSS version 22 software. The results concluded that service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, price had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and service quality and price had a significant effect together. (simultaneously) on customer satisfaction using Grab online transportation services in Karawang City.

Abstract

Startups in Indonesia that are growed fast and have an impact on the national economy. The high enthusiasm of the people is proven by Indonesia being included in the five countries with the highest number of startups in the world. There are several startups with good financial valuations that can be classified as unicorns or even decacorns. In the capital raising process, of course, it cannot be separated from the strategies taken by the company; one of the funding alternatives is to conduct an initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Until 2022, the only startups that have conducted an IPO are PT. Bukalapak.com (BUKA) and PT. Goto Gojek Tokopedia (GOTO). analyzing the two companies' business strategy models using a strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat (SWOT) analysis.The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method, and the process of collecting data is by conducting literature studies from sources of scientific publications and accredited digital news.

Abstract

The background of this study was that there were students who felt lazy in working on some of the evaluation questions given by the teacher in science subjects regarding respiratory organs in animals. This is because the teacher still uses typed or handwritten evaluation questions on paper. Thus, the results obtained through evaluation are not optimal, because they do not attract students' interest and attention and are considered only mediocre. This study aims to utilize Wordwall media as a form of evaluation in Natural Sciences (IPA) subjects regarding respiratory organs in animals for class V students at SDN 3 Nagri Kaler. The research method used is Classroom Action Research which is designed in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 4 stages. Researchers in designing results and discussions discuss the use of the Wordwall website as digital media in evaluating learning regarding respiratory organ material in animals. In the discussion, the researcher also conducted tests in the form of pre-test and post-test to measure the extent of students' understanding of the material on respiratory organs in animals. Furthermore, at the end of the discussion, the researcher included data in the form of scores or results from the pre-test, post-test, and evaluation using Wordwall.

Abstract

In essence, humans are destined to continue learning, so that they become useful human beings and have knowledge to be able to live, at this time education is needed in life. To get human knowledge, one must take education by means of learning, both formally and informally. In the world of education, it is inseparable from the development of ways of teaching teachers in the classroom to deliver learning material. Of course, the provision of learning material must be able to attract the attention of students, so that in the learning process in the classroom the teacher involves students to be active and creative, so that the learning process in the classroom does not feel monotonous. In presenting learning material, of course the teacher has certain approaches and methods that are matched to the learning material to be delivered, of course, the material presented in learning is expected to be understood as fully as possible by students. Such as selecting an approach to the scientific method in learning in the classroom. the scientific method can increase student enthusiasm in learning because the scientific method can provoke student activity in learning both inside and outside the classroom.

Abstract

The basic or elementary music theory is one of the knowledge that one should masters in playing music. the most common thing, which occurs in students of Arts and Culture subjects (Music) with keyboard musical instrument interest, is a low level of understanding in reading and playing rhythm as well as reading notes in general. Students of grade 8 with keyboard musical instruments interest also have issues with their knowledge regarding basic music theory, especially on reading rhythm and notes. The purpose of this research is to find out methods to improve students' understanding of reading rhythm and notes in a short period. this research consists of three cycles. On each cycle, the researcher uses techniques derived from Kodály and Suzuki's teaching method. Instruments used in this research are observation sheets, rubrics, tests, and student interviews. The result of the activities conducted in the class following this research shows techniques derived from Kodály and Suzuki's teaching method could help improve students' understanding of reading and playing rhythm as well as improving understanding of reading notes. Students of grade 8 with keyboard musical interest experience quite significant understanding improvement and have been helped with reading rhythm and music notation.

Abstract

Education is a very important component for a country to highlight its existence as a nation with integrity and be able to compete with other developed countries. The supervisor is an organization that is fully committed to improving the quality of education and its role in the education system is very important. The school supervisor also acts as a supervisor at the school he supervises, both in academic and managerial terms. The purpose of this study was to determine the ethics and performance of school supervisors in improving the quality of education seen from the perceptions of the principal at MIS Al-Ishlah, Bekasi Regency. This research can be useful for providing scientific information to educators. When this research was conducted on December 3, 2022 at the MIS Al-Ishlah in Bekasi Regency West Java, using a qualitative descriptive research method. Researchers collect data through observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of the study, the school supervisor correctly carried out his duties as a school supervisor at MIS Al-Ishlah. By supporting, fostering school principal programs, supervising or monitoring, conducting assessments and up to program evaluations. In supervision, the responsibility is almost entirely in the hands of the school principal, however, the supervisor's role is inseparable from always guiding and monitoring any developments in the school.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the form and social meaning of the Lontiok House in Kampar District, Pulau Belimbing Village. The Lontiok house has a unique/traditional architecture because of its patterns and ornaments in the form of carvings so that its splendor can be seen even more. The characteristics and colors of the ornaments of the Lontiok House depict the life and daily personality of the Malay people, which are thick with customs that must be upheld and the Islamic religion which is firmly applied in everyday life. This paper identifies and documents this house as one of the Malay buildings that needs to be maintained and preserved and has a social meaning that is adhered to by the people there. A qualitative research method with a field study approach was used in this study because the research object was directly reviewed in the field. Theories about Malay architecture and Malay building ornaments serve as background knowledge supported by information obtained from literature and field data as well as actors within the scope of research. The results of this study indicate that the existence of the Lontiok House building has its own function, form and meaning related to people’s lives in Pulau Belimbing Village, Kampar District.

Abstract

The design of learning media for network operating system installation material for Android-based Debian is a design for a learning application that aims to assist users in understanding Debian installation material, a network operating system. This application will present material interactively and use various features such as text, images and videos to make it easier for users to understand. In addition, this application will also be equipped with practice questions to test mastery of the material that has been studied. Thus, this application is expected to help users learn the Debian installation material in an effective and enjoyable way.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the Flipped Classroom Model on the Ability of Mathematical Representation in View of the Curiosity of Learning Mathematics at SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar. The method used in this study is an experimental method using a quasy experimental design in the form of a pretest-posttest control design. The sample consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class which was treated with the Flipped Classroom learning model and the control class which was given the conventional learning model. Data was collected by observation, test and documentation methods. Data analysis used normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results of testing the hypothesis obtained tcount> ttable or where the thitiung on the test was obtained 2.758> 2.01808 and tcount on the questionnaire (questionnaire) obtained tcount obtained 6.275> 2.01808. This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it shows that there is an influence of the Flipped Classroom Model on the Ability of Mathematical Representation in terms of the Curiosity of Learning Mathematics at SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that there are still teachers who have difficulty in applying the learning model well in classroom learning, so the researchers intend to examine what are the obstacles or obstacles in the application of the PBL learning model in social studies learning in elementary grade IV. Teachers as one of the important components in the learning process need to pay attention to the needs and characteristics of their students in preparing quality learning. To achieve this, teachers must be creative in choosing the right learning model and also pay attention to the characteristics of elementary school students. One of the models commonly used by teachers in social studies learning is the problem based learning (PBL) model. The PBL learning model is a learning model that makes problems as the basis for student learning. Based on the research that the researcher has done through descriptive qualitative research methods with the research subject of class IV teachers at SDN 090 Cibiru, it was found that various obstacles became obstacles for teachers in implementing the PBL learning model to the fullest. These obstacles are: (1) inadequate facilities; (2) teacher readiness; (3) limited time; and (4) barriers from within the classroom and students. The data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and documentation techniques.
