Abstract

Education is one of the many factors that contribute to the country's progress and is the main key to improving the nation's quality. One effort to improve the quality of education is to enhance the quality of human resources, namely teachers. In fact, teachers often cannot teach because have assignments that prevent them from teaching. This causes empty hours in the class so that students get less attention and supervision from the teacher. As a result, student delinquency often occurs at school. This study aims to determine the activities carried out by class XI students of Banten Jaya Vocational School during empty hours. This study uses a survey method that describes the condition of the research sample, namely what activities are carried out by class XI students of Banten Jaya Vocational School during free hours in class. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire. The subjects of this study were 22 students of class XI at Banten Jaya Vocational School. The results showed that the activity most frequently carried out by students was sleeping, reaching 41%.

Abstract

This research is classroom action research aiming to find out the use of instructional video media on the Enumeration Rules material to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of class XII IPA 2 SMAN 1 Pasir Penyu. The stages of this research include the stages of planning, action and reflection in each cycle. There were two cycles in this study, where the results of one cycle became material for reflection to improve the implementation of learning in the next cycle. To obtain research data, instruments were used in the form of post- tests and observation sheets. This research was conducted in Negeri 1 Pasir Penyu with research subjects from class XII IPA 2 students in the 2021/2022 academic year consisting of 34 students. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively with the benchmark of attainment being a minimum average score of 75 with classical completeness of 75%. The results showed that learning mathematics using learning video media could improve student learning outcomes in class XII IPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Pasir Penyu. This can be seen based on the average value of 71.44 with 55.88% completeness in the initial conditions, to 77.28 with 70.59% completeness in cycle I, and increased again to 78.58 with 79.41% completeness in Cycle II. From the initial conditions to cycle I and cycle II there was an increase in students' mathematics learning outcomes as indicated by the achievement of the average score and the percentage of student completeness.

Abstract

This research focuses on three things, namely: (1) school culture applied at MI Ar Rahmah Jabung, (2) Implementation of character values ​​through school culture at MI Ar Rahmah Jabung, (3) obstacles encountered in applying the values character values ​​through school culture at MI Ar Rahmah Jabung.The research that has been carried out uses a qualitative descriptive approach using several data collection processes between observation, interviews and documentation. From the research conducted, the research results were obtained to answer the existing research focus, namely: (1) There are several school cultures that are applied at MI Ar Rahmah Jabung, including h: Culture of Prayer, Koran, Discipline, Reading. (2) MI AR Rahmah carries out the application of character values ​​to students which are carried out at school, where the activities are divided into 3 namely routine, programmed, and spontaneous activities. In implementing the culture of praying, reciting the Koran, discipline and reading, it has been programmed and starts from the planning, the activity process, to the evaluation, (3) In implementing character values ​​through the school culture at MI Ar Rahmah Jabung, there are obstacles including: Lack of awareness from some residents school, the percentage of the number of teachers is not proportional to the number of students, not the Counseling teacher, the social environment of the students is diverse, students do good only in front of the teacher, lack of attention from parents, the nature of students who are still unstable.

Abstract

Video tutorials are learning media that can help the student learning process because they are easy to use in operation, learning media in the form of video tutorials makes it easier for students to understand teaching material and will consistently affect the level of achievement of student learning outcomes, because learning through video tutorials brings students' interest in learning and play. This study aims: 1. To find out how high the validity level of video tutorials is to draw skirts digitally by validators at SMK Negeri 2 Tuban, 2. To describe learning outcomes using video tutorials to draw skirt designs digitally in Fashion 1 class at SMK Negeri 2 Tuban. The results of the research that has been carried out show that: 1. the development of a video tutorial for digitally drawing skirt designs is feasible to be applied in the fashion class of SMK Negeri 2 Tuban with a total average of 4.07, 2. The test results for class X Fashion Design 1 of SMK Negeri 2 Tuban obtained an average of 78.5% which meets the standard percentage of completeness at 86%.

Abstract

The objectives achieved in this study were to find 1) the validity of Scrapbook Quiz media on Metamorphosis material in class IV SD 2) the practicality of Scrapbook Quiz media on Metamorphosis material in class IV SD 3) the effectiveness of Scrapbook Quiz media on Metamorphosis material in IVSD class. This research is the development of the Research and Development (R&D) ADDIE development model, there are 5 namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The development of the Scrapbok Quiz media can be held by hand in the shape of a book containing information or explanations of the material and presented with pictures accompanied by decorations and supporting images. The Quiz Scrapbook media was validated by media experts and material experts, the results met valid criteria that could be used, media validation obtained 84% while material validation obtained 82%. So, the average percentage of media and material validation scores obtained is 83% included in the very valid category. The practicality data obtained from the class teacher obtained 86% which was stated to be very practical, then from the practicality data of students (6 students obtained a percentage of 88%) and which (17 students obtained a percentage of 90%) which means very practical. Data on the effectiveness of the Scrapbook Quiz media can be seen from the results of the completeness of class IV students in the form of test scores tested on students based on the KKM (Minimum Completeness Criteria) of 75.

Abstract

Success in learning or in learning activities can be seen from changes in behavior in students, both input and output. Each subject has its own criteria and level of difficulty for educators and students, which are known as learning problems. Islamic religious education is a conscious effort (educator) to direct experience, knowledge, skills, and skills to the younger generation (students) so that one day they become Muslim human beings, fearing Allah SWT. Virtuous, complete personality who directly understands, lives and practices Islamic teachings in everyday life. The implementation of Islamic Education in our schools is still experiencing many problems which include educators, students, and learning media. The existence of problems in Islamic religious education raises less than optimal or has not fully achieved the goals of Islamic religious education in everyday life.

Abstract

The educational process requires learning methods, learning strategies, the use of appropriate methods, media and technological learning models, so as to create a pleasant learning atmosphere in all subjects and arouse the spirit of learning. To create a more lively learning atmosphere, teachers must be able to make learning in the classroom more enjoyable. The choice of learning approach is an alternative that can be taken. The contextual teaching and learning approach is a learning concept that helps the teacher relate the material he teaches to the student's real-life situation, and encourages the student to make connections between the knowledge he receives and its application in their lives (Musical). , 2007:41). According to Carlos, constructivism is a view of the learning process (acquisition of knowledge) that begins with the emergence of cognitive conflicts that can only be overcome through self-knowledge and at the end of the learning process, children build knowledge through. The purpose of this study is to find out and interpret the application of the approach used in learning in class VI SDIT Cendekia. The subjects in this study were teachers and students of class VI SDIT Cendekia totaling 24 students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the independent curriculum for PAUD Nurul Ikhlas in Kemantan Kebalai, Kerinci, Indonesia. The independent curriculum has changed the paradigm in implementing education at PAUD Nurul Ikhlas. Even though the number of students is 40 people with 5 teachers and 1 educator, PAUD Nurul Ikhlas is a very important PAUD in Kemantan Kebalai in an effort to provide facilities for healthy and optimal child growth and development in accordance with community values, norms & expectations. Research using descriptive quantitative research methods. Data collection was carried out by questionnaire, literature study, observation, and the documentary method. The instruments that researchers use are as follows. Questionnaire and Documentation Guidelines. The results of the study show that Nurul Ikhlas PAUD Education in implementing the independent curriculum is carried out by providing maximum and rich experience and stimulation. So it is necessary to have a conducive environment for the growth and development of children in Kemantan Kebalai. The method and approach used is an independent learning-based approach, including play-learning.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain information about the implementation of market-oriented learning models at SMK Ananda Mitra Industri Deltamas. This research uses qualitative methods, namely research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from individuals and observed behavior. The research procedure begins with the pre-field stage in the form of literature review and pre-observation, then the data collection stage using interviews, as well as observation and documentation studies to strengthen primary data and ends with data processing and analysis. The Ananda Mitra Deltamas Vocational High School (SMK) is an industry-based vocational school located in the Deltamas Cikarang Industrial Estate which is flanked by several industrial areas including GIIC, KITIC, Silicon, Jababeka, Hyundai, MM2100. Judging from the model used, this school implements a link and match education system. Because not many in Indonesia apply the market orientation model, based on the description above, this research will focus on observing the application of the market orientation model at SMK Ananda Mitra Deltamas. The results showed that: 1) the learning process at SMK Ananda Mitra Industri Deltamas refers to the 2013 curriculum which was further developed based on input from the industry in accordance with the vision and mission of the school and uses a block system, 2) Application of market-oriented learning models in SMK Ananda Mitra Industri Deltamas is designed and adapted to link and match with DUDI, and 3) There is a Special Employment Exchange (BKK) which is intended for class XII students as a means of placing work positions for each graduate.

Abstract

The 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia stipulates explicitly that Indonesia is a state based on law. In a constitutional state (rechtsaat) the state recognizes and protects the human rights of every individual. In a contstiutional state,everyone must be treated equally before the law (equality before the law). The principle of rule of law in the life of society and the state requires the role of an advocate as an independent and free profession. So that this freedom result in the absence of laws governing advocate. However, previously Article 38 of Law number 14 of 1970 had indicated the need to regulate the advocate profession in a separate law. After the law on advocate, namely Law No. 18 of 2003 does not yet clearly stipulate the term of office for the heads of advocate organizations. Therefore, the existence of a law that regulates the term of office for the leadershp of an advocate organization is very important in order to provide comfort and peace among fellow advocate professions.
