Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems found in class VIII of SMPN 2 Ampek Angkek, namely textbooks are the only source of learning for students. and the limited number of book packages means that not all students have a book package as a guide and guide in understanding lessons and learning only goes in one direction and is the size of the teacher. Thus making the learning outcomes of students low. to overcome this problem, teachers must have companion learning resources that can be used in the learning process, one of which is the Student Worksheet (LKPD). The designed LKPD is Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFAE) model-based LKPD. This study aims to obtain a valid, practical and effective Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFAE) model-based LKPD product in class VIII SMPN 2 Ampek Angkek. This research is a developmental research or Research and Development (R&D) with the Sugiyono development model. The steps that researchers use are as follows. (1) potential and problems, (2) information gathering, (3) product design, (4) design validity, (5) improvement design, and (6) trials Based on the development research that has been carried out, it is obtained that LKPD has a very valid criterion of 83.4% for practicality, 86.26% for practicality, and 86.26% for effectiveness the very effective criterion is 83%. So it can be concluded that the Mathematics LKPD Based on the Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFAE) Learning model) In Class VIII Mathematics Learning at SMPN 2 Ampek Angkek that is developed is valid, practical, and effective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of Islamic Religious Education in cultivating student morals which is applied by Darul Muhmin Thailand School to students. This research includes qualitative descriptive research. This data collection was carried out by observation, interview and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, in the analysis, the writer uses a qualitative descriptive analysis, namely in the form of written or oral data from the people and observed behavior so that the writer tries to conduct research that is comprehensive in nature about the actual situation. The results of the study found several implementations of Islamic Religious Education activities carried out at the research location, namely the Al-Qur'an tahfizh coaching program, ablution exercises, prayer, remembrance, prayer, adab guidance in study councils, guidance on eating and drinking etiquette, etiquette guidance going home from school, etiquette guidance in the environment carried out by the teacher in instilling religious values ​​in students in the form of all efforts related to the cultivation of morals. Activities are carried out inside and outside the classroom with various strategies and methods that are considered effective for moral development in students.

Abstract

The quality of education is very important and improving the quality of education can apply management psychology in order to improve the quality of education. Educational management development programs need to pay attention to the human aspect, because education management is referred to as an organizational process or system and human improvement (human engineering) in relation to an education system, therefore a reference is needed in making educational management, especially in the psychological aspect. This type of research is descriptive-analytical with a qualitative approach. Based on the research objectives, the method applied is descriptive qualitative. The method was chosen to dig up information in the form of words or descriptions related to natural objects. The results of this study are that there are various intelligences that can be proven through management psychology, namely: a) human intelligence, b) multiple intelligences, and c) emotional intelligence. In addition, educational psychology plays a very important role in investigating the psychological elements of how students learn, namely: first, shaping the personality of educators and learning achievement, second, knowing the situation, third, emotions, fourth, arousing learning motivation.

Abstract

Moral education is part of the teachings of Islamic education. As we all know that the majority of Indonesian is Muslim. With good moral education, the values ​​of Islamic education teachings can be instilled and implemented in this country. Good moral education will lead the perpetrators to become human beings who have noble character in various lines of life. Because moral education is so urgent, it needs to be studied and compared with Western thinkers. The discussion of what the concept of moral education from al-Ghazali's perspective looks like in comparison with the thoughts of Western figures will be examined more deeply in this article. The existence of this study is expected to contribute perspectives on the concept of moral education that exists today. The purpose of writing this journal is to find out what moral education is like being applied to MI Matholi'ul Huda Sokopuluhan, both in terms of programs, methods and processes. This study uses qualitative research methods, namely field research and literature study. This effort was made to obtain a more real picture regarding moral education in these schools. The research sample used was Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Matholi'ul Huda Sokopuluhan. The results of this study include the program used in moral education at MI Matholi'ul Huda Sokopuluhan is a learning program plus the halqah tarbiyah program, while the moral education method applied is the exemplary method, habituation and praise and the process in moral education is carried out by paying attention to various things, namely moral education to God, to oneself and to others. When the methods, programs and processes operate as they should and optimally, they will give birth to students who have Islamic moral character.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SDIT Al Islam Kudus, with the title raised "Strategy of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Providing Learning Motivation for Class IV Students to Realize School Goals at SDIT Al Islam Kudus Academic Year 2022/2023". Strategy is a plan that will be carried out to achieve a goal. As a teacher or educator, you must have a real plan and effort in carrying out each of your duties. Teachers are not only able to give or convey lessons (transfer of knowledge). But a teacher must also be able to provide enthusiasm or motivation, guidance, directions, solutions, and various other kinds of efforts that are expected to be able to provide understanding to students, so that they are not confused about what they have to prepare, do, and realize (realize) according to with what are the goals of themselves personally, teachers, parents, and the educational goals of their school. So that a goal can be realized, it is necessary to have a strategy that is able to provide an overview of the design (plan) which ultimately creates the best value and results for what you want to achieve. The teacher's strategy here, more specifically Islamic religious education teachers, is very important, it can even become a basis or benchmark to be able to see the extent to which each student they project is able to understand the goals expected by the school.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to: describe and reveal the readiness of UPT PPL to manage micro teaching and Field Experience Practices (PPL) in preparing professional teachers at Private Islamic Religious Universities in Padang City. The type of research used is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that: In Private Islamic Religious Universities (PTAIS) in Padang City, which prepares micro teaching management and Field Experience Practices (PPL) is not the Technical Implementation Unit of the Field Experience Program (UPT PPL), but the management of micro teaching and Field Experience Practices (PPL) is separate. Micro teaching is carried out like an ordinary course, its management is under the responsibility of the chairman / dean. While the Field Experience Practices (PPL), the management is managed by the Field Experience Practices (PPL) committee which is selected every time the Field Experience Practices (PPL) will be carried out under the responsibility of the chairman/dean.

Abstract

This study aims to uncover information and discuss efforts to improve students' physics learning outcomes through the Direct Instruction Learning Model in Class XI. IPA.4 SMAN 2 Lengayang. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). This research was conducted at SMAN 2 Lengayang, Pesisir Selatan District. The subjects of this study were 32 students of class XI IPA.4 SMAN 2 Lengayang. This research will be carried out in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 school year. The research procedure consisted of two cycles with two meetings in each cycle. Each cycle consists of four stages of research namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection in this study was carried out using field note techniques, student worksheets, written tests, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use proportion formulas and data reduction. From this research, it was obtained that Class XI Student Learning Outcomes. IPA.4 SMAN 2 Lengayang with the Direct Instruction Learning Model can be seen from the average student learning outcomes in cycle I, namely: 81.88, students who complete 66% or 21 0rang of 32 students. And in cycle II the number of students who completed 90% or 29 people out of 32 students with an average of 86.88. Based on the result data obtained during learning in this class action research it can be concluded that the results of learning Physics through the Direct Instruction Learning Model in class XI. IPA.4 SMAN 2 Lengayang can improve students' physics learning outcomes by giving gifts.

Abstract

This research was carried out because there were various problems that were found by researchers including, (1) learning models that were less varied, (2) students were less active in learning unable to voice everyday knowledge in learning, (3) when learning students did not pay attention to what being conveyed by the teacher, (4) students tend to only use memorizing methods without being accompanied by the ability to reason and associate them in everyday life. So that this has an impact on student learning outcomes that are not good. This study aims to see how influential the quantum teaching learning model is on student learning outcomes. This research is a quantitative research with an experimental quasy research design with data analysis steps using t the population used in this study are students of class V MI 25 Surabaya consisting of four classes and taken research samples class V D as an experimental class and class V B as a control class. The data obtained was taken from the test sheet and pre-test conducted by the researcher. from the results of data analysis it was found that learning using the quantum teaching model could improve student learning outcomes in science subjects.

Abstract

This study aims to disclose information and discuss Efforts to Improve Students' Biology Learning Outcomes Through the Discovery Learning Learning Model in Class XI. IPA.1 SMAN 2 Lengayang. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). This research was conducted at SMAN 2 Lengayang, Pesisir Selatan District. The subjects of this research were students of class XI. IPA.1 SMAN 2 Lengayang, totaling 32 people. This research will be carried out in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 school year. The research procedure consisted of two cycles with two meetings in each cycle. Each cycle consists of four stages of research namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection in this study was carried out using field note techniques, observations, written tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use percentage formulas and data reduction. The results of this study indicate that the Discovery Learning Learning Model improves Biology learning outcomes for Class XI students. IPA.1 SMAN 2 Lengayang with the act of giving awards, this can be seen from the average value of the research results of students who completed the first cycle, namely 59% or 19 people out of 32 students with an average value of 80.47. In Cycle II, 88% or 28 students out of 32 students completed the pass with an average score of 81.56. From the research results of Cycle I and Cycle II, it can be concluded that the Discovery Learning Learning Model can Improve Student Biology Learning Outcomes in class XI.IPA.I SMAN 2 Lengayang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the moral values in the novel Like Dendam, longing to be paid in full by eka Kurniawan's work and the implications for learning in high school. This study uses a qualitative method. Sources of data obtained from novels such as revenge, longing must be paid in full. Data collection techniques used by researchers are listening and note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique used a descriptive analysis study. The technique of presenting the results of data analysis using informal methods. The results of the study show that the moral values in the novel such as revenge longing must be paid in full with a total of 23 data. This research on moral values is implicated in learning Indonesian in SMA class XII even semester on basic competence 3.11 about analyzing messages from a fiction book that is read.
