Abstract

The increase in tourists visiting Reusam Island increases the risk of environmental damage, neglecting this problem will have an impact on other social problems, resulting in the death of tourism activities. Efforts to overcome the above problems by accommodating various interests and adjusting to the implementation of Islamic Sharia in Aceh Jaya. This research applies a sequential explanatory method. Sundays up to 500 people. While the FGD data analysis regarding the suitability of implementing the 4A concept (Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, Ancillary Services) on Reusam Island, it still needs to be adjusted in its application in the field, because there are differences in management systems between conventional tourism management and sharia ecotourism

Abstract

Education is an instrument in shaping children's character so that they become a more qualified and independent generation. By nature, a child is born unique with different characters from one another. The difference can be in terms of physical and non-physical. And all of them must be able to be addressed by the education system and the method of attorney by positioning them according to their respective natures. Acts of discrimination both verbal and non-verbal in education must be eliminated and abolished because apart from violating government regulations it also violates the innate nature of a child. At SD Negeri Kedalingan 02 for example, where several children with special needs are given education and teaching according to their nature and needs. They are embraced so that self-confidence grows and they are nurtured using the among method and then directed to develop their potential without discrimination. And indeed educators and teachers have to work twice because they have to prepare two different devices at one time. In terms of their evaluation of the educators and teachers of SD Negeri Kedalingan 02 they are quite good although there are still some problems that must be addressed proportionately. On the other hand, parents in this case must be pro-active and mutually reinforcing for the good of their children in the future without reducing or denying the child's nature

Abstract

Generation Z comes at a time when the internet and information technology are developing rapidly as an attraction that replaces traditional toys in the era of the generation before them. Gen Z, who is aged, has just stepped into work, has high work motivation, their high motivation is accompanied by high performance. . This study aims to determine the role of work demands on employee burnout, especially generation Z in DKI Jakarta, with work motivation as a moderator. This research measures burnout using the burnout assessment tool by de Beek et al., job demands using the Job Demands Scale by Bekker & Demerouti, and work motivation using the Herzberg scale. This study involved 271 respondents with 117 men and 154 women. This study used a quantitative approach, data collection was carried out using a purposive sampling technique for Gen Z in DKI Jakarta. Hypothesis testing using SPSS with the Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA) method, where the results of testing the three variables obtained a value of t = 4.561 and a sig. = 0.000 > 0.05. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant correlation and relationship between work demands and burnout, as well as work motivation which can act as a moderator in the relationship between work demands and burnout.

Abstract

This study aims to disclose information and discuss the use of clinical supervision in an effort to improve teachers' abilities to use innovative learning models at SD Negeri 166/X Pandan Jaya odd semester in the 2022/2023 school year. This research is included in the type of School Action Research (PTS). This research was conducted at SD Negeri 166/X Pandan Jaya. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 166/X Pandan Jaya. The time of this research was carried out in the odd semester of the 2022 - 2023 school year which began in July 2022. The subjects in this study were 7 teachers at SD Negeri 166/X Pandan Jaya. The research procedure consisted of two cycles with four research stages starting from planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Data collection in this study was carried out using instrument sheets, observation and reflection. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use the proportion formula. The results of this study indicate that using clinical supervision can improve teachers' abilities to use innovative learning models at SD Negeri 166/X Pandan Jaya odd semester in the 2022/2023 school year. So because of that clinical supervision is very suitable to be used as a way to improve the ability of these teachers, one of which is in using learning models.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of improving student learning outcomes and mastery of linear equation material through independent practice for class X students of SMAN 2 Lengayang. This research is class action research (CAR). The subjects in this study were 30 students in class X SMA Negeri 1. This research was carried out from July to September 2021 in the 2020/2021 Learning Year in Class X IPA 2 SMAN 2 Lengayang. This research was conducted in two cycles. Where each cycle begins with planning, implementation, observation/reflection and follow-up. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that through independent practice it can improve student learning outcomes in mastering linear equation material, namely class X A teachers. The classroom action research procedure used refers to the action research methodology, namely (1) planning, (2) implementation action, (3) observation and evaluation, (4) reflection, which was carried out in 2 cycles. Independent practice is a question exercise in which students create questions and their solutions after receiving the material and are accompanied by examples and how to solve them. The results of the independent exercise in cycle 1 showed that the skills of students in making questions and their solutions were 84.62%, and the results of the exercises in cycle 2 of students' skills reached 92.86%. Meanwhile, the average test result for cycle 1 was 71.9 and the average test result for cycle 2 was 79.9. This shows an increase in student learning outcomes. In this class action research, it can be concluded that independent practice can improve mastery of linear equation material for class X students of SMAN 2 Lengayang semester 2 of 2020/2021.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain data/information and discuss how to Improve Teacher Evaluation Capacity Through Clinical Supervision in Target Schools of SD Negeri 11/III Simpang Empat Odd Semesters for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. This type of research is School Action Research (PTS). This research was conducted at SD Negeri 11/III Simpang Empat which is located at Simpang Empat, Danau Kerinci District, Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province. SD Negeri 11/III Simpang Empat is one of the schools that the author assisted in the academic year in Kerinci Regency. This research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 school year, starting from August to September 2022. The subjects in this study were 6 teachers at SD Negeri 11/III Simpang Empat. The research procedure consisted of two cycles with four research stages starting from planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and documentation sheets. The collected data were analyzed using the percentage formula. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in the teacher's evaluation ability through clinical supervision at SD Negeri 11/III Simpang Empat Odd Semester Schools for the 2022/2023 Academic Year starting from the pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the teacher's personality competence is described at MTs S PP Al-Muttaqin Balai Belo, how is the student learning motivation described at MTs S PP Al-Muttaqin Balai Belo and whether there is a significant effect of the Akidah Akhlak teacher's personality competence on students' learning motivation Akidah Akhlak. This research is a quantitative descriptive study conducted at MTs S PP Al-Muttaqin Balai Belo using the correlation method and simple linear regression analysis, namely measuring the influence of an independent (independent) variable on a dependent (dependent) variable using manual calculations with M. S Excel and SPSS programs. The data collection technique used is by using a questionnaire. The population in this study were 70 students at MTs S PP Al-Muttaqin Balai Belo, because the population was less than 100, the authors took all of the population as the research sample, namely 70 students. In the results of the study, it was obtained an overview of the competence of aqidah moral teachers at MTs S PP Al-Muttaqin Balai Belo which was included in the high category with a proportion of 73% and the description of students' learning motivation was included in the high category with a proportion of 64% answers. From the results of the study it can be interpreted that there is a significant influence between the X variable simultaneously on the Y variable where it is known that the t count is 6.705 > t table 1.997 and the regression F is 44.953 > F table 3.98, and the sig. Regression 000 <0.05 which means H1 is accepted while Ho is rejected. So from the title the effect of the personality competence of the Akidah Akhlak teacher on the learning motivation of Santri at MTs PP Al-Muttaqin Balai Belo has a significant influence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of character education at the Daruz Zikri Mangilang Islamic Boarding School, namely the implementation of character education on religious values and the value of responsibility at the Daruz Zikri Mangilang Islamic Boarding School and the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the implementation of character education on religious values and the value of responsibility at the Islamic Boarding School. Daruz Zikri Mangilang This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research location was at the Daruz Zikri Mangilang Islamic Boarding School, the informants for this research were the leadership, ustadz/ustadzah and students. This research was conducted in May 2022. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity technique used is triangulation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study show that character education has been carried out at the Daruz Zikri Mangilang Islamic Boarding School. Implementation of character education on religious values and the value of responsibility at Daruz Zikri Manggilang Islamic Boarding School through the process of providing knowledge, planting, exemplary, habituation and creating a conducive educational environment so as to obtain effective results. The supporting factors of this Character Education are willingness, exemplary teacher, and the environment. While the inhibiting factors are potential or ability, facilities and infrastructure that are less supportive.
