Abstract

This study aims to analyze the definition, scope and process of education policy. In this research, the writer uses a type of library research, namely a series of activities related to library data collection methods to obtain information data by collecting information related to the definition, scope and process of educational policy. Data sources in this research are primary data sources and secondary data sources such as books, articles, etc. The results of the research in this study are: A professional organization is an organization founded by two or more people who have the same profession to achieve a common goal. While the definition of organizational structure is a formal system that seeks to harmonize the relationship between sections and sub-sections in grouping and division of tasks, delegation of authority, coordination based on tasks and hierarchies. Educator Professional Organizations include: Indonesian Teachers Association (PGRI), Indonesian Lecturer Association (ADI), Indonesian Guidance and Counseling Association (ABKIN), Indonesian Education Graduate Association (ISPI). While the Education Personnel Organization is the Association of Indonesian Librarians (IPI).

Abstract

The low ability to understand mathematical concepts of students in class VIII of Private Middle School R.A Kartini Tebing Tinggi is the background to this research problem. The purpose of this research is to improve students' understanding of mathematical concepts by applying the Contextual Teaching and Learning model assisted by audiovisual media. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) which consists of 2 cycles. The place of this research is at RA Kartin Tebing Tinggi Private Middle School for the academic year 2022/2023. The subjects in this study were class VIII students, totaling 30 people. Methods of data collection using tests, questionnaires and observation sheets. The results obtained from the research show that there is an increase in the ability to understand concepts after using the Contextual Teaching and Learning model assisted by audiovisual media. The increase in conceptual understanding ability was seen from the average student score of 37.08 with a classical percentage of 3.3% before the action was given. After being given action in cycle I it increased to 67.5 with a classical percentage of 56.6% then increased again in cycle II to 81.67 with a classical percentage of 86.7%. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the application of the contextual teaching and learning model assisted by audiovisual media can improve the ability to understand the concepts of class VIII students of Private Middle School R.A Kartini Tebing Tinggi.

Abstract

The development of the era in the digital era is a big challenge for students. There are many changes that occur not only in technology but in the way people view life. Great influence is very risky to clash with spiritual values. This problem will be a threat if educators are not optimal in trying to learn. Christian Religious Education teachers must carry out their role to make people become disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ. Through the qualitative method of literature study, it can be concluded that teachers as educators to overcome moral decline in this digital era must be a priority for teachers and parents to work together in suppressing the moral decline that occurs. So teachers must know the challenges in the digital era so that they can provide solutions for students. Abstract

Discovering the connections between Islamic education, politics, and electricity is the goal of this essay. For analysis and conclusion, this research approach uses library or literature studies. The author employs literature observation to gather information, specifically research done using information related to the family members of Islamic education, politics and energy, the internet, books, and other pertinent resources. The results of this observation are: There is a strong connection between electricity politics and the realm of Islamic education. The seriousness with which the ulama and umara have listened to educational issues in order to support groups and their supporters' sociopolitical positions has left its mark on Islamic culture. It is undeniable that the rulers actively promote the advancement of Islamic education, and the rulers depend on the support of educational institutions to maintain their hold on power. Why is that? Because Islamic government's goal is to defend truth and justice, which cannot be accomplished without applying Shari'a.

Abstract

This paper discusses Innovation and Change in Islamic Education. This research method uses literature research or library research to be analyzed and concluded. In collecting data, the author uses literature study, namely research conducted by using data related to Innovation and Change in Islamic Education from books, journals, the internet and other relevant sources. The results of this study are that innovation in Islamic religious education is an act that should not be carried out, the causative factors can be observed very complex, both from policy changes, developments in science and technology and the condition of an increasingly mature society in following various information media about Islamic education religious materials.

Abstract

Abstract The concept of Islamic Religious School was widely used in Indonesian education even before Indonesia gained independence. Since Indonesia acquired independence, Islamic Education has not yet achieved a standing in the idea of national education that is similar to that of general Education. As soon as Law No. 20 of 2003, which governs the National Education System, was established, Islamic Religious Education in Indonesia began to take shape. The following are the study's limitations: 1) What was the motivation behind Law No. 20 of the National Education System's 2003 passage? 2) How successful is the law no. 20 of 2003 on the national education system's policy on Islamic religious education? Abstract

This study aims to analyze the description of financial records that have been used by MSMEs, the causes of not implementing systematic accounting procedures and strategies related to solving financial recording problems. Primary data were obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation of 12 informants. Secondary data were obtained from documentation studies provided by third parties, such as BPS, related agencies, and previous research. Furthermore, researchers performed qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of the study found that SMEs have so far implemented simple financial records. Some of the reasons for not implementing systematic accounting procedures are perception, motivation, financial literacy, and the role of institutions such as universities, public accounting firms, non-governmental organizations, and the government. The theoretical contribution of this research is to add to previous literature regarding the causes of not implementing systematic accounting procedures and appropriate strategies that can be used by MSME actors. The practical contribution is that MSME actors are able to compile systematic financial reports.

Abstract

This article discusses the song Boru Panggoaran by Tagor Tampubolon which was released in 2016 and popularized by Victor Hutabarat. The theories used in this study are Roland Barthes' semiotic theory for explaining the meaning of songs, Malm and Prier's theory for the study of music analysis. The song Boru Panggoaran is sung in a pop music style. This study uses a qualitative approach. The result of the research is that the Boru Panggoaran song uses two kinds of symbols, namely verbal symbols and nonverbal symbols. Verbal symbols in the form of poetry or song lyrics that contain meaning about parents' hopes for their eldest daughter who will protect and guide them later in their old age. The non-verbal symbols are in the form of beautiful and gentle song elements from a father or mother, which makes the song sound like 'persuading' their eldest daughter to willingly and sincerely look after her with great affection in her old age.

Abstract

Adolescence is an important period in the life span, a period in which individuals experience changes, namely a transition period from children to adults, cognitive, physiological, and socio-emotional changes . At this time adolescents face many problems related to education in schools, learning activities are the most basic activities for students, but these learning activities for each student do not always run smoothly according to what they want. This study aims to see the relationship between Optimism and Adversity Quotient in Class XII students of SMA Kartika Padang. The measuring instrument used in this scale is the scale of optimism and Adversity Quotient. The sampling technique in this study used the Simple Random Sampling technique. The sample in this study were 130 students of SMA Kartika Padang. Test the validity and reliability in this study using the Cronbach Alpha analysis technique. The results of the validity coefficient on the optimism scale move from rix = 0.322 to rix = 0.609 with a reliability coefficient of = 0.899 while the results of the validity coefficient on the Adversity Quotient scale move from rix = 0.409 to rix = 0.900 with a reliability coefficient of =0.976. Based on data analysis, obtained a correlation value of 0.787 with a significance level of 0.000 (p<0,05), which means the hypothesis is accepted. Research shows that there is a significant relationship between optimism and Adversity Quotient in Kartika Padang High School Students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the policies of the principal at SMA Negeri 4 Magelang regarding History subjects, the curriculum policies regarding the placement portion of History subjects, how teachers convey material and learning models of History at SMA Negeri 4 Magelang, and how students think about the teacher delivers historical material. This study used a qualitative descriptive methodology, involving classroom observations, interviews with school principals and vice principals for curriculum, and history teachers, and distributing questionnaires to students. The SMA Negeri 4 Magelang school uses the 2006 curriculum and promotes the instillation of noble values, with a focus on multicultural values and religious values. History is one of the mainstay subjects. The research conducted at this school found that the history subject is interesting to students because the teachers are creative and innovative, and this subject is used as a means of knowledge transfer.
